Chapter 1: Don't Tell Anyone
Zaldon knelt in the front room of his mother's hut, peering in curiosity at her little wooden carvings. He was a white wolf, about seven years old, a pup, with gentle black eyes and a gentle demeanor to match. He lived in the winger village with his mother, his father, and his little brother, and like all wolves in the winter village, Zaldon was huge.
"Put it down, fleabag!" Zaldon snarled at his little brother when he snatched one of the small carvings up.
Zaldon's five-year-old brother stuck out his tongue. "Make me!"
Norilyn (who everyone called Lynny for short) looked a lot like his big brother: the same white fur and the same black eyes they had inherited from their father. But Lynny's eyes were never so gentle as Zaldon's and were most of the time demanding and proud.
Zaldon whacked Lynny on the head and snatched the wooden carving back, placing it carefully in the velvet sack waiting on the table. Their mother was a famous carver and traveled the land selling her carvings to different villages, sometimes even across the sea. Joli was preparing to set out today for the summer village and Zaldon was going with her.
"Zaldon, are you ready yet --? Zaldon! What have I told you about playing with those?"
Joli had emerged from behind the curtain barring the hall and was standing behind her sons, her paws on her hips.
Zaldon glanced irritably at his little brother. Lynny. Always getting him into trouble! He saw his mother standing there scowling and saw no point in arguing with her: she always took Lynny's side.
"Yes, I'm ready, Mother," Zaldon mumbled, climbing to his feet. He raised his head and watched his mother as she moved into the room.
She was a bright silver in color, Joli, with dark gray eyes and a long, thick shadow of a mane that fell around her shoulders and to the small of her back. After bearing two sons, she had great breasts with pink nipples and her hips were wonderfully curvaceous. Being a winter wolf, Joli was around seven feet in height, which was tall for a winter wolf female. She came to kneel before her sons and smiled at them, smoothing her paws over their fuzzy shoulders.
"Now, Lynny," Joli said, cupping the little one's sulking face, "be a good boy while I'm away. Don't give your father any trouble, honey, please."
Lynny only scowled, his little lip trembling. "But I wanna go with you!"
Zaldon rolled his eyes. He saw out of the corner of his eye that his father had entered the front room and was standing there with his arms folded, smiling on the scene. Like most of the males in the winter village, Bayne was a big wolf, at least eight feet in height. His body was hard and bulging with muscles, and like his sons, his fur was white and his eyes black, but often withdrawn and amused. Zaldon heard his father come up behind him and grinned when that familiar heavy paw clamped on his head and ruffled his ears.
"Take care of your mother!" Bayne said, giving Zaldon a smacking kiss on the cheek that made him giggle.
Joli rose to kiss her husband and announce that it was time to go, but Lynny was still pouting. He stood there with his little lip poking out, glowering at everyone.
"Why can't I come? I'm not too little! I went to the sun village with ya when I was three! And we even went to the jungles --"
"Now, Lynny," said Bayne firmly, "what have we talked about?"
Lynny clenched his fists and stared at the floor.
"Cheer up, snot-nose. I'll bring ya back lots of stuff," Zaldon promised, poking his little brother on the forehead. "And I'll tell you all about the summer village. Everything I can remember."
"Everything?" Lynny demanded suspiciously.
"Everything!" Zaldon promised.
Lynny threw himself into his big brother's arms, and the parents laughed at this.
Zaldon then set out with his mother. It was rare that he traveled with Joli like this: Joli usually did her traveling with friends and was gone for long periods at a time. But every now and then, she took her sons with her. Zaldon went with his mother twice to visit the sun village when he was five, and Lynny had, of course, come with them. It had been the summer then and to make good time, they had passed the summer village without even stopping. Zaldon remembered entering the scared sun tunnels with his mother, those tunnels out in the wastelands where the hot sun baked the earth until it cracked. He remembered the strange paintings on the walls: males doing strange things to females with their penises. It had confused Zaldon and Lynny, and when they asked their mother what the pictures meant, she told them the wolves on the walls were just wrestling. But somehow even at the age of five, Zaldon had known those wolves were doing more than just wrestling.
As they passed out of the winter village, wolves waved in passing to Joli, who nodded or waved back. Little pups Zaldon's age waved at him or called for him to bring them stuff when he returned. Zaldon nodded at these friends but held back a groan when he saw his uncle standing in the middle of the street up ahead. His mother stiffened beside him and he knew she was holding back her sudden anger. Zaldon didn't blame his mother: Eloein had been hounding Joli since he could remember! He was always taunting her, slapping her ass when no one was looking. It pissed Zaldon off.
The sorcerer stood grinning in the middle of the street, purposely blocking Zaldon and his mother's path, his big paws on his hips, a nasty grin on his face. He was a great white wolf, but unlike his brother Bayne, his white fur was striped black. He wore the leather cuffs of a fully trained sorcerer and in his ear was a golden earring, piercing being a custom of the winter wolves.
Shawls were not worn much in the winter village, and Eloein's dark eyes went right to Joli's tits. "Hello gorgeous," Eloein said when Joli stood facing him at last. "Those look lovely today."
Zaldon gasped when the sorcerer reached out a big paw and squeezed his mother's breast. Joli closed her eyes and ground her teeth, then smacked Eloein's paw off.
"Now, now, Joli, we had an agreement," Eloein whispered tauntingly and waved a scolding finger at her. "In exchange for keeping your little secret, I get to fuck you whenever and however I want. Isn't that right?"
"I'm not going to talk about this in front of my son!" Joli snarled.
"My dearest Joli: if you want to cross the bridge, you have to pay the toll."
Zaldon wasn't sure what Eloein was asking for, but he knew when tears started to his mother's eyes that it was something bad. He glowered up at Eloein, wanting to shout for him to leave his mother alone, that he would tell his father, but he knew Eloein was very powerful: as a sorcerer, he held sway over the village and his authority was only surpassed by the village council. In other words: Eloein could do just about anything he wanted to. Zaldon's chest heaved. Eloein was about to do something bad to his mother and he couldn't stop it!
Eloein took Joli by the arm and started to lead her away, but as if he'd only just realized Zaldon was there, he stopped.
"Please, leave Zaldon out of this!" Joli begged, tears springing to her eyes. "This is between you and me -- please!"
But Eloein only narrowed his eyes on Zaldon, and Zaldon wanted to cringe when those fangs appeared in another nasty smile. "Come with us, boy. You will learn today what it means to be a male."
When Zaldon didn't move, Eloein grabbed him by the ear and threw him into the alley between two huts. Zaldon staggered into the alleyway, frightened and trembling, and he stood there wide-eyed and breathless as his mother was slammed by the neck against the wall. Joli was sobbing brokenly now, begging Eloein to let Zaldon go, to not do this thing in front of her child. Something very bad was about to happen here! Zaldon tried to lunge forward but his body hit something hard and he staggered back with his face aching. He put out a paw in his confusion and felt something invisible but solid surrounding him. He saw Eloein smile at him and realized this was the sorcerer's doing. He was trapped here, trapped and helpless and forced to watch this horrible thing that was about to happen!
"No! Oh, god," Joli sobbed when she saw her son press his face to this invisible barrier and sob. The invisible box seemed to be sound-proof: Joli could not hear her son's wails, only see his contorted, tearstained face as Eloein started groping her breasts.
But even though Zaldon could not be heard, he could hear everything. His mother was shivering and crying, held as she was against the wall by Eloein. Zaldon wanted to look away but he couldn't: Eloein was sucking his mother's nipple! Joli stood there against the wall trembling and blushing as Eloein's lips gently sucked her pink nipple into his mouth. He lifted her large tit until it was spilling over his fingers and kept sucking, his eyes closed as if nothing could ever taste sweeter. His teeth pinched her nipple even as his other paw caressed and squeezed her. And when Joli made some feeble attempt to stop Eloein's advances, he made her fall still again with a very hard slap on the ass.
Zaldon saw the sorcerer's big paw smooth down his mother's waist to her hip, and then her legs were kicked wide apart and he slipped his fingers in her! Zaldon's eyes grew round even as the tears were falling and he started hammering on the invisible barrier, roaring through squinted eyes for Eloein to leave his mother alone.
But Eloein was far from finished with his slow assault. He kept slipping his fingers in and out of Joli's pussy until they were glossy with her juices. Zaldon saw him pinch the pussy lips and caress them, conjuring a shudder in his mother's body and making her eyes squeeze shut, making such strange and shrill sounds come from her! Then taking Joli's hips in his paws, Zaldon saw Eloein slip his rigid penis inside his mother! He had never seen a penis like that before: stiff and standing upright, throbbing with veins. Joli arched her back against the wall and choked out a cry, her breasts heaving as the tears poured. She was then rocked and slammed against the wall, her mane falling in her eyes, her breasts riding hard with every eager thrust. Eloein's thick cock squelched in and out of Joli's ever-thickening juices, and her cries of arousal eventually became so loud that Eloein covered her mouth with his kisses.
Zaldon wanted to die. What a horrible sight: his mother's legs in the air as Eloein humped her against the wall. Her lovely body twisted as if to escape him, but she was small beside Eloein, and so slender and weak.
Still sobbing and hammering on the barrier, Zaldon sank to his knees and rested his forehead against it. He closed his eyes but he could still hear everything: his mother's muffled screams behind Eloein's paw and his uncle's wicked laughter, the horrible squelching noises of his hard cock sliding inside of her as she was fucked so vigorously against the side of the hut. He turned his back and huddled into a ball until the screaming stopped, wishing that his father was there, wishing that Eloein was dead. When his mother's muffled protests sank into weak sobs, Zaldon slowly opened his eyes, tears blurring his vision. He sniffed into his knees and heard Eloein's steps. Zaldon squeezed his eyes shut again. He felt Eloein's cold shadow fall over him, then the invisible barrier fell away and Zaldon fell abruptly on his back. Eloein was standing over him, sneering down into his face. Zaldon huddled there on the ground, small and frightened and glowering.
"Don't tell anyone," Eloein whispered, "or I'll make you disappear."
Zaldon blinked up at Eloein with baleful black eyes. He saw a dagger appear in Eloein's paw and gasped. The dagger was hurled at his head and he flinched when it sank in the snow very close to his eye. More tears spilled from Zaldon's eyes and he glared up at his uncle, hating Eloein as the sorcerer smiled with quiet satisfaction and turned away.
Zaldon huddled there listening to his mother's quiet sobbing and . . . he never told a soul.
