This story's prompt was: Horror with many micros. A man finds himself face to face with a local legend.

"Have you heard the news?" One man asks his friend.

"Oh, about the disappearances?" He responds

"Yes, No one knows why, but when they meet him, they aren't ever seen again."

"Scary stuff! I hope I don't run into him!" He says panicked

I just roll my eyes and wait to be served. Surely this was all some kind of urban legend. Just some in-season ghost stories you tell yourself.

It was a chill fall night. I was thinking nothing of it as I walked home. Every now and again the wind would whir up and send a chill up my spine. "Blasted weather." I mutter as I keep going. I hated having to move here for my job and get used to a much colder area. I think I hear someone else walking and look to where the sound is. I see no one and just think it must be the wind

"Come on now, you are just scaring yourself." I say as I keep walking. But after I take a few steps, I hear it again. Nothing or no one is there. It wouldn't be strange to meet someone walking home this late, but surely they wouldn't hide themselves.

I walk a little quicker. The sooner I was home, the better. The noise was coming from behind me still, no matter how fast I walked; it didn't seem like I was putting any distance on whatever it was; in fact, seeming to be catching up. I started running, my heart beating like crazy, and I was starting to sweat even in the chill of the night. All I could think about was how I was being hunted by something.

I run out of stamina after a few minutes and took a look around to see if I lost him. But what I see shocks me to my core. It is as if I was just running in circles! "This can't be right! I was heading home!" I huff out while trying to catch my breath.

I could still hear it coming even without me walking anymore. It has had enough of toying with me and is now coming in for the kill. I keep moving, but no matter how much I go. I always seem to end up right where I started.

Then I see it. A man covered in dark clothes with a white mask. All I could see was his pointed ears and long tail standing in front of me. It lets out a laugh with a deep voice that sounds worse than any nightmare I ever had. I noticed he had an erection and a massive, strong frame. But all I could do was hope that this was some kind of misunderstanding or dream.

The man creeps forward, being the only thing that can close distance anymore. "S-stay back!" I say as I'm trying to move back, but I'm slowed by fear and exhaustion. He has me right where he wants me.

Soon he is upon me and reaches out. "Join me!" He says it with a scratchy, distorted, voice.

"No!" Is all I get out before he touches me, and my body instantly shrinks to the size of a crumb. He reaches out and grabs me as I shake with fear. He lifts his mask to show his face pitch black outside his eyes and teeth.

He lets out a smile before opening his pants. I see a bunch of moving dots before I realize they are all people too. He drops me in as I scream and land on his dick. The monster snaps his pants back and disappears in a puff of smoke, waiting for his next victim.
