Sparks take a little time to recover from experience at magic shop.

Sparks walk little ways, replaying encounter in head, over and over again. Felt very strange to not be in control of body but more think more wonder if Sparks would have protested even without magic charm.

Sparks in whole new world now. Not even know name of planet yet know Sparks free from past. No expectations. No responsibility or contract to Dominion government here.

Sparks completely free to explore world and... self.

Exploring self not really focused much in Dominion. Expected to focus on what your good at and succeed. Can only play around if willing to fail in life. Those who mess around sometimes end up in not good situations which ruins their reputation permanently.

Only sex that recommended by Dominion is solely for procreation. Chua back on home enjoy sex for fun but not know this until other Chua tell me. In fact, crime in Dominion to have nonprocreative intercourse. Dominion need as many babies as possible on Nexus. Very few. Start completely over.

All Dominion expected to procreate at least 2.1 times on average. Guarantee steady positive increase in population. Slow enough to allow for new settlements to be made to house families. Rebels do exist. In fact, Chua revolt happen in Illium, Dominion capitol on Nexus two years ago. Over 500 Chua! That lot! About 5% of Chua population on Nexus. Dominion government respond swiftly and viciously.

All 500 were arrested and all questioned extensively - many speculate tortured. Then each put into solitary confinement for 6 months. After trial over, condemned to 10 years of prison. Leader get life. This create half Chua population to cower in fear and submission but other half protest arrests. Over 4,000 Chua protest unjust treatment of Chua who make up minority of Dominion on Nexus, only 2% or so.

Violence broke out in capitol. Several Chua actually killed by 'peacekeepers.' Cause revolts by other species in defense of Chua against government which mainly human. Cassian government not back down. Kill many protesters, claim protesters have no right in Dominion.

Eventually, uprising suppressed. Cassians make up more than 70% of Dominion. Of the 30% of other species, only 5% revolt. Squashed after month or so.

Sparks at time in capitol to report news of new portals to government. But after revolt, Sparks get curious and watch from afar. Not want to get involved but curious why Chuans protest. Sparks at time think Chua have it good but now know Sparks wrong at time.

Sparks not government sympathizer. Just not really into politics. Thought not worth Sparks' time or energy.

But after revolt, Sparks think more and more about Chua relationship with Dominion. Seem artificial and forced at best, hostile at worst.

No Chua Sparks met actually like Cassians, only respect of Cassians adaptability keep Chua in line.

After all this, Sparks care less and less about making Dominion happy. Became more lazy. Grew out belly - personal project at time.

Still do work, but go slower, then make others do work for me. Less results, make Dominion angry.

Sparks learn why other Chua hate government. Manipulate Chua and give false sense of security.

First, government sent less man power so Sparks have to work more to get anything done. Sparks not like that so protest. Do nothing for 2 weeks.

Government caught word and stopped sending food.

Sparks use survival techniques and hunt game in forests. Manage to eat just as well - though less sweets.

All respect for government gone from Sparks mind.

Sparks about to leave but then see last bottle on nightstand.

Sparks remove note from under bottle and read: Hey kid, sorry I had to run before you woke up. Don't worry, I didn't rob you of your hour. Trust me, I'll remember you. Sparks grab bag and quickly run downstairs to check in window.

"Sorry! Almost late!" Sparks shout.

"Ah, I was waiting for you!" the lady voice from before said, "not a minute too soon. You just avoided the late fee. Did you have a nice night?"

"Um... I guess you could call it that. Certainly interesting," Sparks reply.

"Good! That will be 3 silver and please pass the key too."

Sparks dig in coin purse which getting lower and lower and fish out 3 silver and the key which he put in coin purse for safe keeping.

"Here!" Sparks say, jumping up and tossing 3 silver and key through small hole.

"Oh!" the lady said again.

"Sorry! Maybe you should invest in a step stool for height challenged customers," Sparks suggested.

The girl behind the counter chuckled.

"Usually height impaired customers have a tall 'friend' with them to do the exchanges."

Sparks sigh. Reminded of big guy. Not have tall friend. Friend turned into person who use Sparks for fun. Sparks enjoy but not really want.

"Well, that's everything. I hope you have a great rest of your day and stop by our INN some time. Bring a 'friend' next time though. It's more fun that way."

"K, will do!" Sparks say, leaving building.

Now have 2 hours before need to get to docks.

Priority is shower.

Sparks walk somewhat aimlessly for little while. Eventually find leaky hose fixture on side of one building. Use drips to get as clean as can. Eventually chased away by angry old woman.

Sparks not 100% rid of sex smell, but good enough for most noses not to detect. Too bad Sparks nose not one of those.

Sparks go up to stall and buy cheap 50 copper meat on stick. Salty and slightly over cooked but Sparks not mind. Once on ship, free meals every day. Can go with crappy meal for one more hour. Not big deal.

Sparks walk until come across sign which point out directions of various districts.

Sparks see that port on west end of city.

Sparks right now on northwest side of city, pretty close to docks.

Sparks walk in direction of docks, nibbling on rapidly cooling meat stick.

Occasionally some homeless people would ask for money. Since Sparks no longer have use for money for while, Sparks give away 1 silver to every homeless person who beg to Sparks.

By time reach docks, Sparks remaining silver dwindle to only 25 silver. Still respectable but way less than 1 Gold had yesterday. Not complain though.

Sparks walk alongside dock which built below city level. Main city sort of on plateau or cliff. High above ocean which city abuts.

Sparks finished the last bite of meat as he climbed down the stone ramps which slowly crisscrossed to the wooden dock below.

Sparks observe large cannons which lay along city facing ocean, ready to defend city from sea invaders or pirates. Sparks guess they work since city still free.

Sparks walk along dock, many ships though not many with huge amount of people. Captain Aby give impression big ship with lots of people.

Sparks don't remember if Captain Aby give name of ship but Sparks not too concerned. Find it eventually, plus have 20 minutes left before departure. Plenty of time.

Sparks walked for another 15 minutes before coming across a crowd of people waiting along side a truly massive ship.

Sparks go up to what look like 3 half sized people, almost Sparks size.

"Hello there," Sparks say as Sparks walk up to three.

"Oh! What are you!?" one of the half people say excitedly in a squeaky, high pitched, feminine voice.

A second piped in with a somewhat lower, more grainy voice, "Haley, have you ever seen his species before?"

"No, Domas, never seen his species before. He's our size, though! We'll be friends immediately! Things to bond over!"

The third responded, "Ignore them, they're just chatty. Never shut up. Names Tat! Nice to meet you!"

Sparks very curious of 3 half people. Look like humans but facial features slightly different than humans. And body have different proportions.

"Why you short?" Sparks ask curiously, not aware they weren't humans.

"Why are you short?" Domas reply quickly, giggling at his less than witty come back.

Tat quickly shoved Domas away, "We're gnomes, not humans like some may think. What is your species called, I have never encountered your kind before?"

"Chua. Sparks is name," Sparks say. "Oh, also, is this Captain Aby's ship? Not get name of ship, kind of just wandering."

"Yes, this beauty is called the Tiffany Taylor, Tiff for short. She's never been crewed before, only revealed to the public last year. Captain Abigail Kindhart is the first captain of Tiff and should be here shortly. You made it just in time. I hear she's very strict. One minute late and you might not have been allowed on."

"Sparks meet her yesterday. Very nice. Kind heart indeed. She say her strictness is an act but don't tell anyone else Sparks say so," Sparks say.

"Oh, very interesting. Don't worry, I keep secrets very well. So, what brings you here?" Tat ask curiously. Obviously, Tat more on Spark's personality side than other two.

"Offered by Captain Aby yesterday. Not planning on joining crew but said yes anyways. Need time to think, Sparks suppose."

"Well, we'll have plenty of time for that. These are my two siblings, you know their names by now, I'm sure. Ever since we were little we've wanted to travel all over Azeroth and potentially to Outland as well. We've been to neighboring nations but never got our wish until now. We've been ordered by the King to make deliveries to 7 different countries and cities: Booty Bay in the Cape of Straglethorn, Bilgewater Port in Kezan, Gadgetzan in Tanaris, Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge in Thousand Needles, Ratchet in the Barrens, then onto Northrend where we may stop at the Howling Fjord and back down to Gilneas City in Gilneas and finally back to Stormwind. Clearly some of those territories are Horde controlled but Tiff was designed to be a neutral vessel. We won't be flying any flags on this voyage."

"Sparks impressed. You know your geography. Do you mind teaching me once we board?" Sparks ask, taking advantage of situation to learn about new planet.

Tat's eyes lit up, "Of course!"

Tat who was about to say something more got distracted by his siblings who had suddenly begun fighting.

"Hey, you two, knock it off! Do you want to look like bafoons in front of Captain Kindhart?"

Sparks, seeing Tat was now preoccupied, walked further into the crowd.

Sparks see all different kinds of people. Some were in small groups while others seemed to be alone.

Many different species represented. Sparks see five big guy's species, need to learn species name, several humans yet unlike Dominion, humans not in majority. Species seem to be mostly equally represented. 3 gnomes, few look like gnomes but little bigger. 4 or 5 night elves. 2 pink skin elves. 3 green small people with pointy looking faces and ears, 2 medium sized green people with big tusks, two blue tall skinny people, also with tusks and large hair. There were several others but what stuck out most was there was only one species besides Sparks that was solitary.

Sparks walk toward beast like creature that stood by self, almost as if being avoided by others.

Sparks walk up behind creature and observe appearance.

Tall, but not super tall, maybe 6 foot. Covered in black fur that was longer in some spots but mostly was no longer than an inch on about 90% of its body.

Sparks don't see no breasts so assume male.

Creature also have long tail which hung idly downward.

Sparks tempted to touch silky looking tail but hold back urge.

Sparks careful not to be seen yet. Walk forward enough to see side profile and under chin. Creature's hands somewhat large like big guy's but end in claws instead of blunt meaty sausages. Creature strong looking but yet Sparks recognize undernourishment. Stomach sunken in. Muscles not as defined as could be. Somewhat lanky. Large, hollow under mouth - can see both sides of mandible - opposite of double chin. Pointy snout with little meat on it.

Sparks notice some twigs stuck in fur. Matted in some areas.

Sparks feel bad for creature. Had hard life.

"Hello!" Sparks call out, not loud enough to startle but loud enough to get attention.

Sparks see wolf looking like creature look around for source of voice.

"Down here," Sparks say.

The creature look down and instantly jump back. Sparks somewhat surprised by that, but hold ground. Probably just fidgety. After all, look like gone through hell and back and hell again.

Sparks catch glance of eyes. Tired looking.

The creature, after looking at Sparks for a second looked back up at nothing.

"Hey!" Sparks say again.

No response.

"You okay? You hear me, right?" Sparks ask, somewhat puzzled by his actions or lack of actions.

Sparks harrumph, grab onto bowed, bony leg and give light push.

No response.

Sparks determined to find out what his problem is.

Sparks grab onto leg and quickly climb it, shocking the wolf who raised up his arms in self defense.

"Not hurt!" Sparks say as Sparks climb up back and onto shoulder. Sparks pretty light so not cause any pain when pull on fur. Maybe little discomfort but nothing serious.

"Hey!" Sparks say again right into ear which long and slightly back facing. A tear go through one of them, though stop half way through.

"Get off of me," the creature growled deeply, yet Sparks tell easily wolf faking anger. Sparks good at reading animals since biologist. Wolfy's ears back representing submission or nervousness. Gums didn't flare when he say get off. Arms in defensive posture, not offensive. Words hollow and forced.

Most likely Wolfy too tired to want to socialize. Use body to intimidate to remain alone but Sparks not scared. Sparks fearless!

"What if Sparks don't?" Sparks ask, not antagonizing, just curious. Try to seem as playful as possible to avoid confrontation.

"Then, I'll... I'll..." Wolfy sigh deeply, lower head, "Probably nothing..."

"Okay," Sparks say, sitting on Wolfy's shoulder, own dexterous tail wrapping around fragile feeling arm to get support. With left hand, grab onto neck fur which very thick.

"My name be Sparks. What's yours?" Sparks ask kindly enough.

Wolfy not reply for long time but finally sigh and say, "Kavin. Kavin Rischer."

"K. Sparks call you Wolfy."

Wolfy sigh again, "Sure, whatever..."

"Where Wolfy from?" Sparks ask.

"Gilneas," Wolfy say simply, "all Worgen are from Gilneas. Everyone knows that. Where are you from that you didn't know that?"

Sparks not realize make mistake. Bad Sparks!

"Um... Nagrand," Sparks ligh. Hear Nagrand is in Outland. That cover story! Sticking to it!

"Then why did I - Um, nevermind," Wolfy say quickly.

Just as Sparks about to ask what rest of sentence was going to be, Captain Aby walk up to group of 30-40 people.

"I'm glad to see all of your faces here. I hope no one is arriving late since we will be departing at exactly 2:30 PM. No excuses. The time is currently 2:15 PM. I'll let everyone board in a second and hopefully if there are any stragglers they will show up by then. If any of your party is absent, I highly suggest figuring out where your companion is. I will be doing a role call for attendance once on the ship to see if we can all leave early. The early bird catches the worm as they say."

Captain Aby called up to the top of the ship and within moments, a wooden ladder was extended over the edge of the ship and then lowered onto the dock.

"One at a time! And no horse-playing on the latter. It is property of the King! You break it, you get to explain yourself personally to him."

The Captain ushered for the group to start climbing. Those closest to the ship began climbing first.

As Sparks, still sitting on Wolfy's shoulder walked by the Captain, she winked, giving a quick grin.

Sparks hold tightly as Wolfy began climbing. Sparks half way up realize even climbing a latter was difficult for Wolfy who shook somewhat violently as he desperately tried to hold on.

Sparks feel even worse now, not realize Wolfy in so bad shape. If knew, Sparks would have gladly climbed by self.

Despite additional weight, Wolfy eventually make it to top, only slightly slower than others. At top, Wolfy heave self onto deck, almost fall over but remain composed, only slightly panting.

Once at top on deck, Sparks finally can appreciate ship. Ship huge! Very long. One big mast in middle that reach up several stories. On either side of middle mast is another 2 medium sized masts. One mast in back and another in front for total of 5 masts.

Ropes and netting attach from deck to sail posts for crew to climb up on and either change position or repair sails.

In back of ship, large raised deck with two steep stair cases on either side of ship. In front, similar yet less tall.

The deck was made from large wooden planks and were expertly crafted. No gaps could be seen between the boards.

Wolfy also looking around. First time anyone besides workers been on ship deck when completed. Maybe Captain Aby but not sure about that.

Ship largest looking in the dock. Very impressive.

Wolfy make way for next person to climb up onto the deck.

On top of Wolfy's shoulder, Sparks get better view of crew. Many look like they hardened sailors. Tan skin, bleached fur, hardened muscles. Others, like Wolfy, look unprepared at best, out of place at worst. Though these people were clearly in the minority. Most looked like normal people working to make a living.

Eventually, everyone make it to ship deck, including Captain who climbed up last.

"Okay, we have ten minutes left before we set sail. I'm going to call out everyone's name on the itinerary. If you hear your name, make it known that you're here, understood?"

Several people nodded their head or said 'yup' very unenthusiastically.

"Okay..." Captain Kindhart said, clearly not impressed with everyone's lack of excitement.

Captain Aby began calling out names. Sparks got called toward end, Wolfy got called just before Sparks and few others.

"Okay, looks like we're all here," Aby said impressed, "we should be able to leave now then. Karlie," she shouted at a person off to the side, "Karlie's my helmsman by the way, can you please steer us out of port?"

Karlie nodded her head, then walked off to the rear of the ship, climbing the steps to the rear deck.

"Okay, so I'd like to explain your responsibilities aboard this vessel. Responsibilities will be cycled through the crew each week. At the beginning of the week, I will personally assign each of you a task which you will be responsible for. This may include kitchen duty, making sure the ship is spotless, keeping the sails clean and in perfect working order, cataloging our shipments and making sure nothing is lost, misplaced or stolen and finally room service. There are other tasks but they are less strenuous and will not be put into the weekly roster. Understand?"

More nods.

"Good, everyone will get their first assignment tomorrow. Today will simply be to get used to the vessel and to get settled into your assigned rooms which I will be assigning in a moment. Please follow me," Aby said, walking toward the rear of the ship. Instead of going up the stairs like the helmsman did, Aby brought the group through a door placed to the left of the rear most mast and down a half flight of stairs to a landing, then to the right down another half flight of stairs. She stopped at the bottom.

"This room to your left is my office. Come here if you need to discuss anything. I'll be in here most of the time. Now this way," she said, walking back towards the middle of the ship, "is the saloon and eating area."

Being at the front of the pack, Wolfy and Sparks got clearest tour of all. Wolfy walk through open door into very large spacious eating and relaxing area. On the left side was several half tables one after the other, allowing for the more private individuals to eat with less people surrounding them. To the right was a long table placed length wise and probably could easily sit 15 people on either side. In total, the room could probably sit more people than actually were staffed on the ship.

"This is where we will have all of our meals. We offer 3 free meals a day, breakfast at 8-9:30 AM, Lunch at 12-2 PM and Dinner at 5-8 PM. We also have a bar in the back though alcohol costs money and can only be bought in the afternoon and while you are on break or off shift. No drinking on the job."

This elicited a few moans.

"Don't worry though, the alcohol is heavily discounted and is untaxed. This room can be used all day, every day and is open for all and intended to be a common area to escape to while on break, to socialize or simply to eat. Although meals are only served 3 times a day, at a discounted price, you can buy snacks that do not need to be prepared by more than one person. This way to the kitchen."

Aby walked the length of the large room which extended for almost half the length of the ship.

Aby turned back to the group, "In here is the kitchen which is furnished with some of the best equipment and stoves in the Kingdoms. Your food will be made here and will be served to you by those who get this shift. Since cooking in the tropics can result in not so great things, this position will be rotated more often than the others. Because of this, some of you may have overlapping tasks. Just do your best. Especially since your participation and work ethic will be recorded and rewarded on pay day."

"This way please," Aby said, walking further toward the bow.

"This door leads to a private meeting room used for officials and this door to the right of it leads to the second floor where the quarters are located including mine."

Aby climbed down the stairs and entered into a somewhat open area.

"This door leading toward the bow is where the bathrooms are. The bathroom is co-ed so no messing around or you'll be thrown over the side. This door," she said, walking back toward the stern, "leads to all of the quarters on the ship. Follow me."

The group navigated through a narrow door into a long hallway which left little room to waste.

Rows of doors lined both sides of the hallway. Dim lights in the ceiling cast just enough light to see.

"The rooms closest to the bow are all singles and thus the room will be very narrow, having just enough room for a bed, dresser and desk if requested. There are exactly four single rooms on either side so if you would like a single room, then you may deposit your things now. Please let these individuals pass by."

To Sparks surprise, Wolfy go to move toward one but was quickly stopped by the captain, "Ah, I see you've made a friend. This works out perfectly then. You two can have one of the two person room just up ahead on the left or right, doors 9 through 12."

Wolfy, very unhappy by this, was about to complain but at the last second gave up, sighing and walking to room number 11.

"Looks like we're room buddies, now, Wolfy," Sparks say excitedly.

Wolfy sigh.

"Don't worry, Wolfy, Sparks don't snore and take up little room. Won't even know Sparks there," Sparks say reassuringly.

Just as Wolfy reach door, 3 gnomes from outside rush by to room 13.

Tat stop on way, "Looks like we're neighbors! I'll talk to you later about our geography lessons! Right now I have to make sure these two idiots don't destroy our room immediately!"

After Tat ran off, Wolfy open door to room number 11.

"Oh, this not bad," Sparks say upon seeing room. The room was decently sized, roughly 200 square feet.

The room itself was L shaped as Sparks later find out, shower room on either side of hallway in middle, shower room not reach edge of ship, only half way, making two rooms on either side L shaped.

In the long part of the L was two somewhat narrow desks with chairs pushed all the way in. On the other side was a bookshelf flanked by two skinny dressers with locks on them. The entire left wall was flush with the bookshelf and dressers. The floor was simple wood and the walls were the same.

Wolfy walk toward far wall which had 3 port hole windows in. Wolfy look left at bed placed in small part of L.

"Where's the second bed!?" Wolfy exclaimed miserably.

"Looks like only one. Wide though so Sparks guessing we meant to share it," Sparks suggest.

"No, this can't be happening!" Wolfy say, putting his hands up to his tired, thin face.

"Why so sad?" Sparks ask, generally concerned.

Wolfy just shake his head back and forth.

Sparks, thinking Wolfy needs his space, jumped down off shoulder, down onto bed.

Sparks misjump though and fall slightly, dropping bag of clothing, coin purse and things gifted at magic shop.

Sparks quickly try to gather up potions and charms and crystals which luckily didn't break before Wolfy look at them.

Instead, Wolfy preoccupied with looking at old clothes. Sparks had changed in a bathroom in some random bar on way to docks back into new clothes.

"Why did you keep these?" Wolfy ask in his tired voice.

Sparks confused by question, "Clothes good, why throw away?"

"These aren't good. Whoever made them had no idea how to sew right or even how to cut them to the right size. They're poorly made."

"Well..." Sparks begin, "It's true they're not the best clothes in the world, but they were given as a sign of generosity. And Sparks thankful for that. Sparks keep them as a reminder to give back to others."

Wolfy remained silent, then sat down on the bed in deep contemplation.

"Fine. If we're to room together, sleep together, a few rules: Don't ask me a million questions, don't follow me everywhere, don't think I'm your mount and give me my space."

"Deal," Sparks say quickly.

"Because I - what?" Wolfy trail off.

"Sparks say deal," Sparks say.

"Oh... Okay then."

Sparks jump off bed and head to desk nearest window.

"Do you mind if Sparks use this one?" Sparks ask.

"Go ahead, I won't be using mine anyway," Wolfy say sullenly.

"How come?" Sparks ask Wolfy, looking back at the black wolf sitting on the low bed.

"I don't have any talents. No hobbies. I'm not good at anything. Why would I need a desk?" Wolfy say simply.

"I'm sure you're good at something," Sparks suggest.

"I'm good at starving..." Wolfy say.

"Well, you can eat now since meals are free and Spark's buy you snack's if you want. We won't be getting our first paycheck for a month so you're free to use whatever money Sparks have left."

"Why would you do that?" Wolfy ask, a suspicious look on his face.

"Because of that shirt you're holding."

"Because of this?" Wolf ask, holding up the poorly made outfit.

"Hm-hm. It taught me the value of generosity. If it wasn't for the generosity of a stranger, I would have either starved to death or froze to death. Sparks been giving back all day. Almost give all away, but have 25 silver pieces left. Should be enough to buy you some food when not time to eat. You need it. You too skinny. Skinny okay but not that skinny."

"What if I refuse?" Wolfy say, still looking at ground.

"Sparks buy food anyway. Stock room full of it. Hang it from ceiling. Spend all money, all future paychecks on food till you eat some," Sparks say half jokingly.

"Don't be ridiculous," Wolfy say seriously, but Sparks catch small glint of smile.

"Sparks don't kid," Sparks say, going back to the desk.

Sparks open up draw, find a key inside. Suppose locks draw.

Sparks put key into hole in draw, sure enough locks it.

Sparks open back up draw and put contents of small bag into draw, minus shirt. Sparks then fold up shirt and place into draw above without lock.

Once Sparks put away everything except coin purse which Sparks pocket, Sparks walk to Wolfy and grab onto one claw and pull gently, "No good sitting alone. Let's go to main room and see if Sparks can buy snack. Still long time to dinner, three hours and Sparks bet you hungry right now."

Wolfy finally look up, first time Sparks get good look of Wolfy's eyes. Sad looking. Much pain and suffering. Barely alive.

Sparks pull again.

Wolfy, eventually, stands up and follows Sparks back outside.

Sparks look around, no sight of captain. Some other crew walk in and out of dorm but Sparks not mind them.

Sparks walk back toward bathroom, up stairs and into the hallway where the kitchen's door was.

Sparks peak into kitchen.

Several people were already preparing dinner, it looked like. Sparks guess unlucky three had to start work one day sooner than everyone else. Probably get compensated though. Crown seem to be fair.

Sparks not want to bother but ask anyway, "Will dinner be done soon?"

"No! Two of us don't even know how to cook! Probably won't be done until 7 or 8! Back to work!" a human male said, obviously flustered.

Sparks ask the only person who wasn't having a hard time, "Do you know where we can buy snacks?"

"Oh, yes," a heavily accented human said, "there should be a person staffing the bar. You can buy snacks there."

"Thank you!" Sparks say, walking out of kitchen.

Wolfy was looking on and followed Sparks to the bar in the eating room. Already about a dozen crew were sitting at the various tables in 4 groups of varying sizes. Some had snacks or booze but most didn't. Sparks suppose most not have much money when come on board - waiting for first paycheck before can buy small items.

Sparks walk up to the bar which had its own seating. Sparks jump up on one of the round stools and clear throat, get attention of bored looking night elf man.

"Oh, yes?" he ask.

"Hi! What have for food and how much cost?" Sparks ask excitedly. Sparks still not have most food on planet yet. Every meal still exciting.

"We have chips, sandwiches, sweet beverages, bread and cheese, tea, coffee, jerky, and a few other candies and drinks. We also serve alcohol or mead."

"How much for each?" Sparks ask.

"Every item is 10 bronze. Alcohol is 20 bronze and is the only exception."

"Oh, Sparks want all."

"I'm sorry?" the night elf exclaimed.

"Sparks would like one of everything, please," Sparks ask.

"Um... okay," night elf say, walking to behind the bar and grabbing one of everything.

After several minutes, most of the attention in the room had turned to Sparks' antics.

"Wolfy, could you help bring everything to the table where everyone is sitting?" Sparks ask.

"Is that smart?" Wolfy ask.

"Sparks plan on give food away. Keep the things you want most here, tell everyone else to share rest."

"Oh... okay," Wolfy say, start bring food over to table, quickly explain that Sparks giving it away. Several people grab the food immediately. Obviously hungry as well.

Sparks turn back to night elf as Wolfy ferry food back and forth.

"How much?"

"5 silver, do you even have that much?" he ask.

Sparks nod head, hand over 5 silver and go walk to table with items Wolfy want for self.

Sparks sit down in space in middle of table between two groups. Wolfy reluctantly do same, hate being center of attention.

Sparks hand over snacks to Wolfy, a sandwich, chips and a sweet drink.

"Don't you have anything?" Wolfy ask.

"No, I can live. I'll just wait till dinner is served."

People around Sparks start talking to Sparks, thanking Sparks for buying food and drink. The atmosphere of the room lifted significantly after that. With alcohol being shared around the room, everyone seemed very merry.

Sparks not care too much what others doing. Sparks more curious about Wolfy who taking long time eating anything and only take one sip from drink and eat only one chip.

"Do you not like? Because Sparks buy you other things of not like," Sparks offer.

"It's not that. I'm just not used to eating such rich foods. It makes me sick if I eat too much at once."

Sparks get awesome idea.

"Wait here!" Sparks say, grabbing sweet drink and racing down the stairs back to dorm room.

Word of free drink had spread through the ship.

Sparks tell everyone to wait a second, then rush into room, jump onto chair and place sweet drink onto desk.

Sparks take key out from coin purse in pocket and unlock draw, fish around for small brown vial and take out.

Unscrew.

Suction up 1 mark of liquid, then 3, then 5 for good measure.

Squeeze rubber end of stopper.

Watch as drops falls into sweet drink.

Smile.

Run back upstairs to dining room which now filled almost completely except for Spark's spot which everyone respectfully had left unfilled.

"What were you doing?" Wolfy ask.

"Just drink," Sparks say, handing back over drink to Wolfy who grabbed it with extremely thin fingers.

"But I'll get sick," Wolfy complained.

"No, no, don't worry. Just drink, I'll be back!" Sparks say, run up to bar and order 15 more drinks.

Sparks hand over more silver and gets alcohol, one by one and starts passing it around to everyone.

Everyone starts cheering Sparks name as Sparks race back and forth. Sparks have great time, feel really good. Feel part of something instead of sitting on sidelines.

Eventually Sparks go back to spot. Sit down and look over to Wolfy who was healthily eating his sandwich, taking bite after bite.

Sparks look at drink which completely gone.

Sparks smile knowing idea had worked.

Although many try to get Sparks to come sit with them at different areas, Sparks refuse, instead most interested in watching Wolfy eat. Within a minute or so, Wolfy had completely finished everything.

"Do you want more?" Sparks ask.

Wolfy licked his lips at the sound of more food.

"I don't want to be a bother but I... I'm suddenly really hungry..." Wolfy admitted, looking down. Clearly asking for help made him feel incredibly uncomfortable.

"Don't worry, Sparks still have lot money left. Could buy you hundreds of food!"

Sparks rushed over to the bar and ordered 10 more sandwiches and 2 more soft drinks which he quickly brought over to Sparks, passing out 3 sandwiches to the gnome siblings which came in late and the rest to Wolfy who devoured them all, one after the other and just as quickly drank the two drinks.

Wolfy was beginning to draw more attention than Sparks by end.

Several near by people were chanting, "Eat! Eat!"

Although clearly Wolfy was embarrassed, he couldn't help himself, thanks to the potion. Sparks predicts that since each drop helped digest 3500 more calories, 5 drops would allow Wolfy to eat a significant amount more than normal, and since Wolfy eat so little to survive, most of what eating would be turned directly into fat and muscle, only 5 pounds today unfortunately. But considering how little Wolfy already weigh, anything can help.

Just as Sparks was about to offer to buy more, the chefs in the back unannounced began to bring out the meal of the day, thick, calorie rich creamy soup, a thick chunk of cheese and a thick chunk of bread.

Wolfy was in heaven as he nearly devoured his food once he got it.

Although Sparks knew the effects didn't happen instantly, Sparks could almost see a new glow begin to envelope Wolfy as he realized his eating woes were over.

At this point, all attention had turned away from Sparks and onto Wolfy. Although most people could easily eat as much as Wolfy had - it wasn't really too much - seeing a borderline skeleton eat so much was impressive.

People were so curious to see how much he could eat, they began to slide their bread and cheese toward Wolfy who eagerly took it all.

After almost 30 minutes of non stop eating, Wolfy finally began to slow until he sat back, unable to eat another bite.

So many people had been watching him, that they had themselves forgotten to eat which they embarrassingly went back to after realizing the show was over.

"That was impressive, Wolfy!" Sparks say in encouragement.

"I don't know what came over me... I hope I didn't spend all your money..."

"No, you're fine. Dinner saved my coin purse. How about some ale?"

"No thanks, I don't think I could eat another bite. I'm surprised I was able to fit all that..." Wolfy say, patting his sunken belly which only was slightly bloated.

After everyone had finished the soup which wasn't half bad and had devoured all the cheese and bread, some began to drunkenly sing a song that Sparks was unfamiliar with. Some played some card games Sparks didn't know how to play and others chatted about politics that Sparks didn't know.

Sparks realize he could have been in any one of those groups today but instead of feeling left out, Sparks was thankful he had chosen to stay put with Wolfy who had begun to look awfully sleepy.

Although Wolfy not say much else to Sparks that night, Sparks could tell Wolfy less grumpy than before and with food in his stomach, Wolfy not frowning as much either. That enough to make Sparks satisfied.

Eventually, Wolfy tell Sparks he wanta go to bed since tomorrow would be the first day of actual work.

Sparks agree and decide to head to bed with Wolfy. Easier that way anyway, since sharing same bed. Not disturb other if one go to bed first.

Sparks admit sleeping situation not ideal but at same time Sparks would have been somewhat disappointed if had to sleep alone.

Sparks not enjoy what big guy from night before made Sparks do - some stuff Sparks never would have done under clear thoughts - but Sparks did enjoy having someone to sleep next to, even if Sparks not even know him.

Like big guy, Sparks barely know Wolfy, yet already know Wolfy much more kind at heart, no matter tough exterior he put out.

Wolfy opened the door and held it until Sparks get in.

Wolfy pick up lantern from his desk and turn it on. Wolfy then turn off overhead light and put lantern on sill next to bed.

Wolfy undo own ragged shirt and put it gently on his desk's chair.

Sparks do same, also take off pants.

Sparks sleep only in underwear. Sparks expect Wolfy to do same but Sparks realize under his pants, don't have any on.

Sparks try not to stare but catch glance at Wolfy's surprisingly sizable balls and sheathe.

Flashbacks of last night wash over Sparks.

"Thanks for dragging me up there today. I guess I'm not used to being around so many people but it was kind of fun. And thanks for buying me all that food. I haven't eaten very well lately. I guess all the excitement got me eating again. I don't know, really, but thanks again. I guess you're all right after all. Night, Sparks."

Sparks hold breath. Did he just thank Sparks?

Do Sparks say anything? How respond?
