Buster: The Pimp of Elwood City: Chapter 1
Buster makes himself King and essentially transforms local neighborhoods to sex-based societies. In the process he'll make himself a pimp. This chapter establishes the basics as opposed to focusing on sex. There will be more of that next chapter, but there is some here.
"I'm glad you could come over to see my new invention Buster" said the Brain as he added a drop of some chemical to a bottle. After a few more steps he adds a spray nozzle.
"So what is it? Some sort of perfume?" asks Buster. The Brain rolls his eyes.
"No, it's a pheromone-based spray." explained the Brain, "The scent is so powerful that it gives anyone with the spray an atmosphere that influences others." Buster looked a bit confused. "To make it simpler, if you're sprayed by this, people are more likely to like you. In addition they'll be more likely to be open to suggestion."
"So...you'll command others?" asked Buster.
"Well, maybe if you sprayed enough." shrugged the Brain. The bottle was small, but effective.
"What happens if you spray the entire bottle?" asked Buster.
"Simple. Any action you do gets no negative reaction from others." said the Brain, "They'd do anything you say, like it, and find you attractive if a girl or find you extra commanding and respectable if a guy. Plus the pheromones would be so strong nothing could remove it. Not even an hour-long shower." Buster's eyes widened. "But that's why it's important to only do a small spray. The bottle could empty in like 5 sprays. I should probably work on watering the compound down." Buster quickly grabbed the spray and sprayed the entire bottle all over him. The Brain was shocked and tried to stop him but once the spray was on he couldn't do it. He couldn't have a negative reaction to what he does, he was just that commanding with his essence.
"Alright Brain. You won't tell anyone about this." said Buster.
"Of course, dude." he smiles.
"Alright then. See you later." said Buster. He grinned as he walked downstairs. Now he could do anything.
"Heading home Buster?" asked the Brain's mom as she washed some dishes. This was Buster's first test.
"Yeah." said Buster. He then gently stroked her breasts. The mother smiled and blushed.
"Oh, you!" she giggled. Buster's eyes widened. It worked. In the window, a neighbor was looking into the scene. She smiled upon seeing Buster. The compound was so powerful that even someone in another house couldn't have a negative reaction to his actions. This was amazing. He then made out with the mother and felt all over her body. Every parent and child in the room accepted him as their new king. They were ready to obey any command and now it is their way of life since he became their ruler. He was about to further change their lives.

All of the men shall embrace this and enjoy the free sex. Sex shall be the pastime of our society. Sex shall be the never ending merriment." everyone cheers. "However, incest continues to be a plague to prevent those from having sex with those that they live with. So, I will remake the family. All new family members will be unrelated and therefore all will have sex with all. I will assign a young male and female with a married couple. I have already prepared this and so everyone should report to the gym where you will be assigned your new families." everyone stood up and cheered again. He smiled, all was according to plan.
He also had meetings with the city's mayor. Since all of the school's residents lived in the same four neighborhoods, he had the mayor begin building gates to close them off and make them a more private society. He'll soon go on television to order all residents of the city to stay away from their community and continue life as normal. He wanted this sex society to be big to feel like a society but not too big. He also wanted no outside interference so it could go on potentially for the rest of his life.
In the gym he and other school staff helped assign people. Mr. Ratburn was sitting in a chair at a booth and told all of the students where to go.
"Ah, Francine Frensky. You will be with Arthur Reed." Arthur walks up to her and rubs her ass. "You and Arthur will be assigned to the Powers. Go to classroom 23 to meet them." They head off. Mrs. Fink assigned the non-parental relatives. Buster planned to where any leftover female relatives, ones that would make an uneven number of boys and girls for the family, would be given to Buster personally. Buster already made his own family. He is the husband of Arthur's mother, Jane Read. D.W. was assigned with the Tibble twins, he didn't bother to separate them. Buster then assigned David Read to be with his own mother, since she was divorced. Buster, as king, has a harem of several leftover women of his choosing and does not have any sons. Catherine Frensky, Sue Ellen, Molly MacDonald, and multiple others were all his now.
