3- Amy evolves
Once the bright light faded, in the place of Amy the Riolu, was Amy the Lucario. I looked at her from head down to her feet, but I got a nosebleed when I got to her groin ( I don't know why that happened, but... Was I attracted to her? I couldn't be, We're not even the same species. Sure it was possible, she was sentient and could speak english ( As long as she could speak Latin, Russian, French or English, I would be able to understand her very well.) and well... she was loving. I don't need to explain that in detail. I blacked out due to my excitement that she evolved.
I woke up about an hour later, without either an Eevee or Lucario in sight. I was panicking! Where were they! They wouldn't leave me alone, would they? Thoughts like those kept going through my head as I wandered the once great halls of the Old Chateau ( Chateau is French for castle, I only know that because I'm a quadlingual [I can somewhat understand about twelve other languages] Canadian), until I heard crying. That might have been bad, if it was either Amy, or Janet, they could be injured... Or worse.
So I did what I wanted to do... Something I didn't do in a while. I kicked down the door. Janet yelled, not knowing it was me: " Get the fuck away or I will knead the shit out of you, you Swedish gummy fish motherfucker!!!" I just stared at her and then laughed, " How the *snicker* hell did you know I was Swedish, and how do you know that semi-famous quote from a movie that isn't available here! Actually I'm only partially Swedish, I have a lot of ethnic origins." I then was asked by Amy, " How the hell can you understand us anyways?" I shrugged and replied with " It happened about a day ago-"
A day ago- Eterna forest Police Encampment
I woke up to the sounds of gunfire and explosions. I saw police officers either dead, or running from something. One shouted to me in the panic: " Get up! We're pulling out, there's an old shell that is spewing out gas, and almost half of the people who went into the gas cloud stopped breathing! We can't get close enough to disarm it, because none of us have a respirator! And don't bother getting close to it with your Pokemon out, they go insane and use these weird attacks, an officer from the Orre region is saying insane things like shadow something-or-other!" I knew what I had to do once he said that. I was the only one capable of clogging the old can of toxic gas... Because I am the only one with a gas mask. I asked an officer close to me: " How many of the officers who died of gas inhalation have asthma?" She laughed and said: " How didn't we notice that earlier! They didn't die of toxins, they died of respiratory problems, because they're asthmatic! Hey! Everybody calm down! It's not toxic, it's just that they died of asthma! We're -" Someone shouted " We're all gonna die!!!" And the people who listened to her started running again. " Le sigh" I said to myself, " I guess I'll have to clog the artillery shell myself... At least I know it's not toxic to humans"
Turns out, I didn't need to clog it, and it wasn't an artillery shell.
I stormed into the cloud with my gas mask on, ready to give a 'fire and fury' response ( as in, kick ass) to all hostiles. After two minutes of searching through the green tinted cloud, I gave up and switched the gas mask from night-vision to infrared mode.If I looked to my left, I would've seen a propane tank, right beside me, with the words 'XD Serum MKl'... It Was in a crater, and the valve handle was in its open position... So I did what any sane person would do. Close the valve that ended ten people's lives. It was dissipating ( the gas, not the valve) into the air, so I took my gas mask off.
BAD IDEA! It didn't fully dissipate, and I got jumped by an insane absol, so I swallowed a pool full of air in a femtosecond. I would have mostly fine IF IT WAS AIR, but sadly, It was gas. I was fading into unconsciousness.
I then realized what importance the XD was. I played Gale of Darkness, and the shadow Lugia was called XD001. XD serum. I know why the Pokemon went crazy. They became shadow Pokemon. I thought to myself ' Does my work always have to follow me?'... Apparently so.
Present Old Chateau
"- and that is how babies are made... I think I got off track a bit." Amy snuffled and said: "Goodbye childhood." As she curled up into a fetal position. " You don't say." Janet muttered. " I think we should go, while it's still light out, this place is giving me the creeps." Amy muttered. " Don't worry, if anything happens, I'll protect you from whatever's out to get you."
It was at that time, that something, or someone, kicked down the door to the room, and I, acting on reflexes alone, punched Ivan in the jaw.
" Wait...Ivan!", I said, with the response of " What the fuck was that for!... SERGEI!! Is it really you!" I just snickered, and said: " Ivan... No one likes you." he hugged me and said, " Sergei! It really is you! Only you say that to me! I thought I was the sole survivor, waking up at the Eterna forest campground, in the infirmary!"
Four days ago - Eterna forest campground
" Do you think he'll be able to tell us what happened?" Asked Looker, " I honestly don't know detective, It all depends on what exactly happened, and if he remembers." The Doctor replied. " Are you two talki- *cough*, sorry talking about me?" Looker, nodded and asked if he remembered what happened in Eterna forest, that almost an entire elite military unit died. " We were actually in the Arctic, at a research station, where we were sent in to stop a terrorist attack. All of my squad got struck by black lightning. They vanished. All because Tucker shot the machine... And a terrorist, a scientist, a bottle of wine, the lights, and sadly... about a pint of whiskey. He was very sensitive to high pitched sounds." I blacked out.
When I woke up, everybody was gone. They were evacuated. I saw why. Green fog, most likely poisonous, was floating over the ground, like napalm over water, but green. I played the game enough to know that there was an old mansion nearby, that I could take refuge in. At least they left my gear by my side. It looks like it will just flow with the wind for a while longer.
