Transparency and Respect

Dawn was breaking when Joseph finally stirred from his slumber. Light filled the large bedroom, making him huff out in displeasure from the illumination before blinking his eyes open slowly.

Karen grinned and shifted to climb atop the fox, straddling him and looking down with a smile. "I'm sorry, Joseph, should I not expect you to call me yours?"

The rabbit showed an amused grin, that cocky little look she used to give him returning to her face, the one she would use whenever she caught him staring at work. "I'm yours my fox... and you're mine now."

Karen smiled sadly at the fox and shook her head, "It's not childish, I know what you mean... but time will tell, you know?"

Joseph moved in to push his muzzle to her own, kissing her gently. The rabbit sighed against his lips and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling close and eagerly returning the kiss, tilting her head so their muzzles could part to deepen the action.

Several moments of kissing followed before he pulled from Karen's mouth and sighed gently, "Shall we get cleaned up and find our mates?"

Joseph felt his cheeks heat up as he looked at his wife and gave an awkward grin. "Ah... you heard that huh?"

"My wife isn't the quietest one, so yes we did... both times." Isaac smiled at the fox and rabbit before taking a sip of his coffee.

"How long have you two been up now?" Karen asked while breaking from the fox to go hunt down her own cup of coffee.

"A few hours now. I woke up crazy early and Isaac kept me company," Ivory purred the words cheerfully, wiggling her bare paws in the wolf's lap. The dog grinned and rested a handpaw on her knee gently in response.

"Heh... I'm sure he kept you good company then, eh?" Joseph growled teasingly before giving chase after Karen to find coffee.

The four of them settled down on the large sofa sectional, all of them drinking coffee and a peaceful silence settled between them for a while.

Joseph was the only hockey fan in the room so he occasionally would take note of the game, but by and far mostly focused on the others.

"So... quite a night, huh?" Isaac finally broke the silence, setting his mostly empty mug down on the table before resting both paws gently on Ivory's knees.

"Y-yeah... it was, huh?" Karen smiled over the rim of her mug while looking at Ivory and then Joseph before settling her gaze on her husband.

"Well, I thought it was fun, I for one have no regrets!" The cat huffed the words with a smile and took another sip of her own coffee.

"Neither do I. I love you guys and I'm happy we got to finally act on our feelings." Joseph spoke out while blushing under his cheek-fue and looking at the trio before him.

"We sure are throwing that word around a lot though, huh? I mean, its only been one night." Isaac prodded the topic while quirking an ear.

"Sure... a night, but... a year and a half now of really knowing each other as we built up to it, and that's just us, Isaac." The fox spoke over his cup before taking a slow pull from it and continuing, "I and the girls have known each other even longer, I like to think this isn't some flight of fancy."

"Well, I never claimed it was..." Isaac folded his ears and looked towards Karen.

Karen thought about it for a moment. "I mean, I knew Ivory a few years before you even came into the picture, Joe. Truth be told, had she shown enough interest in more than the occasional drunk, one-nighters with me. It might have just been her and I exclusively."

Ivory purred cheerfully. "Glad I've got insurance if you dog's blow it with us. Me and Karen will just ride off into the sunset together."

"I suppose I'm overthinking things, I just worry about all of us," Isaac huffed and frowned.

"It's okay honey, you worry because you care about all of us. You don't want anyone to be hurt." Karen shifted and leaned against the wolf's shoulder with a smile.

Joseph flicked his ears up, seeing the cat resting her footpaws in the other dog's lap and the bunny leaning on him. Suddenly feeling a bit like the loner of the group.

Ivory clued in on him right away and casually stood as she gave a lazy stretch before sauntering over to the fox. She took a seat right in his lap, leaning into Joseph's chest with a purr.

He grinned and rested a palm in her lap while she nuzzled under his chin affectionately, clearly smelling Isaac all over her. "So where do we go from here?" Joseph finally asked the room.

"Do we need a destination? I say we just let it play out and see what the future holds for all of us." Karen gave a shrug before pulling from Isaac and collecting his empty mug before moving back into the kitchen with it.

"I can't argue with that, but I do think we should establish some ground rules going forward," Isaac spoke out while shifting his gaze over to the fox and cat.

"Like what?" Ivory asks curiously, her brown and white ears flicked up.

"Uh..." The wolf rubbed his jaw in thought. "How about, no neglecting our primary partners for one. It's new and exciting to swap around and such, but I don't want my rabbit feeling neglected, nor do I want her neglecting me."

Karen returned and sat right down in the wolf's lap, straddling him as she faced him with a grin, handing him a refilled mug of coffee. "Silly... you know you're my dog and I love you, I'm not gonna neglect you."

Ivory perked up at the rabbit's words. "That brings up a good point, let's talk about this possession thing." All three of them settled their gaze on her and she huffed before hopping off Joseph's lap to point at him. "This is my fox."

"Y-yes, I know Ivory, sorry about that..." Isaac sighed and looked apologetic as his ears folded.

"Also that's my wolf." Ivory pointed at Isaac with a grin.

Karen perked her own ears up at that and huffed out, "Excuse me?"

"That rabbit is mine too!" Ivory grinned as she pointed at Karen, the other girl looked embarrassed before glancing aside with a fidget.

"So... what's there to discuss?" Joseph asks curiously.

Ivory gave a smug hum as she shrugged before snatching her own mug and trotting towards the kitchen. "Nothing, just wanted to let it be known you all belong to me."

The three of them looked upon each other and Isaac snorted out, "W-well... I mean it doesn't bother me. I find the possessive thing kind of fun."

Joseph grinned and folded his arms."That right? So I can say Karen is mine?"

Isaac shrugged his shoulders. "Why not? I own you fox, so it just reinforces my possession of her."

Karen looked between the two dogs and tapped Isaac on the nose. "That right? Maybe I own the two of you but I won't let you claim me, ever think of that?"

Isaac and Joseph both looked at the rabbit with a grin. "Say's the one that started this by asking Ivory to claim her last night?" Isaac hummed out while patting the bunny's rear.

Karen blushed and looked away with a scoff, "So, maybe I find it hot... whatever, claim me all you want you possessive damn dogs..."

"Ah, the lovely family-friendly conversations we have in this house," Joseph mused the words while finishing his coffee and looking up at the TV for a few moments.

Ivory returned after washing up the mugs and settled down next to Joseph on the couch. "I dunno about you guys, but coffee isn't the most nourishing thing. I'm starving, especially after all the sex."

Karen sighed out and nodded, "Yeah, you dogs are crazy... I didn't realize how hungry I was until you mentioned it now."

"Should we go out and grab something for breakfast?" Joseph asked, moving his gaze back to the group.

Isaac nodded at the idea. "We could do that, or if you've got the supplies I could cook something for us if yo-"

"Yes!" Both Ivory and Joseph barked out at the same time excitedly. Their tails practically thrashing about in a wag.

"W-wha? O-okay?" The wolf flinched back from the ravenous look of the cat and fox with an awkward grin on his muzzle.

"Dude! You have no idea..." Joseph groaned out.

"Yeah, it's eating out and quick fix stuff from the mini-fridge the whole time. We ate nothing but sandwiches for like two weeks straight, once!" Ivory hissed. "I don't think I've had a home-cooked meal in a season or more!"

"Y-yeah, I keep us eating healthy on the bus where I can, but it's still limited to what can be put in a mini-fridge and we can't cook anything." Joseph nodded at his wife in agreement as he spoke.

"So what would you like?" Isaac prodded them curiously.

"Anything!" Joseph snapped back excitedly.

"I... Can you make me eggs and pancakes?" Ivory blushed as she made the request.

Isaac grinned and spoke out proudly, "For my cat? I would be happy to!" The wolf quickly moved into the kitchen to get to work.

Karen smiled at the two of them before chiming in, "You two are so strong now..."

"What do you mean?" Joseph asks curiously.

The rabbit shrugged. "There was a time when you were such a timid little dog, Joe." Karen then looks to Ivory. "And you and I... Well, we had our vices and issues we hid behind."

Ivory nodded solemnly at the words. "We were... very different girls back then. These dogs have really changed us, for the better." She smiled at her husband next to her.

Karen looked back at her husband in the kitchen and smiled, "They have..."

Ivory perked her ears and hopped up from the sofa, moving over to Karen. She held her paw out with a grin. "Let's go for a walk, just us girls. I can show you around the property for a few minutes while Isaac is cooking."

The rabbit grinned and took both of the cat's paws before rising up from the sofa and flicking her small mocha tail excitedly. "O-okay, what about Joe?"

He smiled and shook his head before responding, "You two go have some time together, I will go try to help Isaac in the kitchen."

"Try not to get in his way hun, I don't want my pancakes burned!" Ivory called out playfully to the fox while dragging the rabbit along by the handpaw.

"Yeah, yeah!" The fox snorted and trotted into the kitchen as the girls stepped through the large glass doors towards the patio area with the pool and garden.

Joseph walked up to Isaac and huffed out before looking away awkwardly, "Uh... anything I can do to help?"

The larger dog gave a toothy grin and reached behind the fox smacking him heavily on the butt, eliciting a yip before the fox glowered at him. "Can you crack eggs without getting shells all in the bowl?"

Joseph grumbled and rubs his backside before moving to the refrigerator and taking out some eggs after searching for them for a moment. He brought them to the counter then took down a bowl. "Do you cook a lot for Karen?"

"We trade off cooking sometimes but most of the time we do it together." Isaac nodded to himself as he spoke the words while measuring flour into a large mixing bowl.

"That's great, I'm decent at finding my way around in the kitchen but Ivory..." The fox hissed as he thought about it. "Well she tries..."

The wolf let out a laugh and huffed hotly while beginning to whisk the ingredients together to make the batter for the pancakes. "She seems to make up for it in other departments..."

"What's that supposed to mean?" The fox quirked an ear and grinned as he cracked eggs into the bowl.

"It means I've wanted to play with your cat's tits for years, they are as wonderful and amazing as I had hoped." The wolf hummed, cutting his eyes to Joseph to see his reaction.

"So how do we do this then?" Joseph asked curiously, folding his arms.

"Think you can, fox?" Isaac proded back while plating a pancake and pouring some more batter into the pan.

"I think you're underestimating me!" The younger dog snarled the words and flicked his tail up, wagging it.

"I'm really not. No need to get defensive." Isaac huffed the words at him in a calming tone.

"I'm not defensive, but I'm not some little twink for you to be alpha on either!" Joseph clenched his paw and growled the words.

Isaac remained quiet for a moment, finishing the current pancake before turning the heat off the eye. He turned to face the other dog full-on before perking his ears and growling, "Joseph, have I ever treated you like some lesser pack mate?"

"N-no..." He clenched his teeth, looking awkward now that the wolf was giving him full attention.

"When you came to me for advice and asked me to help with Ivory a year or so ago, did I question you or try to boss you around?" The wolf snapped the words, heat showing in his voice now.

"Y-you didn't... I'm sor-"

"Have I ever tried to push my will on you!?" Again the wolf snarled the words angrily and the fox shook his head rapidly.

"N-no you didn't, I'm sorry okay?!" Joseph spat the words out ad he looked back up at the wolf, seeing the icy cold glare in his eyes and feeling his heart sink.

"Stupid damn fox! I look at you as an equal, not someone to boss around! I don't want to be an alpha to any of you except if it suits us in bed!" Isaac growled and reached out grabbing Joseph by the collar to pull him forward.

Joseph barked out in panic as the larger stronger dog jerked him forward and pushed his nose to his. "I-Isaac..."

"I like you, stupid... So stop thinking so much, stop worrying about who's the boss between us, we both know it's the girls. They are the alphas and lead us around like puppies!" He snarled the words and drooped his ears while staring into Joseph's eyes, the color reminding him of his lost loves.

Joseph huffed out and shivered before he pressed his paws to Isaac's chest and gripped his own collar gently. "T-this is the part where you kiss me, ya know?"

"I was getting to it damn it!" The wolf snarled the words before pushing his muzzle to the foxes, forcing his tongue forward. The fox returned the kiss eagerly, his own tongue meeting the larger dog's as their heads tilted to kiss more intently, each of them flicking and teasing one another's while they embraced.

Joseph growled against the bigger dog's maw and moved his paws into his hair, fondling the large crimson ears. Isaac snarled possessively and released the fox's collar to reach around and grab both cheeks of his rear, his paws pulling him forward against his chest.

A soft gasp escaped Joseph's throat as he broke the kiss, feeling his body pushed up against the older dog's, their chests pressed together. The younger dog hissed out as the wolf went in for his throat and snapped down on it, starting to suckle and nip him as he had done to Isaac's wife last night.

"Ngh! S-so much for not being all dominant!" Joseph panted out, feeling his flesh sting as Isaac marked him through his thin fur, suckling upon his throat intently.

Isaac parted his lips with a huff and kneaded the younger fox's rear while admiring the small bruise of possession left behind through the fur. "Huff... I told you before, it's not a bossing you around thing. You can be dominant any time you want, right now I'm marking you as mine, fox."

Joseph bit his lower lip, feeling his whole body warm at the words of the bigger dog, "Yours huh?" The younger dog growled playfully as he returned the favor, moving in and snapping down on Isaac's throat to mark him. He tasted feral and Joseph couldn't help but wag his tail excitedly while he nipped with his teeth.

"Hgn... marking me all up, what would my wife say?" Isaac sighed out, moving a paw to course through the fox's long brown and copper hair.

"She would say, where are my damn pancakes!" Karen snapped out the words with a playful grin.

Both the dogs jerked up with barks to see the rabbit and cat standing there, each of them looking amused by the situation. Joseph grunted and looked at the small bruise he left behind before stepping out of Isaac's grip. The wolf grinned and turned back to the eye of the stove. "Such a bossy rabbit." The wolf hummed playfully.

"Uhuh..." Karen moved over to Isaac and kissed his cheek softly, "Thank you for cooking, honey. Even if you are heating the fox up instead of the pan."

Ivory moved over to Joseph while purring and leaned in to kiss his muzzle, tasting the wolf on him. "Having fun without me, hun?"

He grinned and slid a paw over Ivory's rear, patting it gently before pulling her possessively against him. "Ha... was just keeping our new wolf company."

"New?" Isaac asks curiously while pouring some batter.

"Well, this whole thing only officially happened last night, yeah?" Karen chimed in to add to the conversation. "Unless you were fooling around with them without me." The bunny gave the wolf a playful glare.

"How would I do that exactly? We are together all the time, Angel." Isaac sat another pan on the other eye, getting it heating for the eggs.

"I'm teasing you, stop being so defensive, my dog." The rabbit pouted while speaking the words before the wolf grinned and petted her ears.

"I was just playing around, now who's being too defensive?" Isaac growled the words lovingly.

Ivory pulled from Joseph and thought for a moment before asking, "Do you think jealousy will be an issue?"

"I'm sure it will from time to time, yes." Isaac nodded as he began working on the eggs. "We aren't perfect, I'm sure it will come up."

"How will we even handle that situation when it comes up?" Joseph asked curiously, a little worry in his voice. "I don't want to upset any of you..."

"Couples argue and don't see eye to eye all the time. I figure it's like anything else, we just find a balance." Karen shrugged as she put her own opinion forth.

"I agree. As long as we are open and transparent about our feelings, it should minimize those sorts of issues." Isaac nodded to his wife while stirring the eggs and turning to flip the fresh pancake.

"I sure hope so, the idea of fighting with any of you makes me feel sick to my stomach." Ivory frowned as she spoke and flicked her tail in worry.

"Me and you used to argue all the time at the coffee shop," Karen spoke with a smile to Ivory.

"That was different, you weren't my girlfriend!" Ivory huffed the words with a blush.

"A-am I?" Karen blinked as she processed the words.

"With all the 'love' words being thrown around, it certainly doesn't feel like a swinger thing, if you ask me." Isaac nodded as he plated a fresh pancake before shoveling some hot eggs onto the plate next to it. The wolf grinned and presented the fresh plate of food to the cat.

Ivory's ears perked up excitedly as she took the plate eagerly, "Ha... forget being my new boyfriend, you can marry me if you cook for me every day!" The cat purred happily and trotted out of the kitchen to the table with her food, tail flicking about rapidly.

Joseph grinned and then blushed before looking at Karen and then Isaac, "I hadn't thought about it honestly. It stands to reason if we are all 'dating'." The fox air quoted the word with his paws before moving to get more eggs cracked.

"And just like that, I've got a wife, a girlfriend, and a boyfriend? Wow, my life got complicated very fast!" The wolf barked the words playfully while starting on another pancake.

"I guess all of our lives did..." Karen contemplated the words with a worried look on her face. "Do you think I'm being selfish, Isaac? Do you feel you're not enough for me?"

The wolf flinched at the words and looked back at the rabbit with a huff, "You're all I need, but wanting more isn't a bad thing, yeah? Isn't this something we both wanted?"

Karen bit her lower lip and nodded slowly. "Y-yes, I just don't want you to ever think you're not good enough for me."

"Karen, we all know you two are crazy for one another and I and Ivory aren't going to try to usurp that." Joseph chimed in with a smile.

Isaac plated a fresh pancake and more hot eggs before passing the plate to his wife. "I promise to tell you if I feel neglected, you do the same... Now go eat with your girlfriend." The wolf grinned as he spoke the words to his rabbit.

Karen blushed and nodded before moving to the table. Isaac growled proudly and took one of the other pancakes he already made and put it back in the pan to reheat it.

"Glad you trust us," Joseph spoke quietly to the wolf so the girls wouldn't hear him.

Isaac perked his ears. "I do, do you trust me and Karen?"

"Don't be dumb, of course, we do. I and Ivory have talked about this a lot over the last year." Joseph brought the next batch of beaten eggs to the pan and poured them in.

"Then we will just have to wait and see. You let me know if I ever do something that rubs your fur the wrong way, okay man?" Isaac stirred the eggs and flipped the pancake while speaking.

"S-sure... I hope you will too..." The fox nodded as he brushed his padded-fingertips over the bruise on his own throat.

Isaac smiled and wagged his tail. "That includes in bed you know..."

"Y-yeah?" The fox blushed as he felt his stomach growl while the wolf plated the pancake and finished cooking the eggs.

"Yes. We are entering uncharted waters. Gotta tell me if I do something you don't like, and I will do the same." The wolf nodded as he plated the pancake and eggs before handing it off to the fox and grinning. "Now go eat with the girls, I will be there in a second."

Joseph smiled and shook his head before taking the plate and setting it on the counter. "I will hang around until you're done."

Isaac showed his teeth a wide grin as he heated up the other pancake. "Challenging me for the title of gentledog of the group?"

Joseph huffed playfully, "We can't both be? Anyway just shut up and cook, I'm hungry."

Isaac grinned and finished heating the food before plating it up and moving with Joseph to the dining table. They sat down to see the girls waiting on them, having not touched their own food as well. Isaac rolled his eyes and snorted, "Damn, I can't win with any of you guys."

"So Karen and I have to get some work done today." Isaac spoke to the table while collecting the used plates from everyone.

"That's fine, we need to run errands anyway." Ivory followed the wolf into the kitchen to wash the plates with him.

Karen and Joseph sat at the table together in silence before the fox gave her a smile. "Ah... I will miss you."

She gave him a grin and shook her head. "I will miss you too my fox, but life calls. It's not like it will be a season or more like last time."

He nodded, then his voice slipped into a more business-like tone, "Karen, I know you and Isaac need to work on your own stuff, but I would like to set you up with some vocal lessons."

The rabbit flicked her large ears up in response. "Oh? Isn't it still about a month before she will begin recording?"

"It is, but that is precisely why I want to get this going all the sooner. It can take months of focused training to get someone up to performance caliber, but I think given your natural ability, we can make do with a few weeks of heavily focused training. Once the recording process starts we won't have the luxury of letting you get warmed up." Joseph pulled out his cell phone as he spoke, looking through his calendar.

"O-oh, that makes sense... Are you sure I can do this, Joe?" Karen blushed and looked away nervously.

"As a backup singer? I have no doubt, I've heard you sing. As a partner in a duet? Well, that's going to depend on how the lessons go." The fox huffed while sorting through things on his phone. "I can get you in contact with the girl that helped Ivory get trained up, you will just need to make time for it between your current gigs."

Isaac walked out of the kitchen and moved over behind Karen, resting his paws on her shoulders. "We can make time, angel. Just let me know."

Karen smiled up at her husband while blushing, "Thank you, I'm sorry to be troublesome about it."

The larger dog grinned, showing his large sharp canines before moving in to kiss the rabbit gently on the side of her jaw. The fox looked at them, then back to his phone, taking a few more moments to sort through it before setting it down. "I'm thinking four times a week."

"Four? How long will these lessons take?" Isaac prodded him curiously.

"Hmm... at first, maybe half an hour, once she gets going we could see upwards to two hours or more per lesson," Joseph spoke calmly, registering the look of shock on his two partner's faces.

"That is... a lot of time..." Karen huffed the words looking worried at the prospect.

"That's not so bad, my bunny." Ivory purred the words while walking back to the table to join the conversation. "When the label signed me it was six days a week twice a day."

"Holy hell... no wonder we didn't see you guys much once the ball got rolling!" Isaac's surprise was evident in his voice.

Ivory gave a shrug before moving over to settle against Joseph's, sitting gently in lover and manager's lap. "The record company wanted me touring ASAP, hell they wanted me in the studio right after this tour ended, but I demanded a month off to see you guys and cool off."

Karen fidgeted in her chair, obviously nervous at the whole prospect. Joseph lifted his ears and spoke out gently, "Karen, this was just an idea, you don't have to do it if you think it's not for you. You guys are welcome to just tag along and enjoy the ride."

The rabbit shook her head in response before looking stubbornly in the fox's eyes. "I want to do it, I want to... I love the idea of doing something like that with Ivory."

The cat grinned proudly and purred out in a haughty tone, "Of course, I'm eager to sing with my rabbit as well."

"That's going to make things tricky with finishing up our current jobs and commitments, that's quite a time investment." Isaac mused the words out loud while rubbing his chin in thought.

"You got that much on your plate?" Joseph asked curiously.

"Well, we've got two bounties still at large and four private contracts. The contracts will be easy enough to deal with, mostly just some snooping on cheating spouses and some missing items." The wolf folded his arms in thought. "One of the bounties has other teams swarming all over it so I didn't really care to pursue it, the other is a good lead though, and a decent payday. I hate to let it go, might look bad on Keys too since they specifically asked for me and Karen..."

"Couldn't we just make that our priority then? You're talking about the guy with the assault and battery charge that's held up a few hours away, yeah?" Karen chimed in.

"That's the one, he's about six hours off, laying out in a small travelodge. He's been off for a while now, even taken a job out there." The wolf shrugged. "Not a lot of heat on him, so I hate to let him go, but we could. Key's would live or send another team."

"Is it just a matter of not wanting to do it alone? You used to do this for a living before you and Karen, right?" The fox spoke up, curious about the situation.

"I did not, actually. I only ever did the private eye thing. It wasn't until a certain... incident, with me and Karen, that we got into the bonding trade." Isaac nodded as he answered.

"Well, if you just want someone to have your back, why not let me tag along while the girls work on the training side of things? We owe keys and if helps them as well, I'm happy to do it." The fox growled the words with a toothy grin.

Isaac and Karen both trade a look before looking at Joseph. Karen spoke up first, "You sure about that? I mean I'm not opposed, I certainly wouldn't want Isaac to go alone, but it's not exactly a safe perp we are going after either. This guy has a history of violence, we expected it to be a hostile apprehension."

Joseph gave a grin and shrugged. "I know how to throw down, but more than that it let's me protect my new boyfriend!"

Isaac felt his face heat up and huffed out with a growl, "I don't need your protection, ya know?"

Karen grinned at the two of them. "It's better to go with a partner though, you never know."

"Sure, but he's not even bonded and it would take weeks to get that set up." The wolf fired back before looking at Joseph, "B-besides... I don't really want to put you in a dangerous situation."

"So don't bond me, I mean unless that's your kink." The fox growled the words playfully then shrugged. "All seriousness though, I would just be along to watch your back and keep you company, I wouldn't actually participate in the arrest or ask for compensation. I think it sounds exciting as hell."

Karen shrugged. "It's that or we stall my training for a few days, it wouldn't be the end of the world one way or another, and it's your call, honey."

Isaac grew silent as he thought for a few moments, then looked between the three of them. "I suppose it would give me and Joe time to talk and bond on the road... I've still got so many concerns and questions about this relationship."

"Talk and bond" Ivory parroted the words back while air quoting with her fingers. "You're gonna have to air the car out when they get back Karen, it's gonna smell like dog sex."

The rabbit grinned in response. "It already smells like wolf and rabbit sex. I think me and Isaac do it more in that car than we do in our own bed."

Joseph gave a wide grin as the wolf felt his face heat up at the line of conversation. "So it's settled, me and Isaac go on an adventure while you girls hang out and work on lessons."

"I suppose that's the way it is," Isaac huffed and looked to Karen then to Ivory. "Well, when can you set up lessons, Joe?"

"I've already got it arranged, you're going to be seeing her tomorrow morning at around nine. Make sure to get a good night's sleep, you'll need it." The fox flipped through some screens on his phone as he spoke once more, "I will be sending you a schedule for this week for the following days as well."

"Y-you didn't waste any time, Joseph..." Karen blushed as she spoke, nerves evident in her voice once more.

Ivory slid over to the rabbit and purred into her large mocha ears, "It's okay Karen, I will be with you every step of the way..."

"O-okay, thanks," Karen said awkwardly before leaning into the cat who quickly held her close.

"Speaking of training, what are you wanting me to do to help you?" Isaac spokle up, standing from the table and rolling his shoulders.

"Hmm... let's save that conversation for the car ride. We've got at least half a day of driving ahead of us, we can go over the details on the way." Joseph hummed then raised a finger, "Hey... you wanna take my car? It's not as spacious as yours but it's got a lot more power and it's fun to drive."

Isaac crosses his arms in thought. "Yeah... that sounds fun, I can just move over a few things from my car we will need."

"Cool, when are we going to do this?" Joseph spoke out, the eagerness in his voice showing.

"Well, how about we leave this afternoon?" Isaac grinned at the fox as he continued, "We could get there by evening, get a hotel, then do the bust tomorrow morning. It will have us back here by tomorrow afternoon so the girls don't miss us too much."

The fox felt his cheeks darken at the mention of a room together. "Ah... y-yeah, I suppose that's a good point."

Both of the girls grinned at the fox and how nervous he looked. Ivory then pulled from Karen and spoke up, "Joseph. If you and Isaac are going to be leaving this afternoon, we really should get those errands done soon."

The fox perked his ears and nodded. "R-right!"

Ivory purred and brushed a finger down Karen's back while she stood over her, "Will you stay the night with me again while the boys are gone? I would hate for you to get lonesome, my rabbit."

Karen flicked her large ears up and then looked up at the cat, showing her teeth in a wide grin. "Sure, will you let me use that hot tub of yours?"

The cat perked her brown and white ears as she leaned in huffing hotly into the rabbit's ears, "Only if you're in it with me and we're without clothes."

Joseph blinked at the display and wagged his tail. "M-maybe we should wait on the drive..."

"Too late for that now, Casanova! The girls and the hot tub aren't going anywhere." Isaac spoke with a grin and looked over at the two of them who were now cuddling and nuzzling one another eagerly. "T-though I understand your feelings all too well..."

Both of the girls grinned at their husbands before pulling away from one another to go collect their respective dogs.

"Cmon my wolf, we've still got a little work to do before you leave in a few hours," Karen cooed the words gently, tugging Isaac by the wrist.

"Likewise, we've got things to do before you head out, my fox," Ivory purred as she took Joseph's paw with a grin.

The four of them gathered their things, then Ivory and Joseph saw their two new partners off before heading out themselves.
