An Single Narrative Short Story focused on a thesis of an ''strange'' soldier in the midst of the wars, many comets crash while some arise with power, and this is how his story begins, with the one called the grim reaper of the eras in the world of the Vaswainan Chronicles.

Gilad Mayishi, an lieutenant who's been shipped as an medical scout with an shipping company, he'd have an icky defense when treated as an degenerate by his larger comrades just until he shows...

Changers aren't to be reckoned with and if you do, they could just kill you.

It was everywhere, the ringing sounds of the bombs descending to the ground

Falling onto the roofs of homes, loud echoes of waves being bursted in the skies, and it would ring and ring

And then the sirens roared in the city,

Everyone was running out of their homes in the middle of the night, rushing down the stairs, and outside into their backyards where they’d take refuge inside their makeshift bomb shelters. Those who couldn’t find shelter were left to pray with faith that nobody will take them away, my eyes shut open in alert, and heart beating up quickly for action.

The alertness pained inside of me, chilling underneath my skin in fear while also alert.

For this evening was the last time I saw my father and brothers, flicking the lights on in my room, and quickly sliding my boots on. Racing out of my bedroom, slipping onto the carpeted floor towards my little sister’s room, and picking her up while she was still sound asleep. I shouted out towards my older brothers to wake up, screaming out so loud while making my way down the building’s staircase, and then my sister just woke up in my arms as she hugged me tightly.

They were already rushing down the stairs behind me, a bomb already hitting a building a few blocks nearby as we all felt the aftershock inside behind these walls. My father was a drunk, stone cold asleep not ever gonna get up, and sadly I had no choice to leave him there.

The clock was ticking, if we all didn’t get in the shelter by the next minute we all could be burnt into smoke. Kicking the back door open, rushing into the bomb shelter, and turning my head around to see my brothers try to wake him up.

‘’Help us brother, help us get father u-’’

By the very last second before my older brothers could say a word, I felt my body being thrown back in the shelter, and hitting the bed while watching the door slammed shut. A crashing noise was heard, there were no screams of their pain as it was all so quick, and when the lights went out, it got dark inside this little shelter of ours.

There was silence, my sister rushing to my arms, and cuddled me closely in fear while begging for comfort.

The bombs continued to trample our city, the shocks shook us while we hid under the bed, and hugged ourselves tight until it’d stopped.

It wasn’t even a minute, within hours until making days to weeks. My little sister and I stayed in the shelter as long as possible until some help would come. When all hope was lost, the door was too heavy to open, and there was almost no way out. By time the battles settled down, the roof over our heads was torn off, and we almost cowered in fear until seeing a gentle hand paw open before us.

‘’Come on little ones, let’s get going now-’’

The towering officer said, a vixen who wore a coat of reddish brown fur, eyes which were crystal blue, and long dark brown hair. A macro soldier came to the rescue, there was draw between us she shood tall over us giving us the chills, and I blocked the sights of my sister behind me in defense.

‘’Are you the bad men who dropped those bombs?’’

Her sweet little voice goes, my little sister staring up as she gripped my hand tightly, and the woman shook her head as she bent down onto her knees, still offering to help us.

Once she took us away from the zone of war for recovery to the nearby medical facilities, and before the thought of going to an orphanage she immediately adopted us on the spot, it was like out of the blue.

When we were taken in, the army took care of everything for us as we lived side by side with the lady who saved us and the man who loved her. Those years went by, my sister began to enter the private academy for musical arts while I took on the pursuit of becoming a medic. As it was a dream, a goal to settle on, and become the person who saved us when we needed help the most.

_ TEN YEARS LATER _

Years went by after being taken in by the URS, I just turned nineteen, and joined the military school academy. I was just getting started with learning more on medical strategies and techniques taught by our professors. Learning something new everyday, mother would stop by once every two months to visit us, and share some treats. Talking about her service as a cargo carrier during times of the war and outside of the battlefield, then slowly she stopped coming as she was travelling the world away from us, and she ventured towards other nations carrying all sorts of goods along the way.

Every night holding the picture in my hand of all four of us four together in that shot, staring down at my mother and my sister while our fatherly figure who was there too. I heard he left his post and became a royal guard of the president over time, another year went by and when it was my birthday all my classmates threw me a party.

We had cake, enjoyed time together with hot chocolate in hand to keep us warm from the chilling cold that filled the academy halls during its winters, and slowly when those weeks went by with heavy snow building up by the windows. We all gathered up in the auditorium, today it was our calling, and if our calling was given that’s what we will do for the rest of our service in the military.

‘’Lieutenant Gilad Mayishi, your calling will be an URS Medical Scout. You will perform your duties as a medic under the 23rd service company.’’

The consultant stood before me, handing me some papers, and the documents of my new calling throughout Sunden. I saluted before them, all of my friends were selected to take part in other places in the military, and once we all left the room, that was the last time I saw them again. I grabbed my things which were sitting outside in the hallways, holding the documents in hand, and made my way outside in this shivering cold air in its sky blue morning. The sun was out as a jeep drove past, the doors opened up before me, and the commander spoke to me with a light tone.

‘’Lieutenant Mayishi, I’ll drive you down to the muster station.’’

The commander said as he coordinated towards me with hands, climbing into the jeep, and sitting across from the old man before me. He was a ranking commander. I heard many stories from the professors that when medics were taken by this commander, not a single letter about them came back to their academy after some disappearances during their service.

‘’I will warn you kid, she’s a beast. If you can’t handle her, I don’t think you’ll be kicking after this, and here are the papers.’’

He went with a laugh as the jeep drove through the snowy roads, it would be a long ride not knowing how long we would be in the jeep for, and started to discuss my upcoming protocols as the jeep took us slowly to the base. From reading the documents of people being seduced by this cargo carrier to never being heard from again, even as a medic it was going to be a hard task to deal with someone that big, and other documents talking about the situations you’d face if crews were to accidentally take the wrong route into the combat zone.

My legs began to tremble in slight fear but also to the harsh cold winter morning we were having. The tongue has been dry since last night’s dinner, and I haven’t eaten any sort of breakfast. With the trip taking longer than expected, the crew in the jeep were finally serving sandwiches, and thankfully it was the good kind of bread you can grab at the bakery back at home.

Roasted chicken with chunks of lettuce and tomatos in the sandwich, the sourdough bread with crispy onions and toasty crunchy feeling when you hold the wrapped paper sandwich in hand. This was breakfast, the good kind I strived for, and finally able to take a munch in.

‘’The bakery down in Felghan’s downtown street has the best breads in the city, the daughter of the shop prepared every single cadet and officer with her line of volunteers to make these sandwiches, thanks to the bakery for the meal!’’

The commander smiled out as he unwrapped his sandwich, at the same time everyone took a bite into the wonderful meal but leaving the macros out of the show as they all had almost the same sandwich. When you serve in the military of Suden you know they’ll treat you well, food at its top quality, and places to stay are almost luxurious especially for the soldiers in the military core.

It would have been at least two hours until we reached camp, fingers still covered in the sauce of the sandwich I had, and slurping off everything to feel satisfied with the meal I just had. Cleaning it all off with my little wipe, washing my hands, and slowly placing my gloves back on.

‘’We are here, lieutenant.’’

The commander goes as the jeep pulls into the warehouse, opening up doors, and slowly he’d walk out first as the old man led me through the gigantic hanger. Large backpacks shaped and designed to carry crates of supplies and weapons, designed by the best of the best in the military to allow their macros to carry out goods to other places around the world.

Slowly the room was full of slow treading stomps, two macros figured to be men were to be female when closer to where we all stood, and they’d hit back onto the benches in front of us. Staring down like we are the mice in their home, the commander led me up the stairs, and brought me to the eye level bay to meet with the macros.

‘’This is lieutenant medical officer Gilad Mayishi. He will be stationed with your crew as your personal medic. He’s the top of his class, here to serve you with all your needs, and please welcome him here at his new home. To the left will be officer Sarah and to your right will be officer Fei. These are the cargo carriers, the capital’s finest transporters in the nation, and be sure to show them love at your time of stay, they’ll return the gesture too.’’

The commander sighed out like he said it a thousand times, patting on my shoulder before leaving me alone.

‘’Don’t lose your humanity..’’

He says in a whisper as the commander walks away, heading down the stairs, and making his way to his office.

It was not long until they turned their eyes towards me, giggling a little as they stared at me, and squinched their eyes to get a better look of myself. They tilted their heads a little, staring into my eyes, and somewhat began to back away a little in fear. They noticed something about me that I don’t know about, they’d whisper to themselves, and turned back to me.

‘’You’re..’’

‘’What’s wrong, scared all the sudden.’’

I go, staring into their eyes deeply, it was for a single moment they seemed to be slightly cautious of me, and that something really trembled inside them.

‘’Girls, don’t get scared with the kid now. He’s new here, obviously he’s-’’

The man stopped in his words, he was almost shocked too, and everyone knew it. Some students back at school noticed it too, I was the top of everything, and even the military knew that. My name has been going around, the best of the best students to come out as a medic but I was also known to be a sharpshooting master even the macros are scared of me or maybe it was something that stank in an imaginative sense would put them off.

I turned around to him, a wolf taller than myself almost two meters tall, and he too seemed to be scared.

But not the commander, he knew my story.

As the hours passed, getting settled in my room, and looked through my notebook filled with some of the photos taken together with my sister over the years, and when thinking of what happened all those years ago, it hurts me wishing the rest of my family was with me that we didn’t have to go into the war. The clock was ticking slowly, the afternoon coming to an end as the sun dipped under the snow, and the moon rose up once more.

The commander knocked on the door, walking into the living quarters, and brushing up his moustache. He slowly sat by the chair near the window, staring towards me, and crossing his arms.

‘’Tell me why are you doing this? I got to know what made you want to do what you want to do. What gets you out of that twin bed every morning?’’

He asked me.

‘’Cause.. Mm.. uh. It’s because, these past few years since I lost my family to the bombings, I've been in the scene. I want to help people. That night I didn’t have the courage to save my brothers and father, and all I was able to do was to take care of my little sister until the lady who stood tall took us into care. I want to help others that’s why I joined the military.’’

I said back to him, trying to put all the words together, and sighing out to the ground.

‘’Those are good words to say, but I still can’t believe you. You’re the top in strategy forecasting, the sharpest of sharpshooters trained to the highest levels of dedication, and yet you are excellently skilled in medicine. It would’ve been nice to have you on the frontline and-’’

‘’Get myself killed, no thanks.’’

The commander stopped rambling towards me, he huffed out as the old man slowly lent the papers to me, and began to speak with me on other things.

’Lieutenant, you will be going as a medic in the next upcoming cargo operation, getting those surplus to our men on the front who are standing currently by their post during the war between Vaswainan and those damned Vitas. Getting this cargo is our top priority and if you are needed on the front, you will use any means necessary. This isn’t a game, this is life or death. You will leave at dawn in exactly twelve hours from now, head to the warehouse as we have something prepared for you before you leave.’’

The commander says as I read through the documents, looking through the lists of supplies that will be brought with us, and the mission entirely written on paper. After giving it some thought to read through, placing the documents on the side, and laying back in this twin bed hoping to get some shut eye.

Having those dreams again, what could have been done to prevent my family’s death, what else was missing. The siren was on, everyone was tired, and some were just too late to reach the wooden stairs outside of the back door. What if I stayed in bed, not getting up, and waited for the bombs to hit my mattress. I could have died there and not to worry about the war around me, yet something ticked. What was it..

By time the thoughts of what happened, it was already morning, and the light flickering its sparks in the dark room. Getting back up onto my feet, carrying my bags, and rushed outside of the door only to meet the commander again.

‘’Slept well, it's a bit late but food is already prepared on the cargo gals. Choose one of them and they’ll carry you around. But get your things downstairs, it seems that present of yours is still on the table.’’

‘’Present?’’

‘’Yeah, go on get it already.’’

I saluted him, rushing down the metal stairs, and seeing the macro officers slowly walked out of the hangar with arms prepared, and large boxed like backpacks on their back. When getting onto the concrete floor, the table underneath the bridge laid a case, and walked towards it slowly.

A silver case with a little blue and white box on the side, lifting the case up, and stuffed the box into my jacket. Just before I turned around, the wolf was beside me, and propped both his arms on his hip.

‘’Sorry about yesterday, please meet you, Lieutenant Mayashi. I am Major John Colleh, I’d like to welcome you to the team.’’

He says as his handpaw is out, shaking it slowly before letting go, and walking with the wolf towards the macros who were just waiting for us. They seemed tired, probably didn’t have enough sleep as I did, and yet with all that weight they were still standing, thankfully not wobbling around.

As we approached closer, the girls stared down at the both of us, and sighing out tiredly.

‘’I think I’ll take this one, the new kid.’’

The wolfess scooped me up from behind into her handpaw without question, raising me up to her cheek, and squinching her eyes a little towards me. Within the moment, her trying to decide where to place me, and a decision was made by resting me by her neck fluff.

‘’Comfy?’’

‘’Yeah it is..’’

‘’Good, don't ask, just rest more. I need a medic that has plenty of rest, if I need you I’ll wake you up.’’

She says as the wolfess begins her hike through the snowy fields, leaving the base besides her fellow officer who carried her own little major, and so the walking begins. The snow fell from the skies, softly landing on her gear as it piled up on the shoulder paddings or up top on the strains of her brown hair. The coat of the woman’s fluff was soft and warm, snuggling myself under the fur, and sinking in slowly like it was a bed that wrapped me up.

Hearing her giggle a little, taking her walk as she carries the load of gear on her back, and watching her fingers slip over me to pull my bags and case away only to place it in her arm pocket.

‘’You gave me more luggage there’s gonna be a fee later for that, lieutenant.’’

The wolfess blabbers a little, hearing me grumble, and her finger digits tapping me ontop of my face.

‘’Shush, now rest.’’

Eyes shut again, it wasn’t long until I fell asleep again, and getting all tired was me feeling weaker quicker by the second. The hours went by, maybe a few days did as well, and there wasn’t a set time that we would arrive at the front. All I knew was that all these supplies were going to the soldiers of the Vaswainan Army and its people, needing all of it to care for its own during the times of hellish conflicts between the states of Vita.

I still remember her, my step mother who took me in, and when those years went by she stopped coming by. Maybe she knew that I was maturing more or there was fear behind her own eyes that she might eventually see the darkness behind me. Until now I felt this feeling, it was rage. The anger that tickles under my skin, I hated macros with heart, and they took my family away.

During those weeks in the shelter, listening to the outside noise of what could have been my siblings being eaten alive by the soldiers of the Vita forces. Letting off some steam killing the innocent, the families who cherished one and another were being ripped apart, and plunged into lakes of blood that had filled the streets. I was angry everyday, when she came into our life, I was hesitant to call her mother, but over the years I did because I was being cared for but even so I felt some hate for the rest.

I trained for this my whole life, not just to become a medical and to care for the weak and hurt, but also to be the best in the arms of warfare. I chose not to be on the battlefield knowing that I could have gone insane, raging like a wild beast, and it was the right choice. Being angry won’t change things, accepting to work with macros would be the best until that rage is washed away.

My mind sank into the fur, slowly resting against her neck, and beginning to sleep with peace. I was tired of thinking hate, it was only the fur that kept me at ease, and when being awakened by the lady who carried me around during her hike. Finding myself in the palm of her hand, seeing the woman stroke my hair with her plush finger beans, and the way she looked at me it was sorta nice.

‘’You are much cuter than I expected. So have you slept well, snack?’’

The wolfess flirted with me as she sat against the tree by a prepared campfire, the aroma in the air was saying that dinner was already being made by the other lady across from the fire, and it seems I have slept for almost the entire day. It took me a full minute to hear what she said at the end of that line, shooting my face back right at her, and back at myself with this weird sensation, what's tingling on my cheeks.

‘’The little snack is blushing, how adorable-’’

’I’m not adorable!’’

‘’Sure you are… Snack~’’

It took me a few more seconds to respond, almost about to stutter too.

‘’Why.. Why are you calling me snack, lady!’’

‘’I like the sound of that, I’m your lovely lady or perhaps your goddess~’’

‘’What is wrong with you, woman?’’

The way she looked at me, the wolfess giggled with a slight blep between her lips, and the blush burnt more on her cheeks than my own. Her muzzle dived towards me, giving me a nuzzle, and then a wet kiss across my face.

‘’Nothing is wrong with me, I just like blushy little boys all so squirmy and flustered up~’’

She goes as the woman settles me down over her knee, picking up food into her hands as the lady begins to eat her meal while the other lady from across the fire lent me a little box of food too.

‘’So how come someone so young like yourself in the military, did you get drafted by force or got that special treatment? It seems the commander treated you well, better than most of the snacks that ended up in our boots or guts rather than running off to another station.’’

I didn’t know how to respond, some of it made me weirdly blush but the other part of it I couldn’t think of an answer right away.

‘’I was given the position, cannot really question it since it’s sorta of what I wanted. Away from the war, focused on the other aspects of being in the military besides being a tough guy which isn’t fun you know, and yeah the commander treats me well. He has a reason why too…’’

Responding back to her, popping the lid of the bento box which revealed some mushed potatoes, and a good amount of seared meat on the side. Using the spork hanging from my belt, digging into my meal, and slowly looking up to the night skies which were above us.

Enjoying this meal, the wolfess might have taken a good liking of me in the past day already, and it somewhat worried me. The commander did say afterall don’t lose your humanity near them, assuming he meant not to be caught in their naughty shenanigans since they keep talking about what most adults like.

Fucking weird..

As the hours went by, the fire burnt out slowly, and by time I finished my meal. The lady stared at me with that blushy red look, smiling towards my eyes, and placing her fingers over her jacket to reveal where the steam was coming from.

’They’re asleep and you’re all mine-’’

‘’Yours, give me a break.’’

She laughed at me, grabbing me with a soft squeeze around my body, and brought me close to her lips to smooch me down. From head to boot, she smothered me with her lips, and her kissing was terrible. The lady’s lips were just covering me up in her scent, she wouldn’t stop even when i shouted at her, and raised my hands out she just didn’t stop.

The wolfess starts to do the unthinkable, that horny mind of hers was treating me like a candy and a pet all at the same time, and it was all so quick. From undressing me up nakedly in her hand, tossing the clothes over the tip of her boots, and to have her slurp my body with her hot saliva coating me all over. I wasn’t sure it was something to hate or enjoy, full of mixed feelings as she toyed with me, and even trying to speak out while only to be ignored.

It took me abit but after a while I gave into her naughtiness, her desire to use me as she liked, and soon the overthinking slowly stopped.

With all the kissing coming to an end, she was too already naked, and inside her tent preparing to snuggle me up. Her breasts steamed up, the musk was in the air, and she pushed me into the between of her cleavage only to pleasure me up. I never was between someone’s breasts, terrified as I was, she was full of giggles.

‘’A quiet little snack all for myself, I’ll treat you like your my new pet~’’

‘’How about you start putting perfume, woman.’’

Looking back up at her annoyed, trying to squirm out of these hot pockets it wasn’t for me, none of it, and the stench. When is the last time this perverted woman takes a shower, bet she hates the water well since she’s basically a giant tamed dog I guess, and with all that intense teasing it did have me put sorta into a place i feel embarrassed being in.

‘’You’re so tough little one, you don’t like big ladies like myself?’’

‘’No, you can do whatever you want but it won’t give me any interest for you, cause right now you’re quite terrible at it.’’

Smirking abit towards her, managing to slip from her cleavage onto her belly, and almost feeling abit free until I slip off her only into her soft padded hand.

‘’Hmm well should I try harder like I did to the rest of my squashed up little mites, if I do you might regret those words, hun.’’

‘’Bite me..’’

The wolfess giggle a bit as she brings her hand closely to her plantigrade paw, swarming with sweat and the scent of dark chocolate coated musk it was sweet and intense not to resist, and for the first time i really wanted to regret what I said, because now she was right to control me like this. I didn’t hesitate for a second, rolling my eyes backwards, and with her pinning my body against her soles. I couldn’t resist, my lips pressed at her pads, and soon the worshipping commenced.

She was smiling down towards me, seeing me lap at her soles as I started to forget everything around me, and it pulled me into a dizzy sort of a hallucinated state. Losing what I remembered, with time going by I was at her paws with constant worshipping, and the obedience kicked in too. From licking the sweat clean off her soles, humping between the crevices of her toes, and sniffing her dark cocoa scent. It was amazing for the first time, I felt such enjoyment, it pleasured me instantly, and when I went dry. My body was soaked in her saliva once more, inside the belly of this controlling woman, and soon drifting asleep.

From hours to days going by, either inside her gut or as a boot insole I was in that hallucinated state, and almost forgetting who I was. When it was night again, two weeks passed as I rested on her chest, stroking me softly with her fingers, and soothing me down. She really put me in my place, I didn’t even start my job yet, and when it was time I couldn’t even say a word since she kept the routine over time. They said that the journey would last seven months until we’d arrive at the Vaswainan military’s post, since it was all mostly hiking, even the older guy was controlled by the other lady, and it was imminent that we were bound to be their playthings not actually to help them.

This isn’t what I signed up for, this isn’t what I want to do, and I don’t want to be controlled anymore. Yet the more I’m under her paws, the more I’m intoxicated with her scent, and the arousal of enjoyment gets worse and worse. I don’t like it yet my little tree says otherwise, there was no end to this suffering, and no escape.

The third month was about to close, the two macro gals were taunting us to worship but something stirred me up as the hallucination broke on me. The shackles snapped, as they were asleep I used their drinking water to bathe myself for the first time in a while, and started to dress myself up into my gear, and take that case given to me. When the sun rose up, when eyes opened up, it was me in control now of her. Standing on top of her head with the rifle slinged over behind my back, and

‘’Hey.. You were way too naughty then the commander implied, head back to sleep.’’

Saying towards the wolfess, crossing eyes as she was full of confusion, and hearing her yawn loudly as it didn’t distract me. Eyes rolling back, the lids closing together as she falls back to sleep, and I made my way down off her. Taking a stroll of the unusual area we were in, it was just me and her. The other macro and that major was probably nearby, maybe it was for privacy but how do you get that when you’re in the forest, with all these trees around surely somebody hiking nearby was watching. If not then we are truly alone in these parts, it was quiet in the atmosphere, and taking a stroll around the lady.

As she finally woke up, seeing the wolfess prop her arm against the soil, and taking a small look at me. Turning around to see the lady always showing interest for me, was I a little too hard on the words, or have I just gotten this dog more horny.

‘’You are quite out of the mix, you know. Two months you’d be in your place while by the end of the month you have control, not a lot of snacks has done that, you’re a first.’’

She said with a soft smile, as the lady started to dress herself up, and placed her gear on only leaving her boots still off. Giving it a few minutes to see how I’d react, but it didn’t get me right away, and afterwards she’d tie them together by her bag as now they hang as she’d walk barepaw on her own. Having her fellow comrades begin to follow her from behind, I took the stroll from behind as it seems maybe I was the slower one perhaps because maybe being human didn’t give the same speed like anthros would usually have.

The lady tried to tease me as we walked by each other, trying to keep up but when I stopped sometimes she continued on almost forgetting about me, and yet even after those painful hours of walking through the snow. She was the only one still waiting for me, sometimes picking me up into her hand, and rocked me to sleep as I hiked through the day and night.

The wolfess showed so much care despite her intentions were to seduce me, sometimes it was going to work while most of the time it wasn’t. She tried her hardest to but it wasn’t helping, that very next night when all were asleep except for myself and her. Focused on the stars above me, where the clouds weren’t under these starry nights, and yet there was something of a glow in the farther point of the east.

A blaze of fire in a small town up ahead, gunfire was heard in the air as soldiers fought the unimaginable of the Vita Forces, and there was no one able to help around. Once those soldiers are dead, they’d move towards the civilians, probably kill them all as they were a flock of sheep.

‘’What’s that up ahead?’’

The wolfess said as I slowly stood up from my rest, squinching my eyes a little, and hearing the sounds from afar. The screaming didn't stop, it was coming back all over again, and the chills in my skin began to bubble from underneath.

Slowly slipped my boots by her neck, placing my hand by her cheek, and climbed down with my boots onto her chest. Pulling out the case from her pocket, unlocking the locks, and opening it up slowly. A silver sniper rifle, one drum magazine all it had, and it was already loaded, seemed dangerous enough.

‘’I know it’s not on the mission, might be court martialed. But I just can’t stand the screaming, I’m going to give those bastards a bullet or two.’’

Saying towards her as I jump off her, landing down onto the ground into a roll, and begin to run into the field. She screamed out towards me, not leaving her post as the other macro woke up with her partner, and watched me march through the snow.

‘’Lieutenant.. Lieutenant, come back!’’

When I arrived at the pathway of the village before me, the sprinkles of blood were fresh on the snowy streets, with the macros up ahead tearing through the soldier’s meat, and the horror of blood wrenching screams can be heard in this village. Youth digging in close to their mothers as they saw the monster’s hand reach out over their roof, praying to god that they will be saved, and within that moment.

The long silver barrel of my rifle was pointed upwards, aiming it towards the officer’s arm, and a powerful ringing tone was heard as I pulled the trigger.

The limb of the vita’s soldier was blasted off cleanly, a bloody waterfall spilled upon the pile of snow, and the arm fell to the ground. One single shot was enough to take away a limb or the life of a tank, so to use it on a macro is easy as cake, thank you commander.

The officer turned around his head towards me, seeing who I was, and what just took his arm away. Smirking up towards him with a giggle, cocking the rifle back for another round, and the smoke blowing out of the muzzle.

‘’A kid with a anti tank rifle, are you serious!’’

The wolf shouted in loud excruciating pain that was felt where his arm used to hang, the other vita officers took one look at me in a blink of an eye, and suddenly another blast went off as a macro's head popped like a balloon leaving shattered bones and brain meat across the field.

A horrifying scene for the macros as they were being killed one by one, seeing me with a cold smile, and a little laugh went through my lips to scare them off.

_ ‘’I’m gonna kill you all, you just wait your turn!’’ _

Screaming out as I fired the gun again and again, and again.

Shifting side to side, as I leave a murdering trail in this bloodbath I create. The vita officers scream in fear, retreating as they try to regroup but I chase them from behind taking them down while each of their hearts and balls are torn off with the single bullet firing from my rifle, as hundreds die at the blast of my power, and seeing them scream in agony begging for mercy.

The night was full of screams, blood spilled much more than ever before, and staring at my foes as they begged to surrender.

There was a chilling feeling on my cheeks as the blood splattered onto my face, no emotion sent on these lips as I murdered each and every single of these Vitans to their end. A bullet falling for another, shell after shell as it hits the ground, and the smoke blazing from the barrel of the rifle.

Again, again.. Again!

Firing each round as it left the chamber, heads splattered like glass in the air, and blaze trails in the night skies as many were shot. There was no end to it, laughing at the scene of the massacre as the civilians were full of horror, and as the night went by soon the town was soaked in the enemy’s blood.

Each bullet left a bloody mess across the ground, when the sun started to rise again it was then some of the friendly forces began to arrive, and where I stood was on the pile of corpses left dead at the edge of my gun.

_A knife tore through the enemy’s skull, once the Vaswainan and URS officers arrived they saw the bloody massacre that I created, and it tore them apart as they saw the number of damage dealt to the enemy’s troops. A monster I was before them, similar to the man who was called by Kon Olav, and another from history long ago. _

The civilians were safe thanks to me, but some of those who were saved around me were afraid of my deathblowing actions to the enemies where their limbs and headless bodies scattered. Yet many of the rest cheered for victory, saying I was a hero to this town, and looking into the enemy’s eyes with no pity or mercy.

A single vita officer was at my mercy as I stood on their forehead, crying in fear as it was the last thing they saw as I took their life away.

‘’Please, please don’t.. please-’’

The town’s very last bang, the last bullet that took the life away of a macro so quick it sounded like a melody. It rang through the town, almost like someone was playing a trumpet, and hearing the footsteps coming closer to where I stood. The commander slowly stopped by the macro’s head as I slipped onto the snowy ground, and stared towards him. While the sun gazed over us, only a shadow covered half of my face, and when eyes met the old man, all was erased from my mind.

Not noticing them but tears drew over my cheeks, crying unawarely as a small smile slowly faded away, and soon the commander wrapped me around in a hug.

That moment...The macros received a grim reminder that they lived in fear of Lieutenant Gilad, rather known as the Grim Reaper of the Realm.

The wolfess stared at me as she looked around, the blood was so vibrant while all around it blanketing the town, and the fear trembled before me. Since that night, she never spoke a word about war or inequality matters, and the wolfess gave trust in me immediately. What she witnessed was the danger of this young man, that in the future changes the tide of the war forever.

Whatever he is, he isn’t human.

Several weeks went by…

After the night’s incident, the aid was delivered swiftly towards the soldiers of Vaswain, and the cargo crew returned to base with heavy transportation taking them back to the hangar. When these weeks went by, the code name known as grim reaper was on the rise as it was rumoured through the entirety of the Realm’s military.

Sitting in the quarters by the window, my position from medical to combative lieutenant, and my station had not changed. I remained a part of the cargo carrier’s unit for security, that night changed me quickly. It's weird saying it but it was much more fun then being shoved into that woman’s boot.

The wolfess stopped treating me as a pet, instead she showed more respect, and still tries to tease me here and there. The journey for me felt so short you know, most of the time from under, and all the rest was my fault. Even so I couldn’t wait for combatants to arrive, there wasn’t anyone who was interested to take the risk, and by her neck I did almost hesitate.

The aid wasn’t delivered to the client’s post but it was sure to arrive in the hands of Vaswain’s military. I don’t know all the details after that since everything went blank for me. The doctors said I went berserk on an adrenaline rush of sorts as it points out the key reasons why they think I’m a changer.

I never had a biological changer type mother before, only one who could be considered as my adoptive parent, and yet it doesn’t link me to that. Is it more on bloodline too, I didn’t know the answers to that as it slowly faded away losing interest in the idea. I haven’t left this room for a while now, I should see if there is something on the board.

Walking out of the living quarters, heading down the hangar sets of stairs, and seeing the wolfess watching the supplies being loaded onto her back carrier bag. Slowly walking beside her toes as she was unaware of it, just before she picked up the straps of her backpack, the lady from above stared down at me with excitement, and immediately bent down onto her knees to check on me.

‘’Had lunch yet, Lieutenant?’’

She giggles towards me, without even asking she’d scoop me into her hands, and raise me close to her eyes.

‘’No, not yet. Why did you have some before me?’’

‘’Nah, I was waiting for you to get out of your bed.’’

The lady smirks as she smooches me on the head, before placing me on her shoulder, and goes to wrap her hand around the bag’s handle grip as she dragged it towards the hangar.

Within minutes, we sat down together as the hot boxes were being served both to herself and I. Sitting inside the hangar, watching her dig through her meal as I chowed down on my meal slowly, and just before I could get another bite. She goes with another question towards me as her lazy tired eyes focus on my figure.

‘’You know lieutenant, you can’t always be a rock, gotta lighten up a little.’’

_She went as it rang the bell in my ears, shooting my face right back at her, and the lady started to giggle once more, why was she laughing so much, and her being a wolf didn’t make sense, more like a hyena. _

‘’What do you mean!’’

‘’Oh you know, break a little for me. I don’t like seeing a sad pebble not kicking around, and when I say that, what I mean is instead of being formal be a little more squirmish. I don’t think I could keep it up, just want to see you kick around sometime, snack~’’

The wolfess says as she laid against the hangar’s beams, staring at me with a little smirk, and propping her arm against the boxes while she placed her meal to the side. The blush burnt over my cheeks, not knowing how to react towards her remarks, and besides that something told me that I should maybe go along with it this time. Having a lady this large, sure she’ll probably seduce me enough to turn me into a pet again, but maybe there’s other things on her mind, perhaps testing me.

‘’Lady, I won't break for you even if you were my commander.’’

‘’Perhaps I should ask the commander to make me your higher officer, Lieutenant~’’

She tried to tease me again, I couldn’t eat not even for a second, and slowly got up onto my boots.

‘’Please don’t get ahead of yourself, I know you want someone to squirm under your rule, it worked once but it won’t happen again. I’d refuse you to try to talk down on me like I’m some toy, I’m not. Just let me do my job!’’

I slammed against the railings, the rails shook and vibrated, it ringing would make the hangar a little quieter for after a few seconds, and started to run down the steps. She was frozen, whimpering in fear as she saw the anger in me, and her ears dropping down as I rushed outside while passing soldiers, macros on the runway helping pilots with their planes, and tanks being slowly rolled out of base.

I hated it, so when I tried to approach her again. She’s sweet but why the hell are women like her always trying to seduce me to get their way, why the hell are they even serving when all they do is try to control us. I hate it, I hate it just send me to the battlefield, let me fight.

Punching against the wooden crates in anger, the soldiers were still and distracted, and saw my emotions behind my fist. That rage felt inside of me more than ever, the commander started to push through the crowds, slowly approaching me from behind but that last punch shot the crate across the runway. Even the macros were stunned, how a human punched an object far out like that it was unnatural. The rage inside me was trembling, turning around to look down at my hand as it was shivering in fear.

I turned around to see the commander full of surprise, then immediately tried to have me calm down to not have things spike more, and placed his hand behind my back softly.

‘’Calm down Lieutenant, you just need to rest.’’

_He tried to speak softly, walked with me through the crowds until they began to return back to course, and slowly arrived at his office. He opened the door first, having me walk in, and told me to sit by the leather couch. _

‘’I’ll make you hot chocolate, alright.’’

_He goes with a soft tone, walking to the counter in his office, and starts to brew the coffee and chocolate slowly stirring them together. The man did not show fear, he knew what I was not something I knew about myself. _

_The commander slowly piled up the mugs with whipped cream, bringing them slowly to the table, and settling them where we sat next to each other. _

_Sipping the creamed up hot chocolate, getting some of the whipped vanilla over my lips, and licking them off. While the commander giggled a little, drinking his coffee, and placed his mug down beside mine. _

_Why was the commander so nice to me? He wasn’t like any other officer in the military, he showed kindness and care first for his soldiers, rather than being a strict statue, he actually showed love almost like a father. _

“All of my soldiers are like my children, you as well. I don’t scold nor judge you, every man and woman under my command is shown care, and for you. You're one of few people in the military that has seen the light go away during times of conflict and loss.. Though there are people who have secrets that they don’t even know about themselves sometimes, you’re a changer.’’

The words played slowly and those last few words felt like the violin instrument’s strings tore by itself, snapping sounds into reality, and was filled with heaviness all the sudden.

‘’Changer, what is that?’’

There was silence in the room, those eyes were dull as ever staring at me, and slowly drew focus back at his mug of coffee.

*‘’Men who have special abilities, born as descendants or have blood tracing connections with a macro in the past. Knowingly that you might never had macro parents biologically, it still transcends through each and every single of humanity because there was a time both created offsprings side by side in love of two different races, even now that tradition lives on.’’ *

The commander sipped his coffee slowly, listening to the old man as I slurped down my hot chocolate, and chowing down slowly on the marshmallows from the mug. He placed his cup onto the table, laying back on the couch, and turned around back at me once more.

‘’Lieutenant, keep yourself in control next time, if you ever turn into a macro I will have to order my women to give you more than just a pat on the back, you see changers are what we call a disease in our ranks. We certainly don’t like changers especially for their abilities, you have a big case on your hands, it might pull you into the bloodbath that you’ll never be able to escape. My ladies might have to kill you someday if you go wild..’’

He shook me with fear, the rage I felt before and today if I don’t control it he can do what he pleases me and I cannot fight that, I don’t know what to feel about it either. He treats me like a son, but if I went berserk he’d take my life away immediately without any hesitation. There was a chilling feeling down my spine, the worrying feeling if I ended up going crazy on another mission.

‘’If my mother found out what you said-’’

‘’Your mother can’t do anything about that, the URS does not like changers in its ranks, just don’t act up. Stay to your job and I won’t say another word to the higher ups, Lieutenant.’’

That was my last day in military service, when I ran away from my duties to protect myself from the horrors of what they could do to me, and better yet if they would kill me. I never said goodbye to my adoptive mother or my sister, ran away without a single letter left for them to read why I left. I was a monster, monsters don’t deserve to serve the country if they’d go berserk it would’ve ruined the trust of many.

Upon morning, evenings, and weeks to pass along the hike was for so long by the shores of each nation while at war. Soldiers of Vita didn’t dare to touch nor the officers of Vaswain, and especially my nation’s troops when they saw that hiking backpack on my back and the rifle in hand.

On the run away from all those who feared me, there were stories about me which sang through their fights, and during those starry nights there was a comet so big it glew brighter than the ocean’s coral. Colours of sky blue that beamed the night skies, when there were snowy nights there were auroras flickering with all mysterious colours.

Times like these, by the fire there were others just like me. Runaways from their posts, there was an old lady handing out freshly baked chocolate chip muffins to keep us warm and full for the night. Tearing through the hot dough of fluff, melting chocolate spill on the crumbs, and slowly taking one bite to another. Circling around the fire under old ruins of a village that once stood here.

On the road again once more, hiking away from the territories allied and enemy nations while hiding my face whether under or a hood or wrapping my lower face with a scarf. Shielding me from the harsh cold or heat that poured down from the skies above, there wasn't a sanctuary for me anywhere. My mother is dead, my father too, and the rest of my siblings are either currently dead or striving in the hands of their adoptive parents. My goals had died out too, saving lives like that lady did for me when I was young even a little sprinkle of it was dwindling away.

Why am I different, that’s something I cannot answer myself.

The night skies always beamed those auroras by the stars, the comet was still gazing upon us, and it glew brighter tonight. Although nothing changed or shifted, it was just a huge chunk of metal waiting for the right moment I guess or staring at us all like a mosaic painting. It might pass by another system too.

The commander must be pissed, he scared the living hell out of me but I think I did it worse by running away, should I go back.

The worst case that could happen is that, no I don’t even want to think about it. It could be they’re on the lookout for me, however none of the other nations found out. Looking to the west from where I stood. Something told me to go there, that city was burning alive with flames scorching the streets, and the trumpets of screams were heard from afar where I stood.

What if it’s the Vita or what if it’s the tribes?

My hands were shaking, my feet felt the move to go forward, and yet I didn’t want to go. The calls for help were tremendous, no one was going to save them. Not the URS and especially not the Vaswains, they’re way too occupied. Walking slowly towards the city, reaching the traffic jam of burnt cars, many dead in their cars as the scent of their flesh was scorching, and when walking through the highways there I saw the officers of Vita were going rampant. Crushing civilians underneath their paws, soldiers firing non stop but their bullets didn’t tear nearly into the macro soldiers, and laughed as they toyed with the humanitarian officers of the URS.

Swinging out the rifle, pointing upwards towards the vita officer’s head from where I stood, and fired the singular capsule as the loud ringing sound tore through the sound barrier, piloting through the fires, and tearing through the skull of the enemy’s head as debris of brain matter splattered across the massacre fields.

A few vita officers stood back as they saw their comrade’s head blow up, the entire scene was filled with silence, and all stared at me.

‘’Get all civilians outside the city immediately, I will handle these beasts!’’

I shouted out without thinking, rushing into the bloodbath zone, and firing another shot as an projectile shaved through an vita officer’s chest leaving no time to take his last breath. The macros were full of alertness now, the coats sliding off my arms, and taking off everything that was weighing me down besides my rifle and bag of bullets.

Humanitarian officers rushed into the scene to help the innocent, while Vaswain military squads rushed by my side with their own rifles in hand.

‘’Fire!’’

Soldiers of Vaswain fired at the same time at Vita officers, aiming our rifles at the enemy with sync action, and scouting the entire city to fire down the macros of Vita with raining bullets. The soldiers of Vaswain were fast, well in sync, and didn’t judge who I was. At the same time, a macro fox behind us was rushing, jumping over us, and punching down one of the macro soldiers with ease in close combat as we took care of the other Vita officers. After the shootout, the bodies of those enemies sunk into the rubble. Burning in the city’s flames, the fox slowly turned around as he wiped his snout.

‘’Sir Olav there is more macros by shore, do you need assistance?’’

One of the soldiers shouted through the microphone, he turned around with a smile as he just finished one of the macros off.

‘’No, you all handle the center, I’ll take care of the rest.’’

The fox said as he sprinted off through the battlefield, hearing his words from the legend himself. More macro vitans were rushing towards us, firing again, and again towards each of those macros with ease. Slowly the city center was quieting down, the enemy soldiers were clearly dead at this point, patting the shoulders of one of the lead shoulders, and sprinting off back onto the trail that Sir Olav left behind.

Upon reaching the shore, three macros surrounded the fox with weapons in hand as Kon was being outnumbered by his enemy. Moving forward into a race to fight, jumping onto some fallen building rubble, and firing what must’ve been the final round in my chamber as each of the bullets I had in my bag was all gone. The vita officer loses his head with blood splattering on the beach, giving Kon his opportunity to break through, and land his death blow at the enemy.

Pointing the rifle upwards towards the last enemy officer behind the vaswainan knight, and once my finger squeezed the rifle, a clicking sound was only heard as I was completely empty.

‘’Seems like the little one ran out of bullets, what will you do now~’’

The macro said as he walked closer, bending down onto his knees, and stared closely at me with an evil grin. I wasn’t scared, my body didn’t freeze from where I slowly stood up, tossing the rifle at his face but in an instant he caught the gun between his two fingers, and crushed it like it was nothing but glass. Smearing it between his finger pads, as dust slowly poured onto the ground, and giggled out with his grin.

‘’Little one lost his toy, now what to do with you~’’

He brings his right hand closely to my body, bringing his fingers together, and flicking them against me with no time to move. Throwing me off guard, sending me at massive speeds through buildings, and leaving trails of holes on each wall I went through. He laughed out loud, thought I died so quickly but got up back onto my feet slowly, and walked back onto the beach with blood slowly burning on my body.

‘’You know it’s funny, getting called changer isn’t something I thought will be true, but standing here just really makes me want to kill you even more now, you know.’’

The laughing stopped as he heard my voice, the steam lifting up at the blood soaked back into my wounds, and skin to skin attaching back together.

The silence was frightening for my enemy, he slowly backed away from where he stood, and watched him shiver in his legs. I smiled as he grew in fear, channelling the energy through my system, and stopped before him.

Wrapping my fingers in the palm of my hand into a fist, charging the surge of power in my legs, and releasing the energy through my veins into my right fist to punch in the air shooting an air burst attack against the macro throwing him back onto his back. Then what felt like a heavy chain in my hand, pulling the whip back as it shattered the air between myself and the enemy, and dragging him to the ground.

Drawing his face into the dirt, jumping to the side, and kicking against the cheekbones of his head which threw him backwards again. Each hit I made, there was a squeezing to crackling sound of my enemy’s bones breaking.

Racing across the debris, jumping into the air, and punching into the flesh of that dirty talking beast. He’d scream in pain trying to throw me off, and for trying to swap me off his face, giving him a kick against his forehead while listening to the skull crackle under my boot’s heel. Then jumping downwards onto his snout, squeezing both fists as they tore down the snout snapping infold inner his skull. Blood squeezed out quickly, squirting out from the pressure of two parts crashing against each other, and even when I thought he should’ve been dead, he was still kicking.

His eyes gouged in pain, trying to stand up but the pain in his head was too hard to bear, and the shouting continued as he cried in pain. Slowly walking by his left, staring down at the puddles of tears dripping slowly down his cheek, and reaching my hand down slowly towards his pupils.

Hearing the enemy’s muffled screams through that crunched up muzzle of his, whimpering in absolute pain, and tearing up with amounts of salt water trailing down side by side of his head.

Twisting my wrist as I start to feel the power vibrate in both of these two hands, and jump up to the air as his head tears slowly open and then explodes into watermelon slush covering the rubble which laid underneath that thick skull of his. Brain matter slipping through the cracks, blood inking into the dirt, and bones collapsing to the ground

Landing onto the ground away from the enemy’s corpse, wiping the blood off my lips, and stared upwards towards the fox as he finished dealing with his opponent. He was just cleaning up his knuckles and his claws, looking down towards me with confusion, and slowly questioned me with his tired sigh.

‘’Did you kill him?’’

I nodded upwards with a giggle, staring at the ground with my eye vision slowly going in a blur, and suddenly my body felt all so weak.

‘’Yeah I did, changer or not. I killed him..’’

I said softly, as he backed away slowly in caution.

What felt like a jolt of shockage behind my neck told me to stop whatever I was doing, and just before I could think, my body dropped to the ground only instead it was someone's palm of whatever whose hand was terribly covered with fluff or that’s what it felt like. My body being all weak, knocked me out to sleep in whoever’s hand I fell into.

Throat was in soreness and pain, legs felt all so numbed, and not able to squeeze my tired hands, no yawn spilled nor breath it was like I died in the arms before I could make another move.

What felt like several weeks went by, this time was in a state of nothingness, unable to wake up, and not knowing what was going on from the outside world. Where I walked was dark, listening to my footsteps walking what felt like endless puddles, and it was cold. Colder the further I went through the darkness, the auroras above my head, and no wind being brushed through my hair. I saw nothing, there was nothing but an empty void filled with nothingness.

I tried to scream, pleading for help but there were only echoes of my own words, and continuing to walk without feeling the need to rest. It would feel as if I was walking for years, not a single voice spoke out, and for the first time there was a dwindling light. Approaching the dwindling light, reaching out for it as the light particles tickled my palm, and it felt warm.

Suddenly there were colours flashing before my eyes, shooting from all around in the void, and as all colours raced side by side. The surface under my feet turned into lush green grass, surrounding me with meadows, and forests from all around. There was wind brushing into my hair, but everything felt like an ongoing dream, and when closing my eyes one last time there was a feeling of waking up.

A large room, seemingly it felt as if the room belonged to a palace. I slowly got up while pushing the sheets off of me, and getting onto my feet. The bed was massive, it was a macro sized bed but there was nobody else laying here, couldn’t they just provide me with a regular bed unless it was their goal to enjoy the luxury.

It was weird finding myself in such a place, soon the brownish red door slowly opened as someone of a macro size walked through with several knights behind them.

The figure drew closer to the bed, it was her. The lady who saved myself and sister from the bombed zones, she was there right in front of me. She slowly leaned down by the bed, cupping her hands around me, and lifting my body slowly to her beautiful leaf green eyes.

She gently patted my head with her thumb, nudging her snout closely towards my chest, and kissed me softly.

‘’My little Gilad..’’

The lady said as she nuzzled me a little more, checking on my wounds, and tired body as she sat up in the bed. The door slowly closed with none of the knights else inside the room, it was just myself and her, my mother, The lady who took us in after the bombings.

‘’What are you doing here, mother?’’

I asked her as she slowly looked down to the floor and turning her head back up.

‘’Your mother had to run away too. You know, your sister is safe here at the palace. The United Realms military started to see things that you and your little sister had, it made them blunt, while also afraid. So we made the move first, just weeks later you did too. That’s how you ended up here in the Kingdom of Vaswain.’’

She goes quietly as the woman gets out of the bed, taking a stroll to the chair by the window, and placing me down on the arm resting table by her seat.

‘’You knew?’’

‘’Yeah I did, changers are considered divergents in the realms of Suden. There was going to be a day you’d get exposed to it but I didn’t think so soon especially at your age, my little one..’’

‘’It was weird, knowing I have abilities that can tear and shred, not shifting a little bit but when I bleed, my body would steam while in a stinging sense to heal. It was so terribly weird-’’

‘’Bleed from your nose? Had a shocking pain in the neck from time to time? Have you been less hungry than usually?’’

Mother goes as she continues to observe me, her hand under her chin, and watches as she sees the door open. Kon walked through those doors in his gear, guiding a lady from behind him, and she’d close the door behind her. Kon would bring a chair to his mistress, settling it in front of mother’s seat.

The gray wolfess with the dirty blond hair and blue eyes, dressed in white royal garments, and she’d slowly sit across from us.

The lady would stare at me with those cold dull blue eyes, taking the folder of papers from my mother’s hand, and she’d begin to read through.

‘’The report says that you’re a runaway, ran away from your service like your mother did in the time of feeling unsafe where you served. You have abilities unseen before in changers, several vita officers had their limbs torn off instantly, eyes pressed in, and blood would leave the enemy’s corpse. Gilad is an unnatural changer, he’s far too dangerous.. That what says in the report.’’

The lady said as she placed the folder down by the bed sheets, scooting in a little closer to take a better look of me.

‘’Boy with the powers of an undying angel, called a changer. Though not exactly true to the form of how changers can act, most are able to shift. No I don’t think you’re a changer..’’

‘’Trancers should be about right..’’

_ Several days go by . . . _

In the royal hallways of the Vaswainian Kingdom’s palace, many officers stood in the room side by side whether macro or micro while my mother stood in the crowds of macro officers with my sister by her side.

I was amongst the crowd, troops behind me with several other late teens around my age stood by the side.

Queen Sophia sat in her throne, her knight stood by her chair, and she’d call out my name to come to her throne. Bowing down before her, in front of the queen she was massive and someone that must fear, yet there was no feeling of being scared, she was not in control of me, there was resentment inside of me, and even so she’s giving me a proper opportunity to serve by her throne.

‘’Gilad Mayashi, Trancer of the Vaswainan Forces. Queen Sophia the second announced that you will be our sorcerer in this great war.’’

She says, it trembled inside of me that there was a better or greater service to serve under her.

My mother was proud, so after the ceremony. Settling in the palace, my sister and I had time to talk for abit before I headed on back to prepare for my service.

She was by the porch, playing the harp, and listening to each of the threads play a melody. Her singing was soft and quiet, her song played through our quarters, and maybe outside into the halls of the palace.

‘’Oh youth, guided by the knight of the deities...Unite Veridara under skies and throughout twilight, Bring peace through the world.’’

She’d continue to play the harp, after a few minutes of her playing the song, she’d place the harp down by the table, and started to smile when she saw me. It’s been nearly ten years since i last saw her, i was now in the garments of a vaswainan officer while she stuck in her academy uniform.

She didn’t hesitate, my sister rushed towards me hugging my tightly, and nudging her face into my arms,

‘’I don’t want you to ever go, if you do go I will never make anymore cinnabons again!’’

‘’Oh no, I will miss your baking, how could you..’’

I started to laugh and giggle a little too, hugging her closely, and bent down slowly meeting eye to eye. I was now twenty while she was still trying to catch up, she hugged without letting me take time to breath, and that sister of mine won’t let go until I’d stubbornly say, I promise. She knew I had to serve, she doesn’t know why I’m called a transfer, and maybe one day I can tell her.

There is other in the past service might grow to dislike me now, hearing the news that I have ran away from their nation towards another might end up giving me enemies or perhaps visitors, close friends or that one wolfess, yet I hope I won’t get any guests coming by, it’d be a little weird you know.

‘’Well then sister, I promise never to never make a promise I cannot make, besides I need to serve, and it will pay off eventually to protect you too.’’

I said softly as she loosened her hug, a little frown on her face, and sighing out.

‘’Fine, but don’t ask me to wake you up for your work, and only one cinnabon a day!’’

‘’Sure, maybe I should practice baking too sometime~’’

Hearing her play the harp again, singing her song as it echoed through the quarters where mother stayed in the room across from our little house built for us two.

Off to service, I guess.
