Slaying the Dragon

The two had been running through the plains until sunrise. Ambushed sometime in the night by an enemy neither of them had seen. They were in fields that remained untouched by any of the races living on the large Plateau. The grass was as tall as they were, and it stretched as far as they could see like a sea of yellow. The only thing that kept them on track were the mountains to the North, which they had to poke their heads above the grass to see. They kept it to their left, hoping any other survivors would meet them by the river they had passed earlier yesterday. The human, captain of their squad, looked back to make sure his companion was still breathing. She was one of the lizardfolk alchemists that were recruited recently. He still had her dress on, not being on duty last night. The dress was covered in blood. He slowed down to giver her a chance to catch up. The two slowed to a full stop. He set her bags on the ground beside them.

The lizardfolk was panting, leaning over with one hand on her knee and the other signaling him to bring her her bag. He handed it over to her and she immediately rummaged through it, taking out a large flask. She drank heavily from it while the human scanned the area.

“I don't think they followed us." He said, listening for anything in the distance.

After a large gulp and a labored breath, “What where they?"

“They moved too fast." He replied, “I didn't get a good look."

“There was so much blood." She said, almost choking on the water.

The man shuddered, “Vampires?"

“This far into the fields? Where do they go in the day?"

He shrugged, “I heard tales of Vampire Nomads, but I didn't think they were real."

“Do you think we're safe, captain?" She handed him the large flask.

He accepted it, “Thanks." taking a few big gulps before he replied, “I think we should keep going until we find the river." He handed the flask back over to her.

“Is there something about the river I wasn't told?" She asked, putting the flask back into her bag.

He extended his hand to take her bag, “It's a landmark. Maybe we can follow it South to the edge of The Plateau and find a way back to base."

“I believe there's a nice swamp down that way." She handed him her gear.

The solder hoisted it over his back, sliding it along his shield, “You've been there?"

“I was born at the base of the cliff, South of East Varel." She said as the two started walking Eastward.

“What's it like south of the cliffs?"

She shrugged, “There are some nice woods, but it's all desert any further south."

“Some humans have defected down that way."

“Good luck to them." She stated bluntly, without anything to add.

A silence fell on them. They just walked, trying to keep alert. They had already forgone a night of sleep, and the afternoon heat was beginning to set in. The captain could hear the woman behind him becoming sluggish. He felt the dry air and looked back at his scaled companion. She was clearly out of her element, and poorly dressed for running.

“We should be at the river soon." He said, trying to give her something to look forward to.

She only nodded in reply.

“I don't think ever got your name."

She cleared her throat, “It's Danu. What of yours, captain?"

“Gilbert, but you can just call me Gil."

“Alright, captain."

The grass cleared, giving them a view of the large river that flowed calmly. Gilbert jogged over to the water's edge, setting his things along the shore. He threw off his helmet and knelt by the water to splash his face and drink the crystal clear water.

“We can take a breather here, but we should leave soon if we want to get to the delta by sundown." he said, looking downstream.

He looked back to see Danu making her way towards a large tree that hung over the river, as if to reach for the other side. He grabbed the thing he has set down to bring towards her. She was undressing as he set their stuff down on the large roots.

“What are you doing?" He asked.

She looked back over to him, pulling the dress over herself, “I'm going to go for a swim."

“We shouldn't dawdle." Gil said, sitting beside the gear.

With her dress draped over her shoulder, Gil noticed she hadn't anything underneath. He looked away to giver her some privacy.

“If we travel at night we stand a better chance." She said, looking back at him as she lay the bloodstained dress in the water, “But only if we are rested."

Gil couldn't disagree, “Suppose you have a plan, then?"

“Going to wash all this blood off, then get some sleep under that nice tree. I suggest you do the same."

The human nodded, undoing the straps on his armor, “I suppose you make a good point."

She headed back towards the tree, hanging the cleaner dress on a thick branch. She giggled, “No need to be so bashful. Not like I am much to look at."

Gil looked to her, seeing his first lizardfolk in all their flesh. She rubbed her scaled hands over her flat chest, “Not like you humans, huh?"

He gave her a look over, she was curvier and thicker than the human women he'd seen up close like this. He coughed nervously, “You uh, you look very nice." He said

“Thank you, captain." She laughed, her voice taking on a more feminine sultry tone. She gave him a smile and headed back into the water.

The captain followed her lead, taking his own gear off, placing it aside. The water was cool, a welcome relief from the hot summer air. He washed himself as Danu swam deeper into the river.

“What's your home's name?" He asked as she passed nearby.

She stood near him, stretching in the sun, “Dragon Falls."

“What's it like?" He asked, trying to keep his gaze from drifting towards the thin slit between her legs.

She slowly walked toward him, “Most of the water that crosses the Plateau finds it's way there. It's as if it is raining, all the time, even when the sun shines above us."

“I hear it's beautiful."

Danu nodded, “It's so full of life." She was standing directly in front of him.

“I also hear your people are descendants of dragons." He hands found their way at her sides. Feeling the softer flesh of her underbelly with his palms.

“That's what we like to think." She replied, pulling her arms around his neck, pressing her chest to his.

“Every human grows up wanting to be a warrior, and come face to face with a dragon."

She grinned, “Is this how you thought it would be?"

“Not exactly. The tales we hear have more dragon slaying."

“Oh?" She ran her fingers through his hair, “There's more than one way to thrust a sword into a dragon, you know?"

He held her tight, a need grew swiftly inside him, “Is that how I should slay this dragon?"

“I can feel the blade upon me already." She gasped, feigning concern like someone in a play.

He pressed himself against her as she rubbed her slit against him, “Is that what you want, captain? To delve into this dragon's lair and see what lays inside?"

He nodded, pressing his lips against hers, overcome with lust. They kissed passionately for a moment before Danu pulled back, “I must warn you, there are secrets in that cave. I'm sorry if I lost control."

“How.. do you mean?"

She blushed, “This isn't the kind of slit that lays eggs. Something." She grasped his tool, “Something more akin to this."

“I'm not too concerned about that."

“You don't mind." He smiled, “I just need you, right now."

Danu grinned, “Well, follow me, then." She then took his hand and walked towards there gear. Beneath the shade of the tree, on the grassy ground, they laid down. There was little time wasted as Danu spread her legs, revealing the drooling slit.

“Can I enter you here?" Gil said, rubbing the genital slit with the head of his rod.

Danu nodded, wrapping her legs around him, “It shouldn't be too much different than the real thing now." She blushed, “I've been taking potions."

“Potions?" he said as he slowly teased the opening with his cock.

Danu let out a moan, “It's why I became an alchemist, honestly."

“Not to help people?" He positioned the tip of his dick at the entrance.

The lizardfolk grinned, “I'm helping you, aren't I? You get to slay the dragon and plunder her treasure."

“This wasn't what meant when I recruited you."

She grinned, “Tell me one legend where things go to plan?"

“This is just like the legends." He said as he slowly pushing himself inside her. The walls were like silk around him. It wasn't unlike the women he'd been with before, though he could feel his wasn't the only object inside. The other remained soft, still in it's place.

Danu thrust her hips against him as his slick member glided along her dormant one. It sent shivers through her. She held him by his sides, urging him to continue. They could both see the need in each other's eyes. It had been too long since either had been in the arms of another, and with the uncertain future, they needed this moment. Danu leaned her muzzle in, kissing Gilbert deeply. He pulled back, thrusting himself back in, deeper.

Her slit was tight, hesitant to let him go. It only made him buck into her feminine hips with greater fervor. Back and forth, his cock glided through the genial slit. The sensations this was bringing him surpassed any of the other women he had ever been with. He knew he wouldn't last long, but it didn't matter. He'd would only just keep going until he was drained of everything.

Danu arched her back, letting out a sharp groan as he felt a rush of liquid shooting at the base of his member. The lizardfolk was cumming, hard. The force of the other's seed filling their slit only made his own thrusts easier, better lubed. He continued pushing himself against her until his balls churned, drawing up to his body, setting up for his own release.

With a blissful sigh, he let loose his own seed. Thick ropes of his ejaculate shot deep into Danu. His climax was stronger than he'd ever experienced. He kept on thrusting, his crotch now covered in their combined seed. The kissed, holding each other as they came down from their euphoric state. Out of breath and drained, Gilbert barely had time to pull out before he collapsed beside her. They shared a glance before their exhaustion overtook them. With no energy in reserve, they fell asleep in each other's arms.
