“Connor, can you hear me." Iron questioned and Connor nodded, before looking at the gray wolf. “I see you too… what happened?" Connor asked as he looked around to see himself laying on a bench in the locker room.

“That's what I'd like you to tell me, you nearly died." Iron questioned, as he flicked a silver book mark in the air to expose a three dimensional representation of his head, that changed into a MRI view, that he stabbed at with his finger, “See this black line, that cut across you upper right hemisphere, that was a soul scar. You're soul was splitting, you could have burst. Thankfully emerald was able to stabilize your body so it didn't explode."

Connor sat up, and took a breath as his body felt numb, and his head spun, “I could have died?"

“Yes, and you could have taken out the entire lounge if you did, do you feel ok?" Iron firmly questioned standing up so he could hold Connor's head, and examine his eyes and his head. “Yeah… just dizzy.. But that scar in my head… what happened to it?"

“It's metaphysical, there isn't any physical damage, it was just where your soul was leaking out into reality. A scar on the veil of the reality. Once the magical pressure was suppressed and passed, it closed on its own." Iron explained, though Connor couldn't quite wrap his head around the complex idea, but nodded because he at least understood that it was gone and it wouldn't be causing him any problems.

“I need to know, were you using any kind of magic? Are you using any kind of sustained spells?" Iron interrogated forcefully, holding Connor's head steady so their eyes were locked. “No…"

“Then why was you're soul about to burst?" Iron pressed, and Connor lost his voice as the wolf's eyes bore down on him, “Connor, please don't lie. Please just tell us the truth, what happened?" Banavi interrupted softly, he looked exhausted and frightened and he stepped closer like a terrified parent.

Connor looked around the Locker room, which was filled with an audience of coworkers, Master Ravinith, Spera, Varis, the falcon. Connor dragged iron's hands away from his face and exhaled, his heart racing as he finally found himself forced to reveal the truth, “I had a vision."

The room was filled with analytical confusion, until Master Ravinith stepped into the conversation, “About…what?" he asked as if he was barely capable of accepting the idea.

“It won't make sense unless I start from the beginning?" Connor breathed as he crossed his legs, rubbing the nerves out from the back of his neck, “Just tell us everything Connor," Banavi assured with a softer tone.

“From what I can understand, I'm actually supposed to be dead… There was a demon attack on the pier in California, the one Aron died on." Connor glanced at Banavi knowing he would know. “I was tossed over the railing, Aron saved my life, or at least he had tried to, because my head smacked against the posts and it split. I died of a brain hemorrhage and drowned… But something reach out and saved my life, and as weird as it is, I'm only alive because of her, her soul is tying my soul to my body, with out her I would die."

“You're possessed?" Emerald asked, and Connor shook his head glancing back at the wolf whose lower arms were covered with a blistering frost… “You're arms? What happened to them?"

“I'll be fine, this body isn't real, I can heal from just about any wound." Emerald assured, and Connor looked back at Iron for assurance, who nodded. “He's spirit of the dimen, his entire body could be destroyed but as long as his soul remains intact he'll always recover. But are you possessed?"

Connor shook his head, “No… I don't think so, this is different. It's more symbiotic, she lives in me and lets me live my own life. She doesn't fight for control, she's just kind of there. She just wants a vessel." The room fell quiet, and the black vixen with dichromatic eyes pushed Iron out of the way with her pipe before sitting down in front of Connor, She rolled the pipe through her finger's and held up Connor's chin with the bulbus end, “Expose yourself!" she declared and the moment she spoke a colossal force thundered out of Connor and shot the fox across the room, shattering the lockers, her body imprinting on the wall.

Everyone took a giant step back and clung to the wall and there was a long pause before anyone dared to breath almost like they had expected Connor to go on a full rampage. “Are you ok Connor?" Banavi asked glancing at the fox as she collapsed out of the wreck and slumped to the floor.

“Yeah… I feel fine Banavi, just a little hungry. I didn't get to finish dinner."

“Not my fault." Spera interjected as Banavi glared up at her, he doubted her completely.

“Well, this clearly isn't a normal spirit." Iron softly spoke, as he sat down on the bench and hesitantly put a hand on Connor's knee, as if he was testing the supernatural force. “Is it an angel?" Emerald asked glancing at a snow white Clydesdale with a stunning white horn spinning out of his forehead. The divine weight lifter shook his muzzle, “I would have known, all angels emanate this presence in mortals, since we don't have physical bodies like demons we normally have to share them. Which this kind of sounds like but it's not from heaven."

“You're unicorn?" Connor asked and the male smiled, “yeah, that's what you humans call me, but I'm actually an angel possessing this mortal's body. He's happily shared it with me… you've talked to this spirit before; did you ever see what they look like?" The buff unicorn asked daring to step forward and sit beside Connor, his very presence emanating a soothing warmth, and his very touch was perfect, smooth, and rugged; it was if he was living a dream. The peace sent a shiver up Connor's spine.

“She looks like a catfish… a Mincridarn catfish," Connor answered with a sigh as he found himself only breathing the scent of fermenting apples, “You smell like Banavi." The unicorn smiled and glanced at the rabbit who seemed almost embarrassed by the comment.

“If it's a catfish, a servant of Tethys?" Emerald proposed, and Connor looked over his shoulder, “Whose Tethys?"

“The first born of Qire, she swims through the veneer protecting the mortal realm from dangerous weapons. The quartermaster of the underworld." Master Ravinith answered, and Connor nodded, swooning as he stared into the gleaming silver eyes of the stallion; “So that's her name? She said she wouldn't tell me. I'm a vassal for Tethys then."

The unicorn retracted his hand immediately, and backed away from Connor completely, “That's impossible, Tethys hasn't taken a vessel in eons." The aura that had smothered Connor's senses faded quickly and rubbed at his head, “Were you just using magic on me?"

Emerald swooped quickly in and grabbed Connor's shoulder, and directed Connor's focus on him, “This isn't something to joke about, are you really a Child of Tethys? Tell me the truth… what resides with your soul?" he pushed, his hands glowing with a green light as he held Connor's upper arms.

“I don't know, but she says she's a true immortal." Connor answered and looking down at the wolf's hands, “What are you trying to do anyways." Emerald retracted his hands, “My powers don't work on you." He shook his head before reaching up to kiss Connor, dragging him into a surprisingly passionate kiss with tongue and everything. Connor however pushed Emerald away, “What are you doing?"

Emerald's dark eyes were wide, as he shook his head, “Just testing you, I wasn't trying to hurt you… ok… I saved your life?" he begged nervously before getting up to walk away, pacing nervously, shaking his preserved flesh anxiously, “What's missing from the Dark Armory?"

“How did you know?" Connor answered and Emerald huffed cupping his vision, before taking a panicked breath and looking down at Connor, “Because that's the only reason why Tethys would seek out a mortal here on Earth.."

“What are you talking about?" Master Ravinith asked looking at Emerald who glanced at Connor trying to speak before turning away in disbelief, shaking his head, “We never talk about this because it almost never happens, but the Dark Armory is where the underworld stores it's soul swords."

“Wait there is a soul sword here on Earth!" Master Ravinith snapped breaking into a fit before looking down at Connor, “What was that vision about Connor!" He demanded stepping forward fiercely, it was one thing to see it, but when Ravinith's bore down on him Connor started pissing himself in fear.

A transparent wall cut through the floor and ceiling in front of Ravinith, “Touch him Ravinith, and it will be the last thing you do." Banavi declared with a peaceful vengeance blood thirst boiling behind his eyes. Emerald passed through the bench to act as a second barrier, “If you touch him Master Ravinith, you'll feel the wrath of abyss."

Master Ravinith's rage stemmed, and he dragged himself back against the wall, saying nothing, but the barrier remained between Connor and the panther, but after a long tense moment of silence Emerald sat beside Connor, and tried to smile but it was nervous and awkward, “Connor, what did the vision show you?"

“I don't know if I should tell you." Connor answered honestly, and Emerald sighed rubbing Connor's shoulder's just trying to breathe and relax, and share that feeling, but it felt empty, like a hollow sympathy, it was probably as much as Emerald could share, or maybe he was just trying to trick him. Connor just couldn't tell, which is why he wanted to stay quite. “Connor, I just want to help, I may be an incubus but I came here to help protect this world, and that means it's part of my job to help you too."

“I know but no one should have that blade… Ok? I don't want it to get lost, I just want to find it and send it back to the Armory. I don't want anyone to steal it." Connor admitted and Emerald sighed, “You don't trust anyone to handle it? Connor I understand, but you're not strong enough to fight someone with a soul sword, that's something else entirely. You're going to need help."

“Connor." Banavi called out, “How long have you know about this? About all of this?"

“A couple of weeks."

“Weeks!" Master Ravinith fumed, “There has been a soul sword here on earth doing gods know what, and you've known about it this entire time." His rage broke Connor down into tears because it dragged up feelings he had suppressed for just time, “I was scared!... I knew what was going on but I didn't know how anyone would react! I thought maybe you'd lock me up and study me because I wasn't normal… I just wanted to feel like I belonged somewhere! I wanted to tell someone but I didn't know who I could trust because there were only Mincridarins around me, and I didn't know how you would react, how you're government would react to a human suddenly gaining weird abilities!" he wailed, and the sounds of his crying was the only thing that echoed through the room because everyone had gone quiet.

Small hands wrapped around his head, Banavi having hopped up on to the bench between Connor and emerald, pulled Connor into a hug. Banavi dragged Connor's arms around his hips, and let himself being drawn into Connor's chest, “It's ok, it's ok."

Connor shook his head, “No it's not, Master Ravinith is right, I should have told someone… I should have told you…. and now someone's dead because of me. The soul sword was used to burn someone alive, that's what I saw in the vision. If I had told someone maybe he'd still be alive."

“Maybe, or maybe it would have just killed someone else."

“But I never took the chance to do the right thing so now I'll never know if I could have helped save him." Connor breathed and Banavi retracted himself and pulled Connor's head up, “Connor, everyone in this room knows that feeling, everyone has known someone who has died. Maybe even feels regret for not doing enough. But that regret is something you live with, you can't do anything to fix it so grow from it and do better. I know it hurts, because it's how I felt after Woria died, I wondered if there was anything I could have done to protect her, or the village…" Banavi breathed painfully, “I still do, but I can't change what happened. And it's ok, you were just disowned by your family, you were scared for you life and safety, you had no home or money… Who could you have really turned too."

“You… I could have told you… or Dagia." Connor exhaled, and Banavi nodded, “Alright you've made you point, but do you get mine?"

“Yeah… but what now?" Connor asked as Banavi wiped his eyes.

“It means I have to call my father." Master Ravinith sighed, and Connor looked up at him in confusion, “Your dad?"

“The Ravinith family owns a network of slaves that live in every royal house, but mainly Lord Ravinith has a direct connection to the throne of Matra. IF this soul sword is real we're going to need to coordinate before we deliver the news to the American government and UN. But I will have to call Cerberus too, they'll want to know their big sister is possessing a human. But do you know where we can start looking?" Master Ravinith clarified as he dragged flip phone out hem of the dress he wore and snapped it open.

“It's probably here in Vegas or at least America, there was a motel fire, it was huge in the vision there going to be casualties. It looked somewhat run down, tan walls, with a green railing… I think the room number was two-thirteen. That's as much as I remember the vision was heavily blurred, I couldn't see everything as it really was, I just saw enough. And the soul sword is bound to an eastern human female, but there was something strange. Something was wrong with her heart, it was purple, it seemed like this toxic mass spreading out of her heart and corrupting her."

“A human?" Ravinith questioned and Connor nodded, “Yeah, Lo-loun, the soul sword is controlling her, or manipulating her. I don't quite know but Tethys said that Lo-loun is prideful and narcissistic, so this woman will most likely be very self-entitled. She also says that this might not be the only time we run into a soul sword. Who ever is stealing from the Dark Armory she can't detect so it's likely they'll do it again? And after today, my visions will never be this complete, this soul burst that happened was because a vision was being forced into my head by the fates… One final thing, you can't touch the woman, the soul sword creates an impassible aura of fire that burns everything it touches… I hope that helps."

“You knew all of-“ Ravinith started before Banavi shot him dangerous look, “It'll have to be enough."

“Wait… Dammit sorry, just one last thing that's really important, Tethys said that I'm fated to stand in front of every soul sword. They'll come directly to me and it's my job to challenge them and to send them back to the dark armory. I'm living bait." Connor added just before Ravinith left, and this little addition left Banavi balking, and he tried to smile but when he held Connor's hand he felt timid and reclusive; hiding.

“Are you ok?" Connor whispered as he pet Banavi's cheeks, the small male rolling his face into Connor's palm, “I don't want to loose you too."

“I don't want to lose you either, I want to grow gray with you Banavi." Connor exhaled, as he dragged Banavi down into his lap. Banavi wrapped his arms his arms around Connor and let himself be pet, “I would wish for nothing else Connor."

“Then please trust me, I'll do everything I can to come home to you."

Banavi nodded rubbing his scent into Connor's chest, “You're coming home, no buts." Banavi ordered and Connor rolled his eyes, but nodded, “Yes sir, sorry about scaring you." Connor tightened his hold looking around the room, and saw everyone's eyes on him, they were silently admiring them, “You two are so cute together." Suna chuckled coming over to pet Connor's head, and clean up his hair.

“Hi Suna," Connor greeted as he looked up at Iron who had finished attending to the battered black vixen lying on the floor, “Is she going to be ok?" Connor asked and Iron took a deep breath and nodded as he tucked his hands inside the pockets of his military uniform. “She'll be fine Connor, she's a spirit, at most she'll just have some bruises or a headache." He took a deep breath, his gaze turning into a heavy stare, “But you should be happy to know that this little event has increased the size strength of your soul by eight points, you can legally be considered a mage."

“What?" Connor asked completely dumbfounded by the news.

“Wipe that fucking looking off your face Connor, this isn't a damn thing you should fucking celebrating. You're soul nearly burst from the excess of magic, and now you're soul has the equivalent of stretch marks, it's thin, if this ever happens again there will be nothing stopping you're soul from rupturing. Do you fucking understand? That mage title you've been dying to earn should be a fucking warning, every time you hear someone call you a mage you should remember that it's only because you nearly died. IF you're soul had burst you could have killed several people, destroyed the Lounge." Iron fumed nearly stabbing Connor's face with a claw, his retained rage retracted and was stuffed into his pocket.

“Wait… this vest it infuse my body with magic it can increase my soul strength should I be wearing it?" Connor asked and Iron exhaled sharply but nodded, “What that vest does is different to what a soul burst did, if anything it'll actually help you're body to the new excess of magic, because it'll strengthen it and make it easier to retain, but you're soul is stretched to it's absolute limit, at most you'll get only a couple points compared to the five that was expected. One maybe if you're lucky three, but nothing more than that." Iron explained as he rolled a silver bracelet from his pocket, “But till you're soul is stable I'm banning you from using magic. Give me you hand." Iron ordered offering his waiting hand.

“Wait… what, no-“

“This isn't up for fucking debate Connor! You nearly died and your soul needs time to adjust to its new size. If you use magic now you could end up puncturing your soul and permanently loose the ability to cast magic… forever."

“How am I supposed to fight the soul sword if I can't use my magic? I won't be able to defend myself." Connor asked wanting to resist but the consequences were dangerous all on their own, if he lost the ability to cast magic, he'd be in the same position till he died. Iron exhaled, “You'd need a warden to fight and protect you."

“I can do that?" Banavi agreed but Iron shook his head, “No, I'm sorry Banavi, but you can't,as much as I understand that you want to protect your mate, Connor needs someone who can be available twenty-four seven, and knows how to use dimen magic, to stabilize his body in case of any fluctuations and heal him if need be." Iron countered and the smaller male receded nodding in understanding.

“I can take care of him." Emerald offered but Iron shook his head, “I know you can… you've already proven you're capable, but I already had someone in mind. A nurse, Shia Malos, I just would rather have someone I trust near Connor."

“Why not me?" Emerald protested, stabbing at the wolf's chest with his fore finger and pinkie, “I don't need to sleep or eat, I can be vigilant every hour of the day."

“Because I want someone who won't bend over and obey Connor's utter whim. You're an Incubus, you're very life is built around serving. I need someone who'll lay down the law and keep him in line and keep him from hurting himself by accident." Iron countered swatting the hand away from his chest, Emerald fumed, his muzzle curled but there was a hesitation, he almost seemed willing to accept the logic, but his pride pushing him forward.

“I can be a hard ass, I seen mortal depravity and how to dominate because of it. I can do this, just let me." Emerald countered, and Iron went quiet, as he seemed to analyze the Incubus. “You can take the job in shifts, Shia will have him during the day, you'll have him during the night. You can protect him while he's working here in the Cavern." The tension faded between them, and Emerald nodded offering his hand, “Ok, deal?"

“If you fail in your duties, either Banavi or I have the ability to revoke your privileges." Iron answered before taking the offered hand, a green light burst around their hands, an ethereal chain curling around their agreement and locking with an archaic padlock, before everything faded, and they let each other's hands drop. Iron's heavy gaze turned towards Connor, “Now give me your hand, don't make me have to fight you for it."

Connor relented and offered his hand to Iron who pushed the black bracelet through his wrist, it didn't hurt, it was almost spectral, the way it had slipped through his body. It was simple and fashionable, a clean black metal band marked with a white logo, “What is this by the way?" Connor asked as he continued to examine the cold metal.

“It was designed by section-X to seal the magical abilities of criminals who were abusing them. But this one has been modified for medical purposes, when you press the sigil of the God of Health, you, nurses, and medical staff will be able to review and see everything happening inside your body. I've seen cancer patients use it to watch how their cancer is developing in their own body or disappearing. Its also a small watch, that you can set timers on for medication purposes." Iron explained, relaxing considerably before tucking his hands back into his pockets.

“That's kind of cool, thanks for helping Iron, I'm sorry for being a pain in the ass."

Iron shook his head, “It's fine, I just want to uphold my oath to protect and heal those in need. You've been one of my most exciting patients but not even close to being one of the worst. But you should go home get something to eat and rest, if you get any headaches, you should be able to take over the counter meds." Iron prescribed before looking at Emerald, “If he gets headaches, any strange pain, contact me and write down when it started and when it ended, also write down if he took any medications and when. Magic should be an absolute last resort, and I'll send you an email that'll help take care of him when I get back to my office. But there is one medication that Connor does need to take." Iron added as he pulled out a small bottle from his coat, before handing it to Iron, “These are soul stabilizers, they'll help thicken veil around Connor's soul and clear up the stretch marks. He needs to take one of these a day, till there gone. Give him one tomorrow morning at eight or nine."

Iron looked down at Connor, “Just because there is medication to help repair the damage caused by your soul stretching doesn't mean you have right to do what ever you want. These will just strengthen it so you don't end up puncturing it and loosing your magic permenately. When the bottle is finished we'll have an appointment to see how you're soul is doing, if it's fine then we can take off the seal, if not. We'll have to discuss other methods of fixing it." Iron explained and Connor nodded.

“One last thing before I go, Banavi, I'll send you all the details I sent to Emerald so you can make sure he's actually doing his job. Call me first and I'll take care of it." Iron finished before taking a deep breath, and Banavi nodded, “Thank you, and I will." with that agreement Iron bowed out with a smile.

Emerald looked down at Connor and Banavi, “We should get going, and put Connor to bed." His tone was a wavering confidence, but he did his best to still steady his resolve and appear capable of giving such directions. Though with Emerald doing his best to take the lead, everyone seemed to relax enough to move around and get back to work, including Suna who left with a soft blessing and gentle pets. Master Ravinith had left when his father had picked up, but Spera kept watching them by the door saying nothing, acting as a secondary guard.

“Can I change?" Connor asked, and Banavi looked up at Connor with a bright sly smile, “Into what nothing? Or are you saying you want someone to change your diaper; because it looks fine?"

“I'm plugged and chastised sir." Connor reasoned, but Banavi just pulled back, and tapped his muzzle with a lustful smile, “And that's a problem?"

“There vibrators…" Spera coughed with no shame trying to hide comments all to poorly, but she just smiled under Connor's stare. Connor felt a soft hand rub against his thigh, “So that's what this must before." Banavi guessed as he pressed a button causing Connor to clutch at his master in rocketing pleasure, groaning he panted.

“GODS! Hot!" A voice cried out from the shower, a boar, with checking his hide for welts.

“Paltum, are you ok?" Spera asked and the boar nodded, “Just the water in the shower just turned into boiling mist."

Spera glanced at Connor and charged up to Banavi and tore the remote from his hand, “Stop, turn it off." She ordered, and Connor breathed in relief collapsing to the bench, “Something is wrong." She started, as Banavi looked her in confusion looking for more answers. “Connor is a child of Tethys', his soul is in turmoil trying to sort it out and it just so happens that the water starts boiling when you tease him like that… Don't you think the cut's match?"

“Connor had his magic sealed he shouldn't be able to use magic." Emerald interjected, and Banavi nodded remaining quiet.

“Don't you remember what Connor said? His soul is tethered to his body because of Tethys… who said he was using his soul? Connor is possessed by Tethys, it's possible she has blessed him in some way; maybe he can project Tethys' magic?" Spera hypothesized, before handing the remote back to Banavi, who looked at the boar, “can you go into the showers so we can test something?"

Paltum sighed and nodded, before shouting out he was ready; Banavi pressed the button to start the experiment and Connors hands clutched at the bench, his entire body shuddering in tension, as his ass was violated by the earthquake in his ass, and the seismic aftershocks that rumbled around his caged cock. Connor panted, his breath steaming the stone surface of the bench, while his toes curled and kicked at the ground trying to find purchase and relief.

“It's boiling again!" Paltum called out from the showers, rubbing the heat from his fingers as he came back into the locker room, and Banavi turned off the vibrators, “I guess your right, that was an impressive guess, where you trained in magic?" Banavi approved looking up at Spera who nodded, “Just for a couple years."

Banavi tucked the remote into his pocket before helping Connor sit up, “Those are pretty strong toys aren't they?" Connor leaned his forehead against Banavi's “You have no idea sir, I can't think when there on. But something happened right?"

“yeah," Banavi nodded, “it seems that maybe the sealing charm doesn't quite work because your still able to use magic. Though it seems a bit more uncontrolled, so till we know how you're magic is working, you need to just relax and stay calm… Sadly enough." Connor tugged on Banavi's suit, “If you keep this damn cage on me, you'll be wearing diapers till your incontinent, got it?" The short rabbit's ears flicked back behind his head in nervous panic, and he smiled, “I thought you relented… that we wouldn't be doing that anymore?"

“Last time I checked you said I didn't have too, that it was ok?" Connor pressed, panting with no hesitation behind his eyes. Banavi held Connor's hand and nodded submitting to the dangerous warning, “Ok, alright, we'll take it off when we get home."

“Thank you sir," Connor breathed as he let Banavi go, and just panted with the freedom to escape his cage.

“You'll need this." Spera offered handing over a key that she retrieved from between her breasts, before handing it over, “since Connor is going back home with you, I'll bring over the dossiers for the party so he can continue reading through them." She added, hanging her hands on her hips.

“is it really a good idea for Connor to be attending an event like that when he's like this?" Banavi questioned, and Spera shrugged. “Probably, I'll talk to Ravinith, maybe this recovery stuff will make it easy to pull Connor out of it, but Prince Romulus asked for him personally…" Spera scratched the back of her head, “But we may not have a choice, Prince Romulus might demand it when he figures out that Connor is a Child of Tethys."

“Thank you for taking care of Connor as short lived as your service was." Banavi bowed as he steadied Connor against his shoulder. Spera bowed in return, “It was fun, you're very lucky to have found such a wonderful mate."

Emerald came up beside Connor and carried the human like an infant in his arms, Connor was limp enough to be one, “Sir, I think it's time we go." Banavi nodded before looking back up at Spera, “I could feel that Connor had fun too, so feel free to visit; Connor will probably enjoy seeing a familiar face while he's under house arrest."

“Of Course, I can stay tomorrow and help with any training." Spera offered and Banavi smiled, “I'd like to know more about this party too,"

“I'll talk to Master Ravinith," Spera finished before stepping to the side, “Please have good night sir, may the gods always be with you."

“I don't think that'll be a problem." Emerald joked bouncing Connor lightly enough to make the human tense up and clutch deep into Emerald. Spera chuckled, rolling her eyes, “I guess your right. Take care of him Emerald."

“Of course, good night Spera." Emerald finished along with Banavi who bowed silently out of the room take the lead, to guide Emerald to their home. They were given passage through the dinning hall, which was filled with security, examining the environment, and taking statements.

Hallon and Warren were barred from following by guards, “Is Connor alright?" Hallon asked at which point Emerald took a moment to shake his head, “Connor will be fine, and you had nothing to do with the matter, but thank you for coming." That simple assurance was enough to make the fox relent and take a relaxing breath.

The walk home was silent and warm in the summer night, and Connor clung to Emerald despite the exposure he was forced to experience since the plastic back of his diaper shimmered in the moon light. Luckily no one reasonable was really out that late, except for the small pack of joggers who ran by almost tripping into another when they saw Connor's diaper. When they got to the front door Banavi invited the Incubus in and showed him to Connor's bedroom, his diaper was changed by Banavi who removed everything and set it on the dressed by the bed.

Tucking Connor into his hammock Emerald sat down on the floor in front of the closet and watched the swaying human like a hawk in the star lit night that ran across the ceiling. Saying nothing, not even breathing so he could listen to Connor's every breath.
