Inside the training room

Meanwhile inside the training room, Amaroq's psychokinesis was in full chaos mode obliterating every Virtual Reality simulation target thrown at him.

The VR simulation could keep up with anything Amaroq was able to do,

it adapted to whatever powers were used and created perfect targets for them. Wolf watched the young warrior train against multiple VR

targets from the safety of the control room. He knew Amaroq had power but his Psychokinesis was no joke, put together with his other psychic abilities. Amaroq was a walking, living and breathing weapon of mass destruction.

Amaroq paused in his training, the VR simulation knew what was about to happen.

Multiple targets surrounded Amaroq, who was now glowing and crackling with psychic power. Letting out an enraged battle cry before screaming in agony, a wave of massively violent and destructive psychic energy shredded the targets to pieces in a matter of minutes all of the targets had been obliterated.

The blast was so strong, that Wolf had ducked down behind the control panels, before the control room windows shattered from the force of the psychic explosion seconds after he'd braced himself.

All was quiet when Wolf stood back up, Amaroq groaned and passed out before he began falling to the ground from using such destructive forces.

"AMAROQ!" Wolf yelled before leaping out of the now destroyed control room windows, rushing to the young warrior's side before catching Amaroq just in time so he never hit the ground.

Wolf wasn't surprised the young pup had passed out, the way that he'd been overexerting his abilities would do that to anyone. The VR simulation had stopped producing targets the moment that Amaroq had collapsed into Wolf's arms. It was almost as if the machine knew that Amaroq needed rest. Leaving the room through the door to the control room, Wolf left Amaroq's special training room and took the young wolf to his room instead of Amaroq's own room.

Amaroq needed rest right now, Wolf would make sure that he got the rest that he needed to recover. Fox and the others would wonder where Amaroq went; if Wolf didn't let them know what had happened to Amaroq.

Sending a group message to them all minus Amaroq, Wolf let the other members of Starfox know that Amaroq needed rest but also needed to be monitored just in case.

Wolf also told them Amaroq would be staying in his room, that didn't go over very well with the other members at all.

"Oh come on! Give me a little credit, I wouldn't ever take advantage of someone who's unconscious especially Amaroq!" Wolf replied to the member's complaints in the group chat.

Fox knew that Wolf had enough decency and compassion that Amaroq would be fine with him.

"It's okay everyone, Wolf won't do anything stupid. Amaroq would never trust him again if he did, that alone would be punishment enough if he tried anything." Fox explained, knowing that Wolf knew that was true along with the other members of StarFox.

Everyone voted after that and the decision to leave Amaroq in Wolf's care was agreed upon. So long as Fox or Falco checked in on them both, there were still members who didn't trust Wolf O' Donnell completely.

The group chat ended after that, leaving Wolf to look after Amaroq until Fox or Falco came to check up on them.

A few days later Amaroq woke up in an unfamiliar room, the last thing he remembered was training in his specifically designed training room.

He had overexerted himself by using his powers too much,

"Amaroq it's good to see you awake, young pup.

Not a minute later a knock was heard, Wolf told them to come in when the door opened Fox and Falco walked into the room. Falco asked, wanting to make sure his comrade was alright.

"Of course not Falco, Wolf genuinely cares about me, he wouldn't hurt me intentionally and I know that for a fact. So leave him alone and Behave, what have you guys been up to these past few days?"

Amaroq replied, glaring at Falco who backed off as he did so.

"Nothing much, just got back from a mission and we're resting up before the next one. We didn't have anything better to do so we decided to come and see if there was any change. We're both glad to finally see you conscious again, how are you feeling?"

Fox asked reaching out to grope him. Fox and Falco left the room saying they had other things to do, Falco reluctantly left even though Amaroq assured him he'd be fine.

Stepping out of the shower, Amaroq grabbed one of the towels and tossed one to Wolf so he could dry himself off.

Wolf grumbled about how Amaroq was a tease as both of them dried off, got dressed then got into Amaroq's ship that he kept for off-base occasions.

*Off base somewhere in space*

Amaroq landed his ship before making sure it's alarm was set to go off if someone messed with it before Wolf and himself got out of the ship and walked into a space bar that Amaroq frequented.

The bar was packed, a lot of different species were all either drinking, playing pool, darts or participating in a drinking game all around.

"Huh not a bad place Pup, how'd you find it?"

Wolf asked genuinely curious to see how such a cool bar was found.

"Honestly I came here with Fox one time and I kept coming back, I often come here to blow off some steam or just to drown my sorrows by distracting myself. I never expected to bring a date here though so it kinda surprised me when I brought you here Wolf."

Amaroq explained while both of them were escorted to a VIP room and seated at a fancy table.

A large tiger came into the room and grinned when he saw Amaroq, "Long time no see Amaroq! How've ya been kid and what are you doing with this low-life?"

The tiger asked, jabbing Wolf in the chest with one of his claws.

Amaroq shook his head and sighed, "Cool it Dartz, Wolf O' Donnell and I are on a date. Please behave yourself, you know I don't like it when you treat people badly just because of their bad rep."

Amaroq explained, scolding the tiger named Dartz for assuming Wolf O' Donnell was there to cause trouble.

"Right, right, I'm sorry Wolf. Anyways what can get you two to drink my good gentlemen?"

Dartz asked after apologizing to Wolf earning him a satisfied smirk from Amaroq.

"I'll take the usual, I'll take the usual a Mountain Dew flash bomb with Sirloin steak, medium rare. I highly recommend the steak here. It's always cooked and seasoned perfectly, you can also choose something else though since everyone has their own taste."

Amaroq explained, before Wolf told Dartz he wanted a Pepsi explosion supreme with a large medium rare steak.

"Coming right up Gentleman, your drinks will be out shortly and your food will follow them."

Dartz explained before jotting down both orders and putting them in a tube which was whisked away to the chef, then leaving them alone until their drinks were ready.

"Sorry about Dartz he kinda became a father figure to me, I didn't ask him to nor did I want him to at the time but he did it anyways. The first time I came here, Fox left me alone and went to flirt with some random hook up. Dartz saw me sitting alone at the bar and took it upon himself to talk to me. He asked me what a handsome young man like myself was doing sitting alone in a place like this. Typical Dartz, he always flirts with the customers to help try and improve their mood and maybe earn himself a tip. I explained the situation to him and he told me to leave Fox to him, I had no idea what he would do next would change my view of him completely."

Amaroq explained before pausing, chuckling and regaining his composure again in a few minutes.

"So what did he do, it had to have been a doozy right?" Wolf asked Amaroq, curious to know more of the story about how the two of them had met.

"Oh trust me Wolf it was, Dartz went right over to where Fox had wandered off to and excused them both from this muscular Deer. The next thing he did was take Fox into the back into one of the VIP rooms with me and ripped him a new one about how he should've stuck by me seeing as how we were friends and teammates. You should've seen the look on his face, Fox had never looked so humiliated and ashamed of himself. I mean after all I was just a rookie back then and Fox was Fox McCloud famous pilot extraordinaire. Naturally I just snickered since Dartz really laid into him, I mean he looked like he was about to bolt out of the room when Dartz had finished chewing him out."

Amaroq explained before breaking into boisterous laughter.

The conversation and laughter were interrupted by a loud explosion that caused the entire Space bar to literally shake violently. Smoked filled most of the bar, even spilling into the room that both Amaroq and Wolf were seated in.

Wolf and Amaroq ended up on the floor from the explosions' impact, with Amaroq landing under Wolf before they both fell to the floor.

Wolf immediately got to his feet pulling Amaroq up with him, "Are you alright, Amaroq? What the fuck is going on now, does this usually happen when you come here?" Wolf asked, wanting to know more than anything if the young wolf was alright.

"I'm alright Wolf, just surprised that something like this happened on our first date. Whoever's at the source of the problem is getting no mercy from me!" Amaroq explained, his eyes were burning with anger and his hands were balled up into fists.

A swift kick to the head and Amaroq was knocked off of his feet and away from Wolf O' Donnell's help, "Aww, poor little StarFox baby, you should've seen this coming after you took our leader hostage Pussy boy! Come on Boss, let's blow this joint and plot our revenge on StarFox!" A familiar voice explained, before a net was thrown over Amaroq by a familiar panther.

"Leon Powalski and Panther Caroso I should've known that members of StarWolf would cause havoc here! What do you plan on doing with me?! Did you set this up, Wolf O' Donnell?! What.THE.FUCK.IS.GOING.ON?!"

Amaroq asked while spitting out each word in anger.

"Oh Pussy boy, Wolf had no idea this was going to happen since none of us could contact him. Now do us all a favor, Panther and knock that loud mouthed mutt out."

Leon Powalski explained before Panther Caroso knocked Amaroq unconscious while the poor boy screamed in pain. The net siphoned away his powers so that the young wolf couldn't use them which in turn caused Amaroq to lose consciousness.

Leon grabbed Wolf and Panther picked up Amaroq slung him over his shoulder net and all before both of them left the bar and got into their ship taking off once the entrance was sealed all while laughing maniacally.
