"ZPD, hold it right... o-oh my god!"
Officer Hopps' authoritative cry trailed off, her ears flopping limp against her head and the hand holding her badge outstretched slapping over her muzzle in embarrassment. The door that she had just kicked practically off its hinges with one powerful kick was still rattling against the walls of the changing room stall, and at the back of the stall, slumped in a daze upon the small bench that housed his clothes, was a very shocked, very naked Kemper.

The rabbit looked around the seemingly empty locker room in which this and many other cubicles were housed, frowning as she realised that now the bad guy was definitely going to get away. But, that wasn't what mattered right now. Right now she had to clean up her mess, and help this poor, innocent man that she had injured. Thus, she didn't step away from the cubicle as Kemper shook his head and blinked, beginning to regain his senses after the rather sharp thwack of the door which had knocked him back and sent his mind reeling. Instead, she slipped inside, and hurriedly closed the door behind her.
"Now, Sir. Let me just check you over, make sure you're okay. W-we... we don't need to report this back to ZPD headquarters if you aren't concussed, right? Nick would never let me live it down if I got my first ever write up for this."
Kemper could only sit back and blink in confusion as he felt a smaller body climbing up his own, the sabretoothed feline hybrid soon face to face with Judy as she scrambled up onto his lap and peered into his eyes, grasping his face in both her hands to get a better look.
"Your eyes are equal and reactive. Sir, what day of the week is it?"
Kemper blinked dully, and let slip a soft groan as he raised a hand to rub at the sore front of his head, where the door had most strongly impacted against him. He saw a look of dismay cross the bunny's face, followed by a more vibrant expression of determination.
"You're still a little shook up, I get it. But, don't worry. I know just the way to get your mind back in the game. To get you thinking about more positive, fun things. It always works on my fox... and you, you look like the kinda guy it'd work for too."
The male's eyes did widen a little, and his gaze focused a little more sharply than before as all of a sudden he watched the rabbit still straddling his lap reaching down, grasping at the base of her uniform shirt and the vest atop it, and starting to pull it up and off herself until she was suddenly naked from the waist up. She grasped at one of his paws, and placed it on her flat, fluffy grey furred chest, coaxing him into stroking her.

Judy wriggled upon Kemper's lap, pressing her still cloth-covered crotch down against his sheath and balls. After a few seconds she peered down, and upon seeing no reaction she raised her eyes once more, pouting.
