Girl of his Dreams
It'd been six years since that day in the library, Bobby reflected. Six years since his awakening, six years since he'd lost his virginity, and six years since he'd last felt whole. Almost six years since his life had taken an unexpected turn.
He gazed at the image of the canine in the mirror, so much that he saw was the same, and so much was different. He stood just a little taller than he'd been when he was 17, back when it happened. The last of the baby fat had left his body, leaving him leaner than before. His fur was still grey and his eyes the gold of a coyote, but his dark brown hair was now gathered in a pony tail that hung to the nape of his neck. Though, oddly enough, he was wearing similar cloths to those he'd worn on that day, a simple shirt under a light jacket and khaki pants.
As he turned off the running water and dried his hands, his mind wandered back to the incident. It'd been a quiet Saturday evening, he'd come to the library to get away from his home, things hadn't been going well at the time and he'd felt the need to escape the tension that was choking the air. Eventually he'd found himself here in the downtown library. He grabbed a book, one whose title escaped him now, and sat down in on of there large chairs intent on forgetting his troubles in a book.
She had other ideas.
He didn't know what had made him look over at her, but when he did his breath caught in his throat at the vision he found. She was an attractive collie, with chestnut hair and a pair of spectacles placed dainty on her little muzzle. She was dressed in a simple v-neck shirt, skirt and a pair of stripped stockings that showed off the contours of her shapely legs very nicely. She didn't look like a super model, or some fantasy brought to life, she looked as warm, real & wonderful as the girl next door.
When he looked up at her as she sat there, legs crossed, she favored him with a mischievous grin that had caused his heart to do some fluttering, before uncrossing her legs. The movement made him start in surprise as her pantied crotch was shown to him, that plus her grin made her seem oh so inviting that he found himself moving towards her before he'd even thought about.
He'd barely stopped in front of her when she tackled him, and began to strip her and him of their cloths with ridicules ease and speed. The next thing that he knew, she's shoved his naked body down on a nearby table and was crawling atop him, dressed only in her stockings and glasses. His man hood was ready for her as she slipped it into her folds and began to gently ride him. Through it all his head swum as he tried to make sense of what was happening. His arms held her legs as she raised and lowered herself, quickening her pace as a cute little blush formed under her fur, her breast bouncing enticingly above him. It couldn't have lasted that long, but it felt like sweet eternity. But then they reached their limit and he came inside her, he wouldn't pretend that he'd been some great lover; he'd barely had a clue as to what he'd been doing. But at the end of it she collapsed atop him as they panted their exhaustion together. Then she'd licked his nose in thanks before stumbling off him and walking away, while he was still coming to terms with what had happened
He'd never even gotten her name.
He managed to get dressed and walk out without anyone becoming aware of what had transpired. After that night, things had begun to change for him. There were still problems at home but they didn't seem as big anymore, like he knew that things would work out. But even more surprising had been his discovery that he'd been awakened.
Magic had been documented phenomena even before humans left for the stars. So it wasn't odd for the talent to manifest in a fur anywhere from the age of nine to nineteen. But he knew something most furs didn't, he knew the exact moment when his slumbering power had awoken, it was when she made him cum. Something about her had caused this and he wanted to know the who, how, why etc. So he'd gone back to the library ever day for two months in hopes of seeing her again.
He never did.
Eventually life intruded and he stopped looking for her. As he began his senior year in high school, he found it was a lot tougher for him than most because he had to learn how to reign in his new gift, but he managed. Then came university and four years studying to be a mage, one specializing in criminal justice. He'd always wanted to be a detective. To find the guilty and protect the innocent and his new talents only helped him to achieve his goal.
But university was over now, and his new job in the police force didn't begin for another week. He'd been checking out how his home town had changed in the years of his absence when his feet drew him to the library.
He pushed open the doors to the bathroom and looked around. It was pretty dead this time of night as the library would be closing soon. Mostly just a few stragglers and some librarians moving about their various tasks. He pursed his lips and strode off towards the electronic index and looked up a book by professor of Magical Ethics whose seminar he'd had the pleasure to sit in on once. Finding it's location he threaded his way through the book shelves until he came upon the correct aisle, his hand glided over the spine of books until he came to the place where it was supposed to be and found it empty.
"Figures." He said under his breath as he began to check around to see if it had been placed incorrectly.
"Looking for this?" he froze as a familiar tingle went up his spine. He knew that voice, he'd heard its little barking yips as its owner road him to orgasm. He turned, slowly, and found himself starting into the brown eyes and wide smile of the girl who'd ushered him into manhood six years ago. And she was holding his book out for him.
"Umm yes thank you." He took the offered book from her unresisting fingers, and her smile brightened considerably.
"Oh it's my pleasure; it's so rare to find someone interested in his works." She sidled up to his side, one paw tapping the books cover. "He makes some really great points about what a mage should and shouldn't do and his ethical examples are excellent!" Bobby just nodded his head dumbly; keenly aware that this woman looked exactly the same as the one who awakened him all those years ago, in fact she was even wearing the exact same cloths, was his mind playing tricks on him? "Here let me show you a nice quiet place to read." She said brightly as she grabbed his elbow and pulled him along."
"Isn't the library closing soon?" That wasn't the question he wanted to ask but it was currently the only one he could get out of his mouth.
There was a flash of that mischievous grin, he was sure of it, as she spoke "Oh don't worry about that." She sat him down in one of the newer, plushier chairs. "It's all been taken care of. Now I have some things to do but I'll be back to check up on you later." And with that she turned and sauntered off. Leaving Bobby to wonder just what the heck was going on.
He didn't even look at the book as it sat in his lap, his mind flooded with the reality of what he'd been hoping for. She was here! She was here in the flesh! The woman who'd awakened him had literally just walked back into his life and he couldn't think of a damned thing to say!
He held his head in his hands before leaning back to stare at the ceiling. He'd dreamed of this meeting, planning out thousands of different scenarios, and always planning to get some answers and maybe something more, but here the situation was and he could barely speak. "Man am I pathetic or what." He commented aloud to no on.
"I don't know, I find your shyness kind of cute!" there was that voice again, only this time it preceded a pair of arms wrapping tenderly about his neck as a warm muzzle hovered near his ear. "It's one of your many endearing qualities." It whispered before a dainty tongue traced the contours of his ear lobe, followed by a firm but soft nip at his ear.
"You!" he said as she came around, grabbing the book from his lap before plopping her bottom down in it. She wiggled her shapely rear, getting comfortable, as her legs moved to dangled off the side of his chair to the left, her legs covered by the same stocking as before. "You're the girl I...I..."
"Gave your virginity too?" her voice was light and amused but not mocking. "Yes I remember that night Bobby." She snuggled against him, legs kicking lazily off to the side. "And you did better than you think, but that's always been your problem, you keep selling yourself short." She traced a lazy pattern against his chest with one finger, as her other arm draped itself about his shoulders. "And you can call me Sara." She added.
He swallowed hard, his mind a jumble of questions and desires but finally he said. "Why?"
She smiled enigmatically. "Why did I awaken you? Why did I sleep with you? Why you?" she giggled, and he noted it's bell like quality. "Because I like you Bobby, I think you are destined for great things." Her hand caressed his muzzle as her brown eyes sucked him in. "And before you ask, I've known you since you were a baby, Bobby. I heard your birth cry, I sensed the magic resonating through it and I knew that you would be special so I watched you grow up." She titled her head to the side. "And I must say I like the person you've grown into Bobby." She said "In fact I think I love that person." She silenced his question with a lingering kiss.
"Who....what are you?" he asked later.
"Maybe I am a Fallen Angel whose finally decided to do some good, maybe I am faerie princess come to teach one talented mortal how to make the world a better place. Does it matter? I am here for you Bobby, I am here to share my knowledge, my experience and If you so wish it, my life with you."
Something of his wizarding training finally came back to him and he managed to think about what she was saying. "What's the catch?"
She traced his jaw with a finger. "The catch is the same one you'll find in any relationship Bobby. Love means giving a person the power to destroy you and trusting them not to. You've been burned by relationships in the past. Are you capable of trusting me with your heart?"
He thought about it for a long time before answering. "I don't know, but I'd like the chance to try." She smiled and nodded at his answer.
"We'll take it slow, I'll teach you about magic and about me and hopefully, one day soon, you will trust me enough to give me your heart as I have already given you mine." Bobby nodded but then froze as her little tongue licked his nose as her free hand slide down his chest to slip into his pants and tease his sheath.
"I thought you said we'd take it slow?" he pointed out without any vehemence.
She shrugged. "I also said I'd teach you some things, here is lesson one...." And then she kissed him fiercely
The two continued on into the night, learning about one another, as they took their first steps to a life lived together.
Author notes:
I ran into a Flash piece called "Library Quickie", this essentially grew out of that well done piece of animation. After watching that this idea would not let me be so I was forced to write it out. I hope you enjoyed it.
