Today, I planned on working with Venusaur and seeing how his mega form looked, after all, it would make a wonderful photograph, just as Lucario's was. I always wore my mega bracelet on my left wrist, as it always felt more comfortable there and never really removed it. I considered it a special attachment, which bonded me closely with all of my individual Pokemon.

Once I reached the laboratory, I attempted to walk properly in an effort to avoid questioning, from either human or Pokemon, though I guarantee Sceptile, may of bragged around about taking my virginity, however, Sceptile, was a kind and serious Pokemon, he wouldn't brag, but he would tell.

"It will allow you to mega evolve, just like Lucario, I was hoping you'd like to try it out" I asked Venusaur wondering whether he would agree.

"I do want to see my mega evolved forms new powers, but I also want something from you, Thomas, I heard you had quite the eventful day with Sceptile and I can't help but feel immense jealousy that I haven't had a turn with you after all, you were the first human who respected my wishes about not battling and just travelling enjoying the beautiful sights around the region that's why I feel so strongly towards you."

Venusaur's appearance soon changed and became slightly different, though there were many similarities as well, to his previous form as well,he had a much bigger flower positioned on his back, which was the main difference and his body almost looked slightly more reptilian as well.

I grabbed my camera immediately and headed over to Venusaur and took a picture, to symbolise my starter Pokemon's new transformation. The power that exuded from Venusaur soon attracted some attention, specifically, from the powerhouse Pokemon and Pokemon specific from Kalos. My Pidgeot, Aggron, Lucario and Tyranitar appeared and were impressed with his mega evolved form.

One of the admirers he received was Bulbasaur, who looked both impressed and jealous of Venusaur's upgraded power, however, I informed him there was no need for him to have those feelings, as from what I've heard Bulbasaur is a powerful Pokemon in his own right. I had heard that he fought against the Frontier Brain Brandon, which is a feat to be proud with.

Venusaur, was actually challenged to a battle by Ash's Charizard, Venusaur extended his vines to me though, "Thomas, you'll give me orders won't you?" He asked seriously, showing his absolute connection with me. I nodded in response and we began, with Charizard beginning with a ferocious Flamethrower, which almost scored a direct hit against mega Venusaur, "Counter that with Sludge Bomb" the Flamethrower and Sludge Bomb collided in mid air, creating a screen of smoke, which Charizard used to his advantage using a Slash, to score a direct hit against mega Venusaur.

"Venusaur you okay?" I asked curiously, however he shrugged of Charizard's attack almost effortlessly, before informing me that the battle was still going on, reminding me he still needed an attack. Blushing embarrassed at my obvious mistake I remembered Venusaur's moves, "use Sludge Bomb once more" luckily for me, Sludge Bomb scored a direct hit against Charizard and worriedly, Charizard began glowing a slight purple which signalled Charizard had been poisoned.

"Do you want to call the battle off?" I asked Charizard concerned however, in replied he roared at me, "don't underestimate me, I defeated a Articuno you know!" I was impressed, but knew that we would have to continue since he believed he could fight still. However, him being poisoned provided me with an opportunity and Venusaur already knew what my battle strategy was.

Charizard had begun wondering why Venusaur and Thomas had become so confident all of a sudden and began wondering whether they had already come up with a way which would guarantee their victory. Charizard however, he knew he needed to finish the battle quickly as he was poisoned after all and would soon faint thanks to the poison perpetrating his body.

As Charizard used Flamethrower, while flying downwards right towards Venusaur, I knew he was planning on unleashing two attacks simultaneously as a way of guaranteeing his victory, "use Protect" the two attacks bounced against Venusaur's protective barrier and Charizard blanched in shock, while Venusaur and I simultaneously smirked at the vulnerable Charizard, "Wrap the battle up by using Venoshock" Venoshock is a move which causes double damage against an opponent who is poisoned and now that Charizard is poisoned the attack would do plenty of damage.

As expected the attack landed on Charizard and did cause agonising pain against Charizard, who soon collapsed spirals around his eyes, Venusaur was declared the victor and his transformation soon faded away, revealing his normal form and he turned towards me nodding his head glad at our teamwork.I headed over to Charizard who had regained consciousness, I handed him a Sitrus Berry and had Potions handy in order to heal him.

Charizard accepted my assistance and held no grudge against me or Venusaur which did make me glad, "looks like I need more training" Charizard grumbled before looking at me suggestively, "I heard that you train Pokemon, like Sceptile and improved his endurance and stamina in more than one way" I blushed as I knew what he was suggesting, however, Venusaur lumbled in front of me and whispered something to Charizard.

Charizard grinned and nodded before backing away and I wondered what exactly had happened. The Pokemon also cleared away and I wondered what was going to happen now.
