#73 of Quickies

A hare never felt at home around his own kind and once he was in college found he was more comfortable around predators. Though his fascination with them may be partly due to his desire to choose who ends up eating him in the future rather than just getting grabbed off the street one day.

Also first appearance of my otter in quite some time, still need to actually redesign them but have been lazy. Figured if I'm going to use an otter I might as well bring him back.

Full story and not just the preview this time since I'm late as is and the month is about to rollover. That being said if you like my stories and can help out even just a tiny bit it would still be appreciated even if it is just a couple dollars on kofi or joining the patreon for a month then canceling after the payment. Links for those https://www.patreon.com/ookitsu https://ko-fi.com/ookitsu I want to get back in the grove of getting commissions done but have been struggling a bit lately in terms of focusing on anything. I'll likely try and open for a short and simple 2-3k word commission soon. Can even come hang out when I play things over on twitch. https://www.twitch.tv/ookitsu

Thanks for reading regardless and appreciate any support you guys give even if it is just a favorite or sharing the story.

For most prey creatures it was common to be told from a young age to always be cautious of the predators around them. At any time a fox that you might assume to be your friend could give in to their desire to eat you at a moment's notice. This mostly led to the two groups staying as separated as possible with the prey being unable to see the predators as anything but monsters. With most prey always traveling in large herds down the street for their own safety.

Well most were like that at least, Sam on the other hand just found himself fascinated by the idea. The hare often stared at his predator classmates sitting on the right side of the class, fascinated by them. Deep down he knew he should be scared out of his mind and keep his distance but he was drawn to them. Most predators he had met just felt so alive, free from the fear of being eaten, they were free to just live their lives. Unlike the prey he grew up around who lived in a constant state of fear of never reaching the next day.

Word had spread fast through the other prey when he started college as they were quick to catch onto his fascination of predators. He'd hear them call him things like dead meat behind his back and keep him out of the herds in fear of him bringing ruin to them all. Friends from high school even begged him to stop and apologize so that he could be safe but after he refused even his former friends acted like he didn't exist. It hurt in a way to be exiled from his peers but he didn't mind since he was having more fun with the predators.

Part of him knew that eventually he might get eaten but he'd rather prefer for that to happen on his own terms. Rather than fear the day that it happened the hare would welcome it with open arms as he became part of his chosen pred. Though he wasn't even sure if that would happen with what he had learned of the predators after hanging around them so much. While they weren't as close knit as prey, they still had strong bonds and would fight for their friends. A random drunk tiger tried to eat him once only for his pred friends to fight them off. Sam liked to pretend that they were just being territorial over their food though since that idea flustered him.

After a while Sam wondered just how much he and the rest of prey in general misjudged predators. Not once did they try and get him to invite other hares to join him at one of the parties even after half a year had passed. Outside of a couple drunks, he didn't even really have any try to eat him. Maybe they were fully sated by the seafood they ate and their primal desire for land animals was rare. Still he knew it happened frequently enough with friends and family talking about someone going missing.

He often wondered if they knew he had a thing for predators or if they were oblivious to his actions. Sam had a hard time focusing when a fox in his predator friend group spoke. Often finding himself staring into their jaws as they spoke, wondering what it would feel like to have the muzzle around his body. That tongue lapping at his body while those teeth gently gnawed on his small body. His face pressed up against the back of their throat before swallowing him down to become one with that fox forever.

Thinking about it made him realize that he should probably fall for a snake since the thought of being bitten into and torn apart ruined it for him a bit. He'd much rather be swallowed whole and while he knew a snake could, he had a hard time imagining most species being up to the task. Though that did give him an idea but he wasn't sure how to go about asking nor what the answers would be. The thought alone was making him a bit hard and only made his daydreams about feeling one of his friends throats around him all the stronger. Something was truly wrong with him, there was no reason for him to be so aroused by the idea and yet he was.

Eventually a day would come where he could ask his friends the question that had been on his mind. They had invited him to join them for dinner at a seafood restaurant. Admittedly Sam wasn't even sure if they served food to herbivores there but maybe they had celery or something in the kitchen that they could give him. More importantly however there was one thing he knew about the restaurant. The fish were kept alive in tanks until it came time to prepare them which meant he might get an answer to his question.

Around four o'clock he got a message to meet them outside of his apartment. Honestly he would have moved in with them but it was hard to find a place that allowed prey to live with preds. Well that and it might be difficult seeing as he lived in a smaller apartment to accommodate his size. Even the smallest of the predators he surrounded himself with were twice his height. With the otter being almost exactly double his height and the tiger being somewhere between three to four times.

The backseat door opened to the car revealing the fox, beckoning him to hop in. Sam always worried about someone calling the cops whenever he got in their car. Last time someone did, they got held up by several cop cars and questioned until he was forced to go home alone via cab for his own safety. No, now wasn't the time for such thoughts, tonight was supposed to be fun. He just needed to force those thoughts to the back of his mind and not worry about it happening. Regardless he still looked around to make sure no one was watching before climbing into the large car.

Forced to sit between the fox and otter, smothered a little as a result since there wasn't that much room to begin with. Could be worse though if the fox had his way since the vulpine always wanted to sit in the front but the wolf and tiger always claimed it. Honestly they needed something bigger in general since they never had enough leg room and it was a bit cramped for everyone but the wolf. Though no one could really argue with him having his seat all the way back while driving. At least the otter was the shortest of the preds in the car to sit behind him, so it wasn't too bad. The fox and tiger meanwhile always fought about how far back the passenger seat was.

Once those two had settled their arguing, Sam finally built up the courage to speak up and ask his question. "So have you guys ever like swallowed a fish whole like a snake might?" Sam immediately felt embarrassed upon asking, it was such an awkward thing to ask and random. What would they even think of him asking such a thing? He was prey himself, he shouldn't be asking things like that to predators. Things were silent for a few seconds and Sam felt like curling up to hide himself. Oh no, he actually did make things awkward, possibly for the whole night.

That's when the otter nicknamed Swift finally responded to break the silence, "I have but only small ones."

He then saw the wolf Fenris visibly shiver before saying, "The thought of feeling something moving around inside of me makes me feel queasy to be honest."

"I don't know, I ate a rat and it didn't feel too bad," Robin the fox replied very casually.

The car then came to an abrupt stop as Fenris turned around and looked back at Robin. "Dude, you can't say that kind of shit around Sam."

"What Sam knows we're not going to eat him." Sam then felt the fox's paw grasp his shoulder. "Ain't that right, Sam? Plus the rat had it coming, he was a debt collector and wouldn't stop harassing people."

"Robin, I swear I'm going to..."

Fenris was then cut off as Sam spoke up. "Honestly, fair and I don't blame him."

"I give up, I don't even know what to say or think anymore."Fenris then hit his head against the steering wheel.

"Wait, why did we stop? What's going on?" Carlos the tiger asked while pulling out his earphones, completely oblivious to everything that had happened.

"Don't worry about..."

Fenris was interrupted once more, this time by Swift. "Oh Sam asked if we have ever swallowed fish whole then Robin admitted to eating a rat."

"Oh yeah, I think you dared me to before Swift, it tickled a little feeling them flop around in..."

Now it was Fenris's turn to do the interrupting as he stopped Carlos. "No more. I'm just going to drive to the restaurant and we'll enjoy our nicely cooked meals. Apparently I'm the odd one in this group since even the hare is curious about that stuff."

There was silence in the vehicle once Fenris started to drive once more, with no one really wanting to upset the wolf further. Robin tried to be sneaky about it however as the fox leaned down to whisper in Sam's long ears. Telling the hare every little detail about how the eat squirmed in his jaws, the taste of their fur and slurping that tail down as he sent the rat down to his belly. With how much Sam was getting flustered, it only pushed the fox to further tease him about how the rat squirmed inside of his belly.

Swift wasn't far behind, whispering into the other ear about just how easy it was to swallow fish. The flopping squirms of the sea life only sealed their room as their own efforts to escape only made the slip deeper down the otter's throat. From there he could feel them get forced to curl up into a ball or well as much as a fish can anyway. The otter even grabbed Sam's paw and placed it against the small amount of purge on the otter's middle to feel just where they ended up.

Their fun soon came to an end however once Robin noticed Fenris's ear flicking, clearly agitated. Lightly bapping the back of Swift's head in order to make him notice as well. Not that the otter would completely stop, keeping hold of Sam's paw and letting the hare feel his belly even as it growled hungrily. Sam's flustered wiggles only encouraged the otter to continue his efforts to tease the hare.

By the time they reached the restaurant Sam was a completely flustered wreck and tried his best to hide his arousal. Luckily his shirt was a few sizes too big so it wasn't that difficult while standing up at least. The real problem was the wolf's nose since he knew they were strong. Fenris would likely try to ignore it for the time being but it might ruin things in the future. Hopefully he'd try to forget about it so that Sam could come with the group to things again.

Several heads would turn their way when the waitress walked them to their seats. Sam was the only prey in the entire building so it wasn't a surprise that he'd draw some attention. They were seated next to one of the fish tanks near the back of the restaurant. His eyes were drawn to the tank, surprised by just how big some of them were. The biggest of them was just over half his size and after their conversation earlier he wondered if any of them could swallow it whole.

Looking at the menu, Sam was curious to see what was even on it. He honestly expected to only see fish related items but there were basic salads. After thinking about it for a second he guessed it made sense since not all preds were strictly carnivores. When the waitress came back Sam was the first to speak up. "I'll have a salad, no fish just in case there is any and I'll just have water to drink."

Fenris was the next to order his food. "I'll have a large special and whatever cherry soda brand you guys have."

While Fenris ordered and had his attention on the waitress, Sam noticed Swift elbowing the tiger's side. "Oh hey Fenris it seems I left my wallet in the car. Can you go grab it while we finish ordering?" Carlos asked, getting an annoyed groan out of Fenris as he got up and walked out. Once the wolf was out of ear shot, the three remaining preds gave each other an acknowledging nod. "Might be a bit of an odd request but the three of us would like the three largest fish you have, whole and uncooked straight out of the tank."

She gave them a questioning look and remained silent for a few seconds before asking, "Is this some kind of joke?"

"We are completely serious and we promise to not make a mess," Swift quickly replied.

"Give me a minute." The waitress sighed as she walked into the kitchen. Less than a minute later she'd walk back out, rubbing over the side of her muzzle. "Fine, the manager will allow it if you pay extra for the fish."

Swift as usual was quick to respond. "We'll do it and I'll take a glass of water." Followed by Robin getting a root beer and Carlos getting lemonade. "Oh right, I should text Fenris and tell him we found the wallet."

Fenris looked a bit annoyed about having to go out to the car for nothing, his expression only worsened upon noticing Swift and Robin grinning. Sam was going to have to make sure to apologize to Fenris later. He did feel like most of the responsibility for how tonight was going laid mostly on his shoulders. Since if he had said nothing earlier this would have gone like any other night and the wolf would be happier about things.

The waitress brought out Sam and Fenris's food first, heading back into the kitchen to grab the rest. Fenris waited for everyone else to get their food before he ate, meanwhile Sam quickly went to work on his since he knew what was coming. Almost immediately he'd notice the wolf narrowing his eyes at him, Fenris definitely knew something was up based on how everyone was acting. Upon seeing the waitress come back out with a bucket containing several fish, Sam noticed Fenris's muzzle twitch. The wolf was clearly having a hard time not baring his fangs at everyone at the table. Maybe he should wait a day to try and apologize to the wolf, though that might only make things worse.

Watching as Fenris practically buried his head in his food to try and ignore what was happening while Swift picked up a fish. He really did feel bad about it but also was kind of glad to see how things were turning out. Sam was eager to see that fish disappear down the otter's throat. Imagining it was him that the otter had grabbed and lifted above those jaws. Thinking about that squishy pink tongue roll out of the muzzle, feeling it lick against his face before pulling his head into those greedy jaws. Completely forgetting to even swallow the food he had in his own muzzle as he watched eagerly.

The fish was putting up quite the struggle both because it was out of the water and it had a predator grabbing hold of it. Part of Sam worried if Swift would be able to swallow such a large fish safely seeing as it was about a fourth of the otter's size and half of his own. Though if Swift was able to swallow it with ease, Sam wondered how well the ott would handle him. Blocking out all the noise around him as he put all of his focus on Swift.

Watching carefully as Swift got the fish's head in his muzzle with ease then partially turned towards Sam. Giving the hare a good look at the underside of his muzzle as he looked straight up to line the fish up with his throat. Hearing that first swallow pull the fish down into his throat and seeing his neck bulge out. Sam grew even more worried after seeing the bulge but couldn't look away. Those worries quickly faded with each swallow, the large fish stretching his muzzle and neck further until he reached the fish's middle. At that point Sam could see the bugle in Swift's neck wiggle as the otter let the fish go. Letting the fish's own squirms and his swallows handle the rest as he got closer to finishing his meal.

Sam meanwhile was stuffing more of his salad into his muzzle, slowly chewing on it while his eyes remained glued to what was happening. Though he quickly forgot to chew on his salad while he watched that tail fin get closer to those jaws by the second. Swift's jaws were mostly closed around the fish, the lips of his muzzle barely touching the fish as he slurps it down. When only the tail fin remained, he watched Swift look back down and straight in Sam's eyes as he took the last swallow. Gulping himself as he watched the fish completely disappear inside of the otter with ease. Unfortunately he choked on his salad a bit from his lack of chewing and coughed a little before quickly chewing and swallowing once more.

They all looked at Sam a bit concerned if he was okay or not as he coughed a few more times even after swallowing his mouthful of salad. Sam raises his paw to signal he was okay before grabbing his drink to help get the rest down. Doing his best to not look at Swift while he did so to avoid gagging on his water. Once he finished drinking however he looked back at the otter and noticed the bulge moving under his shirt. Trying to stay as calm as possible even as he imagined that bulge was him and Swift being so happy to have him as a meal.

"New personal record, your turn Carlos," Swift said while patting his belly. "Also don't forget to chew your salad Sam, don't try what we're doing." The otter then grabbed his water as he chugged the whole glass down.

Reaching in to grab the biggest of the two fish remaining, Sam watched as the much larger tiger pushed the fish's head into their muzzle. It was definitely not as big of a feat for him to accomplish compared to the otter's even if his fish was slightly bigger. Regardless Sam couldn't help but to imagine those large tiger paws handling his own body with ease if the feline were to eat him. Unlike Swift, Carlos was able to prevent most of the fish's struggles with his grip on it alone.

After the first swallow, Sam would notice there wasn't as much of a bulge in the tiger's throat. Which wasn't too surprising considering his size but after seeing the bulge in Swift's throat, Sam imagined that's what he'd look like in Carlos's. That image was far too strong in his mind and made him wiggle in his seat at the thought of it. He also wondered what it felt like to have that rough tongue slurping over his fur as he slid along it into the tiger's gullet.

In the corner of his eye Sam could have sworn he saw Fenris act like he wasn't looking up at what was happening and licking his muzzle. Was he seeing things or was Fenris actually into what was happening but acting like he was above it all. He'd have to keep an eye on the wolf since if that is the case Fenris might be someone who'd eat him later given the right push.

With only a few more gulps, Carlos was able to get most of the fish down. Once only the tail fin remained, Sam looked down at the belly to watch it swell in size from the fish. He missed when it happened with Swift and he really didn't want to miss it this time. That final swallow came and he watched as the tiger's belly started to round out ever so slightly. It didn't really round out all that much but he wasn't too surprised given the feline's size. Still the small amount that it did was wonderful and he could only imagine how compact he'd be in there under that muscular stomach. He then downed his lemonade in a few gulps and belched almost immediately after. When he did, he saw that belly compact even further which only made the hare squirm more in his seat.

Lastly there was the fox, he had quite the sly grin on his muzzle as he looked at Sam. While he had been so focused on watching the other two eat the fish, Robin was observing Sam's reaction to every little swallow. Sitting right next to the fox made it easy for him to scoot a little closer to place Sam's paw on his belly. Even with the first in the way he could feel the hungry rumbling coming from the vulpine's belly, eager to have its meal.

Robin wanted to make sure his devouring of the fish was different to set it apart from the others. Leaning his head down to whisper in Sam's ear, he'd say, "Before my last swallow, I want you to push the last of it in so that you can be the reason the fish's fate is sealed. Plus you'll have a good view for when it does." The fox was going to be the end of him one way or another and he was all for it.

Grabbing the last fish, Sam watched carefully as Robin brought it up to his muzzle. Unlike the other two however, Robin ate it backwards with the tail fin going in first. When the time came, Sam knew he'd have to push the fish's face down into the muzzle and watch it vanish down the throat. His paw clenched, gripping into the fox's shirt as he thought about that image only it being his face instead of a fish. Watching the world around him vanish as those ivory teeth fill his vision before snapping shut and swallowing him down into the throat.

The bulge was closer to what it was like for Swift but that was to be expected with Robin only being slightly bigger than the otter. His focus on the fox was broken for just a moment as he heard Carlos giggling from the fish's squirms, it seemed he really was ticklish even on the inside. Sam then felt Robin's paw turn his head back towards the fox as he swallowed past the mid section of the fish. While his head turned however he did notice Fenris was watching more intently than before now that he thought the hare wouldn't see.

A few gulps later and only the head of the fish remained outside of Robin's jaws. The fox turned to him and opened his muzzle, giving Sam a very up close look inside as the fish tried to squirm free. Sam was surprised when he hesitated to reach up into those jaws despite thinking about it so much in the past. Glancing over he could see Fenris almost looked like he was about ready to get up as if Robin would try something in public.

Turning his attention back to the fox's jaws, he pushed on the slimy fish's head. Feeling it squirm against his paws, knowing it wanted to escape and live. He knew it wouldn't survive though even if he pulled it out it would only be cooked later. Pushing much further than he originally intended as he pushed his paws deep into that muzzle to send the fish down that throat. When the final swallow came he watched the fish vanish down that throat and the jaws close around his arms. Robin's tongue slurping his paws clean of the fish's oil before pulling back and slurping them free.

Never had he been so close to being eaten himself and it wasn't a feeling he'd soon forget. He could still feel the warmth of Robin's jaws around his forearms and paws as well as how squishy and wet the tongue was. While he was still trying to process the feeling, Robin grabbed one of his paws and placed it against their belly. Feeling the fish squirm around, trapped with no hope of escape and knowing that soon they'd be nothing but fox fat.

His concentration on the fox's belly only breaking once Swift's snapping brought him back to reality. "Hey Sam, dry off your paws and finish your salad so we can get out of here." Sam could only nod in response as he reached for some napkins to dry himself off as much as possible. Having a hard time not thinking about how his three friends ate those fish in front of him and wondering how Fenris would have done. Not even noticing when the waitress came by and took everyone else's dishes until his were all that remained. Quickly finishing afterwards so that they could leave so as to not hold everyone else up.

The ride home was just as challenging for the flustered hare with Robin and Swift both having him rub their bellies in order to feel the squirming come to a stop and the bulges slowly melt away. That fate both excited and terrified him and he wasn't sure which one was the strongest out of the two. Either way he was rock hard and his pants were becoming extremely uncomfortable as a result.

He wanted to go home with them but he knew he'd only get them in trouble if he got caught being over there. So when he reached his place he felt really sad having to part with them until he next saw them at college or hung out somewhere. Climbing over Swift on the way out of the car, the otter was a brat and smushed him up against that pudgy gut before letting him get out of the car. After all the goodbyes were done he'd smell his paws and noticed the fox's scent lingered on them.

Rushing into his apartment, Sam would quickly strip down as he flopped into bed. He lived alone since none of the other prey wanted to associate with him due to his friendships with his pred pack. So at least there wasn't a worry about having to wear clothes in his apartment or behave around anyone. The quiet did bother him greatly at times however and is why he wished he could move in with the guys.

Bringing a paw down to his shaft, he'd start to stroke up and down along it while he brought the other up to his nose. The scent of the fox's jaws only further riled him up as he thought back to how they swallowed those fish. Wishing he could have been in any of their positions and sent down into their bellies to forever become a part of them. With how flustered and hard he had been that night it wouldn't take him long to get off at all. Feeling his seed splatter across his belly fur with a couple strands hitting his muzzle.

He was a bit disappointed with how quickly he got off but the whole situation just had him so worked up. Licking over his muzzle to get some of the seed off of it while he continued to play with himself even after he got off. His arousal was quickly going down but he still felt so horny after all that had happened. Sam wondered if his friends would distance themselves if they knew just how turned on he was by their actions though part of him felt like they for sure knew.

After he gave up on his mission to get off a second time, Same would reach for his phone to message Fenris. At the very least he should probably apologize about what happened tonight just in case. He wasn't entirely sure what to say though so kept it short and simple. "Hey, sorry about tonight, I hope this doesn't cause problems between us. You guys are amazing and I didn't mean to cause issues."

It would be a few minutes before he got a reply from Fenris. "It's fine, just"

"Just?"

"Just I, we care a lot about you and don't want to think about you in that way. I know you might just say you were just curious about the fish but I know how you were looking at it. You're a precious friend and would hate to lose you. Honestly thought you were just faking trying to be our friend but I have grown to really cherish your friendship. Even with the teasing the others did, I know even they would be sad to see you go. I already feel ashamed that I thought about it for even a second and licked over my muzzle."

Sam wasn't really sure how to respond, he always knew that they cared but guess he never really let it sink in just how much. Part of him always felt like that natural barrier that had existed since well life on the planet began would just always be in the way of a true friendship. "Sorry, I guess I never really thought about how it might affect you guys. I'd never really want to hurt any of you like that. I dunno it's hard to explain my thoughts going into this from how I grew up."

"We can talk about it more in person if that would help. I need to get to sleep though, so have a good night Sam."

"Night Fenris, don't let Carlos keep you awake with his snoring." Sam was still conflicted about his feelings. While he was happy that they or well at least Fenris felt that way about him, he would still rather end up as food to them than some random guy on the street. Who knows though maybe he could live a full and happy life without that fear with these guys around. Either way he hopes they'd still indulge him a little since this fetish definitely isn't going away.

His phone then went off once more only to see an image of Swift's maw and another of his belly. Just like that he was horny again and could feel his face burning with how flustered he was. Feeling himself get harder the more he looked at the images. Only making his emotions and thoughts even more jumbled than they were a second ago. "Damn you, you sexy otter."
