I never feel them, even though I wish I could.


Compliments are bouncing off,

Compliments, unheard,

Compliments that shake our mind

and threaten our whole world.

Because we cannot see ourselves,

Because we cannot laugh,

We never hear our compliments;

We discard them like chaff.

But one day soon, we'll feel them all.

But one day soon, we'll see.

And one day soon when that day comes

we'll cry for victory.
