So...a lot happened when Wolf was born Mom and Dad has been distances all off a sudden probably because of there fight.My dad was not up for taking care of Wolf when mom is away so it's my duty to feed him,take him home after school all those stuff.My mom ending up quitting her Job and got a job with good amount of salary because the company was not paying the usual bill,her boss was also rude.Dad well...I don't know what his up too probably at the bar drinking some booze.Oh and mom come come at 1 AM or even more which means I almost get no sleep Yayyy...

Today I was at school I'm very tired and stressed.I was trying my best not to show any aggression toward anyone but some people were looking at me.Teachers were concern about me because of How I look but I reassure them I'm fine and again I had to pick Wolf up.I was walking out off the class.(Wolf is at Kindergarten)

Hey!"A voice called.I turned around to see my friends a Pig and a dog."

Hey Riley."I greated the dog.(Riley)"Jay."I greeted the pig.(Jay)"

Hey Max..."Jay was hesitated for a minute because of how I look."Are you okay ? It looks like you haven't gotten any sleep."

That's totally the case!"Uh yeah I'm fine just...a little tired that's all."

If you say so anyways Hey Max want to hang out ? There's a party."Riley said."

Let me guess..."I said thinking."There's a party at the hang out spot with drinks and some other student right ?"I said."

Yeah so how bout it ?!"Jay said excited the sad thing is I had to turn them down."

I'm sorry I had to pick up my brother then feed him when we get home I'm sorry."I said putting a hand at the back of my head."

Cmon you barely have the time to hang out with us!"Riley argued."

Sorry guys but there no one to pick up my brother."I said"I hope you understand my parents can't pick him up most of the time.

Riley and Jay frowned"So that twerp is more important then your friends ?"Riley asked while growling menacingly I was at shocked by this."

Ever since Wolf was born I had no time to spend with my friends it's not like I hate Wolf.I love Wolf well I explained this before I have no time because of Wolf and I'm mostly tired and stressed but I don't blame him it's not like dad can take care of Wolf since he hates him.So don't get any wrong idea.I love my brother I don't hate him at all you got that ?

Oh and I didn't mean to roast Wolf it wasn't my intention.If it was a roast.

I was getting slightly irritated."No I'm not making excuse! Just because I haven't hang out with your for 3 weeks that doesn't I'm ignoring you guys!"I shouted."You don't know what I've been through my parents has no time to pick him up after school!,My mom can't pick him because of work!,My Dad who knows what his up too! which means it's up to me to take care of him!,I have to pick him up almost everyday!,we barely have enough money to survive!,I have to go home do all the house chores!,I have to cook just to feed Wolf!,do all the necessary things Wolf needs! and at top of that I have to wait at 1 AM or even more before mom comes.I almost get no sleep and I'm freaking stressed!"I shouted loudly.I let it all out I was panting most of the student were looking but I didn't care."

What's going on here ?!"My homeroom teacher asked walking up to us we looked at my teacher it was male coyote."

No sir just had a short temper."I said."

Well you shouldn't be shouting like that!"He scolded me."

I'm sorry sir.I'll go get my brother then leaver sorry for causing a scene."I walked away.I heard some student whisper but ignored them."

I arrived at Wolf's Class.I hid my irritated face with smiling face when I knocked at the door entered the class room.A female monkey was in the class."

Hello Miss Whites!"I greeted her name was Navi Whites.I know weird name she is the homeroom teacher of Wolf's class."where's Wolf ?"I asked to notice no one was in the class."

His at the play ground playing and are really okay ? I heard your voice all the way from your class."She said wait how loud was I shouting.I was blushing."

No ma'am I'm fine just had a temper."I said with my voice a bit broke due to embarrassment."Anyways thank you."I closed the door headed to the play area when.I arrived there were many different kind of kits from Dogs too Zebras.I managed to spot Wolf sitting on the swing with both hand on the chain.I smiled snuck right behind then pushed the swing causing Wolf to get shocked.He let go off the chain I managed to catch in time he looked up to see me smiling."

Max!"Wolf exclaimed as I put him down each time.I saw him happy it eases my stress he hugged me and I hugged him back."

Hey buddy how's class ?"I asked kneeling in front of him."

It was great..."He lied I could tell he was lying."

Wolf didn't I tell lying is bad."I remided him his dropped."Tell me what happened ?"

I-I got bullied and they were calling me a weakling."Wolf said sadly."

I gworled in anger.I noticed Wolf got scared I calmed down."I'm sorry for scaring you buddy but let me tell you this.dont let it get too you."Wolf tilted his in confusion I sigh."What I mean it don't let bother you.ignore them there just..."I trailed off."how do I say this without confusing you...They just want to pick on you because they think there stronger.Where us wolves are strong and smart deep down there just picking on you too look strong."I explained"Your strong ok ?"

Thank you Max!"Wolf said getting his happy spirit back as he hugged me again.I noticed his tail was wagging also I returned the hug."

Let's go home Wolf."I said as we spilt.I grabbed his left hand as I got up."What do you want to eat ?"

Eggs!"He said happily I shock my head kids like eggs these day."

The two day later 4:00 PM

Mom wasn't home yesterday or before yesterday she normally come at home.What happened ?"I thought."I will go to her work and ask the employees after I did my homework."

I was at the kitchen cooking a burger as I heard sizzling.I snapped back lifted the burger out of the pan placed it on the bun that was on the plate with cheese and bbq sauce.I grabbed the plate."

Here you go buddy!"I said as I handed him a cheese burger his birthday is after tomorrow.I was wondering what kind of present to get him but I can't I don't have the money for it."

Thank you Max!"Wolf said grabbing the burger with two hands I chuckled."

It's okay buddy I'll do my homework alright."I said going up stairs."

5:00 PM

Here Wolf want to come with me ?"I asked."

Where ?"

I'm gonna visit moms work."I said."

Alright cmon."I said as I grabbed his left hand as we left the house."

Now once we get home well do your homework."I said as he frowned I saw his frown I laughed."

7:00 PM

Wolf done his homework with my help.Wolf was playing with toys.I opened the news and what I saw shocked me.on the news there was a murder not a normal murder.I saw a female lupine it was...Mom even though her face was covered.I can't forget that uniform she was shot.I had a couple of tears coming out of my eye."

NO! Why now ?! Why did this happened ?!...Dad is angry and he could beat me and Wolf and how can I tell this too wolf!"

That was the worst thing that ever happened.My new mom that I actually showed love and care died.

I curled my self into a ball.I cried softly Wolf took notice of this and went to check on me."

Max...?"He asked walking to me.I lifted my head my eyes were watery he stood close to me."

Wolf..."I was fighting my tears."

Yes...?"He asked."

Come sit with me there something I have to tell you."I said he slowly walked to me sitting next to me."Wolf somethings happened to mom."I said with a lot of sadness."

Wh-What happened ?"He asked confused."

M-mom is...is..."I was struggling"is...dead."there was a long silence I looked at Wolf."

W-what do you mean ?"He asked."

Mom is gone Wolf...she's gone...she's not coming back."I said as I hugged him I could tell he was shocked and I could see his tears."

Y-your l-lying!"He said he was struggling out of my hug but I kept my arms firm around his back."Your lying!"

No...I'm not lying!"I said as he still continue to struggle."

Let me go!"Wolf yelled with tears on his eyes I continued to hold him."

"Wolf please stop struggling."he slowly stopped as he was crying on my chest I rubbed his back with care as he continued to cry."I know Mom is gone Wolf but your not alone I'll be with to the very end."

Promise ?"He asked sniffing looking at me."

I'd never abandon you I promise."I said I looked at him and smiled at him."I'll keep you safe."

Thanks Max..."As he hugged me.I smiled again as the emotional scene was playing a loud knock interrupted the scene.Wolf jumped a little in shock hitting my jaw with his head."

Ow!"I rubbed my jaw."

I-I'm sorry Max!"He apologized."

It's fine buddy."I said as the loud knock came in again."

Wolf...go to your room and hide."I said."

Huh ?"Wolf tilted his head in confusion."

O-Ok."He quickly ran to the his room.I breath out heavy air I was in fear I opened the door slowly only to get the door forced opened with me on the ground with the view.I seeing dad is indeed very angry I saw a lot of hatred in his eyes."

D-dad ?"I asked"Are you okay ?"

Do I look okay to you ?!"Dad asked as he walked to me."It's all that brat fault my wife is dead!"Way to put the blame on Wolf."

Dad please calm down please!"I tried."

Your mother is dead how can I calm down ?!"Dad yelled."She was shot! Apparently she wanted to buy something for that brat sense his birthday is close...it's his fault!"

D-dad you can't put the blame on him..."I said backing away."

Your not the one to judge! If that brat wasn't born this would have never happened!"Dad yelled oh god dad well beat wolf.Dad walked passed me then went up stairs."

I hope Wolf hid well."

As Dad came down stairs."Where the Brat ?!"

I don't know..."I said Dad came right up to me"

What do you mean you don't know ?!"Dad asked he might beat me up but I'll endure as much pain for Wolf to love a happy life."

I really don't know."I lied again Dad grabbed me by the shirt as my eyes met his eyes.They were terrifying as heck."

Stop lying to me boy!"He said"

I really don't know!"I said Dad literally threw me to a wall near the staircase my back was hit full force on the wall I felt that strong threw but I don't plan on crying"

You rather protect your little brother ?!"Dad asked as he pinned me to wall I saw on the corner off my eye Wolf was watching I quickly looked at Dad"

Where is Wolf ?!"Dad asked."

I.SAID.I.DONT.KNOW!!"I screamed at his face."

Humph...this well make you talk!"He raised his right hand.I could see his claws slowly reached on my right eye.I was scared in the inside but on the out side I had a solemn look."Do you want me to cut your eyes out ?!"He asked as his reached my brow he claw drugged into my flesh and slowly went down.I could feel blood and a bit of pain as he retrieved he claw.There was a claw Mark across my right eye blood covering the ride side of my face with my eyes very red."

Now where is he ?!"Dad asked."

I don't know."I repeated."

What a disobedience child."He raided his claw again to reach my left eye."Once tell me where is that brat!"

He ran outside when i told him Mom died."I said Lied Dad retrieved his claw let me go then ran outside the house.I stayed siting on the the floor with my blood dripping he stood up went to Wolf's room."

Wolf..."I said leaning on the door.Wolf came out under his bed he gasped with his eyes widen."

M-Max a-are you okay ?"He asked still frighten I nodded."

Wolf...?"

Yes...?"

We're leaving."
