Chapter 51

We got back in time to meet everyone before heading to our rooms for the night.

“Are we ready to start our adventure? Or is the boat not ready yet.?” I asked.

“We took care of everything; I had my brother come and look at the boat. He was more amazed than I was. Could not understand how the work got done so fast. I explained I had the contractor build most of the stuff before the installation, so all they had to do was tear out the old and install the new. He accepted that, How I paid for it was another thing. I told him you and your group paid for it with the stipulation that one: you would be the first to charter it, and two: once or twice a year, members of your group could charter it at a big discount. He was amazed that you asked for only that and told me you should have the honor of naming her. He wanted to thank you in person, though.” Jasper informed me.

“I handled that, told him I am your mate and that you are a very private person, He thank me and told me to make sure I told you that your charters will be on the house, that if you chartered two weeks every year it still would not repay you for upgrades and the top-of-the-line equipment even after thirty years.” Jesse said.

“I also told him that because you are such a private person, I will handle the charters when you’re on the boat. He agreed to that, said that with all the charters he would do with a boat like the one we now owned, he would need the time off.” Jasper added. “Do you have a name you’d like to Cristen her with?”

“Of course I do, Oasis II. I’d like the name to have Dragons in it, one spewing flame and the other water.”

“That would be great.” Orsus said. “We could do that right away, right Stone?”

“It would be an honor, Sir.”

“Then surprise me when we board tomorrow. It’s been a long day for me so, I’m heading to bed.”

All the guys entered the elevator to avoid being seen disappearing as they went to work on the boat sign. I knew they would turn into the two dragons to do it. This let me and Jesse have some time without them pestering me about the meeting I had with the two bound animals.

We went to our room and Jesse asked, “Are you exhausted or did you just want some time away from Ursus and the others?”

“You hit the nail on the head. They’ve been trying to find a time and place where they can get more info on what the bound told me about their abilities. I already told them I won’t tell them anything unless the bound give me permission to. Speaking of them, Rin, can you two mask yourselves without masking us from them if we decide to have some fun? I’m pretty sure that they will monitor us. Jesse probably wants to have some fun, and I’m sure he would allow you two to join in.”

“Your damn right I will allow it. They’re so hot in their almost human forms.” Jesse stated.

‘Yes, Master, we can mask only our presence.’ Rin answered.

“Okay will just fool around in the shower for a while and then go to bed. I am a little tired and after a long shower session with three hot hunks, I will need rest.” We all went into the bathroom and Jesse started the show as Rin and Lassie transformed in to a Yeti and Minotaur.

“Wow, you two look more human than you did the first time I saw you.” Jesse told them.

“Is it more pleasing, or do you want us to change our features?” Rin spoke.

“No, no, my preference is mostly the body a man has and not the face, except for Keith. I love him no matter how he looks. He’s perfect just the way he is. But to pass as a man you’ll have to change your private’s. Humans aren’t built that way. With me and Keith, it’s fine, but to the rest of the world outside the Oasis, It definitely not okay.” Jesse replied.

Rin was silent in thought for a while. Lassie said, “He means you cock and balls dummy.”

By the time we finally left the shower, I was exhausted. Sleep was calling me. I know I did not have to sleep, but my brain wanted sleep.

This morning, we we’re all waiting for the hotels vans to take us all to the marina. Charlie spoke to the concierge when we left to our room and setup the arrangements. He still had the truck and would drop it off and wait for the vans to come to pick him up. We left the other two cars at the hotel as the hotel would take care of them.

When the first van arrive, the driver apologized to us, the second van was out of service. It was in an accident. He said that the hotel would let us take the two cars to the marina and he would take the rest of us. We went to the concierge, who was already with the keys in hand. He said that the hotel would fetch the cars and that there would be no charge for us. I asked if the other van driver was hurt, and he said he was fine except for whiplash, adding that he would be back to work by the time they repaired the van.

“Why did you ask about the other driver?” Cetus asked me.

“If he’s badly hurt, I want to help him. We caused his injury.” I said.

“No, he didn’t. He could have got hurt even if we did not request two vans.” Jesse said.

“Still, I feel it was partly our fault.”

“We’re going to be gone for two weeks, if when we get back he’s not up and working. You can have a spirit go see him and fix his back. That sound good to you?” Jesse replied.

“Yeah, okay, let’s see when we get back. I’ll put it out of my thoughts till then.” I said.

Jesse and I followed the van to the truck rental lot and picked up Charlie, then headed to the marina, found two parking spots next to each other and left the cars there, giving the keys to the driver of the van driver. We all brought small bags with us so the hotel did not get suspicious as we were checking out with reservations for two weeks later.

Finding the boat, we all walked single file, as the dock left little room for us. When we got there, I saw that someone had tied the boat at the end of the dock instead of placing it in a slip. Its length required it to be secured to the end of two docks. “We can’t see the stern from here and when I’m on the boat, I can’t see the name correctly.” I said.

“You’ll get to see it after we get out in the ocean. Don’t worry, even if we showed it to you now, you would not jet the full effect. The light is too bad and the sun won’t come out for an hour.” Stone stated.

I got on board with Jesse right behind. Jasper went to the control room and started the engines. While Charlie and Regan untied the boat. We were off with in five minutes, moving below wake speed. It took almost an hour to leave the harbor, and then Jasper showed us how fast we could go. I did not know that this boat had hydrofoils because It was in such shallow waters when We first saw it. “Did the Spirits add the foils?” I asked Jasper.

“No, My father did. It was the last thing he had finished before passing away. The foils have hydraulic rams to move them up and down so the boat can beach if we wanted. It can kind of walk up to shore and walk back. We tried it after he finished making the mods. It works but not smoothly. My brother has already designed a solution to the problem with some minor changes to the linkage.” Jasper told me.

“If it’s simple, why did you not tell the spirits? Ursus or Stone would have corrected the problem.”

“Thought that they can’t make machines?” He replied.

“Their working on linkages, not machines. They can create simple machines, not complex ones. The engine of the boat or the motor in the underwater shooter, those they can’t create. Making a piston or valve that they can create.” I told Jasper. “I’ll talk to them. You have the design on board?”

“Yes, Sir I do and thanks again. If it works out, this boat will be above what any other can do in these waters.”

We stopped when we saw only the open ocean. “Come to the back of the boat. We got a surprise for you.” Cetus told me. Jesse and I followed him to the stern. The door to the equipment room was lowering as we got back there. “We saw something at that store with all the diving stuff and decided it was the same as the inflatable dingy the boat as for emergencies.”

I heard a hissing like the compressor was filling air into the tanks. Out of the side of the equipment room, the front of an inflatable dingy was getting longer and longer. When fully inflated, it was much bigger than the one on the boat for emergencies. I said, “That’s wonderful, but there is no motor.”

“We’re the motor don’t worry, get in and we’ll take you to see the sign we created.

“What about Jasper? He needs to see it, too.” Jasper walked up, with Charlie and Regan right behind him. As I asked about Jasper.

“We would not forget the owner of this fine boat.” Cetus said. We all got on and the guys all jumped in the water after pushing the inflatable off the ramp. They then turned into dolphins and we were off and moving further away from the stern_. ‘Close your eyes as we want this to be a surprise.’_ Cetus said. I did and waited till he told me to open them.

We slowed and then Cetus said, ‘You can open them now.’ What Is saw was The Oasis ll in gold letters with a background of trees and a small lake. Two dragons surrounded the trees facing the ocean all around. In the tail of Ursus’s dragon was a giant octopus being consumed by flames coming from Stone’s dragon. Ursus’s dragon was keeping a pirate ship at bay by shooting blades of water, cutting the ship to pieces. The image was so lifelike, it could pop off the boat and we could watch the battle.

“That’s a hell of a mural you came up with.” Jasper said.

“I’ll say it’s drawing me into the action.” Jesse said.

“We’ll I have to admit it is a surprise, a good on at that.” I added.

We all partied after that as the boat took us further out to a good diving spot, on auto-pilot.

By this time, it was getting too late to train to dive. Of course, it was also when the rest of the spirits appeared on the boat. The reason was because they decided they had scoured enough information on diving, fishing, and other things. They were going to help train us. At first, I objected, but Jesse persuaded me to give them a chance, even though I knew they had a different reason for being here.

I told everyone I was heading to bed to speak with Rin and lassie some more. Before I left, I said to Jesse_, ‘We will most likely be missing for a while. Can you keep them from jumping to conclusions? I’m not leaving the boat, just working on them being more human. Don’t tell them that though as it might make it worst for the unbound.’_

‘Got yah, I’ll keep my lips sealed.’ Jesse said.

‘Just think that you want to enter and I’ll stop working with them and open the door.’ I told Jesse.

‘All right.’

We worked on their voices and faces and because they had gotten so far earlier into the second hour, Rin could pass as a human. Lassie had gotten there in only half that time. Her/his voice only took some more practice, and he sounded like a baritone, which was good enough for me. Lassie started looking in the only mirror in the stateroom and experimented on variations of manly human forms. Rin and I were still working on getting His voice less bassy, which was becoming almost impossible. I changed tactics and worked on just making his voice clearer. When Jesse thought he was ready to head in, Lassie informed me. “Jesse just thought that he wants to come in.”

“Okay, that’s it for tonight. Change back in to shepherds. Tomorrow I want both of you in the water as sharks with a white tail and white dorsal fin. Keep you size compact but if real sharks come change into even bigger ones, But always have a white tail and white dorsal.”

“Why is that? Master. Lassie asked.

“This way, we know that you’re not real sharks. Every shark I’ve seen images of always had tails and dorsal fins the same color as their upper body color. Another thing if dolphins come, change into pure white dolphins before they can attack you. Do not attack them as they are friendly with humans and don’t attack the sharks unless they attack us.”

“Understood, Master.”

There was a knock are the door. When Rin and Lassie changed back, I opened the door for Jesse. As he stepped in, I saw most, if not all the spirits standing behind him. Jesse waved them off and came in. “How did it go?” Jasse asked.

“Very good. They’re almost there.” I said.

“Feel like some fun tonight?” Jesse asked.

“I do, but I know they will want to join us.” I told Jesse.

‘Master, we will allow one spirit to sense our presence. We will need to do it eventually. It might as well be tonight. If you allow it?’ Rin said.

“We’re going to let one spirit feel Rin’s and Lassie’s emotions. I’ll order him not to speak to the others and to keep this a secret. Fen is the most even-tempered logical thinking of all of them, so I will notify him now.” I told the three with me.

“I’m game. As long as we have fun, it’s all good,” Jesse said.

‘Fen, come to our stateroom.’ He appeared in front of me and Jesse and bowed.

“Is everything alright, Master?” Fen asked.

“What I’m going to tell you is only for you to hear and you will not notify or speak to any of the others, not the other spirits or humans in the Oasis. Do you understand what I am ordering you to do?” I asked Fen.

“Yes, Master, I am to tell no one what you’re going to tell me. This will mean that our Omegas form will only form once you release me from this order.” Fen answered.

“I had not thought of that, but yes, you cannot join as Omega. If what happens is acceptable, I will inform them soon. One Omega is enough till then. When Jesse and I feel off all your senses, we were having fun with these two. They did that because they did not what any of you to feel their thoughts and emotions. Your kind thinks of them as only animals, lesser than your kind.” Fen was going to object. “Wait till I finish. Tonight, we will again disappear from the spirit's senses. You may feel everything that happens in this room tonight. Whether you are offended or accepting of these emotions, you will tell no one but the four in this room. I hope that your kind find them acceptable, but you will tell us tomorrow either way. Go notify the others that Jesse and I will drop off their radar. Tell them we will not leave the room, and tell them not to try to pear into this room till tomorrow. Understood?”

“Yes, Master, I will turn into spirit form after I speak to them so as not to bring attention to me till I see you again.” Fen bowed again and faded away.

“Seal the room.” I told the two bounds.
