I headed home and rushed through the front door, slamming the door behind me. I padded downstairs and snatched up my mobile phone. No new messages. I sighed with relief, half nervous that I'd have a message. I stopped as I found the bloodied pyjama bottoms still on the bedroom floor. I padded over and crouched over them. I'd seen the Siberian feline in my mind wearing these when he'd slaughtered the authorities in that nightmare last night. I'd dreamed about him and woke up here. I'd somehow dreamed and done a little sleep walking in the process. Or had I? Had I been there when the tiger had gone about butchering that SWAT team? I shuddered at the thought. I'd seen the tiger don a leather jacket and a knife last night when he'd been running from the police. I looked across the room and for some reason focused on the wardrobe. I crossed the bedroom in three strides, and yanked open that door. I staggered back. There was the jacket, blood spattered the black material. I pulled it open and found a flash of steel. Fuck!
I slammed the wardrobe shut. What the fuck was going on! I needed to leave, I needed to get out of here, and now. I decided I'd try and contact Damian. I needed to be with someone who had nothing to do with any of what was happening around me or the ones I loved. Damian was pretty much a stranger, so that worked for me. I sent him a message saying: Hi Damian. Sorry I disappeared last night. Is there any chance I can come see you today? I'd slipped the phone back inside my jeans pocket when I heard the dull vibration of the mobile. I read the message: I'll be at the hotel. U know where it is. I was sorry to see you'd disappeared this mornin. But I 4give U x. I smiled as I slipped the phone inside my jeans and suddenly had a purpose, a destination. I texted back: I'll be there in no time x.
Within ten minutes I was back on the road, I was so focused on reaching Damian, reaching the one fur I could now be with. Everyone else in town was too close to me, and knew too much. I took several deep breaths. Mom was a corpse now. Mom was dead. Dead, thanks to him! That man deserved to be killed, but I wouldn't be the one to do it. I'd let someone else deal with him. The anger fuelled me to drive on. What did I need now? A hug. Someone to hold me. I shuddered as more tears burned and seared down my face. I turned another bend and could feel the anger and sadness thrilling through me. I found the hotel that Damian was staying in. I pulled up and locked up the Jeep in the underground car park. I had packed a bag of clothes that I could live out of for a few days.
I padded across the underground car park, and could feel the anger swell inside me. The air around me seemed to warm up, I could feel my own heartbeat growing louder and louder. I stopped dead as that heartbeat echoed. The beat echoed louder and louder. The whole world swam. I closed my eyes and breathed through the sudden rush of noise that echoed around me. I staggered backward, dropped the bag and placed a hand on the bonnet of a car. I touched a hand to my head and peered between the fingers. I glanced down at the windshield of the car before me.
The world stopped dead! That murderer, that monster from my nightmares stared back at me, dressed in the clothes I'd donned. He went wide-eyed and staggered back as I staggered back from the reflection. I looked down at my paws. Still blue-and-black striped fur. I was still me. Still Beau. Not Zackariah! No. It wasn't me, or was it? I staggered again and the world swam as I collapsed backwards and lay upon the concrete of the underground car park. It was all too much. What was happening to me? I took several deep breaths and fresh tears burned in my eyes. First the nightmares, then mom's death and dad's betrayal. Now it seemed the feline in my nightmares was closer to me than just mere imaginings. Was it a different person? An illusion of the mind?
Was Zackariah not as real as I had once thought?
I staggered to my feet and gathered my things. I staggered through the underground and found the elevator. I stepped inside, hit the right button for Damian's floor, and watched the door close behind me. I took several breaths. I could feel exhaustion build inside me. I could feel it swell and swallow me. The doors opened in a hush of noise and I stepped out. I reached room 219 and knocked. A moment later the door opened, and the world swam. I fell as a naked, grey-furred chest braced me, strong, muscular arms eased around me and held me as I shuddered. The world darkened and lightened, back and forth as consciousness danced through me. I gazed up and found Damian's careful pale-green eyes watching me. He lifted me and wrapped my legs around his waist while he cupped my ass in his hands. I rested over his shoulder and allowed the exhaustion to swallow me and darken the world round me as he carried me inside and closed the door behind me.
Warmth sheltered me like some distant dream. I shuddered and opened my eyes slowly. I was buried beneath those crimson bed sheets again, a grey-furred chest rose and fell with the sounds of sleep. I pushed aside those silken bed sheets and found I was bundled in a black hooded sweatshirt and boxer-briefs. The hooded sweatshirt wasn't mine. Damian was lying on his side, one naked arm wrapped around me while his naked form slept on. I sat there, a gentle confusion spread through me. Memories. Memories like scenes in a movie played through my mind. Mom. Lian. Nathan. Dakota. Nathaniel. Zackariah! I winced as a gentle pain stung in the back of my mind. Zackariah? I'd had dreams about him twice now and then found myself staring at him in my reflection. What was happening to me? I touched a paw to my head as the pain dulled and died.
There was movement beside me as Damian stretched and relaxed, gazing up at me, his head fur tousled from the deep sleep he'd been under and those pale-green eyes looking at me, a little dazed but wide awake. He smiled as he eased up onto his elbows. He was beautiful, and he'd cuddled me while I recovered too. He hadn't burdened either of us with a hospital rush when all I needed was sleep. I leaned down, touched a paw to his warm chest fur and kissed him, a gentle, chaste brush of flesh as we closed our eyes and lost ourselves to the bliss we'd incited in one another. He gently rolled us so that he was leaning on one elbow, leaning over me. He gazed down at me as I huddled back in that thick, hooded sweatshirt.
I touched the material and asked, "Is this yours?"
He nodded and replied, "You were cold, and I don't think a hot shower would've helped. So I figured a thick sweatshirt would have to do."
"Thank you."
"There's no need to thank me, Beau."
"Yes, yes there is. You've looked after me, and you hardly know me. You could've dropped me at a hospital and just abandoned me, but you didn't."
"Now why would I do something like that?" he asked with a gentle smile, those heavy-lidded eyes all for me and no one else.
A sob escaped me as I raised the hood and hid beneath the material. Damian touched a paw to mine and lowered the hem of the material.
He looked confused as he asked, "Beau? What's happened? You were exhausted and passed out, now your crying. Did you dad do something?"
I nodded as tears ran down my face. When would this despair leave me? I shuddered and breathed, "He killed her."
"Your dad killed someone?" he demanded with a worried expression.
"Mom, he killed m-my mother, Damian."
"Beau, Beau I'm so sorry," Damian breathed as he leaned down and touched his forehead to mine. I let the sobs escape and huddled against him while he wrapped those arms around me and held me while I cried and sobbed.
"I want him dead, Damian! He doesn't deserve to live!" I sobbed.
"Beau, you cannot wish that on him. Regardless of what he's done, you do not want his blood on your paws," Damian reassured me.
I cuddled that warm fur around me, and shuddered as the last few tears escaped me. I'd done nothing but cry since I'd seen mom's body. This is what Nathaniel had done to me.
"He'll get what's coming to him, Beau. I promise," Damian replied.
He eased back a little and looked down at me, those deep pale eyes held nothing but unspoken apologies. He eased closer and brushed his lips with mine again. He deepened the kiss, his tongue caressed over mine as I draped my arms over his shoulders. He moved closer, and used his knees to bump my legs apart so he could lie between them. His naked body pressed against mine as he kissed me, passionate and full of heat and lust. In that moment I knew what he had planned. He wanted me to forget the problems I was faced with, he wanted to take them away from me, and the best he could think was to make love. His hands slid down my sides, kneading and squeezing as he grasped my thighs and lifted my legs. His mouth slipped from mine and licked and kissed along my neck. He drew a hand from my thigh and pushed the sweatshirt up, he lowered himself and licked, and kissed along my nude chest fur.
That pale-green stare met my lavender one, as he licked and lapped across my nipples, one at a time. He savoured the taste, touching me with teeth and tongue. He suckled and drew sounds from my maw I'd never heard, noises of passion, of heat and of desire. I wanted him, I knew that much. I ran paws through his head fur and drew him up so that he was kneeling in front of me. I sat up and touched tongue and lips to his chest. Mimicking what he had done and licking downward, going lower than he had. I looked at him from inches away, that throbbing heat curved a little upward, and seemed almost painful to look at. The knot was already forming near the base. He growled, a deep, passionate sound thrumming from his chest. I lowered my mouth, closed my eyes and licked across the tip. The bitter-sweetness that flowered across my flat tongue tasted like Heaven. He moaned and threw his head back. The sand-paper-like sensations he was getting from my tongue must have been too intense, more intense than any normal oral invitation or pleasure I am sure. I gazed up at him as I slowly drew more of him into my mouth. That pained, almost desperate sound escaped him as he thrust gently into my maw. Slick, bitter-sweet essence spilled and smeared across my tongue as I worked to take as much of him in my maw as possible.
Damian was more well-endowed than I had anticipated. It was almost intimidating, and frightening, but he'd initiated this and I wouldn't break down and loose control. I wanted him. I wanted to forget what had happened.
He touched his paws to my head fur and gently thrust deeper and deeper, his speed picked up a little as I trailed paws up his stomach, kneading and squeezing the subtle fat here and there. He was all muscle, but the muscle was malleable, touchable, squeezeable. Not sturdy and hard. His tail swished behind him as he he ground himself inside my maw. He pushed too deep and I gagged, pulling off and falling back as my breathing went ragged. I smiled up at him as he grinned back and lowered his muzzle. He kissed me, tongue tasting, caressing my own as I felt him lie back down, his hands lifted my thighs, so that his raw, naked heat was probing me through the thin material of the boxer-briefs. He lowered a paw and slipped the material aside so that his endowment touched me, brushed against me, found its opening. He sank that first inch inside me, slowly, as I gasped and winced at the immediate pain that seared through me. It subsided as he licked and kissed down my neck. He buried more and more of that raw heat inside me, as the pain ebbed and was replaced with a gentle pleasure that washed over me.
When he'd sunk enough of his wolfhood inside me, his pre smearing my inner walls, he dragged himself out, the emptiness swam over me, only to be smashed aside with a sudden fullness as he plunged inside me again. He had my thighs gripped in his paws, as he thrust deeper and harder, his speed picked up, that wedge of flesh near the base of his member smashed into me over and over. My own length hardened now and ached against the material of the boxer-briefs. I shuddered, as I lowered a hand and found myself, stroking, caressing and shuddering as I touched my own barbed member. Thick liquid oozed over my paw as I gripped the bed sheets with the other paw. His heat filled me again and again, pounding me, penetrating me like a true lover should. I gazed up at those pale-green eyes, lost in the immense pleasure that was surrounding me, enveloping me.
He was lost in those deep thrusts, his eyes gazing down at me, such heat and passion burned there, while he sank deeper and deeper. I wanted him. I needed him. I cried out his name as my own paw pumped faster and faster. In seconds his thrusts became ragged, desperate motions that rocked me and the bed around us. He was so hard, pounding me, it should've been painful, but all that swallowed me with the immense pleasure. His strokes were deep and desperate. His furred testicles slapped against my backside as I shuddered and my orgasm smashed into me. I cried out his name as hot, thick seed spilled over my stomach. I gasped as he pushed once, twice, and then with a gentle pop, his knot tied me. He humped against me, his member buried as deep as it would go, and then he growled, lost in the orgasm that rocked him. He reared back and howled. Searing hot seed spilled inside me. It filled me up, and spattered the inner walls with such heat, such burning heat. It should've scorched me, marked me, but all I could feel was an immense pleasure that enveloped me.
He slumped forward, leaning heavily on his elbows, as he gazed down at me from inches away. He lowered his muzzle to my maw and kissed me, a chaste, romantic gesture after our bodies had wedded together. I shuddered, his seed inside me, eager to spill out, his member still hard and searing hot inside me. He raised one of my legs, and slipped onto his side so he could spoon me from behind. His member rotated inside me and tore gentle moans of pleasure, and whimpers of pain from me. He snuggled up behind me, and the same sensation I'd had the previous night filled me, it was like our bodies were two pieces of a jigsaw finally fastened together. I eased against those crimson, silken pillows behind me as he kissed the back of my neck and snuggled closer.
I was still so tired. So tired, and what with us being trapped like this for a while, it seemed the perfect time to rest up.
"You wanna go back to sleep?" Damian asked as he cuddled against me, his member locked inside me.
I nodded and almost blushed. "I'm sleeping alot lately."
Damian grinned and licked me, "You think I don't like the idea of being stuck here, cuddling you while you sleep? I don't mind at all. Trust me." He licked me again as the world swam and exhaustion swallowed me.
Sleep sounded good. Sleep sounded ideal... sleep sounded like another way to avoid the problems I had to face. Later. I could deal with them later. For now I had to wait for Damian to shrink and pop out of me. Sleep was good.
