Picked Up
Withdrawn wolfess wrangled by wretched wolf.
This is my first public upload of a writing piece. This took me about an hour and a half to write and edit -- I hope I can squeeze that down to about an hour. Please comment and rate my work!
Ashley sighed as she looked down into her drink. The fruity beer had begun to warm up in her hands, which further reduced the appeal to the wolfess. Her attire was simple, since she rarely had any reason to go anywhere besides class or the library, and the three-quarters sleeves and slim jeans she wore were the most exciting attire in her whole wardrobe. The entire time her roommate, Samantha, a squirrel, was getting ready, Samantha constantly lamented the lack of pizazz in the wolf's chosen outfit and how she wished she could lend Ashley something more suitable for going out in.
She glanced over her shoulder from her seat at the bar to see if she could see the rodent. The wolfess saw her friend at the edge of the dance floor, where she had been for the last hour, where she bobbed and swayed her body to the beat in what most wouldn't consider good dancing, but it was clear that the russet-furred lady enjoyed herself immensely. Sam's attire was a tad more revealing, with a tank top that cut low in the back and stopped just above the line her tight shorts made.
And just like every other time that Ashley looked to see where Sam was, she would look back nearly simultaneously and wave the canine to join her. And just like every other time that Ashley was waved over, she gave a polite shake of her head and held up her right hand to deny the offer. And just like every other time the offer was denied, Samantha would shrug and resume dancing, inwardly sure that eventually she would get her roommate to crack.
It was Samantha's idea to drag the studious canine out in the middle of spring break, and it wasn't something that the rodent would relent on. The whole time she sat there, the lithe, nearly gaunt wolfess wished she had brought a textbook to study so she could get further ahead and more prepared for the rest of her curricula, but the squirrel wouldn't even her to bring a book for personal reading. That's all you do! she would protest. Read, read, read, study, study, study. Live a little! All work and no play makes Ashley a dull girl. And it was true that the canine wasn't the most entertaining company, but she didn't have any will or desire to mingle or meet more people -- she had her small circle of friends that she was perfectly content with.
Again, Ashley sighed. How exactly was she forced to go? She was just excessively goaded, wasn't she? The squirrel couldn't -- and wouldn't -- do any real harm to her. Next time she would just have to be more stubborn.
This time, the sigh was followed by someone appearing next to her. "Hey there," a low, definitely male voice called out over the noise of the club. "You look a little lonely."
The voice startled the wolfess, and she turned to her new guest. He was a wolf, with nearly the same fur pattern as she, but instead of being mainly grey with white details, he was mostly covered with black with grey details. It was difficult to really make out any of his features in the dimly-lit atmosphere of nightlife, especially when combined with his equally dark choice of attire: it was all black, but Ashley thought she could maybe see a pattern stitched into the male's button-down shirt.
"How're you doing tonight?" the wolf continued, with a grin like the Cheshire cat: all you could really see of him was his teeth and his imposingly yellow eyes.
"I'm --" Ashley started, but she was cut off by the newcomer.
"Gorgeous?" he finished for her, as he began to lean closer to the wolfess. He maintained solid, compelling eye contact as he got close enough that their breath would wash over each other's muzzles.
"-- uncomfortable," she whined as her ears splayed while she tried to lean away from the quite obvious advances her suitor was making. She frowned, too, and gave a quick sideways glance to see if she could see Samantha, but the squirrel was currently occupied in an energetic dance with a bird that dwarfed the squirrel by a good foot.
"Oh, don't be like that," the wolf said just loud enough for Ashley to hear. While her head was turned away, he slipped a small packet from his sleeve and dumped it into the half-empty glass in the girl's hands. "Here, let's start over -- I'm Lee." He leaned back to a more comfortable distance.
As she looked back to Lee with a worried frown, she took a sip from her mostly warm beverage. "Ashley," she replied, "but I'm not really --"
"That really is a pretty name," Lee interjected once more. "Really, though, how are you? You look a tad out of place." He chuckled to himself, something inaudible over the music and the other patrons.
"Yeah, I'm... I usually don't come to places like this, my roommate dragged me out," Ashley replied once more. She shook her head. *Why am I talking to him?* she thought for a moment, but she was too awkward to make a forceful conversational exit.
The black wolf said, "Well, I'm glad she did," and pointed at her drink. "Need a refill?" he asked, but while Ashley held up a hand to deny the offer, Lee turned his head to the bartender and raised a hand, a crisp $5 note between his fingers. "Can I get a refill for the lady?" he called out. After a moment, the bulldog came back and took the grey wolfess's glass and topped it off before he took the payment-plus-tip from Lee.
Now Ashley felt even more compelled to drink since it wasn't just her roommate who was spending money on her now. She took another drink and tried and mostly failed to hide her grimace from the burn of the alcohol on her tongue and throat. "Thanks, I guess," she said with uncertainty.
"Anytime, darling," the black wolf said with his handsome grin.
And so Lee would force conversation on the poor introverted Ashley, and pressured her into finishing her drink by ordering one for himself, too. And as the smart girl tried to hold the conversation with her weak social skills, she started to find it harder and harder to form the words in her head, and even harder to speak them. Is... This... The alcohol? she managed to force together in her mind.
"You look a little unwell, darling. Need some help to the restroom?" Lee offered, which Ashley accepted with an eager, but unsteady nod. And so the black wolf helped the grey wolf to her feet and supported the inebriated girl as they walked along the wall of the club furthest from the exit, towards the back corner of the club.
In her drugged stupor, she didn't realize that they had long ago passed the bathrooms until she recognized the scrape of concrete under her shoes. She looked down, then around, and they were behind the club, and suddenly the world went sideways as she was shoved, and then the world went dark when two van doors closed behind her, and her mind went dark as the tranquilizer completely subdued her.

"That search for that wolf girl is finally over," a detective mentioned to one of his colleagues as they passed by.
"Oh? What happened?"
"Her body was found in a drug den during a raid. Hogtied, covered and filled with cum. Coroner's ruled the cause of death as an overdose, it was probably whoever kidnapped the poor gal." He changed the page of the newspaper he was on as he shook his head.
"Why would you tell me all that? God, you're a sick fuck," the other detective said as he walked away.
The black wolf grinned toothily. "Yeah, I know."
