ARRIVAL
#2 of Stephan Glazer
COLLEGE DAYS.
Day One.
ARRIVAL.
By
Stephan Glazer
The flight from Perth to Melbourne was 2 hours, thanks to the advancements of space flight, so Stephan had only an hour sleep, which was followed by having a hearty lunch, due to the time difference between both cities.
Once the craft had landed and taxied, he alighted from the craft and made his way to the luggage lounge to retrieve his bags. As he was waiting, he took notice of his surroundings and the furs that walked too and fro. Foxtaurs and skunktaurs he was familiar with, as well as morphs, but a few was new to him, particularly chakats.
He had heard of them, but never met or saw any of them during his 18 years in the village. And he was spellbound, with all the different fur patterns and shapes and sizes. Foxtaurs usually had red or white, and on a rare occasion, orange fur colouring. Skunktaurs, the few he saw and met, including Cherrypaw, Nati's father, had the same type of pattern, but made different with altered markings and colours.
What he knew of chakats was, they were friendly, open, promiscuous and hermaphrodites. Always willing to teach and help, and usually have more than one companion. So, the first time he met and spoke to a chakat, besides the driver in Perth, was a complete shock when shi pushed quite rudely by him and gave him a nasty verbal insult.
"Get out of the way, darky." Shi spat, jostling hir way through the crowd of humans and furs alike, trying to reach the carousel that contained the luggages.
Shaking his head in surprise, he took careful notice of hir features. Red ears. Light blue fur, with yellow and red streaks through it, large breasts, 30 +C he gathered. But the one feature that caught his attention was hir ears, normal chakat ears with fur tuffs sprouting from the tips.
Hir eyes were a bright yellow and very striking. Shi quickly grabbed hir bags and proceeded to leave, once again trying to push hir way through the crowd, cursing and shoving, until one fur; a large equine taur, obviously fed up with hir rudeness, refused to move out of the way, and intentionally shoved back.
The young chakat stumbled, lost hir balance and fell, dropping hir bag in the process, spilling the contents on the ground, books, bras, halter and tops.
"That's what you get for being so rude, next time, consider acting like a chakat instead of a chakamil, freak." He replied, laughing and walking away with his mate, who poked his tongue out at the sprawled chakat.
As Stephan watched the 2 male equines walk off arm in arm, he couldn't help but feel a little sorry for the chakat, who was busily picking hir belonging up off the floor.
Bending down, he started picking hir belongs up, one of which was hir large size bra, which he handed over with a slight embarrassment.
"Here, these are yours." He replied, handing the bra and 2 books to the grumbling chakat.
Shi snatched them from him and stuffed them unceremoniously into hir bag, adding a comment about him perving on female garments.
"You know, what he said is true. You should behave more like a chakat." Stephan replied, standing up and heading over to where his bags had finally arrived. Grabbing them both, he proceeded to head out through the crowd, apologizing and asking to be let through, which the crowd obliged to do. Some with a courteous "I'm sorry" or the occasional "Yes, of course."
Stephan was sure that the chakat was staring at him, most probably giving him evil stares and few curses, but he didn't mind. Let hir stew and feel like crap.
Finally he reached outside, and waited for a PTV vehicle to be available. As he was waiting, he fished out his I-pod and started listening to the music, letting the melody to ease his mind. It was 2 minutes later when he felt a tug on his sleeve. Looking down, he saw that it was the same chakat that had insulted him earlier and who had the misfortune to piss off the gay couple.
Pulling out the headphones and stopping the music, he waited for hir to respond.
"I'm sorry for before, I was rude and inconsiderate. But, that's my nature." Shi replied, looking at him with eyes that indeed showed sincerity.
"It's in your nature to be rude and inconsiderate to other people, and too piss them off?" he asked, now confused and perplexed by hir apology followed by an excuse for hir behaviour.
"Yes, it's in my genes, being part chakamil and all." Shi said, hir ears lowering flat on hir head as shi spoke the word, like it was an insult.
"Chakamil?" Stephan asked, "What's that?"
The chakat looked at him like he was an idiot or retarded, fidgeting hir hands slightly.
"Are you telling me that you don't know what a chakamil is?"
"Nope." He replied, looking at hir again.
The chakat stared at him for a moment, then shook hir head slowly.
Just then, a PTV pulled up, and Stephan placed his bags in the back, noticing that it was larger than the ones in Perth, and can accommodate more than one person or taur, he offered hir a ride.
"Thank you." Shi said, smiling, placing hir own bags next to his, then settled hirself down in the taur seat on the passenger side, and Stephan sat in the driver's side.
Stephan entered the destination in the onboard nav computer, and the chakat noticed where they were heading, and gave a chuckle.
"What's so funny?" he asked, closing the driver's side door.
"It looks like we might be seeing more of each other than we like, I'm going to the same college as well." Shi replied, looking into his bright green eyes with hir bright yellow ones.
"Really? What are you studying?" he asked, as the vehicle made it's way out of the airport parking lot.
"I'm studying to be a physiotherapist, you?"
"Doctor/veterinarian." He said, "My name is Stephan Glazer, and you are?"
"Chakat Sunrise, child of Chakat Sunset and Bluevein of House Redpaw." Shi said, extending hir hand to him.
Stephan shook it, and then they proceeded to talk about themselves, and where they came from. Sunrise was very sympathetic in hearing Stephan telling about the H1 sympathizers who burnt down the cottage and growled at the death of Illumanati's parents and hir internal injuries that took away hir ability to speak. But was pleased and ecstatic in learning about hir telepathy.
Stephan in turn was surprised and delighted in learning that both Sunrise and he came from the same area in Western Australia, yet puzzled in why they hadn't met before today.
"Simply, my mother and I are recluses, don't have many dealings in the locals, except for food, supplies and medical issues. We pretty much keep to ourselves. Sure, we do have to deal with a couple of H1 sympathizers, but, with my ability, they don't bother us any more." Shi replied with a smirk.
"Abilities?" he asked, intrigued.
"Yes, aside my telepathy, I can also blind people and furs with a bright flash, which I nicknamed Solarflare." Shi said, looking at Stephan, taking note of his features and body, well built, strong arms, dark skin and afro hair, and the most beautiful bright green eyes shi had ever seen. For the first time in hir life, shi felt calm and relaxed, at ease. Something about this human gave off a chakat like quality.
"Ummm Stephan, you haven't told me about your parents." Shi said, trying to get hir mind off his handsome face and athletic body.
"Blacktail and Christine? Sure I did, I told you that they were foxtaurs..."
"No, I mean your real biological parents, the ones that made you." Shi interrupted bluntly, then apologized for being rude again.
"Never knew them, I was abandoned when I was born, or so I was told, frankly, I seem more kinship with the foxtaurs than I do with humans." He replied, smiling and looking at hir. Noticing that shi was looking at him as well, but with an intense intimate stare. He knew that look, countless of times he saw vixens at his village eyeing off potential tods for mating or courting. He should feel flattered, but he suppressed those thought and feelings, as he remembered his sweet sister back at home.
Reaching into his jacket pocket, he took out the digital camera and showed Sunrise the recent pictures he took that morning. Shi held the device gingerly, never in hir life had shi seen such wonderment.
"This is my family, Mom, Summerbreeze, with his tongue sticking out, and my sister and soulmate Illumanati." He replied, pointing each foxtaur out.
Sunrise paid close attention to Illumanati's pic, smiling and looking at the young taur, all dolled up and smiling, clutching possessively onto Stephan's arm.
"I gather shi feels the same way about you?" Sunrise asked, skimming through the photos until shi found one of the young arctic foxtaur by hirself, smiling.
"Yes, actually, more so, shi wants me to be hir first companion." He said, slightly hesitant.
"I sense some doubts in that statement?" shi asked, looking at him again.
"No, it's just. It's all too soon for hir." He said, looking out the window at the buildings going by.
"Are you sure that's all it is?" shi enquired abruptly.
"Well, shi's still too young. But, the bond we share is more powerful than love. We seem to be one. And, I want hir to discover on hir own if it's something more, or just a hero worship."
"Because you saved hir from the fire when shi was 7?"
"Exactly, but I have to admit, the bond goes way beyond that. Ever since shi was younger and I cubsit hir, shi preferred my company. And the bond grew more when I saved hir again from some school bullies." He replied, grimacing from the memory of that dreadful day, seeing hir beautiful fur mattered with blood from the cuts, hearing hir whimpers as he touched hir bruises.
He felt a comforting hand on his shoulder, and looked to see the chakat with a warm smile of hir face.
"You seemed troubled, what's wrong?" shi asked.
"Nothing, just remembering bad times." He said, letting out a sigh.
Slightly and softly, Sunrise began massaging his shoulders, working at the tense muscles he seemed to have there.
"Whoa, you are tense Stephan, so much stress." Shi replied, kneading the shoulders, making the human sigh and moan slightly.
"Hmmm that is good, I think you a chosen a good career path there." He replied, eyes closed, feeling the fingers working at the sore joints and eliciting a relaxation through his body. Soon, he was asleep, dozing quietly. Sunrise smiled and watched him sleep, wishing that they had met when shi was younger, and had become companions.
Who knows, maybe they could have fun during college, it's not like he and Illumanati were married, and chakats and foxtaurs do have more than one partner in their lifetimes, but shi won't push it. Shi'll let him make the decision.
Soon, the PTV pulled into the college grounds, trees, buildings and parks. Sunrise softly woke Stephan, who stretched and yawned and blinked the sleep from his eyes.
As soon as the PTV stopped, Stephan paid for the trip and got out, opening the boot and took his and Sunrise's belongings out and placed them on the ground. Once empty of passengers and luggage, the PTV drove and parked in an empty space along with other PTVs, waiting for other passengers.
"Well, we're here, ummm do you know where we should go first?" he asked, looking at the chakat. Shi in turn was looking at the trees and buildings in wonder.
"Eh? Oh, umm..." Hir stomach growling answered his question.
"Yeah, I think your tummy is right, food first, accommodations second." He replied, smiling, then offered his arm to the chakat, who took it with a smile.
Walking towards the billboard that had a map and names, Stephan studied it for awhile, and memorized the layout and locations of key buildings and entrances.
"Ok, the cafeteria is this way." He replied, walking arm in arm with Sunrise, carrying both his bags in his right hand, shi in turn carried hir bag in hir left. If anyone saw them, it looked like they were companions or old dear friends and not freshman.
The cafeteria was actually an Irish Pub called The Green Leaf, centred in the middle of the campus. Stephan and Sunrise sat down in one of the empty booths, placing their bags beside them.
Picking up the menu, Stephan looked through the drinks and food list and chose what he wanted. Sunrise did the same.
"I'll get the order, you just relax." He replied, standing up.
"Thanks." Shi said, looking around at the other customers.
Stephan went to the bar and ordered 2 Irish malt coffees, a steak burger and fries for himself and chops and chips for Sunrise, and he order 2 slices of strawberry cheesecake for the both of them, he paid the meals with his own money.
He returned with the food, which Sunrise looked at with surprise.
"I didn't order cheesecake." Shi said, fussing over the added expenses.
"My treat, for the wonderful massage you gave me earlier." He said, dividing the food amongst them both.
He took a bite of his burger and just closed his eyes in pleasure. Damn, very tasty. He thought, chewing slowly, enjoying the meat and cheese with the onion and lettuce with BBQ sauce.
Sunrise was digging enthusiastically as well into hir own meal, chewing and swallowing with gusto. Stephan just giggled and watched the feline stuffing hir mouth.
"Whot?" shi asked, a mouth full of food.
"Who's got an empty stomach?" he teased.
"Shudup, I'm starved, ok? I haven't had a meal like this, in, gods, ages." Shi replied, sauce dripping from hir muzzle.
"Yeah, I gathered that. Better slow down or you'll have indigestion." He said.
Nodding, shi slowed down and enjoyed the taste of the chops, taking a sip of the drink and just stopped and started purring.
"You know, if they ever call any drink an Orgasm, this will have to be It." shi replied, with a smirk and a wink.
Taking a sip himself, Stephan had to agree on that observation. The drink was just heavenly, he just closed his eyes and hmmmed at the flavour attack on his tongue.
After the meal, they both each took a bite from the cake, and both gasped as the orgasmic feeling of the drink was replaced by the multi ballistic orgasm from the sweets, Sunrise's tail was swishing back and forth happily while Stephan just shook with delight.
"DAMN!" they both exclaimed, then started laughing together.
"Definitely coming back for more." He said, taking another mouthful.
"Better not, if they keep producing food like this, they'll ban me for lewd conduct." Sunrise joked, purring and licking hir lips and nose, as a piece of cream had some how ended up there.
Soon, and full human and chakat walking out with their bags and made their way to the administration office, to gather their dorm keys. On the way, they idly chatted about their dreams and goals. Shi wanted to open a massage parlour while he wanted to open a small clinic in his home village.
Soon, they arrived and he went inside to get his keys, signed a form then walked outside. Then shi walked in after him, but something was wrong, as hir raised voice could be heard from in the room.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN I DON'T HAVE A ROOM?" shi cried, clearly upset.
Stephan quickly entered, seeing his new friend agitated and fists clenched.
The frightened young vixen morph trying to keep her distance and calm the agitated chakat.
"I'm sorry shir, but there's no more vacancies. Perhaps if you would find someone to share their bed with...."
"WHAT DO YOU TAKE ME FOR, A HUSSY?" shi screamed, ready to leap the table and throttle the fox, who's fur went from red to white it fright.
"N-n-no shir, I am sorry.. I didn't..." Then she was interrupted by the chakat bursting into tears, collapsing in a heap. Stephan knelt down and wrapped his arms around hir, trying to comfort the distraught felinetaur.
"It's ok. I'll help you out." He replied, then he looked up at the fox. "Is there any other accommodations available on campus?" he asked.
Blinking momentarily, the vixen nodded and opened a file draw and pulled out a book and opened a few pages.
"Yes sir, there's apartments available, but, the cost is way to much for students to rent." She replied, handing him the book for him to leaf through.
Opening the book, Stephan flipped through pages and looked at the vacant apartments for rent. Indeed, the prices were very expensive, some were in the range of 2 to 3 million dollars for an entire year. But going through, he found one 2 room apartment that was just in his price range. Plus, it was 15 minute walk from campus and 2 minute drive by PTV. Added to the fact it had a spa. Perfect. Just what he was looking for.
He wrote down the address and the number then handed his key back to the fox, all to the shock bewilderment of the upset chakat.
"What on green earth are you doing?" shi asked, wiping the tears from hir eyes.
"I'm helping you find a place, I don't feel right sleeping in a warm bed with you out on the streets, and besides, I don't like seeing you upset." He replied, giving hir a hug.
At first shi didn't respond, then shi almost broke his ribs with the hug shi returned, which was followed by a deep affectionate kisslick.
"Thank you, you are, without a doubt, the most generous human male I have ever met." Shi said, nuzzling his cheek, which caused him to blush slightly.
"Ok, lets go, before we get to carried away." He replied, seeing the redness appear on the foxes' ears.
Sunrise apologized for hir behaviour, which the fox accepted, then both shi and Stephan left the room and carrying their bags, headed out towards the PTV area, got into a vacant vehicle, and was on their way out of the campus.
Shortly, they arrived at their destination and stood in front of a block of apartments, Stephan walked in towards to supers office, a male wolftaur named Kovine. He showed up to the vacant apartment, spacious, each bedroom was large enough for a foxtaur family or 2 king size beds. The kitchen was complete with gas and electric stoves, a fridge and freezer, microwave, espresso machine and a pantry, stocked already with essentials.
The bathrooms had taur size showers and toilets for both taur and human.
"If you like, I can bring the king size mattress up for you 2 to use until you buy your own." Kovine replied, smiling.
"Oh, we're not together." Stephan replied, then yelped as Sunrise gently pinched his arm.
"That would be wonderful, and thank you so much." Shi said.
"Ok, now. The electricity is extra, but if you are willing to do odd jobs around the place, then the cost will be negotiable. The gas, I'm afraid, is not. You'll have to have that connected, which will be tomorrow morning, 9 at the latest." He said.
"Ok, no worries, what is the cost?" Stephan asked.
"Ok, $650,000 for the entire year, $20,000 for the electricity, but that can change. The gas, I'm afraid, is $30,000 up front, for the entire year."
"What?" Sunrise exclaimed, stunned by the cost of living in such place.
Turning to Stephan, shi blurted out. "I can't let you do this, not for me." Shi said, gripping his arm. Smiling, he just stroke hir head softly.
"I can, and I will. It's for both of us, and besides, it's my Christmas gift to be used as I see fit. I'd rather live here with you than in some small smoke filled dorm room worrying about you." He said, scritching hir ears softly.
Purring softly, Sunrise smiled and rested hir head on his chest.
"Ok, you win, but If you snore, you're on the couch." Shi joked.
"Ok, unpack you stuff in what ever room you choose, I'll see to the paper work." Stephan replied, leaving with the super.
As he was leaving, Stephan couldn't help but smile at the chakat's shout of glee as shi rushed and claimed one of the rooms as hirs. He filled out the form, and also paid another $10,000 for insurance. Then he helped Kovine move the mattress up to the apartment and placed it into the room that Sunrise had chosen.
Looking around, Sunrise noticed that there was only one mattress.
"What am I going to sleep on?" shi asked, giving him a mischievous wink.
"Why this, of course." He said, laying a doona over one half.
"Ohhh is that your plan, is it?" shi said, hir hands on hir waists.
"What ever do you mean?" he said, Grabbing 2 pillows from the linen closet and placing them on the mattress.
"Get me a place to live, pay for my meal, and expect some bedroom fun?" shi said, with a mock look of annoyance.
"Don't be silly, I will not do anything that unsavoury to you, I am involved, remember?" he said, plugging in the alarm clock and setting the time, then setting the alarm to 8am. Next he stripped down to his boxers, turned off the light before slipping under the doona.
Sunrise just stood there in the darkness, looking at the human, wondering what he was playing at, then when shi saw and heard his rhythmic breathing of sleep, shi just shook hir head and took hir halter top off which was followed by hir bra. Then shi gently crawled on the mattress and laid down, resting hir head on the pillow.
Later, as Stephan was sleeping, he sensed the chakat move closer, wrapping hir left arm over his body, snuggling up, hir tail laying over his waist. Smiling, he moved back against hir, feeling the warmth of hir breath on the back of his neck. And that was how they slept, close together sharing each others warmth and company, until the alarm woke them the next morning.
