Casey smiled his kind smile, "You're not worried the girls will be there? Meg's not there to defend you anymore and... I'd rather not see them either..."

Lisa smiled, and she shook her head, "I'm not letting those skanks ruin my day... or any day."

Case smiled back, "Well, I don't see why not... it'd be nice to get out anyway... I'd been cooped up in here two months already."

Noriko silently fumed before putting on her smile, "Yeah it would be nice... Good exercise and fresh air are important for recovery, Casey."

Casey nodded, "Okay, then! We're going to the mall today. Awesome!"

Nori stood up, "We just need to time to get dressed, shouldn't take long, then we can..." she cringed, "go to the mall... what're we fuckin' 14?" she muttered that last part to herself as she walked away.

Lisa heard her minced oath, she could feel tension from her already, but Casey was her friend, she wasn't going to let him just sit and stare at the same four walls all day.

Casey, as clueless as ever, still missed the silent tension between the two ladies of his life. He just smiled as he picked up the new cane that Noriko had bought for him, "Okay then, this should be fun, Lees."

Lisa pushed back her glasses as they'd started to slide down her face, "I sure hope so and Casey..."

He looked at her, "Yes, Lisa?"

She smiled, "If those bitches are there... really, I know you've got my back, huh?"

Casey chuckled, "Yeah, just let 'em fuckin' try."

She stood in Casey's room, door partially closed while she listened to the pair talk.
