Prologue:
Sunrise, at 6 o'clock in the morning, was a blaze of color. The horizon was a ruddy red-orange, fading to a silver, and gradually to blue which got darker. Rural Hanover farmland was wrapped with low lying fog, which had a silvery sheen against the dark green fields of wheat. A long abandoned grain silo, its white paint almost all chipped away, was silhouetted against the morning sky.
Amongst the wheat in the middle of the silent field was Marty Millis. Leaning against his big Harley, the middle-aged red Doberman watched the sunrise while sipping coffee from his thermos. Not far away, his fancy camera sat on a tripod, slowly soaking in the dim morning light in a long exposure. He wanted to usher in the start of summer with a calm morning to himself before work. It was the second of June, his fifty-first birthday.
Taking another long, slow sip of his coffee, Marty smacked his lips and watched the fog begin to slowly thicken and roll across the field. Marty was many things to many people; at first glance, he looked like a rough and tough biker. Marty leaned against his motorcycle in his black chaps that were snug over a pair of jeans. He wore a thick leather vest that was adorned with many patches from all the biker bars and events he had been to, back when he was a Hells Angel. His stocky, muscular arms were tattooed with sleeves, both arms sporting Japanese style tattoos in black and gray that ran to his wrists, and connected to a chest piece that occupied his entire chest. A couple silver rings were shoved onto his fingers, and both wrists had leather cuffs on them. His wedge shaped head had some wrinkles on his forehead, and his expression was always a gruff stare- stoic, yet sometimes introspective. He had an auburn brown goatee and chinstrap, which was flecked with some gray in it. Beneath his black and gray Paisley bandana wrapped around his head was a short cropped Mohawk, auburn with bits of gray in it. Dark green eyes peered out from around dark bags under his eyes.
He often found himself in this field; it was quiet and allowed him plenty of time to think to himself in relative peace. He loved the sounds of nature; the chirping of birds overhead, the rustle of wind blowing by him. The first rays of sunlight peered through a tree, casting unique spikes of amber color through the silvery fog. Setting his cup down, Marty walked over to reposition his camera and its telephoto lens to focus on that. He set the timer and walked away for it to take another long exposure.
Marty found it hard to imagine that he was now fifty-one years old. Mentally, he still felt like he was in his twenties, but physically, he was starting to feel the effects of aging. His face was losing the youthfulness that he had in his mid-forties. Now entering the fifth decade of his life, the Doberman was also entering uncharted territory; a middle-aged gay man, who had come out late.
The past six years had been rough for him. Looking back, his whole life until 2015 was rough. In 2015, after twenty-three years of being married, his wife Candice died in a tragic car accident at the age of forty-four. Grief stricken, and unable to bear being in the closet any further, Marty came out the age of forty-five. His parents and siblings didn't react positively, but his almost grown up children were largely unfazed, even excited at having a gay dad. For five years, Marty kept largely to himself, slowly unpacking emotions that he had long suppressed. After five years, he felt ready to begin exploring his gay identity, but the pandemic put that on hold. It added another layer of emotional stress to further unpack for him.
But now things were looking up. He was fully vaccinated, and cases all over the state were dropping. Things were opening back up, and a sense of optimism and hope were spreading all through the community. He finally felt like this was the year he could begin living his new identity as an out gay man. But he wasn't quite sure where to start. He felt like he was sixteen all over again; lost and unsure of what to do, or where to go. Marty had heard that when one came out late, you were sixteen, plus the number of years you were out. He had a lot of development ahead.
Finishing his coffee, he took his camera off the tripod and fiddled with the settings to take a couple final photos, as the amber sun brilliantly rose in the east. After his wife's death, he took up photography to help cope. Nature was his favorite subject. His Sony fired away as he took a couple final photos of the run rising, silhouetting the grain silo. Shutting his camera off, he stowed it and his tripod away and attached it to the back of his motorcycle's little cargo rack. He grabbed his cup of still somewhat warm coffee and took a final swig. Looking around, Marty turned around to have his back turned to the road in the distance, undid his jeans, and let his big floppy member out. Thick, tan, and uncut, the Doberman peed in the dirt of the access road, marking his territory before zipping everything up. He turned the bike around, climbed on it and fired it up. Adjusting his shades, he took off on the bumpy access road to the field, kicking up some dust behind him as he made his way onto the rural two lane road, on his way to work.
The Harley let out a deep raspy roar as he made his way down the winding two lane road. The air blew by him as Marty listened to some rock n' roll on the radio. As he rode, listening to music and the slipstream mix, he kept thinking about how much his life had changed. Here he was, a newly out gay man, but in his "past life", he was a husband, a father, family man, and a Hells Angel for twelve years. He had always wanted to be a biker, and was accepted into the group at the age of twenty-three. He ended up leaving when he was thirty-five, to focus on his family. There was a sense of bitter irony that his family had no issues with their son being an outlaw biker, but took issue with his gayness. Sometimes that irony hurt right to his core. It was one of the many emotions he had to slowly unpack and accept, as he "transitioned" into his "new identity". There were still a lot of feelings he didn't quite understand.
The road grew hilly as Marty rumbled up and down the hills. Fog clung in the valleys as Marty punched through it. He came down a hill where he spotted an intersection ahead; there were no stop signs for him, but the intersecting road did. Marty kept his speed as he approached it. Marty glanced to his right to suddenly see a truck run the stop sign. The Doberman immediately reacted and slammed his brakes on. Skidding and laying down the bike, Marty scraped the bike against the pavement and was ejected off, just as the truck barreled through, towing a trailer with landscaping equipment. Marty hit the pavement and rolled a couple times before stopping himself. He was momentarily fazed as he briefly read "Filton Landscaping" on one of the pieces of landscaping equipment. His gruff face grew immediately cross.
"DARRYL!" Marty screamed. He had a very gruff sounding voice.
Marty picked up his motorcycle and immediately took off in pursuit. He kept some distance behind, but followed the old Ford SuperDuty and trailer as it made its way into Hanover. The truck pulled into the Pit Stop, the town's Marathon gas station. Marty pulled in and parked on the opposite side of the lot, to watch as a blonde and tan furred wolf with greasy locks of ginger hair came out. He was meeting with other workers of his, as they stood around and joked.
Getting off his bike, Marty walked, his body looking tense as he marched over to confront Darryl Filton. The stocky, beer gut Darryl stood laughing with his other hillbilly landscapers. The Doberman got everyone's attention as a few backed away immediately. Darryl looked at them in confusion and turned to see Marty approaching him.
"What the fuck you want, fucker?" Darryl cackled, only to suddenly get a fist in his face. Marty punched Darryl square in the face; he flung back and landed against his truck and fell to the ground, knocked unconscious.
"That's for cutting me off at the intersection! Motherfucker!" Marty yelled. Darryl's friends all backed away at the Doberman's intimidating glare.
Turning around, Marty walked back to his bike and hopped on. He kick started it and took off, peeling rubber back onto the road. Darryl slowly dragged himself to his feet, his nose bleeding.
"What the fuck was that!?" Darryl exclaimed.
"Dude, Marty knocked you out cold!"
"I saw stars..."

The evening sun cast long shadows on County Road 2. Orange sunlight filtered through the canopy of trees as Marty rumbled along the rural country road, enroute to his evening plans. After a long day at work at the dealership, he was ready to enjoy an evening with his fuck buddy friend. Slowing up and putting his turn signal on, the Doberman pulled off the road and onto a gravel driveway, that took him through a tree line. He rolled up to an old restored farm home, nestled in some woodland. Marty deployed his kickstand, and hopped off. He grabbed his backpack that was strapped down on the back.
Walking up to the front porch, he rang the doorbell and waited. A few seconds later, the door swung open to reveal his friend, thirty-two year old Cyrus Filton. He was a big, tattooed up blonde wolf, with long fire red hair that was neatly braided into a Viking themed ponytail. A thick red chinstrap complemented his muzzle, his lips sporting silver snakebites. Marty saw that Cyrus was wearing just a white tanktop undershirt, and some black leather shorts.
"I always love it when you wear those shorts~" Marty chuckled as he was welcomed inside.
"Just for you!" Cyrus grinned. He gave his friend a playful kiss on the lips. Marty smiled and gave Cyrus a more passionate kiss. He put his arms around his friend and rubbed his back while they played with their tongues.
"Eww, get a room, guys!" teased Freddy, Cy's seventeen year old nephew. Cyrus just flipped him off jokingly.
"Sorry... got a lil' carried away there."
"It's fine~" chuckled the wolf. "Why don't we go upstairs and get all cleaned up for the evening?"
Marty carried his backpack upstairs with him and stepped into Cy's bedroom. Like the rest of his home, Cyrus had a bedroom that was rustic looking, adorned in Americana. A couple buck's heads were mounted on the wall, and a 12 gauge shotgun sat on display. He had a nice, comfy looking, queen sized bed at one end, with some big windows that overlooked the pond and woodland behind his home. Marty sat his backpack down on his bed and began to undress out of his biker attire. He took his vest off and the shirt underneath, revealing his stocky body that still bore a chiseled chest. His chest was tattooed, depicting two skulls on each breast with other abstract pieces blended in. His flat stomach had two M1911 pistols pointed downwards, with "MILLIS" written above, in a German gothic type. He took his jeans and underwear off as Cyrus stepped into his bedroom, closing the door behind him.
Marty watched as Cyrus took his tanktop off, revealing his own tattooed chest and silver nipple rings. He slipped his leather shorts off, revealing nothing beneath. The wolf was hung like Marty, with a just as thick, uncut dick that was pierced with a Prince Albert, a silver, curved barbell protruding from the head.
"Why don't we get cleaned up?" Cyrus suggested with a grin. Marty smiled and caressed the wolf's chest.
"Sure~"
Cyrus had a walk-in shower in his own bathroom. Hot water streamed from the shower head, enveloping Marty and Cyrus in steam that wavered around them. The two took turns under the hot water, soaking tired bodies, and getting themselves cleaned up.
"How's your birthday? Birthday boy!" Cyrus asked him as he watched Marty soak his shoulders in the hot stream.
"Heh, just like any ole' day at work. Same shit! Different day!" Marty exclaimed with a sardonic laugh at the end. "My damn shoulders are aching..."
"Yeah? Is that from my retarded brother throwing you off your bike running the stop sign again?"
"Yeah..." Marty shook his head. "My damn bike got all scratched up... I gotta replace the exhaust..."
"Ouch."
"I say that too about my shoulders!" Marty laughed. "I went down pretty fucking hard."
"Darryl did too when you punched the living daylights outta him~" grinned the wolf. "Darryl tells me 'Marty coulda caused brain damage with that punch!' Pfft! You gotta have brains to damage first there, motherfucker! Didn't even know what to say."
The Doberman just shook his head. Cyrus stepped over and put his big paws on Marty's shoulders to rub them. He leaned back against the wolf and let out a grunt as he enjoyed his impromptu massage. "Fuck that feels great..."
"If you like that, just wait until how my dick feels~"
"Now yer' talkin'."
"Oh yeah~"
"When you gonna invite your boyfriend over so I can fuck his young tight ass?" Marty chuckled. "Every time he's over, I'm always busy!"
"You need to come with me to his place, so we can fuck all those husker butts!" Cyrus suggested. "Ben's like 'oh maybe I should fuck Anton and Borr', and I'm like there's no should! You ARE gonna hump those husker butts, and you're gonna let me know so I can come over there and hump them with you!"
"Ha~" smiled Marty. "You two are cute."
"We make a great couple~" Cyrus chuckled. "I finally found myself a boyfriend who isn't a fucking douchebag like a lot of gay men are."
"I'm...starting to notice that..." Marty admitted. "I got that hookup app thingy you told me about... and I messaged like a dozen guys, and I think eight of them blocked me."
"Yep. Sounds about right." Cyrus rolled his blue eyes. "Oh pay attention to me, pay attention to me, but not you. Yeah, fuck that. Hell, even I've been blocked by guys."
"But you're a ripped up, hot, hung motherfucker!"
"I say that too! And thank you!" Cyrus grinned. "Some gay guys are just fags."
"I don't get it..." Marty shrugged, only to wince a bit.
"Whoa, careful, don't pull anything old man!"
"Shut up, Cyrus!"
Following a hot, relaxing shower, Marty and Cyrus dried themselves off. Marty stood and watched in amusement at Cyrus slowly blow drying and brushing his long locks of red hair. He meticulously brushed and dried it, which fell down his backside like a waterfall of red.
"I bet you let your boyfriend pull on that when he fucks you." Marty teased.
"Sometimes~" Cyrus chuckled.
Returning to his bedroom, Marty laid down on Cy's bed. It felt so comfortable as he laid out. He watched Cyrus turn down his lights and take a lighter to light a couple candles that sat on his dresser. Closing the curtains, the room was lit with the soft glow of candle light.
"Now yer being fancy with this." Marty smiled.
"Just for you, birthday boy..." grinned Cyrus. He climbed onto his bed, and crawled over the Doberman, smiling at him the whole time. Marty caressed an arm and his chest as Cyrus laid on him. Marty closed his eyes and felt Cy's pierced lips press against his. His velvet tongue gently pressed against his for a long kiss. They made out for a while, their paws gently caressing each other in the glow of some candles.
Five years after coming out, Cyrus was the first man Marty had ever been intimate with. He knew Cyrus since he was a little kid, and was family friends with the Filton family. He got reacquainted with the wolf in 2020, right before the pandemic erupted, and had his first male experience with him. He became Cy's regular fuck buddy; he appreciated Cyrus for being so patient and easy going with his at-times shyness.
Following their long make-out session, Cyrus kissed his chest and belly, moving his way down to take the Doberman's softy into his muzzle. Marty closed his eyes and felt the wet warmth enveloping his cock, which began to harden as Cyrus sucked on him. The wolf bobbed his muzzle up and down quickly, making the Doberman grunt as he rubbed his nipples. "Fuck man... that's great..."
Cyrus sucked for a while, and pulled his muzzle off Marty's eight and a half inches to teasingly lick his big heavy balls, and tease his foreskin with the tip of his tongue. Marty grunted and squirmed to the sensation. Feeling ready, he rolled over and got onto all fours for the wolf, who reached over to fetch his bottle of lube from the nightstand. He straddled behind Marty, his paws rubbing his nicely muscled backside. The wolf licked his chops at Marty's tight hole, and promptly shoved his muzzle down there to rim him. The Doberman closed his eyes and grunted at the wolf's tongue teasingly slipping in and rimming his hole.
"Get'cha all ready there~" Cyrus chuckled, giving his butt a playful little slap.
"Whoa, easy there." Chuckled Marty. He looked back to see Cyrus lubing his hard nine inches up. He squirted some extra lube on his fingers and smeared them against Marty's snug hole. The Doberman adjusted his pose a bit, and soon felt the thick pierced head of the wolf press against him, and slowly slip inside. Grunting, Marty closed his eyes and concentrated, as he felt himself be opened up by his friend. He was still new to bottoming, and Cy's girth hurt a bit at first.
"I'm not going too fast am I?" Cyrus asked.
"Nah, yer' good."
"Okay."
Marty breathed a sigh of relief when Cyrus hilted himself, his trimmed red bush pressing against his nub. Cy rubbed his back and placed his paws firmly on his hips and began to thrust. Marty bit his lower lip at first and felt snug against Cy's maleness, but slowly loosened up as he got used to the sensation.
"There ya go... relax." Cyrus smiled.
"Your dick is huge."
"Thank you!"
They shared a laugh and fucked doggy style for a while. After ten minutes, they switched to missionary, where they could enjoy a bit more intimacy. Marty made out with Cyrus as he fucked, and the Doberman enjoyed every bit of it. Putting his arms around the strong, young wolf, he felt the thrusts grow harder and faster. Cy grunted and hilted himself all the way in to cum. Marty felt his cock throb as he was filled with his load.
"Nice...super nice..."
"Oh yeah..." Cyrus cooed as he gave Marty another kiss.
The wolf got up and fetched his lube bottle to slick his paw up. He grasped Marty's throbbing member and sat there, stroking it tenderly. The Doberman put his paws behind his head and closed his eyes to the sensation. Cyrus stroked faster, his grip tightening. Marty huffed and puffed and shot his load all over Cy's paw, which made him chuckle.
"Happy Birthday!" Cyrus exclaimed with a laugh.
"Whew!" Marty exclaimed as he smacked his head into the pillow. He watched Cyrus clean his paw off with a towel, and dab the Dober's cock clean. Tossing the towel over his shoulder, he laid back down beside his friend, who pulled the wolf into his arms. They smiled at each other, as Cyrus rubbed his chest affectionately. They quietly laid together for a few minutes, to bask in the afterglow of a good romp.
"Ya know, Cy, I want to find myself a boyfriend..." Marty admitted.
"Yeah? Well go out and find yerself a boytoy like mine!"
"Easier said than done!" snorted the Doberman. "I don't know where to begin, or what to do? I feel like a teenager again, Cy."
"I understand it." The wolf nodded. "People don't realize that. When someone comes out, it's like having to relearn yourself. Hell, I had to do that when I came out at twenty-one. I had to... oh...how to put it... I had to basically learn a whole new identity as an out of the closet gay man- even if the fundamentals of me didn't chance. Me, before coming out, and me after coming out, wasn't much different. I could just be honest with people. But there were feelings and other things that I had to sort of... process and accept. It's not just kick the closet door open and rainbow confetti comes farting on out! There's a lot of pent up emotions and things that straight people don't have to worry about."
"Yeah. Yer' tellin' me, Cy."
"I tell it like it is!" grinned the wolf.
"Yes you do." The Doberman chuckled. "When I came out six years ago... it was like all this pressure came out."
"Like a really good fart? The one you were holding in for a long time?"
"OKAY, not like that!" Marty exclaimed with a laugh.
"Just sayin'~"
"There was this initial release of all this anxiety that I always had to hold onto. And it was gone. But after a few days... there was... this feeling like... look at all this shit that I missed in my life. Look at what I have to play catch up on... this feeling of loss... on top of losing Candice. And then my family not really accepting the news. It was like a kick in the gut. And it took a long time to process all these awful feelings, and come to a feeling of acceptance."
"I get that."
"And what little stuff I encountered... I tried a hook up app, and then a gay dating app... and people are just fucking creepy, and cruel, both at the same time."
"Oh yeah. Like I said. Gay men are their own worst enemy. I got fucked over so many times by people, and it's disgusting. You'd think marginalized people like ourselves would have more empathy for members of our tribe, but NOPE! People wanna act like faggots. I asked a dude on Scruff how he was doing, and he blocked me- apparently because asking someone 'Hey, how are you?' is annoying."
"There's a saying my daughter told me... 'you can't build yourself up, by tearing others down'."
"You can in the gay community!" Cyrus laughed. "No wonder why gay people kill themselves in alarming numbers, have body and image problems, STI's, on top of institutionalized discrimination. Weird!"
"Yer' not like a lot of gay guys, Cy. Yer' like my other fuck buddy, Talon."
"Ha, my ex." Chuckled Cyrus. "Am I different 'cause I fart and burp on my brother?"
Marty closed his eyes and smiled with a little shudder of his face. "Jesus Christ..."
"Talon's a cool guy. I feel sorry for him because he has to take in my retarded brother and our recovering alcoholic uncle and their crumbling landscaping business and marry them into his..."
Marty rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Fucking idiots."
"I say the same thing too!"
"Regardless! I'm not like a lot of gay guys because... I'm just... me!" Cyrus exclaimed, throwing an arm up with a grin. "Just be you, Marty."
"What, a gruff, middle-aged biker, auto detailer?"
"Yeah!"
"Oh boy..." Marty laughed.
"You never know..." Cyrus pointed out. "I mean... I wasn't lookin' for love, but I met my hot piece of ass boyfriend at a cum dump party."
"How come this shit always happens when I'm busy!?" Marty exclaimed as they laughed together.
"Everything will come in time, Marty." Cyrus assured with a pat on his stomach. "Come on! Let's get you cleaned up and lets have some dinner and an ice cream cake I got ya!"
"Okay~" the Doberman agreed as he got up. "I mean...at least I'm in better shape than some of my peers... ole' Marty's still got it!"
Teasingly, the Doberman flexed his hips around, smacking his still chubby cock against his hips. He did it a few times, before he winced; he twisted something in his back. "OW! WHOO-WHEE!"
"WHOA!" Cyrus exclaimed. "Easy there!"
"God damnit! My lower back!"
"I'mma get you a life alert for your birthday!"
"Fuck you, Cyrus!"
"Marty...just remember... Icy Hot is not an acceptable personal lubricant!"
"Oh get the fuck outta here, motherfucker~" Marty laughed as he stepped into the bathroom with Cyrus.
Armed with a pneumatic driver, Marty worked to help install tires on a customer's car. Inside the garage, filled with the whirring of tools, he worked to bolt on the rim. Working quickly, he went right down the five lugs and secured the rim to the axel. Double checking his handiwork, the Doberman walked over to repeat the process on the back left tire. Normally the supervisor for the detailing department, he was filling in for a worker who was out sick with Covid-19.
Marty was the jack-of-all-trade at the dealership; situated not far outside of Hanover, it was an independently owned used car dealership that had been in the area for as long as Marty could remember. He started working there as a lot boy washing cars back in 1986, when he was sixteen. He then became a mechanic, and later an auto detailer, before moving into a supervisory position. He knew just about everything there needed to be known at the dealership.
Confirming all overhaul was done, Marty signed off on the paperwork, and backed the car out. He made a quick drive around the lot, confirming that everything was alright with the Taurus.
Stepping into the lounge area, Marty tucked the clipboard under his arm and presented the keys back to their owner, elderly gray wolf, Mister Green.
"Your Taurus runs like a champ!" Marty happily stated.
"Oh Marty, I appreciate it! Always!" the old man cheered. Marty handed him his paperwork, and after he shook the Doberman's paw, he got up to make his way over to the counter to pay. Marty checked his watch, which struck four o'clock. It was time for him to call it an early day. He had plans after work. Turning in paperwork, he went and got himself cleaned up a bit, before going to his office to fetch his chaps and vest, which always neatly sat folded over his chair. He clocked out at the terminal and left, giving a few of his coworkers a wave as he exited through the front door.
Hopping onto his bike, he took off onto the country road, to head back home, ten minutes away. Marty lived just inside Hanover, on a dead end road that peered out into the countryside. He lived in a single story ranch home that had light green siding that was slightly bleached by the sun, and gray shingles on the roof. The gravel driveway had a three-quarter-ton Silverado, and a little white Honda Civic backed in near the garage, and the front yard was neatly landscaped with some flowers and bushes. Marty lived a quiet existence in the same home he and his wife had purchased when they had gotten married in 1992.
After a long day of working in the garage shop, Marty began his evening out working in his garden. His backyard, which overlooked empty fields and some small hills in the distance, was dominated by a greenhouse, and a big garden. Colorful flowers bloomed, swaying gently in a warm breeze. Vegetables grew in the tilled earth, and some slowly climbed up on trellises. It was his late wife's idea for a big garden and greenhouse, and Marty obliged. And six years after her death, he continued on their long tradition. He found that it helped him cope with all the changes and trauma in his life as he navigated his coming out. He took solace in his gardening hobby, and brought a lot of calm to him.
Wearing some old gym shorts and a black tanktop, Marty walked along in his big greenhouse, which felt humid on the inside. Tucked under his arm was a bucket, which held some tomatoes and cucumbers that he had picked from his vines that grew inside. He checked over his other plants, and stepped back out, closing the door behind him. The aging Doberman stood, eyes squinted from the sun, eyeballing his garden with a look of accomplishment. Stepping up the four steps onto his deck, he ventured back inside with his vegetables, so he could go get cleaned up. He was having dinner with his children in a few hours.
After a hot shower to relax, and a change of clothes, Marty started preparing dinner. Twice a month, his grown children came to have dinner with him. It was a tradition that was started after his youngest daughter had left for college in Columbus. It was still hard to imagine how old his children had become; his youngest, Abby, had just turned twenty, and his oldest, Paul, was going to turn twenty-six in August. He kept his eye on the time as he prepped his dinner table.
Close to six, he heard the doorbell ring, which he quickly walked over to answer. He swung the door open to reveal his two middle children, Olivia, and Randy. A smile lit up Marty's face.
"Hey Dad!" they both greeted.
"Randy! Olivia! Come in! Come in!" Marty exclaimed. Excitement filled his body as he gave his children each a very tight hug as he welcomed them inside. Soon his oldest son and daughter arrived, and he quickly whisked them inside to sit down for dinner. It was a time for them to get caught up on their lives, as they had all moved away to begin their own lives and families. Gathered around the dinner table, Marty helped serve food as they all conversed and laughed.
"Dad how've you been?" Paul asked him as he spooned more salad onto his plate.
"Oh, I've been alright. Just work, ya' know?"
"Yeah, tell me about it." Randy responded with jaded snort at the end.
"How's your new job?"
"About a half-step above the old one!" Randy laughed. "Living the dream!"
"I remember being told, that's codeword for shoot me~" Abby giggled.
"Heh, yeah." Marty smiled. "Livin' the dream... that's what I do."
"Still filling in for Billy in the garage, Dad?" Olivia asked.
"Unfortunately... his dumbass had to get Covid... It's...almost like there's something that you can inject into your arm...and it...almost completely prevents this..."
"Weird..." Paul chuckled. "This area's full of idiots anyways."
Marty pointed. "Correct!"
"Speaking of idiots... I had to get gas at the Pit Stop, and I got hit on by Darryl Filton! Eww!" Olivia exclaimed.
"Eww." Abby shuddered, closing her eyes. Marty's grip on his steak knife tightened.
"Darryl looks like a dumb, inbred caveman!" Olivia griped. "And he told me that I looked good in my shorts! I got in my car and sped off!"
"What a god damn retard." Paul grumbled.
"Are the Filtons still beating each other up?" Randy asked his dad.
"One of these days, I'mma kill that boy... before he kills me at that intersection!" Marty exclaimed. "He ain't gonna hit on my pretty lil' daughters!"
"Please, I got standards." Abby laughed.
"So unkempt, hillbilly is out of the question?" Paul grinned.
"Yes." Abby said in response, giving him the stink eye.
"And to answer your question, Randy! Actually no! They...somehow managed to find a truce after the tornado."
"Wow. That really is an act of god..." Randy muttered.
"Gotta love it..." chuckled Marty. "Cy's been really good to me. Especially as I'm feeling a lot better about myself."
"Oh that's good, Dad." Paul smiled.
"It's been...a pretty rough six years for us, since Mom passed away." Marty admitted.
Everyone nodded solemnly.
"And then my coming out... the chaos of the family... and...all these emotions I've had to process, accept, move on from I guess... I feel like I'm in a much better place now than what I was six years ago. The fear of the future is gone... but there's still some...doubt... if I can call it that? That's what I'm just going through here and there."
"We want you to be happy, Dad." Olivia nodded.
"Would you kids be opposed... if maybe... I...started dating?" Marty asked his children. "Would there be any problems if I got a boyfriend?"
"Why would there be a problem?" Paul asked.
"Yeah, Dad, we want you to be happy!" Abby exclaimed. "We want you to find love again!"
"Yeah!" Randy and Olivia chimed in.
"Oh...well...okay then!" Marty smiled. "I'll keep that in mind."
His children stayed for a while after dinner, getting caught up with each other, before one by one, they left to head back home, leaving his home quiet once again. Marty cleaned up and placed dirty dishes in his dishwasher to clean. He spruced up his kitchen and walked over to sit down on the couch and turn on the TV, to watch a race. He leaned back and drifted off into a trance watching the television.
Trading his bike for the little early 2000's Civic, Marty began his weekend off with a little morning car ride to the park, to do some photography with Cyrus and his nephew. The morning was still dim as he drove towards Coshocton county, half an hour away. On the passenger seat sat his camera bag, which housed his camera and lenses that he had invested in. His bagged up tripod rested against the floor and the seat, bouncing with each and every turn he made. Under the hood hummed the little four-banger, propelling him along. It was going to be another scorcher, and Marty was appropriately dressed; the tattooed up Dober wore blue gym shorts that had the bottoms cuffed in white, and a blue and white striped tanktop, which clung to his stocky frame. A blue Paisley patterned bandana covered the top of his head, with his pointy cropped ears jutting up through it.
Woodbury Park was a large wildlife area, west of the city of Coshocton. He liked to come up here with Cyrus and do nature photography with his fancy new Sony camera. Photography was something he was always good at; he learned how to work a camera when he was in the Hells Angels, to document the many cruises and events he had gone to back in his biker days. And after Candice died, he took it much more seriously as a hobby, alongside his hobbies of working on cars and gardening. He sank quite a bit of money in his Alpha and assortment of fancy glass and filters for it. Nature photography was his specialty, especially in morning and at dusk, where the lighting angles took on a much warmer tone, with more contrast.
Rolling into the park, Marty drove down the access road and came to the parking lot, which was empty, save for a single black Charger, sitting off into the corner. He turned to park, his headlights momentarily illuminating a lone figure sitting in the Dodge. A tattooed arm draped out, holding a smoldering cigarette. Marty didn't think much about it as he got out of his little Civic and looked around. The sun was low on the eastern horizon, and the prairie grass and wildflowers that grew in the field captured the amber glow. His thoughts were momentarily interrupted by the sound of a car door closing. He turned his head briefly to see the person emerge from the Charger. He was a fellow red Doberman, who had his left arm sleeved up. He had a backwards turned blue baseball hat atop his head, and wore a snug fitting t-shirt and some gray shorts. They momentarily made eye contact. He looked rather young, like late twenties.
Marty watched the sunrise, stretched, and decide to go use the bathroom, while waiting for Cyrus and Freddy. The park bathrooms were housed in a giant stone building, which had a sheet metal roof of weathered, corrugated tin. It looked like something that was made in the 1930's by the CCC. There were no doors on the bathrooms, the openings separated by a wall made of stone. Marty stepped inside to find a rather sleazy looking, dilapidated bathroom. It smelled like stale urine mixed with a urinal cake. The lonely light that illuminated was a half-way dead halogen lamp, which hummed and flickered with a bluish-green cast. The bathroom had one urinal, and a toilet, with a rusted and graffiti covered divider, to provide a modicum of privacy. The gruff looking Dober walked up to the urinal and stared at the stone wall as he peed. He could sense someone's presence approaching, his ears picking up the sounds of footsteps. Stepping into the men's room was the other Doberman, who walked by Marty to the toilet. He didn't pay much attention at first; he finished up what he was doing, gave his dripping cock a shake, and stuffed it back into his shorts, which he tied back up. Marty brushed the wrinkles out of his tanktop, when his ears picked up the telltale sound of someone jerking off. A shadow on the wall gave it completely away. Marty had a smirk curl up on his face.
"Boy...someone's got morning wood~" he teased.
The other Doberman peered around the divider, a grin on his face. "It seems so!" He stepped out, revealing all of him.
"Nice." Marty chuckled. The other Dober had a fat, cut cock, which was smaller than his eight and a half inches. It had a nicely shaped head that was light tan, like the rest of the shaft. "May I touch it?"
"Sure~"
Marty walked over, and took the hard shaft into his right paw, which he stroked and squeezed. The other Doberman untied Marty's shorts and pulled his hardening cock out, which he got a playful wolf whistle as a compliment. They stood in silence stroking each other's cock. Marty's heart raced, his ears ever on alert for anyone approaching.
"Heh...this is my first time..." Marty admitted in a quiet voice. "You, uhh, come here a lot?"
"Sometimes." He responded. He spoke with a soft voice, with an ever subtle lisp.
"Nice."
"My name's Marty- you?"
"Craig."
"Heh, nice to meet you~"
"Can I suck this?"
"Sure~"
Craig dropped to his knees and quickly put Marty's hard cock into his muzzle. He immediately began to bob his muzzle on Marty's hung maleness, which was bathed in a wet warmth that Marty enjoyed. He closed his eyes and breathed slowly to the sensation, as his balls were teasingly played with. Placing a paw on the top of his head, he continued to listen carefully while enjoying his impromptu blowjob. His dick got swallowed up by Craig, who deepthroated the hung older Doberman. He really worked Marty's cock hard and fast, and the Doberman felt the urge to cum grow. Craig kept up at it, his blue eyes looking up at Marty while he sucked. Marty closed his eyes and grunted. Craig was rewarded with a thick load of salty cum shoot into his muzzle, which he swallowed. The sensation was enough to make Marty's body flinch and he let out a moan that he had to suppress.
"Fuck~ Wow, that was nice..." Marty huffed.
Craig slowly pulled his muzzle off, and gave his cockhead a lick before getting up to jerk off. Marty gave him a hand and jerked him off as he pulled his shorts up.
"I feel like I've seen you somewhere before... like online or something." Marty smiled.
"Heh, maybe~ I'm on a few hookup sites..." he admitted with a playful, teasing grin. Craig closed his eyes and shot a thick rope of cum on Marty's fingers. The Doberman let out a grunt as Marty got him off.
"Fuck that was great... thank you Marty."
"Not a problem." Marty chuckled as he wiped his paw off with a paper towel. "You uhh, mind if I have your number?"
"Sure~" Craig agreed. They got out their phones and exchanged numbers with each other. They exited the bathroom nonchalantly, which Marty thanked him and wished him well. Craig got back into his car, and took off, just as Cyrus was slowing up to make the turn onto the access road. Marty stood watching Cyrus arrive, feeling a bit dumbfounded, amazed, and sexually satisfied. "Wow." Was all he could think of.
An artful shot of a cattail's head, silhouetted against the morning sun, its edges glowing in amber. The background was blurred in a beautiful bokeh. Marty worked to clean the image up in Photoshop. He adjusted the levels in the raw filter adjustment, and adjusted the contrast to bring out some additional detail. He liked the final result, and it was promptly saved to his hard drive, to add to his growing collection of photos. He cracked his fingers, stretched, and took a sip from a glass bottle of Pepsi that sat beside his keyboard at his computer desk, and worked on editing another picture. A wide angle of the pond at the reserve, shot with a tight iris that gave the morning sun a brilliant starburst effect against the water. He cleaned it up and tweaked the contrast and quickly saved it to the folder for the Woodbury pictures. Green eyes glanced over at the stack of bills that needed to be paid.
Taking another moment to himself, Marty thought about his hot little encounter with that Craig fella, and how good he could suck dick. It made the Doberman get a chubby in his shorts, which he rubbed with his left paw. Remembering that he got his number from him, Marty grabbed his phone and unlocked it. He scrolled through his contacts to find it, which he named "Craig B". He opened the messenger up and typed out a text to send to him.
"Hey bud, that was pretty hot today. We should do that again." He typed out. He hit send and watched the message go out. He closed his phone and sat it back down on the desk, to go back to work on his desktop. He was starting to sort through his paperwork of bills, when his phone alerted him to a new text message. Grasping the phone, he unlocked it to find a text from Craig.
"Who is this." Was the message.
"This is Marty. We met at Woodbury today, at the bathroom!" Marty replied back. It took less than twenty seconds for a reply to pop up on his screen.
"Don't ever message me again."
Marty's face dropped. A puzzled expression turned to a look of disappointment on his face. He tried to message Craig again, but he got a "message failed" notification. It was obvious that his number was now blocked.
"Wow" was all Marty could say to himself. He pursed his lips, his eyes darted around a bit, and he tossed the phone back onto the desk. He was a cute fella too. As Marty paid his bills online, it puzzled him tremendously at why there was such a sudden mood swing? Craig seemed pretty warm and friendly to him when they were playing at the park bathroom, now suddenly he was blocked? It made him remember someone he had messaged on a hookup app he had downloaded, who reminded Marty of that Craig fella; maybe that was the same person? Marty couldn't remember. All he knew was that he said hello, and complimented his tattoo sleeve. For someone who had written about "wanting friends and more", Marty was immediately blocked. It seemed finding other gay men was going to be a fickle matter. He sat in his chair looking confused about the whole thing. Confusion slowly turned into a look of disappointment as he sat alone in his living room.
Returning to his photo editing, he did it with less enthusiasm, on account of a bruised ego. He thought about the first baby steps he had taken after he had come out, to try and begin exploring his new gay identity. How he felt so out of place the first time he had gone to a gay bar, how alien a youth-centric gay community was to a middle-aged gen-X'er, how cruel gay men could be to other gay men. He kept himself in good shape, but despite that, what handful of gay men he had tried to meet, his age worked against him. His disgruntled thoughts were interrupted by his phone going off, of another incoming text. Marty grabbed it, uncertain of who and what this text would be about.
"Hey Marty! What are you up to?" came a text from his friend, and fuck buddy, Talon Bradley. That brought an immediate smile to his gruff looking face.
"Nothing. LoL." Marty wrote back.
"Wanna bang? LOL" Talon asked him.
"Why not?"
Half an hour later, Talon stopped over for some impromptu fun in bed. Talon Bradley was a red Doberman like him, who had just turned thirty-six. He had similar tattoos like Marty and Cyrus, his arms and chest adorned in black and gray artwork of a variety of abstract designs and shading. He was Cy's ex-boyfriend, and Cyrus introduced Marty to him as a second fuck buddy. While Marty bottomed for Cyrus, he topped with Talon, who was a bottom himself.
Lying in bed after their romp, Marty lay curled up with Talon resting against him. He gently stroked the younger Dober's tattooed backside, while Talon gently caressed Marty's chest. They looked at each other, smiled, and shared a warm kiss.
"Well fuck me silly, Marty, that was hot~" Talon grinned. "Now I gotta wipe my ass when I get up!"
"Heh, I did make a mess."
"I like it when you a make a mess~"
"Anything for you, stud~"
"Heh, heh." Chuckled Talon. "Everything okay, Marty? You seemed a bit spaced out while we were fucking."
"Oh, sorry, well, I got snubbed today and it kinda pissed me off."
"Really? What happened?"
"Oh, this morning, me and Cyrus went and did some photos at Woodbury park, and I got an impromptu blowjob at the bathroom by some young Dober."
"Hot!" Talon exclaimed.
"Wasn't expecting it at all!" Marty chuckled.
"Dude, you stumbled into that perfect cruise." Talon teasingly grinned. "The best kind!"
"Well, it was fine, until he told me to basically fuck off in a text." Marty explained. Talon tilted his head in confusion at such an about face. "He was all warm and friendly to me, gave me his number, and I went to text him, he asked who it was, I told him, and he told me to never message him again? His name's Craig with his last name starting with a B and-"
"EWW!" Talon exclaimed. "Craig Bartelson."
"You know him?"
"Pfft. Who the fuck doesn't?" Talon rolled his green eyes. "He's a fucking douchebag."
"I can see that!"
Talon mocked. "Oh look at me, my name's Craig Bartelson, and I think I'm hot shit because I'm a supervisor at Mount Vernon's Walmart! I'm like a town bicycle, where everyone and their Dad has taken a ride!"
"So he's well known."
"Yeah, if you're into sleazy bathroom cruising all the time." Talon shook his head. "Craig likes daddy dick and puts it all over Twitter. He likes daddy dick because that's all he gets for being a fucking dicktree. Here, lemme show you."
Talon rolled over, grabbed his phone, and after scrolling around a bit, swung it around to show Marty, a video of Talon sucking an older man's cock, in the same bathroom at Woodbury.
"Wow, that's a teeny weenie."
"So is Craig." Talon laughed. "I mean, look at all these videos. Look at how much cock he sucks! He has to be a walking STD factory."
"Good thing I just jerked him off."
"Good thing your paw didn't melt off from his jizz." Talon snorted. "He's a fucking weirdo who will block you if you don't talk to him 'right', like whatever the fuck that is. Here is he putting videos for the world to see of him sucking rando's dick, but you have to talk to him right. Bullshit!"
"Eh, fuck 'em." Marty shook his head.
"I say the same thing too!"
Marty sighed a bit. "Talon, it's sometimes discouraging. I'd like to have more gay friends, and hell, even find myself a boyfriend... but I feel like I start so far behind everyone. The last time I went to a gay bar, I felt like the odd dude out. Everyone was like, twenties, or early thirties, and here I was, in my late forties, sticking out like a sore thumb."
"A lot of gay people are just...vicious. There's a lot of self-hate in the gay community, and guys will rip you apart for anything and everything, just because they can. Some guys have given me shit for being bi- but after that nightmare with Dawn... I'm gonna just stick to being fucked by hot guys! Anyways! I'm just gonna be me, and fuck the faggots who wanna tear you down to build themselves up."
"That's basically what Cyrus told me~"
"Heh, me and him think alike~" chuckled Talon. "Almost like we dated once. Crazy!"
"Heh, heh." Marty chuckled.
"Fuck Craig, and don't worry." Talon assured. "You're still learning about yourself. And never be something you're not, 'cause that will blow up in your face. Big time!"
Talon climbed over Marty and gave him another kiss. He felt Marty place a paw behind his head and pull him into another kiss with plenty of tongue. "Fuck you kiss great~"
"I have my talents." Marty chuckled.
Talon checked the time. "Shit, I gotta get cleaned up and go pick my daughter up~ Thanks for the fun there, biker stud!"
"Heh, anything for you or Cyrus~" smiled Marty.
After a week of busy work and overtime at the dealership, Marty began his weekend driving, for work. Taking the back way towards Coshocton, Marty drove his truck for work, his well worn 2500HD Silverado, from 2002. It was a big crew cab, long bed truck, its fenders on the bed rusted up a bit, and a few dings and dents from all the years Marty had owned it. It's champagne tan color had faded in places, and the clear coat was peeling away on the hood. Behind the wheel, Marty sipped a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise as he navigated the winding road. After putting almost fifty-five hours in during the week, the last thing he wanted was to start his weekend being called into work to pick up tires from a shop in Coshocton. It was an urgent emergency, as the tire truck that usually delivered tires daily, broke an axel and was disabled. Nobody else had a truck that could haul all the tires in one trip. Marty just thought about the money.
As he drove on the winding road, Marty could hear his power steering pump strain. His front right CV joint groaned as well in turns. The truck needed a lot of work; it's odometer read 312,215 miles in green numbers, and the Doberman was feeling like it was time to maybe get a replacement. He thought about taking up Cyrus' offer of selling him one of his landscaping trucks, which was being retired for a brand new Silverado. A 2006 single-rear-wheel 3500HD, in red, in very good condition, complete with a turbodiesel engine. An upgrade for a steal of a price. Marty thought it over while listening to some Paul Simon on his stereo.
"And I know a father
Who had a son
He longed to tell him all the reasons
For the things he'd done
He came a long way
Just to explain
He kissed his boy as he lay sleeping
Then he turned around and headed home again"
Arriving into Coshocton, Marty pulled into the tire distributor on the outskirts of town. After signing some paperwork, he departed for the highway again, this time with a bed full of tires. Sets of brand new Coopers, Firestones, and Continentals were shoved into the bed for the ride back to Hanover. Marty took the same way back from Coshocton, on the winding backcountry roads. He was passing near Woodbury Park, and made a temporary detour, so he could take a break and use the bathroom there, maybe even jerk off a bit.
He pulled into the parking lot of Woodbury and backed his truck into a spot. There were more vehicles in the lot than last weekend, and Marty glanced around as he walked towards the bathroom. Just as he approached the entrance, he suddenly watched someone come exploding out as fast as he could. It was another Doberman, a red furred Dober looking all frantic, with blood on his face. He practically ran into Marty, as three other guys suddenly stormed out of the bathroom.
"Get that faggot!" a young Rottweiler yelled.
Marty put two and two together and immediately sprung into action. He shoved the Rottweiler that tried to dart past, knocking him to the ground. A gray wolf charged out and tried to take a swing at Marty. He blocked the punch and slugged him in the face, hard enough that he was flung off his feet, and into his friend. Both of them landed hard on the ground. Turning around, the Rottweiler tried to swing at Marty, only to miss. Marty took a step back, grabbed his hunting knife from his holster and held it up. The sunlight caught the blade and sparkled, making everyone pause.
"ENOUGH! GET!" Marty yelled. His gruff voice, intimidating glare, and large serrated knife was more than enough to give a hint to the young guys, who immediately bolted for their car. Marty stood, watching them quickly peel out in a little rusted up Civic that burbled loudly with a fart can welded on the back. His eyes peered down to see the red Doberman lying somewhat propped up on the ground, breathing heavily. Marty stowed his knife and walked over to check on him.
"Buddy you okay?" Marty asked.
"I fucked up..." the Dober responded. He had a rather soft voice compared to Marty's gruffness. "I really fucked up."
Marty went to check on him. The Dober wore a green and white tanktop that was ripped in a few places, and a pair of gray gym shorts. His face was already beginning to bruise, and he had a couple cuts on his forehead, and one just above his nose on his bridge. His nose and lip bled, as did his forehead. He clutched his head with an arm that sported a colorful tattoo sleeve.
"What the hell happened?"
"I thought they wanted to fucking cruise, and I guess I was fucking wrong!" he shouted. "I'm such a fucking idiot!"
"Gotta be careful doing that, dude." Marty shook his head. "Lemme grab my first aid kit."
Helping him up, Marty helped the injured man over, where he sat down at a bench. Marty grabbed his little first aid kit from the backseat of his truck, and went over to gently clean up his wounds. He sprayed a little bottle of antiseptic on the cuts, which made him wince as he gently dabbed at them with some gauze.
"I'm glad you showed up at the right time..."
"You'll be alright." Marty nodded. "You from around here?"
"Coshocton... You?"
"Hanover." Marty explained.
"Ah..."
"What's your name, buddy?"
"Jason."
"I'm Marty."
"Nice to meet you."
"Heh, I take it you're a fellow gay like me?" Marty asked.
Jason blushed and looked away from him for a second. "...Yes."
"...I just came out a few months ago..."
"How old are ya?"
"Forty-one..."
"Heh, don't feel bad. I was forty-five when I came out six years ago...now I'm an old fuck at fifty-one!"
"Ohh, okay. Well, now I don't feel so bad." Jason said, with a very jaded chuckle at the end.
"Just gotta be careful." Marty said as he closed up his kit. "You okay to drive home?"
"Yeah... I just gotta sit here for a bit..."
"I don't want you to pass out or anything." Marty nodded.
"I think I'll be okay." Jason nodded. "Whoa boy..."
Marty walked back to his truck to stow his medical kit away in the backseat. He returned to see Jason stand up.
"Well, I have to say, thank you." he mustered a smile. "I really appreciate you for being here at the right time!"
"Heh, well...that's 'cause I gotta piss." Laughed Marty.
"Ha...well...maybe I could...see?"
"Well come on in." Marty smirked.
Walking nonchalantly into the bathroom, Marty stepped up to the urinal and let his cock out from his shorts. Jason gave a playful wolf whistle at the big, uncut cock that began to pour.
"Wow, that's nice."
"Thanks~"
As Marty finished up, he watched as Jason slipped a paw down and gave his thick member a shake. His fingers explored his shaft and slid his foreskin back and forth, which made Marty's cock chubby up a bit. He reached over to Jason's shorts and gave the elastic a tug. Out plopped a tan member like his own, only cut. He tightened his grip over it and stroked it, as Jason blushed a bit.
"Ohh my."
"Nice." Smiled Marty.
"Maybe we could play sometime." Laughed Jason a bit.
"Let's get ya healed up. But I wouldn't complain~" Marty smiled. "If you want my number..."
"Sure."
Exiting the bathroom, Marty left with Jason, the two going their separate ways. Marty climbed into his aging truck and watched Jason depart in his little black Toyota. He waved goodbye. Marty waved back before putting the shifter into drive and taking off to head back to work. What an adventure his Saturday had turned into.
Clocking out from work, Marty left the dealership at noon, a quick and early extra day. He got into his truck and took off for home, his power steering pump straining in a tight turn for the exit. Marty hopped onto the road and made his way on home.
About halfway home, Marty heard his phone rang. Sitting on a suction cupped mount, his phone display read "Mom and Dad" on it. Marty momentarily hesitated answering the phone. He reached for it, his fingers slowly curling back in hesitation. He didn't have a particularly great relationship with his parents; he used to have a very good relationship with his parents until he came out. They never had an issue with him being a biker, or having tattoos. But when he came out, they grew rather distant and cold to him. Even his relationships with his younger siblings soured. He had a younger brother, Ryan, and a younger sister, Miranda. Both of them grew distant after his coming out. It was a bitter feeling of irony that his family was like this. His brother Ryan had a dysfunctional marriage that was made worse by drug and alcohol abuse. He cheated on his wife twice, and had a child from an affair. Miranda got pregnant as a teenager and had her first child at sixteen, and also went through a period of alcohol abuse. Marty never did anything close to that, and he was the one who got somewhat estranged from everyone.
Forcing himself to answer it, Marty pressed the answer button and put it on speakerphone.
"Hey."
"Marty? It's Dad." Came his father's voice, Luke Millis.
"Hey Dad. What's up?" Marty asked him.
"Your mother and I wanted to know if you weren't busy? We're doing a bit off a cookout, and want to see you with Ryan and Miranda."
"Nah, I just got off work."
"What about your kids?"
"I think they're busy today."
"Yeah, this is on short notice."
"It happens."
"If you want to come over. Please do around three."
"Sounds good, Dad."
"Thanks Marty. See you then."
"Bye, Dad."
Hitting the end call button, Marty sat back in his seat and shuddered a bit. He felt hamstrung and obligated to visit, even if he didn't want to. It was family, afterall. He only got one family, and his parents weren't getting any younger. He smacked his paws against the steering wheel and sucked on his lower lip.
Returning home to get cleaned up and changed, Marty traded his truck for the little Civic. Driving across the little town, he pulled into the driveway of his childhood home, an old two story farm house that was swallowed in by Hanover's development. Marty pulled in to park in the grass in front. The driveway was occupied his brother's SUV, and his sister's Toyota sedan. He hopped out of his car and walked across the neatly mowed lawn to the front door, thinking, and expecting, what insensitive comment or snub that lay ahead. Ringing the doorbell brought his mom to the door, Karen Millis. She was, like his father, in her mid-seventies, with gray, permed hair.
"Come on in Marty, come on in~" she greeted as he stepped inside. He saw Miranda and Ryan sitting at the table, as his father Luke brought food in from the grill outside. His father was a lanky red Dober who still had a military style flattop of gray hair atop his head. Luke was a Vietnam vet, having served as a medic during the Tet Offensive. He was wounded in battle, and his experiences as a young man made him quiet and reserved, much like Marty himself. Karen was a former school teacher for Licking Valley, and before the pandemic, still served as a substitute teacher, before deciding to permanently retire in the midst of the pandemic.
"Marty, how are you doing?" Luke asked.
"I'm fine, Dad, thanks." Marty responded. "Miranda and Ryan~"
His siblings looked up and nodded in acknowledgement of their eldest brother's presence. Ryan was the middle child, aged forty-seven. He looked older than Marty, the consequence of alcohol and drug abuse. His face was creased with some wrinkles and scars from past scuffles, and his graying black hair was a tousled mess atop his head. He also sported tattoo sleeves like his brother. Miranda was almost forty-four, and her face lost its youthfulness from alcohol abuse in her late twenties through thirties, along with a bitter divorce from an abusive husband.
Marty sat down opposite of his siblings, his parents sat at both ends of the table. Feeling a bit isolated, he grabbed some food to plop onto his plate and ate with his siblings, who primarily spoke about their dysfunctional lives. Marty stayed quiet and just listened.
"Marty, you're so quiet." Karen said. "What is new in your life?"
The Doberman shrugged. "Nothing really. Work."
"You're not...seeing anyone...are you?"
Marty looked up, stopping mid-chew. He hesitated and swallowed. "No." There was an awkward silence at the table.
"We were just wondering~" Luke spoke up. "I've seen you a few times at the gas station, talking with that Cyrus fella, who's gay."
"What's...that supposed to mean?" Marty asked his Dad. "Okay, he's my friend, and he happens to be gay."
"Well I'm just asking? Can't your father ask you something?" Luke snapped.
"We just worry about your health..." Karen added.
"You know...HIV and other STI's."
"Whoa, whoa, hold up there!" Marty raised his voice. "What are you insinuating? That because I'm gay, I'm just automatically gonna get an STD or something?"
"I never said that I-"
"You're beating around the bush." Marty glared. "You make a specific point to point out that my friend is gay. I have a gay friend, okay? It's none of your business."
"Don't cop an attitude with me, Martin!" Luke snapped.
"Don't assume!" Marty yelled in return.
"Alright, enough!" Karen yelled. "Martin, we just asked you a question and you get all defensive about it!"
"Yeah! I do! Because it's so insensitive. I don't even know why I come here, because I always leave feeling even worse."
"What are you saying, son?" Luke asked.
"I'm saying that none of you are showing me any respect about my personal life. It's been like this since I came out."
"Well it's a shock!" Ryan exclaimed.
"Why is that a shock, Ryan?" Marty asked his brother. "You know gay people do exist..."
"You were married and you had a perfect family, and then you just become gay?" Miranda sputtered with a mouth full of food.
"I'll accept the perfect family part... because I did. Unlike you two."
"Whoa, whoa, hold up there, Marty."
"Ryan, look at your family? Huh? Multiple affairs, kid out of wedlock? Where's the condemnation? Where's the flippant, snippy comments? Crickets..."
Marty looked at his sister. "Alcohol abuse, married a person you KNEW was a wife beater, and then almost get your kids taken away? Again! Crickets! But ole' Marty comes to grips about who he's been trying to hide? End of the world."
"Oh, poor ole' Marty." Ryan sneered.
"Fuck you, Ryan."
"Martin! Your language!" Karen scolded.
"Oh yeah, it's always my fault..." Marty rolled his eyes.
"You are so defensive." Luke shook his head. "I miss the days when my son wasn't all being a sissy like that!"
Marty looked at his dad with a look of surprise on his face. He pushed his chair back, got up, and walked to the door.
"Where are you going?" Karen asked.
"Home I guess. Guess I'm not welcomed here."
"Oh come on Marty..." everyone groaned as he closed the door behind him. The gruff Doberman got into his Civic and took off for home. He didn't say a word, and drove in complete silence as he drove, even going as far as turning his phone off as his father tried calling him.
Marty returned to his home and closed and locked the door behind him. He sat down on his couch and stared at the blank television screen. An emotionally exhausted look crossed his aging face.
Taking up Cy's offer, Marty made a trip over his friend's home, to spend the night with him and his boyfriend Ben. Upset and burned out feeling from his visit with his parents and siblings, it would be a great respite. As the sun slowly set off to the west, Marty arrived on his rumbling Harley, its tires crunching on the gravel as he pulled up to park. Marty hopped off carrying his backpack that was packed with his leather gear, for a little fun with his friends. He walked up onto the porch and rang the doorbell. He could hear a conversation faintly through the door, as Cy's voice grew louder as he approached. There was talks about "not chopping Darryl up" as the door opened, revealing the blonde wolf in a pair of gym shorts and a tanktop. A big grin lit up his pretty face.
"Marty! Come on in!" Cyrus greeted, holding the door open for him. The Doberman stepped inside to find Cy's boyfriend, Ben, sitting on the couch watching TV. He was a tan and beige husky who had a stubbier, braided ponytail like Cy's, of brown hair. He wore a black tanktop and blue shorts, and had the beginnings of a tattoo sleeve done on his right arm. Freddy stood looking as though he was getting ready to leave, as he sent a text on his phone, and made sure he had everything stowed in his laptop bag.
"You be safe, Freddo~" Cyrus told his nephew.
"Heh, it's just video games with Nate." Chuckled Freddy. "We're all vaccinated."
"Good. God help us with Covid shit again..." Freddy shuddered. "And no chopping your Dad up!"
"Can I run him over with the truck?"
"No." smiled Cyrus.
"Fuck~" Freddy muttered. "Alrighty, well, have fun Cy, and I'll be back later tonight."
"Okay~ Be safe."
Freddy carried his bag with him and closed the door behind him.
"Oh that Freddy..." Cyrus chuckled. "How's it going, Marty?"
"It's going." The Doberman chuckled. "So this is your boyfriend?"
"Yes!" the wolf grinned. "My gorgeous, sexy, hot piece of ass boyfriend! Right, Ben?"
Ben got up from the couch and walked over to put his arms around his taller boyfriend. "Hey~" he greeted.
"Oh my lord... Little Benny!" Marty exclaimed. "Holy crap! Little Benny!"
"Marty!" Ben said, suddenly recognizing the Doberman. "I haven't seen you in ages~"
"That is true." Marty nodded. "There's been...a lot of changes in my life~"
"I didn't know you were gay~" Ben muttered.
"I didn't you were gay either!"
"Small world!"
"Ha!" Cyrus laughed.
"Why don't we all get cleaned up~" Ben suggested, with a playful smile directed at Marty.
"I like that idea..." the Doberman smirked.
Going upstairs, they ventured into Cy's bedroom and his attached bathroom, to go get cleaned up in the walk-in shower. Surrounded by air saturated with moisture, with ribbons of steam wavering, Marty shared the cramped space with Cyrus and Ben as they all passed the soap and shampoo around.
"I don't think I've seen ya since...gee... you were maybe thirteen?" Marty recalled as he washed his face and hair.
"Yeah, it's been a long time...not since Dad got thrown out of the dealership, which was around that time..." Ben said as he tried to recall. "I've come to realize... that my Dad was kind of a dick to people."
"Your Dad's problem was that he thought he was so smart, when he wasn't. Like why bring your truck to the dealership for service and then try and belittle us and say we sucked and that he could do it better? Motherfucker! Do the service yourself!"
"Ha!" Ben laughed.
"I went to school with Bill, and that's the kind of guy he was. Never made sense." Marty shrugged.
"Well...he's gone now." Ben said in a more remorseful tone.
"Yeah, I heard he passed two years ago." Marty nodded. "So you're livin' up in Westerville with some pretty hot roommates I hear?"
"Let's just say, I'm blessed." Ben chuckled.
"Blessed with hung, hot, tattooed up husker butts!" Cyrus grinned.
"I also got a hung, hot, tattooed up boyfriend too~" Ben smiled at his lover. Cyrus stepped over and put his arms around Ben, who leaned against Cy's strong frame.
"Sounds like things are looking up for ya?"
"Depends on what 'up' you're talking about!" Cyrus teased as they all laughed.
"Well...anything's better than being gay bashed and disowned by your Dad, and all the other shit that happened, like being raped, and expelled from school~" Ben shrugged. "Anton and Borr have been a godsend for my sanity."
"And sexual satisfaction~" Cyrus chimed in with a playful grin.
"Okay, that is true." Ben chuckled.
"Sounds like I need to hang out with you guys~" Marty suggested with a playful smirk.
Ben caressed Marty's flat, tattooed stomach, and chest. Marty took a step closer and put an arm around Cyrus as he let Ben caress his stocky body. Ben's paw went down and gripped the Doberman's softy and stroked it gently. He began to feel it harden.
"Gotta give Marty a moment, his parts take a bit to warm up." Cyrus grinned, only to be flipped off by the Doberman.
"Fuck you, Cyrus!"
"Maybe!" he laughed.
"Well...I didn't realize you were this hung..." Ben chuckled.
"Well I also was never naked around you Ben..."
"Good point..."
"That would probably be illegal!" Marty exclaimed.
"Your name ain't Josh Duggar!" Cyrus exclaimed.
"I also don't look half inbred either!"
"Ha~" Ben smiled. He got down to his knees and took Marty's chubby into his muzzle. He immediately began to suck on the Doberman's tan shaft, which grew harder.
"Wow, fuck, that's nice, Ben~" Marty huffed. Cyrus put an arm around Marty and rubbed his chest while Ben began to stroke Cy's big cock. "Yeah... work my cock like that....oooh yeah..."
"Ben's a great dick sucker. He could suck start a jet engine!" Cyrus teased, patting Ben atop his head. Ben just chuckled with a mouth full of cock. Cy rubbed Marty's chest and leaned in for a kiss from him. Marty shared a long kiss with his friend, and gently pulled Ben up to give him a deep kiss, which the husky happily gave. Marty broke away slowly, and felt Ben playfully lick his nose.
"Whoa..." Marty chuckled. "Wow, guys~"
"Wait till you get in bed! Then it'll be another 'wow'!" Cyrus exclaimed.
After a long shower together, the trio got dried off, and soon suited up into their leather gear. Marty emerged from the bathroom wearing a snug pair of leather chaps, and a thick leather harness that graced his tattooed chest. His snug black chaps creaked to his steps. Cyrus wore a leather codpiece that had metal studs on the front, which complimented his bar vest that clung to his muscular frame. Ben had a nice pair of chaps and a harness.
Cyrus took a look at Marty and gave a playful wolf whistle. "Look at this old but bold, hot piece of ass!"
"Heh, I'm not THAT old!" Marty exclaimed. "Fifty-one motherfucker!"
"Hey that's still a half-century." Teased Cy.
"Keep laughing! One of these days...yer' gonna wake up and be my age!"
"Well fuck, sometimes I sleep wrong and I feel like I gotta call off work!" Cyrus exclaimed.
"I get out of bed wrong, and feel like I gotta call off~" Marty joked.
"Old man~" smiled the wolf.
"Ahh, go fuck yourself." The Doberman laughed.
Ben climbed onto the bed and assumed his doggy style position. He flipped his curly husky tail up, against his back and smiled at Cyrus who approached with a playful grin. Marty crawled up onto Cy's bed, and caressed Ben's backside. The Doberman watched as Cyrus buried his face under Ben's tail and ate his ass, which made Ben gasp and moan. Marty petted his backside, caressed his shoulders, and kneeled in front of him, his cock pressed against the husky's nose. Ben quickly took Marty's boner into his muzzle and began sucking on it.
Cyrus reached over to grab his bottle of lube. He undid the snaps on his codpiece, and his big hard cock came plopping out as the leather flap came off. He stroked his big pierced cock and lubed it up, his curved barbell dripping with lube as he took aim. Cyrus pressed his thick head into Ben and filled his husky full of cock, which he quickly hilted himself in. The wolf gripped his boyfriend's hips, and started to thrust at a steady, slow rate. Marty was really turned on by the sight, as he flexed his hips and slowly thrust his cock in and out of Ben's warm, moist muzzle.
"Fuck, you gonna let me have a turn at that ass?"
"Oh yeah!" Ben muttered as he licked the tip. "Put a fucking load in my ass!"
"Oh I will." The Dober chuckled with a grin. "Fill ya up with Cy."
"The best!" Cyrus exclaimed. He reached over and grabbed Ben's ponytail and tugged on it, making the husky's back arch as he fucked a bit faster. "Tell Marty how much you love big, hung dick!"
"I fucking love it!"
"Yeah?"
"Fuck yeah!"
"How you love hot guy friends of yours breeding your slutty little ass like a good cumdump!" Cyrus grinned.
Marty closed his eyes and breathed a bit heavier to the sensation of his cock being played with. It began to throb and his balls tightened a bit more. He rubbed Ben's ears and petted the top of his head while his cock got vigorously sucked. "Easy does it, Ben! I wanna nut in your butt! Not your mouth!"
"Oh god...getting so close... here...here it is! OHHHHH YEAHHHHH!" Cyrus exclaimed.
He tightened his grip on his boyfriend's hips and really worked his cock fast and hard. He slammed his dick all the way in and came, his cock throbbing as he bred his lover, who moaned at the sensation. Cyrus grunted and gasped a little bit as he thrust just a few inches in and out. Slowly, he pulled his dripping cock out, his pierced head plopping out with cum dripping off the barbell. "Your turn, stud~"
Ben panted and nuzzled the bed as Marty approached from behind. He rubbed his buttcheeks as he got into position, his rock hard cock swaying. Grasping Ben's cheeks, Marty spread them wide and buried his face in his ass to eat Cy's cum. He swirled his tongue around and teased that hole. Pulling his head away, he took some spit and rubbed it on his uncut boner. He had a nice cum lubed hole to fuck. Pulling his foreskin back, he took aim with his fat cockhead and slid it into Ben, finding him nice and snug. The husky gasped and moaned to his length as Marty hilted himself in. He climbed over Ben and propped himself up over the husky, to begin thrusting.
Marty worked his cock hard into the husky, who was bounced on the bed as Marty fucked him, with a wet "slap-slap" of his thrusts.
"Oh my...yeah...." Ben grinned at his boyfriend. "Ohh fuck yeah! Blow a fucking load in me, Marty!"
"Want that hung daddy dick?"
"Fuck yeah!"
"Yeahhhh..." chuckled the Doberman.
Marty huffed and puffed to working Ben's ass hard. He watched Ben share a kiss with Cy, which turned him on further. His heavy and full balls were aching with each slap and thrust of his dick. The urge to cum was growing as he continued his pace. "Here it comes!"
"Fuck yeah! Breed my boy!" Cyrus grinned as he watched Marty cum in Ben. The Doberman slammed his cock in and moaned as he nutted.
"Fuck!" Marty shouted. He closed his eyes and breathed slowly. Laying down momentarily on Ben, he nuzzled the top of his head as he reached back and slowly pulled his cock out. "Two loads in ya!"
Marty got up and rolled Ben over, his nine inch boner jutting skyward. Marty put some spit in his paw and began to work Ben's uncut member, which throbbed in his grip.
"By the way, your lube tastes like shit." Marty mentioned. Ben and Cyrus looked at him, and immediately burst out laughing.
"I'm just saying!" Marty exclaimed.
"I mean, you are eating ass~" Cyrus grinned.
"My ass!" Ben exclaimed.
"It's silicone lube! It's for lubing! Not taste testing!"
Working Ben's cock, he got Ben off after a minute of stroking. The husky shot a thick pent up load all over his paw, with a satisfied look on Ben's face as he smacked his head into the pillow. "Fuck..." the husky breathed a sigh of relief.
Cyrus walked over with a towel, to clean everyone off. Marty laid down in the bed and pulled Ben into his arms. Cyrus laid down beside Marty, and the three of them cuddled, basking in the afterglow of sex. Ben nuzzled Marty's tattooed chest, and Marty rubbed his backside and scritched Cy's back.
"Wow, guys, that was great." Marty smiled.
"It's always great, with a great guy." Cyrus chuckled.
"Now yer' gonna make me blush~" Marty laughed a bit. "This made a bad day so much better."
"Well yeah! Busting a nut always makes a day better!" Cyrus exclaimed. "Especially with friends~"
"I...had...or attempted to have dinner with my parents and siblings, and that went over so bad. Like, nobody in my family understands what I had to deal with when I was in the closet. It's as though I just made the decision to just become gay when Candice died..."
"If you did, you made the right decision, just saying~" Ben joked with a smirk as he nuzzled the Dober's chest.
Marty wrapped his arm around Ben and gave him a playful squeeze. "Oh Ben..." he snickered. "They don't understand anything, and when I try and explain how I feel, they just drown me out, talk down at me, like I'm stupid or something! They will never understand the huge relief I felt when I came out... it was like all this great pressure inside being released..."
"Like a big fart!" Cyrus exclaimed with a wide grin.
"NOOOOOOOOO, not like that!" Marty laughed.
"Just saying, Marty!"
"I'mma get you fucking gas-x for your birthday!" Marty laughed.
"I'mma rip ass!" was Cy's retort.
"Lord, no~" Ben grimaced.
"How about I make dinner in a little bit?"
"Sure~" Marty and Ben agreed.
"Remember Marty, always fuck and then eat. So no poopy dick!"
"Shut the fuck up and cuddle, Cy~"
"Sure~" he chuckled in response.
Two Weeks Later
Stepping out of the always congested BMV, Marty ripped his neck gaiter off and breathed a huge sigh of relief. He survived another headache filled trip to the bureau of motor vehicles in Newark, a crowded mess of a place with screaming kids, and motorists needing everything legalese with their cars processed. It felt like a Covid breeding ground, with the number of maskless, crowded crowds, in a county with a badly lagging vaccination rate. As he walked across the parking lot, Marty carried with him the official title and registration to his "new" truck.
At the back of the lot sat a red 2006 Silverado, a crew cab, long bed, 3500HD, in single-rear-wheel form. Cyrus had sold it to him for a steal, as he was wanting to retire his oldest trucks in the fleet for newer ones. Other than a few dings in the doors and bed, it was in good condition, as was the interior. It even had 100K less on the odometer. Marty had thought about it, but fate forced his hand after a car accident that totaled his old 2002. He was lucky that he was driving the truck that morning, and not his motorcycle; a deer had run out onto the road, and unable to stop in time, Marty struck it head-on at almost fifty miles per hour. It crushed the nose of the truck in, and the impact was violent enough that it tore off the front right tire, which was the CV joint he needed to replace. The truck was a write off, and so was the deer, a bloody mess. All Marty got was a sore neck from smashing into the airbag.
Taking a moment to attach his new temporary plates, he climbed into the ebony and tan interior. Closing the door and firing the truck up to get the A/C going, Marty leaned over to put the registration paperwork in the glovebox. The truck even came with its original manual, neatly sealed away in a plastic bag. It was a further reminder of the spic and span perfection that Cyrus was noted for, having got it from his late grandfather, military man, Gary Filton.
Taking off, the truck gave a distinct diesel chug, with the whistle of its turbo. New Firestones chirped on the pavement as Marty made a wide turn to leave the BMV for east Main Street. He gunned the engine and made his way east back for home, with the abandoned Longaberger basket dominating the skyline in the distance. As he approached route sixteen, he felt his phone vibrate and ring. Pulling it out of his short's pocket, he found Jason calling him. The man he saved from a gay bashing in progress. Since the attack a few weeks before, he and Jason had been periodically staying in touch. Jason came across in his messages and phone conversations as a pretty friendly fella; they shared some common interests in automobiles, photography, and nature.
"Hey what's up?" Marty spoke into his phone.
"Oh hey, Marty, I'm not interrupting anything am I?"
"Nah~ Just leaving the BMV..."
"I'm sorry..."
"Yeah, what a fucking shitshow here." Laughed the Doberman. "What's up?"
"Oh...I was just wondering if you were busy this evening? Maybe you'd like to hang out? Grab something to eat?"
"Hmm, well I was going to whip something up for dinner... you're more than welcome to come over! Maybe around five?"
"Sure! Do you want me to bring anything?" Jason asked.
"Up to you~ I'm gonna be making a pot roast and some potatoes."
"Cool. I really appreciate it. So I guess I'll see you around five?"
"Yeppers."
Marty made his way home just a little bit quicker, to get dinner prepared. Looks like he now had a dinner date with Jason. Returning back home in Hanover, Marty went and began work in the kitchen. He got a pot roast and vegetables ready, and placed it in a slow cooker that sat on his countertop. It would slowly cook over the next couple of hours. He organized some other ingredients near the stove, to be cooked later. Marty then took a bit of time to crunch some paperwork, edit a couple photos, and then lay down for an hour and a half nap while dinner slowly cooked away in the kitchen.
As evening approached, Marty spent some time in his basement, which he had turned into his workout room. His paws concealed behind black boxing gloves, the Doberman listened to some Rolling Stones while boxing his large red punching bag. His red fur soaked in sweat, he huffed and puffed while flexing his muscles and landing blow after blow to the sand filled bag. It was always a good way for Marty to release some pent up frustration, right into the punching bag.
The doorbell chimed, which suddenly made him look at the time. The clock on the wall read 4:29. Grabbing his towel, Marty dabbed his face and went upstairs to see who it was. He opened the door to find Jason standing on his front porch step, a smile emerging on his face. He wore gym shorts and a blue tanktop, a paw clutching a bottle of champagne.
"Oh hey." Marty greeted.
"Sorry, I'm a bit early." Jason smiled awkwardly. "I didn't think my store trip was going to be so quickly."
"Oh, it's fine~ I was just doing some workouts, before going to get some last minute stuff cooked." Marty said with a smile that emerged. "Come in! Come in! I gotta get a shower, I'm all sweaty and shit."
"Ooooh, a shower. Heh, mind if I join?" Jason teased.
"What's stopping ya?" Marty said with a sly grin. "And is that a bottle of champagne?"
"Yeah..." Jason said, blushing a bit. "I thought you'd like it. And I wanted to get some."
"Perfect~" the older Dober smiled. "So why don't you join me in the shower?"
"Okay." Smiled Jason.
Welcoming him inside, Marty sat the bottle of champagne in the fridge, and showed Jason where his bathroom was. Jason glanced around at Marty's home, which looked and felt homely and uncluttered. The bathroom was a rectangle on end, a bit narrow, and decorated in a nautical theme. The walls were painted a cheerful light blue, accented with white shelving, and a wicker basket of shell shaped soaps decorated the sink.
Jason watched Marty take his gym shorts off and place them on a small shelf. "I didn't realize you had even more tattoos~"
"Heh, heh. Yeah, you can't have enough." Marty chuckled as he patted his stomach.
"I got just my sleeve here and half chest piece."
"I like the tropical flower theme."
"Thank you!" Jason smiled. "I was even more amazed with it when done."
"I hope so! 'Cause it ain't coming off!" laughed Marty.
Jason stepped into the shower with him, and Marty pulled the clear curtain shut behind him. Steam slowly enveloped them as they took turns getting cleaned up.
"Your face looks a lot better than the last time I saw it."
"Heh, yeah, wonder why?" Jason joked. "That was a fucking stupid decision I made..."
"Eh, we all learn." Marty chuckled. "Cruising is a bit of an odd art."
"I can tell."
"I don't cruise much, since I got two hot fuck buddies, so I don't need to find sex. I get it regularly."
"Nice."
"Yeah, I say that too." Marty laughed. "At least recently. I didn't get laid for quite a while after everything that had happened."
"I apologize if I'm a bit shy..." Jason admitted. "I've never really done anything with a guy before."
Marty smiled and rubbed Jason's backside. He grabbed some soap and gently lathered him up, and rubbed his backside top to bottom, which Jason enjoyed. He closed his eyes when he felt Marty put his tattooed arms around him and rub his stomach and chest affectionately. Jason leaned back against his frame and rubbed his hip gently with his right paw. "Nice." He complemented. Moving down, Marty gripped Jason's soft cock and stroked it in his slippery fingers, which grew hard pretty quickly.
"Someone likes that." Teased Marty.
Jason blushed. "Ohh my. Tight grip!"
"Only way to grab a cock!"
Jason closed his eyes and breathed slowly to Marty stroking his cock and rubbing his chest. The red Dober blushed and suddenly shot his load. His cockhead spewed a thick rope of cum that splattered in the water, and erupted a sticky stream that coated Marty's fingers.
"Oh, oh fuck!" Jason exclaimed, blushing intensely.
"Someone needed a release." Marty laughed. He rubbed his own hard cock against Jason's butt.
"Damn, you're hard too~"
"That's right..."
Jason turned around to stroke Marty's uncut cock. Marty washed his paw off and pulled Jason a bit closer to him.
"I appreciate you letting me do this." Jason said, smiling a bit awkwardly.
"Heh, I don't mind a bit."
"I've...been wanting to experience more intimacy with a guy, and I guess I don't know where to start? You seem to know more." Jason said, rubbing Marty's chest as well.
"Yeah? What do you want to explore?"
"Oh, everything." He laughed a bit. "Fuck a guy, be fucked? Oral? I mean, I'd enjoy a kiss too."
"Here~"
Marty put a paw gently behind Jason's head and pulled him into a kiss. Jason immediately blushed when he felt his lips press against Marty's. He closed his eyes as he felt Marty's tongue make contact with his. Jason then slowly pulled away.
"Wow."
"See?"
"I like that."
Jason put his lips against Marty's and they made out in the hot stream of water, their paws caressing each other.
Slicing up the pot roast, Marty placed a couple slices of meat on a plate that was loaded with potatoes and vegetables for Jason. He ladled some gravy over everything and carried it over to Jason, who was fiddling around with opening the bottle of champagne. Marty sat down Jason's plate and went back to make himself a plate. Jason popped the cork on his dark green bottle and poured himself and Marty some champagne in a set of short tumblers. He corked the bottle and shoved it back into a tub of ice, which was nothing more than a paint splattered bucket filled with ice.
"Alrighty!" Marty said as he sat back down, opposite of Jason at his table.
"Wow, this looks really nice. How'd you learn how to cook like this?"
"A lot of practice." Marty laughed. "Me and Candice learned the hard way at the beginning!"
"Oh boy." Jason laughed.
"Plus I'm bored a lot of the time outside of work~" Marty chuckled as he took a bite of his meal. "I know...I'm not too fancy. Champagne in tumblers...sitting in a paint bucket."
Jason chuckled. "It works? Doesn't it?"
"Exactly." Marty snickered. "So tell me again, what do you do for a living?"
"I'm a supervisor to Coshocton county's tax department." Jason explained.
"A bean counter." Marty teased.
"Yeah." Jason laughed. "What about you?"
"I'm a supervisor to a used car dealership. I supervise all bodywork and auto detailing. And I also still do it myself, 'cause people are stupid!"
"As it always goes. I'm still crunching numbers because we don't have enough people in the tax department."
"That's everywhere this year. Not enough workers, 'cause people are tired of the bullshit."
"It's... been a crazy time." Jason cringed.
"Understatement." Chuckled Marty as he sipped at his champagne.
"And add to my coming out and impending divorce... even crazier." Jason rolled his eyes. "I feel somedays like I'm walking on eggshells at work, because everyone found out."
"Did they?"
"My wife flipped the fuck out, and told everyone that she knew, and it spread like wildfire. You know how Coshocton is...everyone finds out."
"Just like Hanover." Nodded the older Dober. "When I came out, soon everyone found out. I didn't want to be that way, but that's what my parents did. They dicked me on that."
Jason shook his head. "Ugh... I feel ya there. I mean, nobody has given me a problem... and I've been honest about it...I'm not gonna lie anymore... even if it makes things so difficult for my relationship with my parents and siblings."
"Right in the feels, man."
"Doesn't help you're the son of a former mayor..."
"Big Bob Greene?"
"Yes." Jason chuckled. "I'm the middle son of Big Bob."
"Big Bob was a helluva mayor back in the late eighties."
"Yeah, he was a very big name in the Coshocton Republican party." Jason recalled. "Mister staunch conservative, moral man, family man... and now everyone's like 'how could Big Bob, this moral Christian man, have a gay son?'"
Marty shook his head. "Stupid."
"Yeah." Jason agreed. "It's been embarrassing. People stare when I'm out and about. I didn't want this coming out to be like this."
"Well look at where we live at. Nosey, closed-minded yokels."
"I've thought about moving to Columbus and maybe working in Franklin County where things could be better... at least there's gay people there."
Marty took another sip of his drink. "Eh... ya know, sometimes that doesn't always work out. When I came out, I thought of the same idea, but after being in the gay community a little bit? I don't really like it."
"Why's that?"
"I don't relate to anyone in the Short North. It's a bunch of young guys who are all artsy and city slicks, and then you have someone like me, a gruff old biker, an ex-Hells Angels."
"You were in the Hells Angels?" Jason asked, looking surprised.
"Yeah! I was a Hells Angel for twelve years. Was accepted in 1993, when I was twenty-three. Was a member until I was thirty-five." Marty explained with a chuckle at the end. "Outlaw biker me!"
"Which explains the Mohawk!"
"Well that's to try and delay the inevitable about my hair turning gray!" the Doberman laughed. "But I used to rock one during my time in the Angels."
"So what was that like?"
"Massive cruises, big events, that was the life I lived for twelve years. I didn't do any illegal or stupid shit like some other Angels have, I did it for the cruising and love of motorcycles. I...ended up leaving in 2005 because... it was just getting too much for my growing family, it wasn't fair to my wife to just be gone for periods of time and leave her with four kids...plus a couple guys got busted in our chapter for drug dealing and a hit gone wrong... and I said that was enough for me. So I retired."
"Ah."
"So yeah, outlaw biker me." Marty smirked.
"You definitely have the look!"
"I've always looked gruff, that's what everyone has told me. My parents, everyone. I've always had a rough and gruff look. That's probably from all my time being in the closet... God what a nightmare when I look back on it."
"I don't know how to describe my feeling of coming out... I mean... on one hand I don't have to lie anymore and hurt someone... but my relationships with everyone are all fucked up, and I definitely don't feel happy..."
"That's perfectly normal, 'cause that's what I felt too after coming out... To go back to our earlier topic, to add- I thought after coming out that I'd start going to the Short North, and hit up some gay bars... no... I felt so out of place, it was embarrassing. I'd talk to some guys, and they'd be like 'oh honey, give it some time, and your inner diva with come out gurllllllll!' Yeah, no." Marty said with a snort. "I simply could not relate to anyone. Everyone was like...twenties... and here I was at forty-five. And the older guys I saw there were all out since their twenties...so again...I felt so naïve and out of place- like a teenage boy again."
"See, that's my feeling too! I just turned forty-one, and feel like I'm seventeen again."
"Perfectly understandable. Since there's days I still feel like I'm seventeen and learning this shit all over again. I spent about five years slowly unpacking all these feelings I had and understanding them. But now things are better. So it'll get better for you in time."
"Good." Jason nodded. "I've been pretty stressed out from everything. You know...divorce, I'm probably gonna lose my house in this divorce... never see my daughter again... be financially fucked."
Marty nodded.
"Sorry... not to drag this dinner meal down with my negativity."
"It's fine, Jason~ Yer' just venting."
"There's a lot to vent."
"I was a bit of a mess for five years, until I started feeling good in January 2020! I thought 2020 was going to be my year! Ha!"
"Yeah! Ha!" Jason laughed. "Watching people lose their fucking minds kind of year!"
Jason took another bite of his meat, mixed with some mashed potatoes. "...so when did you realize you were gay?"
"Oh, somewhere around seven or eight... but I always had this different feeling...like I didn't know what gay meant until I was maybe...twelve? I always knew when I was a kid I was different because all my friends had these crushes on girls in our class...and I didn't. I thought some of the boys were cute...I kept that shit to myself. It was a painful time as a teenager."
"Same here. My teenage years were painful- watching all your friends and everyone pair off, and you're single by choice." Jason shook his head. "I did get to jerk off our quarterback one evening in the locker room, but he threatened to kill me if I ever told anyone. I didn't."
"I kept my mouth shut because I remember a classmate of mine committed suicide when he was outed... this had to have been around 1987 or something. He told someone, they told the whole school, his family found out, and poor Jerry got backed into a corner. He threw himself off a bridge near the Wakatomika creek. I had to make a very painful choice back then- it was suicide, or live a lie, and I chose to live."
"It's a shame."
"Yeah it is."
Jason poured himself another glass of champagne. "When I came out- I had no choice at that point, my parents yelled and yelled and yelled, asking what they did wrong, who molested me, all this stupid shit. I was so embarrassed. I broke down in tears. Then my wife took our daughter and just left in the middle of the night, back to Wisconsin."
"Wow..." Marty frowned. "After Candy died, I came out two months later. My kids didn't have an issue, thank god, but my siblings and parents did. They accused me of lying, hurting Candy, all this shit. My father, this very stoic Vietnam vet who won a silver star for valor during the Tet Offensive... had to sit down because me being gay shocked him so much. They don't and probably will never understand the feelings and pain I had to feel, and the relief I felt when I finally could be true to myself. Fuck 'em."
"Yep..." Jason nodded.
"So yeah, sometimes I get depressed, but there's more good days than bad days, plus I got a couple really hot fuck buddies to help me out...so eh~" Marty said, a smile forming at the end.
Jason chuckled. "Can I meet these guys?"
"Perhaps!"
Following dinner, Marty and Jason stepped out into his backyard, with its fully in bloom flower and vegetable garden dominating. The evening air was stuffy and humid, as the sun slowly retreated westward in the hazy sky.
"Wow." Jason muttered. "Marty you have a big garden!"
"Heh, thanks." The Doberman smiled. "This was me and Candy's work."
"I always wanted to have something like this." Jason said as he followed Marty into the yard.
"We moved here, and there was absolutely no landscaping. It was just grass. That was it." Marty explained. "And Candice wanted a greenhouse, she had to have a greenhouse, so we bought one, and that's how it started. And I grew to like gardening. It's how I remember her now."
Marty took his time to point out his various flowers and vegetables to Jason, as they walked around the flower beds oogling at all his perennials and annuals. They ventured into the greenhouse and looked at all the tomatoes, zucchinis, and cucumbers that grew on trellises set up. Marty even picked some to give to Jason to take back home with him. They ventured back outside to glance at all the flowers once again.
"Marty, you truly loved your wife, didn't you?" Jason asked him.
"Oh yes I did. And people, gay and straight, don't seem to understand." Marty responded. He had a look of introspection on his face, as he knelt down to deadhead some daylilies. "I genuinely loved Candy, romantically. But I struggled sexually to love her. She was my woman, and the only woman I ever truly loved. That's why I stayed with her, struggles 'n all. We were married for twenty-three years until she died. There were struggles, and the last three years... we slept in separate rooms... but we loved each other, struggles n' all. She knew I was gay, and loved me as is."
"She knew you were gay?"
"Of course. She knew before we got married." Marty explained. "We went to a Christmas party... and man...I'm dating myself here! 1991. We were twenty-one years old, and had a bit too much to drink... and she wanted to fuck...and I just...couldn't get hard for her that night... and she got mad at me and yelled at me. 'Oh Marty, what the fuck? Why can't you perform!' and we had a big argument and I blurted out in the heat of the moment 'cause I'm fucking gay!'."
"Wow."
"She was surprised, but she told me she still loved me." Marty added. "We went to counseling before we got married... and I remember Candy saying to the counselor 'love will overcome everything' and he looked at her and said 'no it won't'. But we had four kids, raised them well, and were happy. We had so many happy memories, even if our sex life sucked. And now, in retrospect... I really feel like I hurt her. I was the only person she was ever intimate with... and it wasn't even genuine. And she died so young too, in such a sad way. It's so heart breaking..."
"Marty, you didn't hurt her. You sound like you genuinely loved her... Now I hurt my wife..." Jason admitted. Jason fumbled his brow and looked uncomfortable.
"...I met Allison when I was in my twenties... I fucked a guy in college, but coming out was just not going to happen... I met Allison right before we graduated, and I did like her. We got married when I turned thirty...and our idea was to just not have kids... but we sucked at our marriage. Always arguing, always fighting over stupid shit... and then she got pregnant... and my little Megan was born. Then comes the pandemic... and I... well... I fucking gave into temptation and started surfing Grindr, and that's when she found it...and all the messages to other gay guys... and that's when my whole life blew up in my fucking face."
"We're not perfect. I wouldn't beat yourself up over it."
"I didn't cheat on her!" Jason exclaimed. "I know she cheated on me at least twice! But I always played dumb. God... don't stick your dick in crazy!"
"Heh."
"When Candice died... I cried so hard." Marty admitted. "She was a secretary for the Hanover township, and was driving to a conference, when a deer ran out. She struck the deer at about sixty miles an hour, and lost control. Hit a tree and was mortally wounded."
"Oh no."
"They airlifted her to Columbus, and tried every means to save her life. They even opened her chest up to try and restart her heart. I got the phone call at eight in the morning at work. I rushed to OSU in Columbus, and I found out she died about five or so minutes before I got there. That's when they pronounced her dead. I had to make all those calls to my children...I cried so hard that day. It was like a part of me died. And after two months of mourning...I just couldn't fucking do it anymore. I was going to kill myself if I kept staying in the closet... so I came out. And thus began five years of unpacking all my emotions."
Jason saw the sadness in Marty's eyes. He walked over to gently stroke and caress his arm and shoulder. "Oh Marty...that makes me so sad."
"I can't believe it has been six years."
"Time has flown."
"That it has." Marty concluded with a nod.
"You honor your wife by continuing to garden~"
"It's nice and relaxing. Especially with all the bullshit in the world today. I can just do my own thing and be at peace dealing with flowers. People are exhausting."
"Tell me about it." Jason chuckled. He took a step back and stumbled a bit. "Whoa...Maybe I had too much to drink!"
"Eh, if you want, you're more than welcome to stay the night here." Marty smiled. "I do enjoy nice company..."
"Oooh~" Jason smiled. "If you don't mind."
"Not at all. I... liked our little shower session."
"Got a little carried away." Jason chuckled.
"Maybe we should do a lil' more of that in the bedroom."
"I wouldn't complain one bit!" Jason exclaimed. He watched as Marty put an arm around him and smiled, as he rubbed his chest. "Why don't we go back inside where it's cooler~"
Jason walked with Marty back onto his porch, and through the sliding glass door, which Marty slid shut behind him.
Marty had always wanted to make more gay friends. It was a desire to have a circle of friends who were like him, who wouldn't judge him, and understand the unique issues of being gay. It was a struggle for him as he continued along his reorientation of his complete identity. Now it looked as though he had a break, courtesy again, from his friend Cyrus.
Watching the scenery pass by from his spot in the back seat, Marty sat with his camera bag resting on his lap. He rode in Cy's truck, accompanied by Ben Reynolds, and Freddy Filton. They were enroute to Hocking Hills, down south. The Sierra burbled down Route 33, following the hills of south-central Ohio. Marty sat back and watched the rural countryside intermix with the craggy, rocky hills that the highway cut through. The plan was to spend a day at Conkle's Hollow, one of the state parks that made up Hocking Hills, with some of Cy's friends from Newark, who were making a documentary or some video program about photography.
"Marty, I think you'll like Rob Barion." Cyrus stated.
"Why do I think I've heard that name before?"
"Well... Rob has a bit of reputation in Newark..." Cyrus chuckled. "He's a really nice, sweet guy to me- very generous! But never get on his bad side."
"Why's that?" Marty asked.
Ben and everyone just grimaced a bit.
"Rob don't take shit from people." Ben chimed in. "At all."
"Well fuck, I don't!" Marty laughed.
"Yeah, but you're not Rob. Let's just keep it at that!" Cyrus chuckled. "There was this incident...oh, what was it Freddy? Like a month ago?"
"Something like that, Cy~"
"Rob had come over to record a promo for us, and we were heading back to my place, and I must have accidentally kicked up a small rock or something, and cracked this motherfucker's windshield."
"Oh god...that stupid fat fuck." Freddy shook his head. He took over in telling the story. "So this fat loser in his ten year old yellow Camaro vee-six was riding our ass the whole way, and we're on a gravel road! We kick up a small pebble or something and he claims we cracked the windshield! So he followed us the whole way home. And he gets out, in our driveway, and is just screaming and yelling, and I wanted to fight him! But Uncle Cy here, wouldn't let me!"
"Freddy... what did your counselor say?"
"Fuck 'em." The seventeen year old grumbled.
"Basically, he shoved me, and I was going to punch the dicktree, but Rob... holy fuck... Rob kicked that dude in the head so hard, I thought he killed him."
"Like... he flexed his leg up that far and kicked him?" Marty asked, as he adjusted his bandanna.
"Dude! He did some kind of Chinaman karate kick and kicked him right under his muzzle, and I never saw a head whip back that hard before. Knocked the fucker out in a single hit, and I thought he was dead!" Cyrus laughed.
"Rob should do that to Darryl!" Freddy exclaimed.
"Freddy... we're not killing your Dad~" smiled Cyrus.
"Just chop 'em up, feed him to a hog or something... C'mon, nobody would miss him! I wouldn't..."
"Just remember to knock the teeth out." Marty pointed out.
"Why knock his teeth out?"
"Hogs eat everything but the teeth!" Marty laughed.
"MARTY! Don't encourage him!" Cyrus laughed. "Freddy, remember what your counselor said!"
Freddy sarcastically grumbled something under his breath, and relaxed back to watching something on his phone.
"Your brother is an idiot." Marty shook his head at Cyrus.
"Well yeah! Anybody and their mother knows that!" laughed the blonde wolf.
"Like sending a fucking dick pic to my daughter Olivia!" Marty exclaimed.
"How the fuck can Darryl take a dick pic when he's got a vagina!" Cyrus laughed. Freddy dropped his phone and blurted out laughing.
"Fucking thunder thimble..." Marty rolled his eyes. "Sexually harass my daughters... oh I would..."
"Chop 'em up!?" Freddy blurted out.
"FREDDY! Jesus!" laughed Cyrus.
Conkle's Hollow was nestled deep into the hills of rural Hocking County. After spending twenty minutes driving along twisting and narrow backcountry roads, Cy's truck pulled off into a large gravel lot that served as the parking lot. Tires crunched into the crushed gravel, which kicked up dust in a wide, slow turn. Cyrus parked into an empty space and everyone hopped out to grab their gear. They beat Rob and the others.
Awaiting their arrival, Marty stood, fiddling around with a couple settings to his fancy Sony. Cyrus and Freddy had the same Alpha model, complete with a bag of fancy lenses and filters. He looked up when he heard the sound of tires crunching on the gravel. Arriving into the lot was a red Tahoe, followed by a black Chevy Suburban. Both parked in the shade beside Cy's white Sierra.
"And there's Rob and the gang~" Ben announced.
Everyone walked over to greet their friends. Stepping out of the red Tahoe was Rob Barion and his husband, Joey Paulo. From the backseat emerged their nephew, Alvin Paulo, followed by Rob's best friend, Maverick Tokarev, and his adopted son, Robby Tokarev.
From the Suburban emerged Rob's nephew, Marcus Barion, a white and gray Swedish husky, and his husband, a black German wolf, Zach Ryder, who had long black hair tied into a ponytail. From the backseat emerged his older brother, Borr Eklund, and his boyfriend, Anton Savchenko. Anton's little brother and cousin, Vasily, and Anton soon emerged with their camera gear.
Marty stood and watched as Cyrus and Ben came over to meet their friends. Ben and Cy looked very happy to see all of them as a couple of them exchanged some hugs and laughs. He was impressed by the looks of Anton and Borr, two really buff, tattooed huskies who were Ben and Cy's fuckbuddies. He could feel his cock get a bit chubby in his shorts from the thoughts of playing with those two.
"Well, I want you guys to meet my awesome buddy here, Marty!" came Cy's introduction for him.
Marty looked up and saw everyone come over to meet him. Marty was suddenly engulfed by a sea of friendliness as everyone came and greeted him warmly. He even got a warm hug from Anton and Borr, as they said hello. He met Rob's husband Joey, a Brazilian Dober with black and tan fur, who wore a snug fitting "Brasil" tanktop in green and yellow, with a pair of blue gym shorts. And finally, Marty was introduced to Rob by Cyrus.
"Marty! I want you to meet my special buddy, Rob Barion!"
"Hi, nice to meet you." Came a somewhat scratchy voice. Marty looked over to see a brown and tan furred wolf-malamute approach him. Immediately, Marty saw his weathered face, which had a large, dark scar running down the left side of it. He was younger than the Doberman, but looked almost as old, with a dour, serious gaze on his face. Marty held out a paw and shook Rob's as they met.
"Rob Barion."
"Marty Millis~"
"Nice to meet you." Rob complimented. He turned and walked over to be with his husband, revealing to Marty a holstered Glock, which he saw was a 10mm Glock 20. The Doberman took note about that as he began to follow the group on their hike.
The group went on a hiking adventure through the rocky valley. Marty got a chance to take a bunch of great nature photos with Cyrus and Freddy, and even got to watch Rob and his entourage work in shooting a video about nature photography. Rob and Maverick used two analog video cameras, for a nostalgic feel, as they worked in capturing the activities while along the trail. The valley captured the humidity, the canopy of trees and rock walls trapping all the saturated air. Marty fired off the shutter with his friends, taking hundreds of pictures, and sharing in the laughter and fun. He really enjoyed himself.
After a few hours of hiking, the group returned to the parking lot to have a picnic together. Marty helped carry a picnic table over to combine it with another, where they all sat together in the shade. Rob and Anton brought coolers that were packed with food and drinks for everyone. Rob brought some sodas and sandwiches, and even some homemade Korean gimbap for people to try. Anton, the burly Ukrainian husky, brought some Ukrainian food for people to eat; a big thermos of cold borscht, some deruny potato pancakes, and another thermos filled with homemade kvass, a fermented bread drink.
Marty sat with Cy and Ben, having a great time joking and laughing with the others. He introduced himself more to Cy's friends, telling them his life story, and a few adventures during his time as a biker, over bites of his food. He enjoyed listening to other tales, and all the banter and joking amongst each other, choked up with laughter.
"Oh shit, who's this~" came Freddy's voice.
Marty saw everyone grow quiet and look over Marty's shoulder. The Doberman turned around to see a gray wolf approach. He looked a bit older than Marty, with a short crop of grayish-white hair atop his head. He wore a loosely buttoned red plaid shirt and a pair of jeans. He had grass stains on his knees. In the parking lot, a beat up green Ram 1500 had a trailer hitched up behind it, with a riding mower and other lawn equipment strapped to it. It was parked directly in front of their vehicles. Two younger guys climbed out of the truck and approached with him.
"What's going on here?" the older wolf asked. He looked visibly annoyed, and his tone gave a sense of irritation.
"What seems to be the problem?" Marty asked. He got up and took on a stern gaze.
"Why did you move the picnic tables?"
"To put them in the shade, so we can sit together."
"You are not allowed to move the tables at all."
"There was nothing on the park signs."
"You are not allowed to move the tables."
"I'm...sorry?"
"I want all of you gone."
Marty's face began to drop, his glare intensifying. "Who the fuck are you?"
"Does not matter. I want all of you gone."
"Who the fuck made you boss?" laughed Maverick. "Where's your ID, Dudley Do-Right!"
"I want all of you out of here!"
"No!" Maverick shouted.
"You have no jurisdiction."
"Yes I do."
"Show it!" Marty demanded. The wolf suddenly placed a paw to Marty's chest, and gave him a forceful shove. The Doberman stumbled back into Maverick, and was just about to lunge forward and hit the guy, but suddenly he felt Rob shove him aside.
Going immediately on the offensive, Marty and the others watched as Rob pulled his Glock from its holster and pistol whip the wolf. He grabbed the man by his hair and struck him in the forehead with the butt of his gun. Rob repeatedly hit him in the face, drawing blood as he gashed his face under his left eye. The wolf fell to his knees and Rob struck him a further twelve times. His face twisted by rage, Rob kneed him twice, and repeatedly kicked him in the chest and head, drawing further blood all over his gray furred face. A final kick sent him landing hard onto the ground.
"DON'T SHOOT!" a Rottweiler screamed as Rob pointed his 10mm at him.
"GET!" Rob shouted. "You ever park your fucking truck like that again, that'll be unlawful restraint! And I'll shoot to fucking kill!"
Rob turned his attention to his friends, who got up to investigate. His husband ran over, brandishing a 9mm Beretta. The old man he had beaten cried and whimpered on the ground. He clutched his badly injured, blood soaked face as he moaned and sobbed.
"Hey you hear that guys! You hear a fucking little girl down there? Not so tough now huh? What happened to the fucking tough guy who shoved my friend, YA FUCK!"
Rob kicked him several more times, until Maverick and Joey restrained Rob.
Marty stood in disbelief at what he had just witnessed. It was the most savage beat down he had seen in a long time; in the span of just seconds, Rob Barion had handed that guy his ass and more. All he wanted to do was just shove the guy back and cuss at him for disrespect, but Rob Barion took the most ruthless option available. The Doberman was a tough guy who could still fight and hold his own, but even that made him take a step back.
Rob's paws were covered in blood, the wolf's. His gun had fur and blood sticking to it. Rob made eye contact with Marty; Marty could see that Rob's blue-green eyes looked dead to the world. His face was frozen and stiff, with a scowl that could make a dictator blush. Soulless eyes that were like wet polished emeralds peered out into space. Rob breathed heavily, as he turned and walked away.
"Let's get the fuck outta here." Maverick muttered. "Fucking idiots gotta ruin it."
Marty pursed his lips and turned to follow the group.
"What the flying fuck was that!?" Marty exclaimed on their drive back to Hanover.
"That was Rob Barion in action!" Cyrus exclaimed as he drove. "I wanna know why the fuck that dude came outta nowhere and made a big scene!"
"Yeah!" the Doberman exclaimed. "Like the end of the fucking world 'cause we moved a couple picnic tables. Oh my god, we could have just moved them back when we were finished..."
"Some people think they got bigger balls than they do..." Freddy grumbled. "Fucking boomer."
"He ruined a nice picnic too..." Ben shook his head. "And Rob ruined his day."
"That's an understatement, lil' Benny~" Cyrus laughed. "That dude got fucked up."
"Rightly so... fucking motherfucker shoved me..." Marty grumbled. "I wanted to hit that bastard in the fucking face. Nobody shoves ole' Marty around!"
"Apparently he did!" Cyrus exclaimed. "But that was overkill. Again! I thought Rob was gonna kill him."
Marty had a puzzled look on his face. "Makes no sense."
"Eh, someone had a power trip." Ben shrugged. "And he got knocked back down a peg."
"Just a peg? Try twenty!" Freddy exclaimed. "That was awesome!"
"Freddy!" Cyrus exclaimed with a laugh. "No violence!"
"Oh c'mon!"
"I've been in some fights... and I've seen fellow Angels brawl... but man... that Rob Barion... that was something else..." Marty admitted.
"I told you! Don't ever get on Rob's bad side!" Cyrus pointed out.
"I see why now!"
Cyrus fumbled his brow. "Rob is... a product of his upbringing. He was a gay bashing survivor as a teenager, and he about died. And it really fucked him up mentally and physically. And I think this kind of wanton violence we see is his way of lashing out and well... just getting back at a world he thinks is out to get him."
"That's pretty Nixonian~" Freddy nodded.
"Heh, Joey says Rob's the love child of Nixon and Hitler." Ben chuckled.
"Wow is all I can say." Marty chuckled. "Hands off that crazy train~"
Making the hour and half drive back to Hanover, Marty stayed with Cyrus and Ben and hung out with them for the rest of the afternoon and into the early evening. After eating dinner with them, Marty returned on home to his place.
Stepping into his house, Marty took note immediately on how quiet it was. Despite the incident, Marty had a lot of fun spending the day with Ben and Cy's friends. He hoped he could be invited again to another activity. Feeling tired, he walked over and sat down on the couch to rest his tired legs. The quietness really stood out for once. It brought a lonely feeling to the Doberman, who blankly stared at the blank television screen across the room.
Checking the time on the wall mounted clock, Marty finished up cleaning in the kitchen. He had an evening date with Jason, who was coming over to hang out with him, to help close out the weekend. Armed with a mop, Marty cleaned his linoleum floor, his nostrils filled with the strong pine scent of Pine-Sol. He finished up cleaning and took the mop and bucket out to his front porch where he dumped the dirty water in the yard, and let the mop dry on the front porch. As he gave the bucket a final shake to get rid of the last of the water, he saw Jason arrive. His black Camry pulled into the gravel and parked behind Marty's red truck. The younger red Dober stepped out of his car dressed casually in blue gym shorts, and a blue and gray striped tanktop.
"Right on time!" Marty greeted.
"Hey!" Jason smiled and waved. He quickly ran up to the porch, where Marty welcomed him inside.
"I just got finished mopping up in the kitchen...so we'll let that dry~" Marty pointed out.
Jason smiled and caressed Marty's tattooed arm. "We don't need the kitchen when we got a bedroom~"
"I like that idea." Grinned Marty. "But first, let's get a bit cleaned up... I smell like pine sol..."
"Join ya!"
Stepping into the hot shower together, Marty and Jason took their turns to get all cleaned up in the hot stream. Marty lathered his paws up and caressed Jason's body affectionately, getting him all covered in suds as he cleaned his chest and belly fur. Jason returned the gesture, and soaped up Marty's tattooed chest and stomach. Soapy paws wrapped around each other's frame and they kissed, deeply, as the hot water splashed all over them, taking the soap with it. They locked their muzzles together, kissing passionately, their tongues playing with each other, before Marty slowly broke away.
"I like that~" he smiled.
"I agree." Jason smiled in return. He closed his eyes and gave Marty another deep kiss. Marty gently broke away, and nuzzled the side of Jason's muzzle.
"So, what do you want to do?"
"Well...I mean...I'd love for you to top..." Jason asked. "It'd be my first time~"
"We'll take it slow." Marty suggested.
"Yeah...I'm...probably gonna be very tight..."
"Tight is nice." Chuckled Marty. "We'll be gentle, slow, and I'll wear a condom~"
"Good."
Marty smiled and ran his paws through Jason's wet brown hair.
Following their shower, they walked naked to Marty's bedroom, where he flipped his lamp on. Jason stepped inside to find a warmly lit bedroom that had black curtains that blocked the evening sun. A bookshelf on one end of the room was filled with books and motorcycle memorabilia. Next to it, framed up on the wall, were two of Marty's former biker vests. A brown vest was displayed next to a dull leather vest that was faded from use. Darker spots denoted where his patches once resided at. A picture of Marty and all his former biker mates was nestled between the vests.
"A lot of motorcycle stuff~" Jason chuckled.
"Crazy!" Marty chuckled. He rubbed Jason's back and walked past him. He laid down on his bed and motioned for Jason to come. The other Doberman walked over and climbed into bed with Marty, who held his arms open for him. Jason climbed over and gently laid down on Marty, who wrapped his tattooed arms around Jason's frame. The two smiled at each other and kissed, engaging in a long make out session as they caressed each other.
Marty gently rolled Jason onto his back, and kissed his neck. He slowly worked his way down, teasingly kissing and sucking on his nipples, and moving his way down his belly. He took Jason's hard cock into his muzzle, and began to suck on it. Jason closed his eyes and gasped a bit at Marty's sucking, his big loose balls being gently cupped and tugged at in Marty's grip. "Fuck that's great, Marty~" Marty bobbed his muzzle up and down a bit faster and teasingly kissed the head and licked the shaft.
"Grab yer' legs~"
Jason grabbed his legs from behind the knees and held them up as Marty slid down and began to rim his ass. The Doberman gasped and smacked his head into the pillow at the new sensation of the Doberman's tongue slipping in and out of his tight hole. His breathing was shallow and he gasped at the sensation of being tongue fucked. Marty pulled away a bit and spat on his hole to lube it up some. He got up and straddled himself between Jason's legs. Fetching his bottle of lube and a condom, he slicked up his shaft and rolled a condom on.
"Be gentle~" Jason suggested.
"I will!" Marty assured.
Adjusting his foreskin a bit under the rubber, he scooted in and pressed the tip of his cockhead against Jason's hole. Jason closed his eyes and felt the head slip in first. That felt good, followed by his thick shaft which began to slowly be pushed in. The initial pleasure quickly turned into a feeling of immense discomfort, with a sharp pain as Marty fed more of his cock in.
"Oww."
"Easy, kegels... kegels... relax~" Marty quietly said to Jason.
Jason breathed slowly and adjusted himself. He did what Marty suggested, and managed to take another inch of the thick Doberman cock. He grunted and ground his teeth at the discomfort as Marty tried to guide his thick shaft in. He shifted a bit too abrupt and heard Jason cry out a loud "Owww!"
"Oh shit, sorry~" Marty muttered.
"Okay, let's take a break!" laughed Jason. "Owie."
"You're tight~" Marty chuckled. He gently caressed a leg. "Why don't we just trade places and you fuck me?"
"Really?"
"Yeah! I can bottom." Marty shrugged as he got on all fours for him. He reached between his legs, yanked the condom off and tossed it to the floor. The sight of such a burly, tattooed Dober really turned Jason on. He fetched the bottle of lube and slickened up his seven and a half inches. Rolling on a fresh condom, Jason made sure it was snug. He shuffled over to where Marty was and rubbed his backside, hips, and butt. Squirting some lube on his fingers, Jason slicked up Marty's hole and took aim with his cock. He slowly slid himself into Marty, finding him a bit snug. The older Dober let out a grunt and adjusted himself a bit. Jason got his whole cock to hilt into Marty, who teasingly tightened his hole around Jason's shaft.
"Fuck..." Jason huffed. He began to thrust slowly, his paws resting on Marty's hips. "Oh fuck...that feels so great..."
Closing his eyes, Jason fucked slowly the whole time. He tried to concentrate on lasting, his cock teased by Marty's snug hole clenched around it. Opening his eyes and gazing all over Marty's backside, his tattooed up, stocky body was just so hot to him. His breathing quivered. Jason closed his eyes and blushed as his cock exploded in cum, which filled the condom up. He lasted a little over a minute.
"Oh man...sorry...I nutted~"
"Why sorry?"
"I didn't last!"
"Heh, it's not a contest." Laughed Marty. "Did you like it?"
"Yeah!"
"That's the point." Marty chuckled.
Jason slowly pulled his cock out and pulled the cum filled condom off. He flicked it to the floor. Marty rolled onto his back, his big uncut cock flopping against his belly.
"Want me to give you a hand job?"
"Sure!"
Sitting between Marty's legs, Jason gripped the Doberman's thick tan member, which was still slickened by lube. He worked his right paw, pumping his foreskin slowly. Marty put his arms behind his head and closed his eyes as Jason worked his thick cock. After a couple minutes of stroking, Marty grunted and shot his load. A couple thick squirts of cum landed all over his belly and Jason's fingers. Jason gave that thick pulsating shaft a firm squeeze to get the last drops out. They both had a friendly laugh, as Marty handed him a box of tissues.
"Did you like that?"
"Did you see that cum shot?"
"I did!"
"Then I liked it!" Marty laughed. He opened his arms up for Jason to lay in, which he obliged. Jason cleaned his paw up, and cleaned Marty's belly up. He then laid down against Marty, who wrapped his tattooed arms around the younger Doberman. He rubbed his back as they shared a friendly kiss together.
"Wow, that was great...even if I only lasted a minute~"
"As long as you got off." Marty smiled. "That's the main thing!"
"My butt's sore." Jason smiled back.
"We'll get it broke in." chuckled the older Dober.
"I'll let you break it in." Jason laughed. He laid his head on Marty's chest and breathed a sigh of relief, as they laid there in the afterglow of sex.
Saturday morning was bright and calm on the way to Coshocton. Rumbling up the back way through Coshocton county, Marty navigated the winding country roads on his burbling Harley. It was the third of July and morning was already warm. Steam wafted in the rays of sunlight filtering through patches of woodland, as the morning dew evaporated. Through dark sunglasses, the Doberman rode, in his usual attire of jeans and a blue and black tanktop which was mostly concealed by his leather vest. A blue and white Paisley bandanna fluttered atop his head. Marty was on his way for another weekend date with Jason, who had asked him the weekend before about going for a bike ride at Lake Park.
Arriving into town, he followed his phone's GPS, which led him into Jason's neighborhood. He lived in the hilly, nice part of Coshocton, where a number of big fancy homes straddled the hills that overlooked the Tuscarawas river that cut through town. He arrived into a slightly older neighborhood that was nicely landscaped and adored in matured trees that lined the road with plenty of shade. Making a final left turn, and then a right, he made it onto Jason's street, Hydraulic Street. As he climbed the narrow road, he slowed up to suddenly see a big conniption going on at Jason's house. The Doberman stopped his bike on the street to see Jason yelling and screaming at his soon to be ex-wife. She was a hysterical looking black and rust Doberman, who had platinum blonde hair that was all permed. All through the yard were personal belongings of theirs, as she kicked and threw them. A sheriff's deputy helplessly watched the former lovers quarrel. Their young daughter stood in the yard and watched passively.
"ALLISON! STOP!" Jason screamed. "STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!"
"NO!" She screamed back. Allison angrily threw a lamp at Jason, which shattered on impact with the ground. "I'm talking half of everything!"
"At the rate you're breaking shit! There will be nothing left!" Jason yelled. "STOP IT! Not in front of our kid!"
"MY KID!" Allison screamed. "You'll never fucking see her again you lying faggot!"
"HEY!" Jason screamed. "STOP IT!"
Jason got off his bike and approached.
"Oh god!" Jason yelled. "Marty! Marty! I'm sorry!"
"Who is this!?" Allison yelled. "Who the fuck are you!?" she shouted at Marty. "You one of Jason's boy toys or something?"
"...I didn't think I looked that young... so I don't know if I should take that as a compliment?" Marty shrugged.
"Leave him out of this!" Jason yelled at her. "Oh god Marty...this wasn't supposed to be like this!"
"I come here to get my shit and you-"
"YOU THREW ALL MY LIVING ROOM SHIT OUT THE FUCKING DOOR!" Jason screamed. "I let you grab your shit! So don't act like this is somehow my fucking fault!"
"IT IS!"
"NO IT'S NOT!"
"ALRIGHT ENOUGH!" Marty yelled.
Allison lunged forward to try and hit Marty, a fist raised and swung at him. Marty blocked her punch and shoved her to the ground.
"Alright! That's enough!" the deputy yelled. "ENOUGH!" The yellow lab had his paw on his holstered pistol. "Ma'am, I need you to grab what you say is yours, and leave the premises!"
Allison huffed furiously and grabbed her packed bags, which she threw into a bronze colored SUV. "I can't wait to take everything else when I win this court battle!"
"Yeah and good luck to that toots." Jason glared. "I got evidence that you cheated on me with two guys, so look who's talking about morals, bitch!"
"I hope you and your... boy toy here... have lots of fun!"
"God I feel sorry for your next boyfriend... what shit he's gonna stick his dick into!"
"Well that sounds like you! Sticking your dick into shit!"
"Better than the black hole between your legs, Allison!"
"FUCK YOU!" Allison yelled as she grabbed Megan.
"Bye, Daddy!" Megan waved happily.
"Megan! I'm so sorry! Little princess! Daddy loves you!"
Allison practically threw their daughter into the SUV, flipped him off, and climbed in to speed off. She practically hit Marty's motorcycle. Jason was left to stand in the middle of his yard, which was strewn with all kinds of broken picture frames, lamps, a small table, and other bits and pieces.
"This...wasn't supposed to happen." Jason frowned. "Look at this mess... look at my living room... oh... oh... no..."
Jason sat down in the grass and looked emotionally burned out. He put his head into his lap and held it there. Marty stood with a stern gaze on his face looking at all the mess. The Sheriff's Deputy simply got into his cruiser and departed. Marty knelt down and put an arm around Jason.
"I'll help you clean this up."
"Thank you~"
Picking up the mess in his front yard, Marty found that Allison had destroyed the living room in their furious argument. He helped clean the mess as best he could, before they decided to continue on with the plans for a bike ride. Jason wanted to take his mind off the entire fiasco. He grabbed his two mountain bikes from the garage, attached them to the bike rack that sat on the back of his Toyota, and with Marty in the passenger seat, departed to head to Lake Park.
Lake Park was Coshocton's big city park, dotted with lakes and woodland, near the north end of the town. Under a bright, cheerful sky, Coshoctonites mingled about and enjoyed their day with family and friends at the park. Pulling into the gravel parking lot, just outside of Roscoe Village, Marty and Jason hopped out of the black Toyota, and grabbed their bikes.
"You're really gonna ride this bike with your vest on?" Jason teased with a smile.
"Well it's a bike after all isn't it!" Marty exclaimed. A grin curled up on his muzzle at the end.
"Oh lord." Jason laughed. "A bit different!"
"Boy..." Marty muttered as he hopped onto the bike and got his pose adjusted. "It's been a long time since I've ridden a bike..."
"How long?"
"Oh...probably not since Abby was twelve... that's like...eight years?" Marty cringed.
"Don't pull anything!"
"Yeah, I agree!"
Hopping on the paved trail, Marty and Jason rode slow together, under the canopy of trees that lined the path beside the pond. Marty admired the scenery as he rode along the pond, passing by people who were fishing under the shade.
"I like coming here to ride all the time... it helps... take my mind off things..."
"I understand that completely..." Marty nodded. "There's a wheat field near my place where sometimes I'll stop in the morning and watch the sunrise before work... it's calming."
"That's why I like being here... it's calming." Admitted Jason. "This past couple months have been a fucking nightmare. Every. Single. Day."
Jason took a second to take a sip of water from his water bottle, which he stowed back on its clip-on holder. "I'm probably gonna lose my house... and hell... my job."
"Your job?" Marty asked.
"Yeah... there's...something stupid going on... I'm under an investigation by the city administration over a misplaced tax document- it's bullshit. I was working on an important tax document and I had it all collated and ready to go on my desk, and it magically went missing! Now I'm the bad guy, and facing the threat of termination over something that I know very damn well didn't misplace! I've been working for the city of Coshocton since I was twenty-two years old! I've been in that damn tax department for nineteen years, with an exemplary service record and outstanding merit. And I got another exemplary award in December! Now all of a sudden I'm a bad worker? How odd that all this fucking shit started when I came out? Coincidence? I think not!"
"Wow...that's not obvious." Marty rolled his eyes. "You should lawyer up on that..."
"God...another legal debacle..." Jason grunted. "Why is this all happening!? I don't know...I can't think about it... I can't think about it, Marty."
"If you need help, or if something happens...please call me~"
"Thanks."
Putting his bad thoughts behind him, Jason went on his long bike ride with Marty. They crossed the wooden bridge that spanned the flowing Tuscarawas, which was still slightly swollen from recent rains. The park trail wound past the city pool, baseball diamonds, and a camping ground. It wrapped around multiple ponds, and a patch of woodland that captured the humidity. Marty had a lot of fun riding with Jason. They talked together while riding beside each other, and shared laughs and enjoyed each other's company. Marty was having a great time.
"Okay! Cyrus! Easy, easy!" Marty winced.
His hips and back aching from riding ten miles with Jason, Marty was helped by Cyrus and Ben into the tub, to soak his aching body. The Doberman sank the lower half of his body into the steaming, hot water, which was mixed with eucalyptus scented Epsom salt.
"Need me to press your life alert?" grinned the blonde wolf.
"You and yer' fuckin' life alert~" Marty snorted. He breathed a sigh of relief as he leaned back in Cy's bathtub. "Oh my god this feels so good..."
"Like ripping a huge fart?"
"NO!" Marty laughed. "I swear to god, I'm gonna fuck you in the ass, Cy!"
"How the fuck you gonna do that, motherfucker! I had to carry your ass into the tub!"
"You can always fuck my ass, Marty~" Ben chuckled.
"I didn't realize I rode ten miles..." Marty admitted. "I was just having so much fun with Jason."
"Ooooh...your boy toy!" Cy teased.
"Well...he is pretty cute~" Marty shrugged. "What can I say?"
"Sounds like a successful date!" Ben exclaimed.
"It was successful until I realized my hips were on fire!" Marty laughed. "Been a long time since I rode a bike!"
"Ya never forget~" Cy pointed out to Ben with a smirk.
"I do like Jason, a lot." Marty nodded. "I'd love to do more with him, maybe even be in a relationship with him."
"What's stopping you?" Ben asked him.
"Oh...I don't know... I don't know if I'm ready to date, or go more than dating...I just don't know?"
"Do what your heart feels." Cyrus suggested. "Only you can make that decision~"
"See, this is where I feel like a young shit all over again, the awkward, mushy, puppy love shit." Marty sighed. "The past six years are all topsy-turvy!"
"Well it sounds like he does like you, since you two have been hanging out a lot." Ben nodded. "So just go with it- see where it takes you two!"
"Heh, good point." Marty chuckled. "Ya know... maybe a handjob would be fine tonight?"
"Sounds good to me~" grinned Cyrus.
July always felt like the tipping point of the year for Marty. The balmy warmth of June became the sticky, merciless, dog days of summer. The bright blue skies became colored like steel, through a diffusing haze of heat and humidity. Each day, a minute was shaved off of sunlight, the very slow, inevitable creep towards winter ensuring. It always felt like the half-way point of the year, and 2021 felt like it had just started the day before.
Another mundane day at work, Marty found himself once again filling in. In the hot and humid maintenance garage, Marty helped in changing the oil on an old Ford Taurus. The garage was short staffed from another Covid outbreak, which sent five people into quarantine. Wearing a blue surgical mask, Marty worked in pouring a measured jug of oil back into the engine. Covid-19 was flaring back up again in Licking County, the consequence of the recent fourth of July celebrations, and work was paying the price for it by being further unstaffed by sickened employees. It was back to masks once again for the Dober.
Ripping his black nitrile gloves off and throwing them away, Marty stepped outside, took the mask off and took a deep breath. He checked the time on his phone and walked back to the main building of the car lot, where his office was at. It was lunch time.
Marty usually ate lunch alone in his office. The room was basically a small square, with a large picture window that was tinted gold for the sun. The walls were decorated with some more motorcycle memorabilia, and his desk had a small picture of him and his late wife framed, sitting in the corner next to his computer. The Dober ate his lunch from a brown paper bag. He ate his usual; a sandwich, with a bag of chips, an apple, and a Coca-Cola.
A knock came at his office door, the general manager poking his head in. "Millis!"
"Yeah, Ed?"
"Hey, I hate to bother you on your lunch... but when you're done, could you make a trip to Zanesville for a tire run?"
"Oh, what did they screw up down there now?"
"The wrong tires came in for a customer, but we have 'em here in stock. Could you run a set down there?"
"Sure, fine, yeah, I'll have to fetch my truck."
"Thanks, Millis!" the Labrador waved as he continued on his way.
Marty resumed chewing on a handful of chips and leaned back in his seat while he read a news article on the desktop. After a few minutes, he crumbled up his paper bag and wrappers and threw it away in the trash. He checked the time, locked his desktop up, and went back to work.
Briefly returning home to exchange his motorcycle for the truck, Marty returned and had the maintenance guys load up four tires in the long bed of his one-ton. Leaving the dealership, Marty hit the road, and began his way to Zanesville, half an hour south. Route 16 took him to the winding, hilly, Route 146, which was a straight shot to the Zanesville sister dealership. Marty took his time, and listened to some music while he navigated the winding country road. Half an hour later, he dropped off the tires, got some paperwork signed off, and turned around to head back to work to finish up his shift. At least his outing helped kill some time and got him out of the garage.
Route 146 was quite a hilly adventure for Marty, as he controlled his heavy, straining truck, up and down the sometimes steep hills. The Dober kept his head on a swivel, watching all the scenery pass by him, the woodland, the carved out hillside, a few rural homes dotting the landscape. He climbed another hill, and noticed at the apex, a large wooden cross bearing someone's name on top of a small hill by the road. It reminded him of Candice's own memorial marker, denoting the spot where she died at. Marty fumbled his brow at the memories, the lingering pain that still resided in his heart, at her untimely passing.
His thoughts were interrupted by his phone ringing. Thinking it was work, Marty momentarily glanced at the screen, to see that it was Jason calling him. He swiped to answer.
"Hey Jason~"
There was a momentary pause in his reply. Marty could hear some commotion in the background, and a faint sniffle. A very sad, upset sounding "Marty" was muttered.
"Marty... I need your help..." Jason said, sounding very upset and hurt. "I really need your help, man."
"Jason? Is everything okay?"
"No!" he shouted. "My fucking house is on fire, and I got fucking fired today!"
"What?!"
"I got fired this morning, someone smashed my car, and I come home to find my house on fire! It's fucking bullshit man! I'm so upset, I'm shaking! I don't know what to do!" Jason yelled.
"Okay, okay, calm down. Breathe for me, Jason."
"I'm shaking in such rage over everything... oh my god... I don't know what to do... everything's alight."
"Look, let me call work. I'm on my way to Coshocton."
"Okay~"
Marty ended the call and called his boss immediately.
"Go Marty!"
"Ed? I got a family situation that just popped up, I need to make a detour to check on something."
"Alrighty, Marty! Just keep me posted."
"Thanks."
Returning to Route 16 at Toboso, Marty turned right instead of left, to begin the forty-five minute drive north-east, to Coshocton.
Rushing into Coshocton, Marty made the turn onto Hydraulic Street, where he was immediately presented by a Sheriff's SUV blocking the road. Parking off to the side of the road, Marty hopped out, looking a bit dumbfounded at the sight of Jason's home on fire. Off in the distance, firefighters stood haplessly, as the house began to collapse in on itself. Brilliant red and yellow flames erupted through broken windows and holes in the rapidly charring and melting structure. Water from fire hoses futilely tried to extinguish the blaze, while others tried to spare the neighbor's homes from further heat damage.
Standing beside the road was a blank faced Jason. The red Dober looked completely dumbfounded by everything that had blindsided him. He was still dressed in his work clothes; tan slacks, and a blue polo shirt that was now untucked partially. He stood by his black Toyota, which looked as though someone had taken a baseball bat to it. All the windows were broken, and the windshield smashed in. The body of the Camry was completely covered in scratches and welts from being hit all over.
"Jason!" Marty yelled.
He turned to look at Marty with a thousand yard stare. Jason's green eyes were as wide as saucer plates, looking empty and soulless at him. Jason didn't say anything as he stood there all catatonic. Marty approached looking concerned at his friend, who looked so helpless, so overwhelmed by emotion. He approached the old Dober and practically fainted; Marty caught him and helped sit him down on the ground.
"Everything's gone." Jason muttered.
"There's nothing more you can do." Marty responded, trying to comfort him.
Jason was quiet for a moment as he sat on the ground, staring off into space. He blinked a few times and sighed a bit. "I got up and had a normal morning. Nothing out of the ordinary... Go into work, and get pulled into the office, regarding the investigation bullshit over that document that went missing... I'm told to pack my stuff and that I was fired for unprofessional conduct. I am escorted out of a place I've worked at for almost twenty years and find that my car was trashed by someone. I then get a call from my neighbor that my house was on fire. You know what, Marty? I'm done."
Jason stood up and cracked his back. "I am done. I don't even get a drop of sympathy from my parents! My Dad's response to this whole clusterfuck was 'well, maybe if you wouldn't have been gay, this wouldn't have happened'!"
Jason bared his teeth and kicked his car as hard as he could. Marty watched the bumper fall off and hit the ground. Jason kicked his car again and again and screamed. The older Dober stepped in and gently restrained him.
"Okay, that's enough. That's enough~"
Jason took a hesitant, deep breath and stopped hitting his car. "Now I don't have a home... now I have all these legal problems! My divorce! And no job! How am I going to pay for all of this! How, where, where am I doing to live!?"
"You can live with me." Marty suggested. "Everything will work itself out. Don't beat yourself up."
"Oh...Marty...no I couldn't just move myself in."
"No, no." Marty smiled. "I want you to live with me. I want to help you~"
"You are such a godsend." Jason muttered. A brief, little smile, softened his serious face.
"I say that about you as well, Jason."
"Oh?" he responded, looking a bit puzzled.
Jason and Marty turned to the sound of crumbling timber, as another big section of Jason's home came crashing down. Marty put his arms around Jason and held him close.
"Maybe this is a bad time... but I've been wanting to ask you something..." the Dober smiled. "Maybe, you could be my boyfriend?"
Jason looked dumbfounded for a second. He looked dazed, overwhelmed by everything. "Wow, Marty...that was sudden~"
"Well...I was going to ask you when you were going to come over for dinner tomorrow... but I thought 'fuck it', I'd ask you now~" he smirked.
"Well I'm glad you did." Jason smiled. "Yes."
Jason put his arms around Marty and gave him a kiss. In front of all the firefighters, his neighbors, Sheriff's deputies, he didn't care anymore. Jason gave his contact information to the Sheriff's Deputy, gathered what few belongings he had on him, and walked with Marty back to his idling truck. With not a care in the world anymore, Jason climbed in, buckled up, and they turned around to leave Coshocton. The sudden euphoria of having a boyfriend, drowned his sorrow.
Time seemed to fly for Marty. Now that he officially had Jason in his life as a lover, it felt as though the days melted together. July had flown by and now it was early August, truly the dog days of summer. The days slowly were growing shorter, and the air was sticky, saturated with humidity that lurked amongst the trees, only visible in the rays of sunlight. Soon, it would be the slow march to fall, and the cool days of autumn looming over a chilly winter. But early August was the crescendo of summer's intense heat.
Sweat dripping from his face, Marty manned his grill, as he cooked hotdogs and hamburgers for a family gathering. Smoke wafted in the stagnant, saturated air. It was a very warm afternoon, the sky taking on a hazy, steel color. While Marty grilled, Jason sat at the glass table, under the shade of the large table umbrella, talking to his lawyer on the phone. The Dober was busy jotting down notes as he handled a huge legal debacle he was embroiled in. His attorney was now juggling not only his divorce, but a lawsuit he filed against the city of Coshocton, for discriminatory termination of his job. He also had a lawsuit against his ex-wife, as his home was the victim of arson, set about by friend's of his ex-wife.
Placing cooked patties and hotdogs on a large metal tray, Marty walked by, just as Jason ended his call.
"Sorry about that, the lawyer called."
"He needed more money." Chuckled Marty.
"Heh, yeah." Jason chuckled. "I'm about done with that egg salad."
"Cool~"
Stepping back inside the air conditioned home, Jason finished up making a bowl of egg salad, which he covered up with some plastic wrap, and placed back into the fridge. Marty momentarily stepped outside and shut his grill off, to quickly make his way back inside.
"Wow, that's blazing hot."
"Tell me about it." Jason said. "But then we'll bitch about winter."
"Ha, yeah." Marty laughed. Jason put his arms around Marty and smiled at him. He gave the Dober a kiss and nuzzled him.
"Well hello there." Marty smiled, who returned the gesture with another kiss.
"I think you need a shower~" Jason suggested with a grin.
"Yeah, I do~ I smell like smoke and sweat."
"Let me help you." Jason teased.
"Sure~"
Stepping into the shower together, the two took the time to laugh and joke with each other as they got cleaned up for dinner. There was a little steamy fun between them as they caressed and jerked each other off.
For the first time in his life, Marty felt genuinely happy being in a relationship. It had been a month since they became boyfriends, and Marty felt so enthralled at having Jason in his life, living with him. Their relationship didn't feel empty, and phony like his marriage felt with Candice. While he genuinely loved her, it always felt deep down like a bit of a struggle to overcome the true desires that Marty had to suppress. Now he had a partner that truly matched his feelings and desires. When not dealing with work, or his legal issues, Jason often helped work on the garden with him, or work on vehicles, and go do photography with friends. He got to meet Marty's kids, who all took an instant liking to the level headed Jason.
After losing his job in Coshocton, Jason rather quickly found new employment, working in the tax office of the city of Newark. He got another supervisory job, overseeing tax documents, literally picking up where he left off at. He didn't let all his legal woes and fallout from his divorce, ruin his enjoyment with Marty.
Pressed against the shower wall, Jason huffed and puffed to being fucked by Marty. A leg propped up on the sill, Jason's tongue hung out slightly as Marty's eight inches worked his snug hole.
"Nice n' tight!" Marty grinned, as he gave the side of Jason's face a kiss.
"Fuck yeah, just for you~" Jason chuckled. "Break my fucking hole in!"
"My pleasure!"
A knock at the door startled the two of them. "Hey Dad!" came the voice of Paul, who knocked again. "Me and Olivia are here!"
"Oh okay! Will be out shortly!" Marty shouted, as he slowly pulled his thick cock out. "So close..." Marty whispered to Jason, as they chuckled.
Getting out and drying off, they quickly met up with Paul and Olivia, who were soon joined by Abby and Randy. All of them sat down at the table, to grab some food and get caught up on each other's lives.
"So how do you like working in Newark, Jason?" Olivia asked curiously.
"Well, Coshocton and Newark are about one in the same..." Jason teased.
"Yeah! Fucking dumb!" Randy snorted. Everyone laughed at his joke.
"I agree! Same shit! Different day!" Jason laughed as he bit into a hotdog.
"I take it the legal battle isn't even halfway over?" Abby asked him.
Jason shook his head. "First court hearing for my termination is in October... on top of the arson case... and my divorce! Just what I wanted!"
"Kill three birds with one stone!"
"My bank account disagrees!" Jason laughed in a sardonic way. "I'm getting compensation from Allison and my old workplace. They're paying for this shit. All of it."
"Throw the book at them!" Paul exclaimed.
"I'd throw more at Allison. Throw a damn brick at her." Jason shook his head. "Somehow that's my luck?"
"Don't stick your dick in crazy!" Randy laughed.
Marty had a laugh at his son's quip, when he heard the doorbell ring. It momentarily puzzled the dog as he got up to answer it.
"Oh that might be Grandma and Grandpa!" Abby shouted.
"Oh great..." Marty thought to himself. His face took on a serious gaze as he walked over and opened the door, revealing his parents, Luke and Karen. The way they always stood at his doorway, right beside each other, always reminded him of the American Gothic painting. Karen had a summer blouse on, and Luke wore a t-shirt and shorts.
"Mom and Dad~ What a surprise!" Marty greeted.
"Abby mentioned that you were having a bit of a get together with your kids... and we were in the neck of the woods and wanted to stop by, if you don't mind."
"Please, uhh, come on in, have something to eat." Marty said as he held the storm door open. "Please get out of the heat~"
"It's quite a scorcher today isn't it?" Luke said to him as he looked ahead and made eye contact with Jason. There was an uncomfortable quiet fall upon everyone as Marty closed and locked the front door.
"Please have a seat, please have a seat." Marty offered as he quickly moved head of his parents.
"So...this is your boyfriend?" Luke asked him.
Marty momentarily hesitated, sensing the great awkwardness of everything. "Mom and Dad...this is my... boyfriend... Jason Greene."
"Oh hi~" Jason waved. Luke and Karen just stared with blank expressions on their face. They turned and glanced at their son.
"It's nice to meet you." Luke responded to Jason as he sat down.
"Yes, it's so nice to meet you, Jason." Karen nodded.
Marty looked away from his parents and grimaced sarcastically at Jason, who gave him an uncomfortable expression in return.
Luke and Karen joined in on the group conversation, as everyone asked how they were doing. They both talked about their unexciting lives to their grandkids, and gave Marty and update on what stupid things Marty's sister and brother had done in their lives.
Karen reached in and grabbed the bottle of mustard. "So Marty, how did you and Jason meet?"
Marty's eyes glanced over at Jason for a second. "Well, we met at Woodbury reserve back in June."
"Oh~" Karen responded in a plain voice.
"Like at a park bathroom?" Luke muttered.
"Wow!" Randy and Olivia gasped. "Grandpa!" Olivia snapped.
"Whoa, nothing like that!" Jason exclaimed.
"Dad!" Marty snapped.
"What?" Luke snapped back. "I just asked curiously?"
"Wow! That's sick! Nothing like that!" Marty snapped. "Dad I can't believe you'd say that!"
"Well that's how I remembered gay people meeting back in my day!" Luke defended himself, only to get more hisses from his family. "What!?" He seemed genuinely confused by the hostility.
"I stopped Jason from being beat up by a bunch of guys, and that's how we met."
"Luke!" Karen hissed. "Oh no Marty, this is not what we intended."
"Then what were you intending? Embarrassing me in front of my kids? My boyfriend?"
"Martin, don't cop an attitude!" Luke pointed. "I'm a bit behind in the times."
"Yeah! No shit!" Marty glared. Jason looked away, his face flushed with embarrassment.
Karen tried to say something, as did Luke, but was cut off by Marty, who didn't want to hear another peep.
"I don't want to hear anything more from you two." Marty brushed them off.
"Jason, I'm sorry." Karen shook her head. "Martin here can be stubborn and-"
"Oh I'm stubborn?" Marty snapped. "I don't go around making an ass of myself saying something stupid! Meet in the bathroom... such sick shit. This is just further shit I have to deal with from you two!"
"Martin!" Karen snapped. She smacked her paw on the table and pointed at him.
"Get yo' crooked ass finger outta my face!" Marty yelled. "After I came out, you two just treat me like shit! Always making insensitive comments! I don't see you two making comments about the hot messes called Ryan and Miranda! Deadbeat parents, messed up kids- look at my four kids! And then look at theirs! But who's the bad guy? Not the coked out, burn outs, huh?"
"Maybe it is an issue because frankly? I wish you weren't gay." Luke admitted, bluntly. "I wish you had just found yourself another woman and just be normal like everyone else."
His kids sat in silence with pursed lips as Marty stared blankly at his parents.
"I want you two to leave, now."
"Martin... oh no come on." Karen started to plead.
"Both of you, get up and get out. I'm done with you embarrassing me in front of my kids and boyfriend. Get out! GET OUT!"
Luke and Karen got up, and looking cross at Marty, marched towards the door.
"Don't let the door hit ya on the way out!"
"FINE!" Luke exploded. "One less funeral I gotta go to then!"
Karen tugged at his arm. "Luke...we're older than him..."
Luke blinked a couple times glaring at Karen. "FINE! Don't come to my funeral!"
"Fine with me! Get out!"
"FINE!" Luke yelled. He pushed his wife through the door and slammed it shut behind him.
"Way...to...go...Grandma and Grandpa..." Paul shook his head.
"Wow..." Olivia and Abby muttered.
"Dad? You okay?" Randy asked.
Marty was red faced from being so upset and so embarrassed. He looked at everyone at the table and quickly left. "I'm sorry...I need to step away for a bit..."
Marty disappeared down the hallway and slammed the door shut to his bedroom.
"Jason...I'm sorry...this is how my grandparents are..." Olivia frowned.
"Closed minded troglodytes~" Randy shook his head.
"You know...it's okay..." Jason said, brushing it off. "I understand exactly where he's coming from... let me go check on Marty..."
Pulling around the corner into his parents' neighborhood, Marty dreaded what was coming. His diesel truck burbled down the road to his parents' house, which he parked out front. He spotted his brother and sister's cars. Pushing the shifter into park, Marty braced himself on the steering wheel and felt all his muscles in his upper back and arms tense up momentarily. It was the point where he was going to set the record straight to his family; he was tired of their callous bullshit.
Marching up the yard, he knocked on the door and was quietly welcomed inside by his sister Miranda. Marty found his parents and brother Ryan sitting at the dinner table in the linoleum lined kitchen.
"Mom and Dad~" Marty greeted.
"Martin, please have a seat." Luke motioned.
"How is everyone?" Marty asked, trying to be civil.
"Martin... I want to apologize for my comment. I... didn't mean it to be offensive. But-"
"No 'buts' at the end, Dad." Marty cut him off. "You don't apologize and then try and defend it..."
"Martin, I'm just trying to say I come from-"
"I don't give a fuck if you come from the 1960's!" Marty exclaimed. "That excuse does not work anymore! People have the ability to learn and overcome the past."
"Martin, let you-"
"Stay out of this Mom. The point. The point is... ever since I came out, all of you have taken the pleasure of taking these little shots at me and my sexuality. Do you not realize how much that hurts? This feeling that I am not good enough? Because I'm gay? That I raised four very productive kids, had a thirty year relationship with Candy, and that I've worked thirty-five years at the same job? Since I was sixteen! All those merits... negated because I'm gay and didn't quite live up to your expectations Dad?"
"Oh there goes Marty and his merits..." Ryan rolled his eyes. "Give it a rest!"
"Oh yeah? You got a lot of room talk there, deadbeat Dad."
"What did you say?" Ryan snapped.
"Yeah! You heard me. You have these kids and an extra from your side girl, and you don't take care of them, you just piss your money away from coke and booze- drift from job to job, and always on the brink of financial ruin."
"Oh shut up!" Ryan snapped.
"This is the shit that pisses me off Mom and Dad! I have worked so hard to raise my family and be faithful to Candy, but that's not good enough- you two just put your blinders on and cherry pick what you want to see outta Ryan and Miranda!"
"Hey!" Miranda protested.
"Well? You're in your forties, you barely make twenty-five grand a year, and your boyfriend's on welfare. So hey!" Marty glared.
"Martin!" Karen snapped.
"There it is! There it is! You being so defensive about Miranda and Ryan and all their faults! But lay into me for being gay, admit it!"
"No!" Karen shouted.
"Then what it is then!? Why do I feel such distance from all of you after I came out? It was never like this before Candy died."
Luke threw his arms up in frustration and shouted. "Because I never thought I'd have a son who's homosexual!"
"Luke!" Karen yelled.
"Shut up, Karen! I have a strong, really rough and tough son, who was biker for Christ's sake! Family man, four kids, a great wife, and then all of a sudden you just changed! And I can't really accept that my rough and tough son wants to be gay, be all sissy like."
Marty sat back in his seat with a dumbfounded expression on his face. "I'm the same person as I always was, Dad. I'm just honest with you now."
"You're different to me now, Martin, and I don't know how to take it."
"Wow, Dad. Just wow."
"Martin... it's just... don't take it personally!" Karen awkwardly quipped.
"Don't take it personally!? Mom!" Marty shouted.
"I guess we all can't be perfect like you, huh now, Marty?" Miranda sarcastically said in a dopey voice.
"Yeah, I guess we all can't work a dead end job, 'cause we're burned out from drugs and abusive relationships, huh? Ya swamp monster!" Marty snapped at her.
Miranda gasped. "Swamp monster!? Don't even start about looks! Your face is so fucking wrinkled I could wash clothes on your forehead! It's as crinkled as a washboard!"
"Yeah? Know what your face reminds me of? Fucking Mars! It's so aged and cratered, the fucking Mars rover would land on it!"
"Ha!" Ryan laughed at her.
"MARTIN! RYAN!" Karen snapped.
"I'm gonna tell you point blank Mom and Dad... I'm done with all of you." Martin glared. He slammed his fists onto the table. "For the first time in my life... I have felt genuine about myself. I have felt so happy and relieved to just be me for once. Despite all your sneers and jeers, the little sly, condescending remarks about my gayness. I don't give a shit. Jason Greene is my boyfriend, and the first time ever, I'm in a relationship that feels so genuine- it doesn't feel hollow and phony. Now I loved Candy, and I still love her to this day. She was such a loving woman, and the only woman I truly loved. But we struggled? We struggled in our marriage, but we made it work, and raised four productive kids who are doing something with their lives! My kids love me and accept me! They like Jason too. And if all of you want to sneer and jeer? Well I don't care anymore...because I don't need you. I'm tired of being made to feel like a mistake by your comments and actions."
Marty got up and walked to the door.
"Look Martin, please, let's talk about this."
"I'm done talking about this Dad. You need to think about what I said." Marty glared at his parents.
"If you don't want to accept that your oldest son is openly gay, then I don't know how to help you. You're not going to have an oldest son with the way you treat me, and how you treated Jason, with your flippant callousness in that bathroom comment. Us gay people aren't only about sex and dicks, and whatever. I'm happy with my life for once, and if you don't like that? Fuck it."
Martin walked out the door and slammed it shut. By the time Luke got up to open the front door, he watched Marty leave in his truck, down the road. A look of sadness was on Luke's face.
"Typical gay guy drama..." Ryan chuckled as he shook his head. His Mom turned and looked at him.
"Ryan, shut up." Karen snapped at him. She looked at her husband with a look of embarrassed regret on her face.
A thunderstorm far to the east, provided an interesting night photography backdrop for Marty. The night sky was clear, with the faint blue bands of the Milky Way evident, with little twinkling stars gracing the heavens. Near the eastern horizon were towering cumulonimbus clouds, puffy, like mountains floating in the sky above. Against the inky black night sky, they took on a deep gray color, with intense flashes of white and purplish cloud lightning, with occasional bolts jutting amongst the cloud structure. The lightning was intense, but silent; only the sound of crickets could he heard in the still warm night hour.
Marty knelt beside his Alpha, which had its big telephoto attached, and was bolted down to a tripod. He worked the remote control and took another long exposure, as he watched the lightning dance in the clouds. Jason emerged from inside, talking on the phone and sounding happy as he closed the sliding glass door behind him. Marty got up to go see him as he put his phone down upon the end of the call. A big smile lit up his face.
"Good news?" Marty asked.
"Two birds with one stone, Marty!" Jason laughed excitedly. "Judge ruled that I will have emergency custody of Megan, who is currently in Cleveland with Allison and her sister. Allison Browning was arrested today at her job up there, and charged with orchestrating the arson of my home, and the damage to my car, after her friend admitted to it when confronted. Chips are falling into place!"
"Very nice!" Marty exclaimed. "See? What did I tell ya? Things were gonna work out."
"Thank god..." Jason breathed a sigh of relief. "Still got other legal shit to handle..."
"One step at a time..."
Jason sighed a bit. "Now I have to get a bedroom all prepared for her- oh Marty... I didn't intend to change your whole life for this and-"
"Don't worry about it~" Marty smiled. "One parent to another. It's nice to have a youngin' again."
"Get yourself a boyfriend and then a step-daughter!" Jason laughed a bit.
"It'll be like raisin' Paul, Olivia, Randy, and Abby all over again~" Marty laughed.
"I'll have to go get her tomorrow up in Cleveland..." Jason added. "Anything for my daughter."
"We'll go together~ I'll drive." Marty suggested.
"Lord... I didn't expect to drag you into all this Marty, and-"
"It's fine." He smiled. "Anything for you."
"Oh come on..." Jason blushed with a smile. "Oh wow...look at all that heat lightning."
"It's been fantastic to watch~" Marty pointed. He grabbed his camera off the tripod and showed Jason all his long exposures of the lightning filled sky.
"Wow!" Jason muttered. "That's amazing."
"That one's gonna be my next wallpaper." The Doberman chuckled.
The two sat down on the steps to the deck and watched the lightning together, under the faint glow of the lamp beside the door. Marty gently grasped Jason's paw and held it while they sat together.
"We've been together for just a month... but this has been the happiest in my entire life."
"Has it?"
"I'm fifty-one years old, and for the first forty or so, I felt like I was living this terrible lie... holding this terrible secret from everyone. Then I had such heartbreak when Candy died... but then such a feeling of liberation when I came out... followed by five years of just being timid and unsure. Now I feel like I know so much more."
"It's been a little bit of whiplash myself." Jason smiled. "I come out, deal with my crazy family, crazy ex-wife, all these legal problems... but yet... I feel happier, and even happier with you as my first boyfriend."
"Life's strange ain't it?"
"Pfft, you're telling me~"
Jason and Marty laughed and shared a kiss together.
"If my parents and siblings don't understand how happy I feel now that I'm out? Fuck 'em. Their loss."
"Yeah exactly. Fuck 'em." Jason shook his head. "That's what I told my family. If they didn't like it, they can just not be part of my life anymore. I felt bad...because my parents looked so sad when I left... but fuck 'em. I'm not gonna put up with my Dad's political shenanigans... The whole 'oh I love you, but you can't be too gay and make me look bad to the Republican party...' Jesus Christ..."
"Yeah, fuck 'em, Jason~"
They both watched the night sky light up with a big fork of lightning that flashed through the thunderheads.
"We should probably go inside... I've heard of people being struck by lightning almost fifty miles away~" Jason suggested.
"Good idea~" Marty nodded.
"Plus... I could use a little extra attention." The Doberman winked with a smutty grin.
"I like that~" grinned Marty. He put an arm around Jason and rubbed his shoulder. "You know, we should get together with Cy and Ben and have a group fuck."
"Oooooh, that sounds naughty~"
"It's pretty fun. And they're hunks. Ben has the tightest boi pussy around."
"As tight as yours and mine?"
"Low miles." Laughed Marty as he slid the door open for Jason.
Shielded from the morning sun by a clutch of trees, Marty stood laughing with Jason and Megan, as they fed some hungry Mallards. Standing at the edge of one of Lake Park's many ponds, they threw cracked corn at a gaggle of ducks, which all swam about in a giant group, hungrily gobbling up all the cracked corn and oats that they had in some paper bags. Megan, Jason's six year old daughter, giggled as she threw more oats and corn at the ducks.
"Daddy! There's so many duckies!"
"They're hungry, Megan, that's why!" Jason smiled as he picked her up. "Gobble, gobble em up!"
"Ducks go quack-quack!" Megan laughed.
Even Marty had a smile on his face at the exchange; Megan was a little red Doberman, with a bobcut hairdo of light brown hair. She reminded the Dober of his daughters when they were her age. Marty had an instant attachment to her the moment he met her, and felt even happier to be a parent again.
"So when can I see Mommy again, Daddy?"
Jason glanced over at Marty and gave a sarcastic grimace. Marty looked away with a look of sarcastic awkwardness. Allison was facing at minimal five years in federal prison for the arson of their home, along with her friends who conspired. Jason was certain to get permanent sole custody as his legal odyssey continued on in the courts. They were in Coshocton, waiting for the city building to open, so Jason could get some legal paperwork from the city building and have it notarized.
"Mommy's gonna be busy for a while~"
"Doing what?"
"Well...she'll be busy." Laughed Jason. "Lots of thinking about things."
"We should visit!"
"I don't think that's going to be possible, lil' princess!" laughed Marty.
"Oh okay!"
Around nine o'clock, they made their way to the city building, off Chestnut Street. Jason parked the Civic, which he now owned, and promised it wouldn't be long. Marty took Megan with him and they stood, admiring the big garden filled with purple coneflower and a flowing fountain. Marty wished he had brought his Alpha with him, as the fountain and flowers gave such a perfect photo subject.
"Hey, excuse me~" came a voice from his side. Marty turned to see a big imposing Doberman approach him. He was a man in his sixties, with a quarterback build. Marty recognized him instantly as Jason's dad, former mayor, "Big Bob" Greene.
"Mister Bob, how are you?" Marty asked, looking a bit reserved.
"Are you Marty Millis by chance? With my adorable lil' granddaughter?"
"Hi Grandpa!" Megan waved.
"That I am~"
"Heh, I thought I recognized ya. I uhh, hope I didn't startle ya or anything... but I wanted to just tell you, that I appreciate you being my son's new boyfriend."
Marty momentarily tensed up, until he realized that Big Bob was just trying to be cordial.
"I was afraid my son was going to find some limp wristed sissy wavin' a big ole pride flag around constantly! But he found himself a much more level headed dude, who he seems to really love to death~"
"Well...I'm not sure if I should take that as a compliment or an insult, but I'll just assume that's the former." Chuckled Marty.
"We appreciate you being so good to our son... we've... we're... still in the understanding process of all this. Jason told us how much he liked you... and I've seen how good you've been do my granddaughter here...so I really, really, appreciate that~"
"You're welcome, Mister Bob."
"Please, it's Big Bob." The Doberman laughed. He held out a paw for a shake, which Marty accepted with a tight grip. Jason walked around the corner and about froze in place at seeing his dad.
"Dad!" Jason blurted out.
"Son~" he said, a smile curling up. "So nice to see you in town."
"Whacha doing here, Dad?"
"I still have an office here! Doberdork you." Bob laughed. "I happened to see you with your boyfriend and daughter, and wanted to say 'hi'."
"Oh whew, okay. I mean! Okay!" Jason exclaimed.
"I think you found yourself a very nice gent." Bob complimented. He picked his granddaughter up and smiled at her. He gently folded her cropped ears down. "I like Marty more than I ever liked Allison because your wife was a fucking bitch!"
"I learned a thing or two from that..." Jason chuckled.
"I was...wondering if ya'll wanted to come over this evening for some burgers?"
"Sure, Dad."
"Yeah." Marty smiled.
"Five sound good?"
"I like that." Jason and Marty agreed.
"And I'll see you there too, princess~" Bob smiled at Megan.
"Okay Grandpa!"
Bob went back to his office, leaving Marty, Megan, and Jason to walk back to the Civic. Jason carried a stack of notarized paperwork tucked under his arm. They got back into the old little Honda and turned around to head back to Hanover.
"I think my Dad came around a lot more than I expected." Jason admitted as he drove back down Route 16.
"I remember Big Bob from years ago when he was mayor, and he always struck me as a firm but decent person, once he understood things." Marty shrugged. "He didn't breathe fire~"
"Thank god, because my Dad flipped out when I came out." Jason laughed. "But I think me telling him that if he was going to be like that, I wasn't going to come around, really affected him."
"Yeah~ I haven't heard from my parents for a couple weeks." Marty said with a hint of regret on his voice. "I made my mind clear, and if they don't like it? Screw 'em. They can fall back on deadbeat Ryan and Miranda."
Returning back home, Jason turned onto their street, which Marty immediately recognized a car in his driveway. He squinted his green eyes through his shades to see that it was his parents SUV. "Ah, crap... Mom and Dad."
"Oh boy..." Jason grimaced.
Pulling out front, Marty hopped out to see his parents just getting out of the vehicle. His Dad a cardboard sheathed box of coffee from the donut shot, and his Mom had a box of donuts.
"Oh Martin, hello~" Karen said. "We just got here."
"I can see that Mom and Dad~"
"Marty." Came Luke as he walked up. "Marty... I want to say sorry for what I said, and how I acted the past couple of years... and...me and your Mom talked...and we had to do a lot of soul searching... and... we don't want this distance anymore. We want our son."
"Our functional son." Karen added, with emphasis on functional.
"We want a relationship with our eldest son, and work out our problems."
"Oh look!" Karen exclaimed. "I didn't know Jason had a daughter!"
"This is Megan~" Jason smiled as he walked up, holding his daughter's paw.
"Oh my god! Megan looks just like Olivia!" Karen gasped. "Oh my goodness! You pretty little girl you!"
"Hello!" Megan waved.
"Why don't we all get out of this heat, and go inside where it's cooler." Marty suggested. "Let's have some coffee and donuts, and get reacquainted."
Marty held the door open as Jason and Megan, followed by Luke and Karen, stepped inside, out of the heat. He closed the door behind him, ready to resolve his family issues once and for all.
After dropping Megan off at his parents' home, Jason and Marty drove over to Woodbury Reserve, where they were planning to meet up with friends, for a photography outing. Pulling in with the Civic, Marty and Jason hopped out with their camera gear, to wait for Cyrus, his boyfriend, and his nephew.
"I can't believe it's almost September~" Jason muttered as they watched the morning sun rise over the park.
"Time has flown."
"Yeah, when you're dealing with the damn pandemic and people's fuckery." Jason snorted. "Time flies when it's insane."
"Time waits for no man, either." Marty shook his head. He glanced around at the empty parking lot, his eyes spotting the black Charger like before, the Dober recognizing it as the vehicle that belonged to that Craig Bartelson. Marty rolled his eyes and looked away.
"Hey sexy, I gotta go take a piss. Be right back~" Marty said as he turned to walk towards the bathroom.
"I'll be waiting on Cy!" Jason nodded.
Marty walked to the bathroom and went to the urinal, where he whipped his member out and peed. Right as he expected it, he heard the bathroom door creak open. Peering over, he saw that it was Craig, with a sort of smutty smirk on his face.
"Hey sexy~" he greeted.
Marty looked at the wall, gave his dick a shake, and stuffed it back into his shorts. He flushed the urinal and turned to stare at him.
"Want some sucky-sucky?"
"What happened to 'don't ever message me again'?" Marty glared. "Basically tell me to fuck off when I see how you're doing?"
"Oh come on, don't take it personally..." Craig awkwardly laughed. He unzipped his jeans and let his member flop out as he began to stroke it.
"Get the fuck outta my way." Marty pointed.
"C'mon, lemme see your cock, man."
"No. Move."
Marty tried to walk past Craig, only to get a paw be placed on his chest, to hold him back. Marty suddenly swung and struck Craig in the face with a well placed punched with his right paw. His fingers, decorated with some biker rings, made contact. Craig was flung into the urinal, where he smacked his head against the slimy divider and landed on the disgusting uncleaned floor.
"Never talk to me again, motherfucker." Marty hissed. He turned and left. Craig shook his head and touched his bloody nose, his face looking fazed at such a hard punch. He got up and quickly ran from the bathroom, his running catching Jason's attention.
"What happened?" Jason asked as Marty returned.
"Oh that fucker didn't take a hint, so I decked him." Marty shrugged.
"Eww, don't tell me... is that Craig Bartelson?"
"Yeah! How did you know him?"
"Oh that dude sucked my dick a few months ago, and then told me to fuck off in a message. Weird." Jason recalled.
"Ha, same here. Fuck 'em."
As Craig peeled out and left, Cy and his entourage arrived in the white Sierra. They all met up and got their camera gear ready.
"How are you love birds doing?" Cy asked with his usual characteristic grin.
"Very well." Marty and Jason both smiled. "Things are better than ever."
"Well good!" Ben added. "Having a hot boyfriend is always a plus."
"Very hot." Jason smiled as he rubbed Marty's tattooed belly.
"I agree." Cy grinned. "Hey was that Craig Bartelson peeling outta here just a bit ago?"
"Yeah." Marty smiled. "I punched him."
"Good! Hate that little slimeball." Laughed Cyrus. "Suck n' run Craig. All he's good for."
"Fuck 'em." Jason laughed.
"When we're done taking photos here... why don't you guys come back over to our place for a fuck 'n lunch?" Ben suggested.
"Yeah...I like that~" Jason chuckled. "What do you say Marty?"
"I say, let's fucking do it!"
"Heh, I'll even be nice, Marty... You can put it in my butt."
"Really?" Marty smirked. "You're gonna let me breed your butt~"
"Well yeah! I only bottom for boyfriends and close friends, and I think you earned it." Chuckled Cyrus. He heard his phone ring and quickly answered it, finding that it was his brother Darryl calling him. After a few sarcastic exchanges, Cyrus held the phone to his rear and let a loud, explosive fart rip into the phone, which he then promptly hung up.
"Anyone need to use the phone?" Cy grinned.
"Eww, wipe your fucking fart particles off." Ben laughed.
"Oh boy..." Marty chuckled.
"Let's do this!" Jason exclaimed.
Beginning their trek on the trail, Marty held Jason's paw as they walked together, clutching their camera gear. They glanced at each other and smiled, as they saw Cyrus and Ben do the same thing. Marty felt so jubilant having his boyfriend, and having his family finally come around. Jason felt the same way too.
Six years ago, Marty could never have imagined on the day he came out, that he would one day have a boyfriend, a circle of gay friends, and his family accept him and his sexuality. Through the grief and sorrow, the stress and despair, Marty had come so far, later in his life. He still felt that there places to grow, and things to understand and explore. But now he had a boyfriend to help him along the way, and a circle of friends to guide him as well. Now at fifty-one, an "old fuck", he felt truly happy and free to be just himself. He didn't care what his siblings had to say; their lives were destroyed by their own ignorance and bad decisions. He had his children, he had his parents, and now, Jason, in his life.
For Marty, life had come full circle.
