Ryan awoke to find that Arva was curled around him, he tried to sit up, but all he accomplished was awaking Arva from her sleep.

Arva yawned displaying rows of sharp and serrated teeth to Ryan, her jaw snapped shut making a loud Snap!

After Arva had finished yawning she looked at Ryan

"How was your sleep Ryan, I hope you slept alright." Said Arva

"Yeah I slept alright.....except that I am feeling kinda hungry now...." replied Ryan, his stomach growling.

Arva grinned and exclaimed "well, let's get some breakfast shall we?"

With that she spread her wings and flew right of the cave, off hunting their breakfast. She came back two hours later with a large buck clutched in her talons, she dropped the carcass on the floor of the cave, the buck landed roughly and its legs were splayed in different directions.

Ryan waited until Arva landed until he smiled and thanked her for bringing in the buck for them both, they both started to eat the buck with gusto, each as hungry as the other.

After eating their fill from the buck they both sat down together, Ryan sitting on the pile of cushions, and Arva sitting next to him. They talked for several hours until Arva looked outside the cave and saw it was getting dark.

"Well Ryan, I should be getting you back to where I found you before your parents send search parties out looking for you" said Arva, with a hint of sadness in her voice

Ryan was shocked to hear this, and had no intentions of going back to parents that did not care what happened to their only son and who were always too wrapped up in their work to worry about him.

"Listen Arva, I don't want to go back, my parents......well, I don't want to go back" replied Ryan with a mix of anger, sorrow and disgust

Arva was taken aback by Ryan's statement. As she was expecting Ryan to be excited and happy that he would be taken back to the place where she had found him, half dead and dehydrated, never the less she decided to ask Ryan further why he did not want to go back.

"Ryan why don't you want to go back? Your parents would surely be worried that you are missing!" she exclaimed worriedly, still confused at Ryan's stance on going back to his parents.

Ryan sighed as he closed his eyes and took a deep breath, trying not to get angry and flustered at the dragoness. He opened his eyes but looked away from Arva as he spoke

"My parents are too wrapped up in their work and everything that they forgot they had a son, me....I faded into the background and accepted the fact that they were too busy with their work to worry about me. So I figured out how to fend for myself, and my fascination with dragons and every related to them quickly became an obsession that I kept to myself as a way of being myself. ...

Ryan paused took a breath looked at Arva in the eyes and mumbled,

"And that meeting you has been the best experience that I have ever had" he finished as his face turned red with embarrassment and he quickly ducked his head so she could not see his embarrassment.

Arva slowly took this all in as well as Ryan's statement. After a few minutes she raised a single curved talon and placed it under Ryan's chin and raised his head and moved it gently so he was looking at her.

"You can stay here as long as you like Ryan, I am happy to have you around and I am not going to force you out to live with your parents there was a slight pause then she continued if you don't want too, I am proud that you like being around me, you can ask me anything that you want about dragons and I would be happy to tell you about my race." She replied with a smile.

Ryan just grinned and leapt forward wrapping his arms around her neck, hugging her.

"Thank you for letting me stay with you Arva, you don't know how much this means to me!"

Arva was taken aback by the hug, but she started to grin and a low happy rumble emanated from her chest.

"Oh I think I do, Ryan!" she replied happy that her human guest wanted to stay with her. Soon they both settled down and had dinner from the remains of the buck that Arva caught for them both for breakfast, with Ryan asking questions about dragons to Arva, who was only happy to answer them.

After their dinner together, they both decided to go to bed as Arva was going to take Ryan out hunting with her in the morning. Arva lied down on the pile of cushions and Ryan crawled in besides her, lying down next to her side with one of her wings spread over his body, forming a warm cocoon for him to sleep.

Ryan woke up the next morning to find that was still nestled in his warm cocoon of one of Arva's wing, he tapped her side and heard a rumbling sound and the wing slowly being withdrawn, bright light flooded in, dazzling Ryan and making him squint he yawned and rubbed his eyes .

"Morning Arva" he groaned still waking up.

"Good morning Ryan" Arva replied sleepily, she yawned and Ryan again took a glimpse of her fearsome set of teeth. I am going to see them in action this morning Ryan thought to himself as he stretched.

Arva stopped yawning and looked at Ryan with the same glint in her eye as when he first saw her,

"Are you ready to go hunting with me?" replied Arva, lowering herself to the ground so that Ryan could mount her back. Ryan quickly mounted her and sat just behind her massive shoulder blades.

She shot out of the cave mouth; she climbed high into the dawn sky. Ryan whooped and grinned as they shot into the sky; Ryan relaxed as he felt the wind howl over his ears and Arva's muscles pop and strain.

They suddenly dived and Ryan struggled to hang on as the wind stung his eyes and made them water, the ground rushing up to meet the pair. Arva pulled up just in time to skim the ground. A herd of deer rushed below them, frightened by Arva's massive shadow and size, as they flew over head she picked up one of the animals with her talons, the frightened doe started to buck and kick in a desperate attempt to break free of Arva's hold. The animal suddenly went limp when she lowered her jaws around the stricken animal, crushing its wind pipe. She flew over the frightened herd and banked towards a large lake that was near.

She came in for landing and flared her wings and started to flap as she got closer to the ground, Ryan was nearly thrown off her as her rear hind legs hit the ground with a thud. She let go of the animal that she still had grasped firmly in her forepaws, before dropping to the ground completely.

Ryan quickly slid off her and handed on the ground, he tried to land on his feet but he misjudged the landing and ended up in a heap on the ground.

Ooof!

He quickly jumped up off the snow covered ground; his body was covered in white powdery snow that he promptly brushed off himself. He then noticed that Arva was watching him intently with a very large grin on her draconic maw.

"Hey what are you smiling about?" demanded Ryan, who had a slight smile on his face, he looked around and saw that she had glanced at her tail. He followed her glance and saw that he was standing above a very snow laden tree that's branches were sporting a very large amount of snow on them.

His grin suddenly vanished replaced by a expression of complete horror, as he realized what she was about to do.

"Oh no, please Arva, I am begging you don't do it" pleaded Ryan.

Too late...

Arva grinned as her tail struck the trunk of the tree with a solid thwack! Torrents of snow cascaded on top of the hapless Ryan, who fell to the ground and was coated in snow. There was a flurry of movement under the patch of snow that covered Ryan.

Suddenly the patched erupted, propelling a snow covered Ryan towards Arva. Arva moved, she leapt up on her hind legs and snatched up Ryan with a paw and lifted him so that he was level with her eyes.

Ryan was struggling against her iron grip on his body. He gave up and looked Arva in the eye and started to laugh,

"Okay, you got me, I give up." Ryan chuckled, a grin across his face. Arva did not reply, all what she did was give him a blank look.

Perplexed Ryan continued, "Well could you put me down?" he asked as the chuckling subsided.

Arva replied with a grin and shook her head. Ryan stared at her stunned, his face showing a state of shock.

"Please, can you let me down" Ryan exclaimed, trying anything to get himself out of her hold. Arva only shook her head in response to his pleads. Eventually Arva got bored holding up Ryan in the air and unceremoniously dropped him back into the snow.

Ryan landed in the snow at her hind legs in a heap, he slowly lifted his head and spat out a mouthful of snow that he unintentionally swallowed when Arva dropped him and he landed in a heap.

His eyes widened at what he saw, he had a clear view of her slit, and he instantly had a hard-on. Holy shit, Ryan thought as he stared at her slit. His gaze was broken when he was lifted high into the air. He stopped level with Arva's eyes, a growl rippled through Arva, it was deep and menacing.

The growl ended and then silence. Then a shout and a loud crack of a rifle that shook Arva out of her trance Ryan looked in the direction of the sound and spotted a group of men, they were pointing shouting, one of the groups was yelling into a hand held radio. Ryan suddenly felt light headed and his world went black.
