By modern standards Te'nali had a barbaric ship, having been passed down through their family for generations. The small two man spacecraft dated back to when the avali were conquering large portions of the galaxy. It was horribly inefficient at space travel due to its fuel source. Rather than the dark matter used in modern ships, it harnesses the energy of living creatures. Massive engines like it were a major part of why the avali were seen as a scourge of the galaxy, harvesting entire planets just for their food supply and space travel. Most space faring races were cautious of the avali to this very day, still seeing them as the ravenous horde that plagued the galaxy centuries ago.

While ships from that age were rare, you'd still see them every now and then but with a newer engine. Te'nali refused to convert his family ship however and rather enjoyed embracing his specie's heritage. Taking great pleasure in landing on some random planet and making a meal of some unfortunate lifeforms before using their very souls to travel across the stars. It did make it hard to fly to a port in an advanced civilization however as the ship drew the attention of many.

With his fuel starting to get low, the blue avali looked at his starchart to find the nearest world with life. There was only one within range, a backwater planet that was still only in its first couple centuries of early computer technology. He'd find very little entertainment there with how primitive they were. A short pit stop to grab a few snacks before flying back off into space. If he was lucky his meals might entertain him at the very least.

Cloaking his ship as he neared the planet, since the last thing he wanted to bother with was the primitive planet's military. Letting his auto pilot handle evading the large number of satellites and landing once a secluded landing spot was chosen. Landing in a park of a large city, Te'nali licked over his muzzle while he thought about the meal he was about to have. Getting up from his seat, he'd make his way down to the small living quarters to access the panel for the fuel device. Attaching it to his belt as he made his way down the ramp and into the cold night air.

There were many who wondered if the avali even had a soul since their device never had any effect on them. While other races would have their souls stolen if they were near it too long. Even plant life withered and died wherever one of the ancient ships landed, sucking the life out of the very planets they landed on. The avali were deaf to the noise but other races could hear the wailing of the souls trapped in their engines before they were broken down into pure energy.

Te'nali would at the very least wear a hood to hide his avali features to not draw too much attention to himself from afar. With any luck he'd find a few prey things to satisfy him for tonight's dinner fairly quickly. He'd quickly come across a bar, judging by how the locals were practically falling over themselves from how drunk they were coming out of it. One such individual, a fox-like creature, struggled to even stand back up after they were thrown out. That one then wandered off down the street alone, a perfect first meal for himself and fuel for his ship.

Sneaking up behind his prey, Te'nali grabbed them and pulled them into an alleyway. The fox immediately started to yell at him in whatever language he spoke, slurring every other word. Reaching for the device on his belt, he'd lift it up to the fox's face and immediately saw the effects. A pale blue light was being leached away from every inch of the creature before him, siphoned straight into the device. They'd collapse onto their knees and reach for the device as their soul reached back to them. Once the last fragments left their body the device closed and all light faded from the fox's eyes.

The body still had some sense of self but their stamina was completely sapped and their thoughts scrambled without their soul. Te'nali mostly ignored the fox as they slowly said something to him, needing to use only a single hand to bat away the fox's own while they reattached the device to their belt. They were essentially an empty husk now, hardly good for anything except as food. Unfortunately the fox was a little on the skinny side but he would be finding other meals to satisfy his hunger tonight as well.

Pulling one of several guns off their belt, firing it at the fox and watching as all of their clothes disintegrated. It was always a favorite toy of the avali's since it made getting rid of his prey's wrapper all the easier. Highly illegal of course but so was his ship outside of avali territory so the laws of other races were hardly going to stop him. Looking down, he noticed their underwear had not been disintegrated and wondered what synthetic material it was made out of. No matter, he'll just have to remove them when he gets to their hips.

Grabbing the fox, Te'nali pulled the empty husk onto their feet and licked over his muzzle as he looked over his prize. The fox did not even register that they were naked and only stared blankly towards him while muttering something. Te'nali's jaws spread wide open as he pulled the fox towards him, engulfing their entire head in one swift motion. While the body would struggle on instinct, they lacked the energy to put up much of a fight. Feeling their nose touch the back of his throat, twitching against it for a moment before he took his first swallow.

There was no bulge in the avali's throat as he took that swallow however for he had modified his body to have hammerspace properties. His insides being a lot bigger than they appeared to be. Still he could feel his throat squeeze over his prey's head, tugging it deeper. With another couple swallows quickly following the first, even as the widest part of the fox entered his throat only the smallest of bulges would appear. Te'nali's hunger was nearly limitless due to the modification and the more he binged on other races, the larger his capacity grew. Still he enjoyed making every last one disappear into his body, adding them permanently to him.

Part of him did miss feeling over the bulges his prey used to make before the modifications. Their last struggles fading away while his hand rubbed over the bulges. Before they too were smoothed out from his stomach rapidly digesting them into fuel for his body. He doubted that he could ever go back to that now though, the feeling of making entire buildings worth of people disappear under his pelt was like no other. It was always fun to see how many it took to have an actual effect on his belly as well.

Fantasizing about doing the same on this planet's while he worked on getting his prey's hips into his jaws. Only snapping back to reality once he tasted that synthetic fabric in his mouth. Stopping his consumption temporarily to reach into his muzzle and grabbing hold of the waist band. Swallowing once he had a hold of them, using it as a way to pull the underwear off of the hips. Quickly pulling them down along the slender legs before resuming his casual devourment of one of this planet's citizens.

Unfortunately it wouldn't take too much longer until those legs and tail would disappear into his jaws entirely, leaving his meal trapped in his belly. Te'nali could feel the fox slowly pushing out against his stomach's flesh and it amused him. Parting over his stomach just to taunt his meal before walking back out onto the street. His movements jostled his prey around as they struggled within his stomach, unable to crawl their way out while stomach acid soaked into them. It wouldn't be long now until his stomach processed the fox like it would any other piece of food.

Te'nali pondered how he should have his next meal, his first was enjoyable but he could go for something more entertaining. He then noticed someone walking into the park and got an idea. Following closely behind a female feline, judging based on the breasts, thin prehensile tail and pointy ears. Te'nali thought carefully about how to go about approaching her with what he had in mind. Looking up to the trees, he got an idea and quickly jumped up into one. He'd cause a lot of noise in the process, making her turn around and even look for the noise, likely expecting to see a local bird in the tree.

She must have been a bit spooked by the sudden noise as she took a couple steps back the way she came before stopping again. Te'nali meanwhile was quickly removing his pants and underwear, before dropping them on the ground near her. Initially she jumped and nearly ran but then her gaze turned towards the device on his belt and stepped towards it. Before she could reach down and touch it however, a small branch snapped causing her to stand straight and look up.

A bright light flashed towards her as he disintegrated her clothes before jumping off the branch he was on. She was so caught off guard by her sudden nakedness that she failed to process the avali falling towards her. Within moments her muzzle came in contact with Te'nali's ass, it spread apart with ease and forced her head inside his hole. The sheer force of his fall and with how quickly it all happened, she would never react in time. His ass easily went over her slender shoulders as she started falling to her knees from the sudden weight on top of her.

While her chest was easily the hardest part to get past it was no match for the force of his fall. Continuing his rapid descent down over her body as her own ass came in contact with the cold grass below. Her arms completely pinned to her sides as his ass descended over the rest of her upper body in a blink of an eye. Only coming to a stop when her hips entered his own and came in contact with the ground. To the feline it all seemed like it was in slow motion with her life practically flashing before her eyes but in reality it all took only a few seconds.

Once she caught up to reality, the feline would start to squirm inside of his ass and this only made Te'nali hard. Reaching down to his emerging shaft and starting to rub one out. Clenching his ass tightly as he stood up slightly, careful to not let her back out. Grabbing the device from his belt, bringing it near his belly to start draining her soul while he pulled the rest of her inside. Each clench making a few more inches of the feline's legs disappear and bringing him that much closer to an orgasm. Once her soul had been fully extracted, Te'nali rolled onto his side then back to avoid climaxing on the device. He'd have to clean his suit once he got back to the ship but his orgasm was worth the hassle.

While he would have liked to lay there and enjoy his post orgasm bliss, Te'nali knew he needed to get back to his ship. Unload the couple of souls he had collected along with whatever plant life he had drained along the way. Maybe he'd stick around on the planet a bit longer though and cull some of the population for more fuel and food. Could be fun to see how long he could get away without getting detected on this primitive world.

After getting his clothes back on, Te'nali made his way back to the ship and upon arriving noticed two lizards in front of it. It seemed additional food delivered itself to him while he was away. Approaching the two reptilians quietly before holding the device between them. Immediately they would fall to their knees, apparently quite weak to the effects of it. A rather sinister grin appeared on the avali's muzzle as he watched the two lizards seemingly whiter away. They must have been more spiritual creatures in nature as their bodies shrunk in size while their massive amount of soul energy was siphoned away.

He had heard of this happening in the past but never seen it with his own eyes. It was said just one creature of this type could fuel a battle cruiser for a day. Te'nali always felt that was a bit of an exaggeration but did take pleasure in knowing such a race still existed. Maybe he would stick around on this planet for a bit longer, who knows how many years he could keep his ship fueled. The only downside being these creatures were horrible as food for himself with how tiny they were becoming. Oh well they could make for good junk food at least.

It wasn't until the lizards were only a few inches tall that the device finished draining them of their souls. Te'nali grabbed them both out of their clothes as he walked aboard his ship. Putting the device back in the engine compartment to dump the energy into the engine itself to finish burning them down into fuel. He then made his way to the cockpit to send out a message notifying a few friends of his find.

His attention then turned to the two lizards in his hand and pondered what to do with something so small. The first he'd toss into his mouth, tossing it around with his tongue like it was a piece of candy. It would likely be more fun to toy with the lizard in this way if they had more life in them but it would have to do. On the bright side, the lizard did have a nice flavor so they might make excellent treats after all.

Then there was the matter of the other one. While he should just toss it in his muzzle, the avali had another idea since they were toy sized anyways. Lifting himself up off his seat slightly, Te'nali then slipped his hand along with the other lizard down the back of his pants. Placing the tiny reptile firmly between his rump before sitting back down. Wiggling his butt down into the seat as he felt the tiny creature wiggle weakly. Clenching his ass, he'd squeeze them firmly between his cheeks and bring them closer to his hole.

Over the next hour Te'nali would keep his entertained with the two lizards while he browsed his datapad. It was extremely hard for him not to swallow the one in his mouth especially while he was taking footage of it to try and prove his discovery. Meanwhile the one between his ass cheeks was getting buried deeper between them and soon had their head grinded against the hole. All it would take is Te'nali scratching at his ass a couple times to nudge the first bit of the lizard into his backside. He could hardly even tell the difference when they disappeared entirely inside of him. Te'nali kept an eye on the engine monitor throughout the process, watching as it drained the device and burned the souls into raw energy. Until it dinged, signaling the device was empty and safe to remove.

Getting up from his seat, Te'nali groped his ass to feel for the lizard only to realize that they were indeed gone. It made no difference to him but it was a bit small for him to really get much pleasure out of. Tilting his head back as he let the one in his muzzle finally slide down his throat to join the countless others that had been processed by his stomach. Before leaving the cockpit he'd have the ship take off and put itself in orbit around the planet while he slept so as to not have any disturbances.

While he couldn't hear them he was sure some locals would have heard the screaming souls even now with whatever faint scraps remained. He always wondered just how long they lasted inside the engine and how loud the screams actually were. For all he knew it could have only lasted for a few minutes or the last sliver of a soul could last for years, screaming to be freed. Either way there was no coming back from it especially with the avali devouring their bodies.

Stripping down on his way down into the ship, tossing his suit in with the other dirty ones before hoping in the shower. There he'd rub one out thinking about those that he had eaten today and would soon be a part of his superior body. Thinking about the countless others that were already trapped within his flesh. Joking internally to himself at times that he had probably devoured an entire planet's population by now.
