I had finally managed to capture almost every Johto Pokemon, the only exceptions were the legendaries, a few baby Pokemon and Porygon2 but with time I would eventually manage to capture them in the future. But for now I had done what I needed to. At that I decided to head back home to Kanto to introduce my Pokemon to my Kanto Pokemon. I'm sure that would be eventful and a fun experience not only for them but for me as well. I wonder how my mother was coping with all those Pokemon. I knew she could handle it, she always wanted to keep herself busy. Looking after Pokemon was a perfect side hobby that she quite enjoyed.

At that I deliberated on what Pokemon I would use to fly back to Kanto, specifically to Viridian City and eventually decided to see if Noctowl was up for the long flight. "Noctowl come on out!" Noctowl appeared interested in what was next on my journey. "Noctowl, would you be able to fly me back to Kanto, Viridian City?" Noctowl was all for it and was more than happy to help his trainer out. As such Noctowl lowered himself to the ground allowing me to grab hold. Noctowl then ascended into the air and began the long flight back to Viridian. However, while I was waiting I decided to give my mother a call and let her know I was returning back to Kanto within a few hours. That should give her time to prepare.

"Rotom please call my mother." At that Rotom began the phone call and my mother picked up after a few rings. "Oh hello Leo, how have you been?" Mother sounded very interested and happy to hear my voice after the time I had been away from Kanto. "I've been great, Johto is so different from Kanto. I wanted to let you know I've finished up in Johto and I'm coming back to Kanto now." My mother was definitely happu I could hear it in her voice. "Oh, I'll prepare and let your Pokemon know. They've all been missing you, I can assure you of that." I figured they would have, but I missed them more than they probably could believe. "It won't be much longer though. I'll see you in a few hours." At that we ended the phone call when I remembered about the Upgrade I needed for Porygon.

"Noctowl, sorry to be such a pain, can you make a stop in Saffron City. There's something I need to get there." Noctowl chirped probably telling me that I wasn't a pain knowing how much he cared about me. A few hours past by as Noctowl flew pleasantly through the sky and I began wondering what was Hoenn going to be like. Lots of Pokemon I'd never seen before it would be amazing to catch them and understand them. Eventually I recognised Saffron City and Noctowl landed right outside of Silph Co conveniently. "Noctowl I won't be long, would you like to get some rest in your Pokeball or stay out here?" Noctowl pondered before deciding to stay outside and wait for his master to finish whatever he needed to do.

I nodded and entered Silph Co speaking to the receptionist. "Hello, I wanted to know if by chance you knew if there were any Upgrades here?" The receptionist entered the information on her computer and smiled to my relief. "Yes, we have some that we can give you, they are rather expensive however." I nodded knowing they would be, but I'd saved up so much money through Kanto and Johto and only spent it sparingly meaning I knew I had enough money. "Excellent, that will be 50,000 for an Upgrade." I handed her the money and accepted the Upgrade happily. "Thank you very much for your purchase, please come again soon." At that I left the building Upgrade in toe and headed over to Noctowl who seemed to have attracted some attention from some people who admired him.

"Noctowl ready to go?" Noctowl nodded and I got on and Noctowl began flying over to Viridian City and I was beginning to get really excited to see my Pokemon and my mother too. Eventually we reached Viridian City and I returned Noctowl thanking him for the long flight. Noctowl didn't seem to bothered, but I decided it was better safe than sorry and got him healed up at the Pokemon Centre. Speaking off which, it had been such a long time since I'd been in here, probably when I defeated the Viridian Gym leader. At that I left Noctowl with me and returned home, happily knocking on the door and my mum rushed on over opening the door. I noticed that a few of my smaller Pokemon, who could enter the house were inside with my mother probably patiently waiting for me to arrive.

I entered and straight away my mother began asking me about everything I'd seen through Johto. I'd mentioned how different everything was, how aesthetics were different in Violet City. How so many new Pokemon were there but I didn't mention about the whole stopping Team Rocket, that would probably frighten my mother, knowing I was fighting against fully fledged criminals. However, my Pokemon could handle themselves against such criminals. I then spoke off how I'd briefly met three of the legendary Pokemon of Johto and showed her the photos of these legends. Entei, Raikou and Suicune, sure had my mothers attention as she took in their regal and powerful appearance too.

After having some food the excitement was reaching its peak, "perhaps I can show you and my Pokemon from Kanto, the Pokemon I've caught in Johto." My mum was all for it and rushed outside with me in toe. As soon as I stepped outside, I was bombarded by Blastoise, Charizard and Venusaur who happily embraced me. The others were watching closely waiting for a chance to get close and they would soon enough. "Everyone I'd like you to meet the Pokemon I've caught in Johto." At that all my Johto Pokemon appeared and looked around seeing more Pokemon than they probably expected to see. The starter Pokemon took the imitative and introduced themselves to one another.

Venusaur spoke with Meganium and the two seemed to get along like two peas in a pod. They just clicked together which was wonderful to see, it probably helped that they both had vines as well and used them in a form of communication. Next was Typhlosion who approached Charizard and the two stared each other done, with power shining in their eyes. They both knew that the other was powerful and automatically declared themselves to be rivals. I just hoped they wouldn't cause lots of destruction with their battles, that would make my mother unhappy. Finally there was Blastoise my very first Pokemon who approached Feraligatr, the two as I thought made fast friends. It seemed they had gained somewhat of a mutual respect and understanding for each other. Seeing all of them get along with each other encouraged the others to get involved. It wasn't that they were shy, they just didn't know where to start with so many new friends to get to know.

I remembered that I had an Upgrade and approached Porygon through the excited Pokemon. "Porygon, I have something you might like." Porygon floated on over curious, I think most of my Pokemon knew what was about to happen. "This here is for you, its an Upgrade." Porygon happily accepted the gift and began evolving. "Porygon2 has been registered to your Pokedex. Porygon2 the Virtual Pokemon a Normal Type. With planetary development software installed, it became capable of working in space." Porygon2 happily hovered around me happy at evolving and then everyone resumed their conversations.

Furret and Raticate were an unexpected pair but associated themselves together based on their typing and attitude with personality pitched in too. Furret and Raticate both began to chase each other around the garden which was lovely to see. Noctowl had begun to fly in the sky with Pidgeot and Fearow in toe. They seemed to be having a sky race which sounded like lots of fun. Ledian and Ariados both as expected got along brilliantly with Butterfree and Beedrill. Though perhaps Beedrill was more confident than they had thought for a Bug Type. Still they all began chatting amongst themselves learning about each other and where they came from. Lanturn in the pool enjoyed the garden very much and began chatting with the lake Pokemon I owned from Kanto and now Johto.

My new Pikachu approached Raichu and the two definitely got along swimmingly with each other. Pikachu and Raichu both communicated with one another not through a language I'd understand, but by using their electricity. My own mothers Pikachy joined in with their conversation and I left them to their devices. Togetic was a little shy since he was younger than most of the Pokemon but Kangaskhan seemed to take a shine to the flying Pokemon and engaged in a chat with him much to Togetic's happiness too. Xatu and Alakazam hovered together as I predicted, both knew much about their trainer, especially Xatu because of his ability to see his trainers past and future too. Ampharos was a cheerful Pokemon and straight away joined in with Raichu and Pikachu, but also enjoyed the company of Magneton and Electrode too. Azumarill was also getting along with Kingler not something I had anticipated but still great to see.

Sudowoodo walked around the garden getting to know everything and everyone as he went, he didn't enjoy the company of one specific Pokemon, instead he chatted to everyone he could. Politoed and Poliwrath were from the same evolutionary line and as I had hoped Politoed tried to help Poliwrath settle down, relax from time to time. Poliwrath did at first seem to find Politoed's persistence annoying but eventually he accepted his friend with open arms. Jumpluff was also getting used to the breeze from Kanto, it was different than he was used to from Johto, but with time I'm sure he'd get to understand it better. Ambipom danced from tree to tree he enjoyed the garden more than I expected and got along brilliantly with some of the more prankster Pokemon, specifically being Gengar. Sunflora, Vileplume and Bellossom had taken to having some time absorbing sunlight as a way of relaxing.

Yanmega was fast and was difficult for some of the Pokemon to keep up with, but he found a new rival. when he came across Jolteon who immediately declared Yanmega to be his racing rival. Yanmega seemed to enjoy the rivalry and it would keep him entertained that's for sure. Quagsire settled down by the beach. where the lake met the grassland and he enjoyed the sensation, much like back in Johto. Still he made a good friend with Poliwrath and Politoed and acted as a mediator when things escalated between the two. Honchkrow and Mismagius set about finding someone who could help them with pranks and as such they headed on over to Gengar and Ambipom that would need to be kept a watchful eye on to ensure they didn't cause too much trouble.

Slowking found Slowbro and the two had a slower conversation, but that was how they were and they didn't seem to mind so neither did I. Unown I had concerns on whether he would be lonely without others of his species, since Unown seemed to always be found together. But he seemed to get well acquainted with Alakazam and Hypno thanks to his unique psychic abilities. The same went for Wobbuffet to. Girafarig enjoyed prancing around the garden and found good company with Tauros who also did what Girafarig would do. They occasionally chased each other around which was cute to see. Forretress liked living on the ground, sometimes buried in holes but he and Dugtrio, with Sandslash got along together underground.

Dunsparce actually joined them too, he was still a little shy, but his friends would help him grow out of his shell, I was sure of that. Gliscor enjoyed flying around the sky and since he relied on the breeze just like Jumpluff, he was beginning to learn and understand the wind patterns of Kanto. Good thing my other Flying Types were there to lend a helping hand. Granbull began sniffing around the garden getting used to the new smells and people all around but he seemed to be getting well acquainted with everyone. Qwilfish had been exploring the rather large lake, that was ever expanding with each new Pokemon I caught. Shuckle and Heracross both found themselves getting along with Scizor and Pinsir. Heracross occasionally challenged the others two battles, which they accepted. Sneasel was a sneaky Pokemon and as I expected found himself attracted to Gengar but also spoke warmly with Umbreon a fellow Dark Type. I'd have to remind myself, to see whether Umbreon could keep a watchful eye on Sneasel and the other Ghost Pokemon and ensure they didn't cause any trouble for the other Pokemon.

Ursaring was getting along well with Snorlax, since both had healthy appetites, though Snorlax did eat far more than Ursaring did. Magcargo got along with Magmar, Ninetales and Arcanine who were surprised at just how hot Magcargo was. Mamoswine was much larger than most Pokemon but he found himself enjoying the company of fellow Ice Type Lapras. Octillery too enjoyed the lake and spoke with Dewgong from time to time. Delibird was making good friends with everyone, handing out berries to introduce himself. Mantine and Vaporeon began chatting with each other as they raced through the lake speeding like blurs. Skarmory may not have been a fast Pokemon, but he found himself enjoying the company of fellow Steel Pokemon Steelix and Magneton. Houndoom was acting like a watchdog he knew the Pokemon were trustworthy but wanted to ensure that they obeyed the alphas commands. The alpha being me that's what Houndoom believed.

Kingdra was supposed to, according to the Pokedex have a fierce rivalry with Dragonite but maybe because they were under my ownership they didn't want to fight and cause mass destruction. Though they did get along with each other better than you'd expect. Donphan and Golem rolled around the garden together speeding through at incredible speeds, they always watched where they were going though. Porygon2 was incredibly happy that he evolved and continually hovered around me I think he was trying to think of a way to express his thanks but I knew he was happy and so I was happy to. Stantler, was a reserved Pokemon, perhaps that's why he got along with Blissey, the two seemed to talk good naturedly with one another as they explored the garden together.

Hitmontop approached Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan and the three immediately began to spar with one another, it was obvious with our training together, Hitmontop was impressing Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan. Not that they were surprised since their master had trained them too. My second Jynx had been getting along predictably with my first Jynx and they obviously were getting along well together. Miltank and Tauros too were good friends, probably because off how in some regions, they were paired together in farms for their unique abilities. Finally there was Tyranitar who approached Steelix based on his size, the two were practically both gentle giants and definitely spent good time together.

I was especially curious as to how my red Gyarados would get along with my original Gyarados and I watched with slight anticipation and saw how both Gyarados seemed to study one another. The other Pokemon also observed making sure nothing happened. Eventually both Gyarados seemed to smile at one another before they swam around the lake together chatting about their trainer and how kind he was.

At that I noticed I still had a few hours on sunlight and decided that just like I had before with the Kanto Pokemon before I left for Johto, I was going to spend a one on one session with each and every Pokemon and make sure they were in tip top condition. I enjoyed these sessions and I hoped the Johto Pokemon would as well. I knew that the Kanto Pokemon were also in good condition when I gave them a good check over too. First I called over Meganium who bounded over curious when he saw I had a brush. I explained that I was going to be taking care of them just as they had been taking care of me these past few months.

I brushed Meganium over and ensure his coat was in good condition which it seemed to be, his petals were also absorbing sunlight properly so he looked absolutely lovely. I gave him a few head pats which he absolutely enjoyed as well. Next up was Typhlosion who ran over to me on four legs before standing on two. I got my brush and began brushing down Typhlosion's back as he sighed enjoying the lovely feeling of his beloved trainer giving him such thorough attention. Typhlosion thanked me once the session was finished. Feraligatr ambled on over next and I grabbed some lotion and rubbed it into Feraligatr improving his condition even more than it already was. Feraligatr was more than happy with the attention. Furret enjoyed a lovely brushing session huddled into my lap and I enjoyed the time just as much as he did.

Noctowl was next and I checked over his feathers ensuring that they were healthy and clean and gave him a brush as well. Noctowl thanked me before flying back over to Pidgeot. Next up was Ledian and I couldn't really brush him but he didn't seem all that bothered still I gave him a pet and he seemed to love it. Ariados scuttled on over and clambered on over me. I ignored the string that covered me and gave Ariados the same treat that I gave Ledian. I approached Lanturn in the lake who swam on over to me, I grabbed some lotion and rubbed it on Lanturn and he seemed to love the sensation on his skin. He happily swam away once I was finished and the next Pokemon took his place.

My Pikachu ran forward jumping onto my shoulder before I gently grabbed him and deposited him below me where I began brushing him softly avoiding his Electric cheeks which could shock me if I wasn't careful. Togetic was more than happy to receive a grooming session, since it was from someone he considered a father figure. Someone who was truly kind and loving too. Xatu was already aware this was would happen, I ensured his wings were in healthy condition before grooming his body making sure he was comfy throughout the entire session.

Ampharos was next and approached happily nuzzling me with his cheek, he lowered himself down allowing me to brush his fur. Ampharos nuzzled me throughout the session happily. Azumarill wondered on over and I grabbed some lotion and applied it to Azumarill as he sat down relaxing enjoying the session thoroughly. At the end he headed into the water to relax further. Sudowoodo was next and walked on over and spotted some polish that I had in hand. Sudowoodo rushed on over and allowed me to apply to polish to his rocky body giving him an elegant shine. Politoed headed away from Poliwrath and enjoyed the lotion he received. I think Politoed tried to get Poliwrath to come on over but Poliwrath refused, not wanting to trouble his trainer.

Jumpluff delicately descended from the sky and landed happily in my lap. I checked Jumpluff's cotton spores to make sure they were healthy and clean. Jumpluff received a gentle brushing before floating away happily. Ambipom landed from a nearby tree watching Jumpluff fly away, I gently touched Ambipom's tails knowing they were sensitive and began making sure they were in pristine condition. Sunflora enjoyed the sunshine off Kanto, especially since today was a especially warm one. I ensured that Sunflora's petals were healthy and in good condition as well. Yanmega darted toward me, his wings created a lovely and powerful breeze as he stopped before me. I thoroughly checked Yanmega's wings as they needed to be in good condition and they were.

Quagsire ambled on over to me happily observing me as I grabbed the lotion and began applying it over his body. Qusgire seemed to thoroughly enjoy the session as he sat down really getting into it. Honchkrow was next as he flew downward to me, he cockily eyed me and allowed me to begin brushing his feathers. I made sure that his hat on his head was clean and looked impressive and it did. Slowking knew his turn was next and began helping me apply notion by using his psychic abilities to save me time. I tried to tell him that this was his day of relaxation not work but Slowking smiled hushing me.

Mismagius, was much the same as Honchkrow and I began making sure his hat like appendage was looking as stylish as ever. Mismagius remained tangible allowing me to brush his body thankfully not trying to scare me. Unown teleported to me and it didn't take long to ensure Unown was looking spick and spam simply because of his very small body compared to the other Pokemon. Still he enjoyed the attention nonetheless. Wobbuffet was very patient while I brushed him, ensuring that his tail especially was in good condition. I remembered how the Pokedex, mentioned that Wobbuffet keep their tails hidden. However, with me, Wobbuffet trusted me not to do anything that would be uncomfortable.

Girafarig was happy to see me, when he approached nuzzling me cutely, with his second head even demanding a petting session too. I brushed Girafarig's body and he immediately relaxed allowing me to brush all over his body. Forretress rapidly spun toward me and I grabbed the polish that would make his steel shell shine brightly making him the envy of other Forretress all over. Dunsparce surprised when he appeared out of the ground staring up at me cutely. I gently got him on my lap and began brushing Dunsparce, giving him a clean, even though he would dig underground after the session.

Gliscor swooped down from a nearby branch, startling me slightly before I chuckled at his apologetic face. He didn't mean to startle me and was really sorry. After that, I brushed his body and polished it. I checked his tail as that needed to be healthy for him to cling to branches. Granbull approached and eagerly snuggled up to me as I brushed his fur. Granbull was a Pokemon that loved receiving attention from me, especially if it involved cleaning and bonding. I approached Qwilfish in the lake and he swam up to see me. I inspected his spines ensuring they were healthy and began gently and carefully applying some healthy lotion careful not too get poisoned. Qwilfish watched closely ready to get help if I indeed got poisoned.

Shuckle was next and I first began polishing his shell using lotion as well to make the shell shine with lustre. Shuckle seemed very happy with his shells new appearance and went to compare with Forretress. Heracross was up next and the first thing I did was ensure his precious horn was in good condition. Once that was confirmed I got his horn clean and shiny before petting the rest of his body. Sneasel, snuck on over and tapped me grabbing the brush next to me. I was surprised at his eagerness but obliged and began brushing the smug Sneasel as he watched the others. Ursaring ambled on over and I stepped up to begin brushing his fur. Ursaring tried persuading me that I was much too big but I wasn't having it. Ursaring smiled before lifting me up and allowing me to reach where I couldn't before.

Magcargo was slightly disappointed as I couldn't give him a direct one on one session, instead I took some time to speak with him and show him that even if I couldn't be with him the same way as everyone else that didn't mean I didn't enjoy his company. Besides I could still pat his shell for the briefest of moments and that seemed to make Magcargo much happier. Mamoswine, was big like Ursaring, so Mamoswine knelt down and allowed me to climb onboard where I began brushing his entire back which felt lovely to Mamoswine. I also made sure his powerful, large tusks were still looking healthy and strong which they were. Corsola was near the lake when I approached and he happily jumped up to me where I caught him and began polishing him making him look lovely.

Octillery ambled on over slowly and Corsola showed off his lovely new look and Octillery was eager for his turn. I applied some lotion and directly applied it all over his body. Once done, Octillery wrapped me up in his very strong hug giving Arbok and Steelix a run for their money. Eventually he released me and I headed on over to Delibird who patiently awaited his session. Delibird offered me a Sitrus Berry but I declined offering him instead a brushing which he accepted. Delibird's feathers were looking perfect once finished. Mantine swam through the lake toward me and I headed on in not too deep. Mantine allowed me to apply some lotion on and make his body shine beautifully potentially making him the envy of water Pokemon everywhere.

Skarmory descended down when I shouted for him and landed right in front of me. Skarmory greeted me warmly and I began polishing his steel body, careful to avoid damaging his lovely yet sharp feathers. Houndoom was next to approach and sat patiently throughout the grooming session. His eyes were sharp as he observed everyone, he was almost acting as a beta to an alpha in a pack which I guess made sense as he considered me an alpha. Donphan rolled on over and I began brushing him down and cleaning his tusks checking them over and making sure they were healthy and strong too.

Porygon2 new body was different to the touch but he enjoyed his session just like he had before. Stantler loved my brushing and even sighed pleasantly while he enjoyed the brushing. Smeargle approached me observing as I got my brush ready and he happily accepted the grooming session. I thought he might be picking up pointers from me and copying them. Hitmontop was next and had been working with Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan so he was already working up a sweat. I grabbed a cloth and cleaned him up before offering him a massage to help his body relax. Hitmontop blushed trying to give me a break but I just went on with it and Hitmontop was very happy after the session. He re-joined Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan and spoke of how loving their trainer was.

My second Jynx had been spending a great deal of time together with my first Jynx and so I quickly gave her a brush over making sure she was happy and she returned to her conversation with Jynx. Miltank had been with Tauros and I brushed her down making sure her fur was healthy. When finished Miltank returned to Tauros happily. Finally there was Tyranitar who approached me, as with Ursaring and Mamoswine, Tyranitar gently picked me up and allowed me to polish over his entire body and the process was tiring but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

With some Pokemon that had recently evolved from Kanto I had given them a check up two and made sure there new bodies were healthy after the evolution and that they were doing well. Steelix was quick to embrace me with a powerful hug and Scizor embraced me too carefully with his pincers. Kingdra showed me how quickly he could swim around the lake and Blissey showed off her new and improved healing powers when she helped heal the Fighting Types when their training may have gone too far. I also approached the red Gyarados and gave him a polishing much to his happiness and that had been the ending of that.

I yawned in exhaustion at the work and realised it was getting late and decided to head on over to bed. I was offered some assistance from my Pokemon and when I said I was fine they huffed before speaking to one another. It was decided that Feraligatr would carry Leo to bed so he wouldn't accidentally injure himself since he was so exhausted. I tried to walk away but Feraligatr caught me and carried me upstairs huffing when he saw that Leo had already fallen asleep in his arms. Feraligatr smiled observing how adorable his trainer was before gently depositing him on his bed before covering him with blankets. At that Feraligatr and the other Pokemon headed off to sleep happy to know their trainer was doing well.
