"There!" A voice shouted, as a Liepard dashed down a Mystery Dungeon's corridor, panting loudly.

"I'm not surrendering to either of you." The thief hissed out angrily, his claws freeing from their sheathes in his paws. The Ninetales frowned a little bit, and glanced to Copper the Luxray. "I guess he is stupid." The electric-type chuckled, his own claws unsheathing as sparks jumped from his fur, and he crouched down. "So, are we gonna kick his ass, Darren?"

"Of course." Darren the Ninetales responded, fire licking at his lips as he too crouched forward. Kaden gave a low growl, reaching into his bag. "So you think." He says.

Once his paw pulled from his bag, there were two items. An Orb, and a Seed. He threw the orb towards the duo, before going to consume the seed. "There!" The Luxray shouted, leaping towards a spot that he thought the thief was at, lightning leaping from his fangs as he chomps at thin air.

A chuckle came from the thief, making Darren's ear flick, just before a smoking black arch came flying towards him, a Night Slash clearly sent by the Liepard. He threw his tails in front of himself, their surface hardening in another Iron Tail as he used his tails like a shield. "You almost got me! Good job! Your Ninetales friend doesn't have your vision, and you can't paralyze me. So, just give up. I've got another Totter Orb, if you two still want to fight."

In the middle of his smug statement, Darren and Copper had both noticed that the Liepard's paws had begun to appear, and said Feline apparently hadn't noticed yet. "Just go home, tell them I escaped. The Luxray gave a slightly confused 'Hmm?', and the Ninetales looked at him. The Liepard began to awaken, as Darren still smirked at him. "We're not gonna turn him in." He informed his partner, as to which Copper asked "Why?".

"He's escaped every prison or jail they've kept him in. Think about it. He's just going to escape again." He explained, the Electric type nodding in understanding. Copper scratched his head for a second, thinking to himself, before nodding in agreement. "But what can we do? He won't join our team, you know that." The Fire-type chuckled, shaking his head as he looked briefly down the to Liepard.

"No, he wouldn't. And he won't be part of our team. He'll be our team's property." The Liepard's eyes widened as he glanced at the Ninetales, who was close to his face, a smug look still on his muzzle.
