"Taking the ones from a couple of nights ago?" I asked. "Ya, I'm just filling out the labels." I look at the label on Sandra's jug. Name: Sandra Gowon. Species: Yun'ta. The milk in the jug was just under the 13-liter mark. Then Nika pulled out a book out of one of the cabinet drawers. "What's that?" I asked. "Our milk diary, we write down when we got milked, how much, and how good the milk is," Nika spoke and wrote the dates down and put the book in her bag.

"We get the precise quantity and quality at the store." Nika proclaimed. "Thow somethings off." "Why is that?" I asked. "Sandra and I produce around 3 to 4 liters of milk every day, sometimes 5 if we're feeling good. But, here we both produced around 12 liters in just two days, where it should be around 8 or so," Nika announced. "Our milk production more than doubled for some reason, hmm."

Nika looked at me. "Are you wearing the same clothes you were wearing yesterday, Y/n?" Nika asked. "Well I don't have any other clothes here, they're all back at my house," I stated. "Well... that just won't do," Nika spoke. "We are going to have to get you some new clothes." Nika finished with a big grin. Her grin sent a shiver down my spine. "Uh... ya that would be great," I spoke with a nervous chuckle.

"OK, we're ready to go. Y/n can you grab the milking machine? We'll take it back." Nika asked. "Sure," I spoke. I grabbed the machine while Nika and Sandra grabbed their jugs of milk and we headed to the bus stop. "So where is Tats?" I asked while we waited. "It's in Diamond Cut Plaza since it's the heart of Cera," Nika spoke. Soon the bus showed up and we headed off to the Plaza.

When we got to the Plaza we went to sub-level 1. We then walked counterclockwise from 6 to 3 if we were on a clock, on the level. My arms were getting tired. The machine didn't weigh that much but having to carry it for so long, though Nika and Sandra didn't seem to be having any trouble carrying their jugs.

We finally got to our destination. "Here we are," Nika announced. I look at the store, in big letters on the doors with 'TATS'. We walked in, there were about two dozen other Marrains with similar jugs waiting. "Oh, we picked a bad time to come," Nika stated.

We took a number and sat down. Many of the Marrains around us looked bored or irritated or both. "What's wrong?" I asked. "Nothing, it takes time to test the milk and everything must be cleaned by hand after every jug," Nika stated. "So they usually get backed up." I could tell by her tone of voice she was not pleased with this.

"Don't they have a machine or something automated to check the quality?" I asked. "No, not really," Nika stated. Nika brought her hand up to her face with just her fingertips touching.

"Hmmm," I mumbled. I looked around the room, many of the other Marrains had a mixture of annoyed, irritated, or bored looks about them, some of them were even asleep. I then noticed that a handful of them had a box, the same one we had. 'Must be exchanging their milking machine too.' I thought.

I started to think about this whole milking system. Then the words of one of my teachers rang through my head. 'An entrepreneur will always seek opportunity and when they find it they will cease it or they miss that opportunity.'

"Right there's an opportunity here," I mumble to myself. "If there were a place for female Marrains to go and get milked then that would eliminate the need for the mobile machines. What's better, building one good machine that can milk 100 or building 100 poor machines that will always break."

"Ya, an air pump hooked up to a dozen or so of milkers, different cup sizes for different sizes of breasts, pumps into jugs, measures the amount, and checks the quality right there." I continued to mumble to myself not realizing Nika and Sandra were staring at me.

I don't know how long I stood there mumbling and thinking about all this, but I snapped out of it when someone grabbed my shoulder. "Hey, Y/n we're next," Nika spoke. The three of us walk up to the counter. "Hello and welcome to Tats, my name is Kara, what can I do for you?" The receptionist spoke. She sounded like a recording.

She looks like a Dalmatian. "We have some jugs of milk to sell and a milking machine to return," Nika spoke. When Nika mentions the machine Kara's expression changes to a 'Not another one' kind of look. Kara then rolled around a cart. "Please place the jugs of milk and the mobile milking unit on the cart," Kara ordered. We place the jugs and milking machine on the cart.

Kara then wheeled the cart toward some metal containers. Once there she grabbed the machine and tossed it onto a pile of other milking machines. She then pours one of the jugs into each of the containers. Some other Marrain came and took the used milk jugs away.

The containers showed the quantity of each jug in a matter of seconds. Sandra's first jug was 10.61 liters and her second one was 12.49 liters. While Nika's was 11.11 and 13.05 liters, I saw Nika pull out their dairy and write the amount down. But then we sat there for what felt like 20 minutes.

"Is this that you were talking about earlier?" I asked. "Yep, it takes time for the computer to calculate the quality," Nika spoke. About 5 minutes later the computer made a 'ding' sound. "Ah, here we go," Kara said. We looked at the results.

Sandra's first jug was a 'B+' and her second was an 'A', while Nika's first jug was an 'A-' and her second was an 'A+'. I looked at Nika, she had a surprised look about her. "Is something wrong ma'am?" Kara asked. Nika snapped out of it. "No, no everything is fine," Nika respond writing the grades down.

I looked at the pricing, 12.5 per liter for 'B+', 15 per liter for 'A-', 20 per liter for 'A', and 25 per liter for 'A+'. There was a funny-looking symbol in front of the numbers. 'Must be their currency symbol.' I thought. Sandra's total was 132.63 + 187.35 = 319.98 and Nika's first was 222.2 + 337.5 = 559.7.

Sandra and Nika each pulled out a bank card and held it over a box on the desk and with a 'beep' the computer said 'Deposit' on it. "Is that everything today?" Kara asked. "Yes," Nika answered. "Great, I'll get you our replacement HMM," Emma stated. "No thanks," Nika responded. Kara froze as if no one had ever said no before. "A-are you sure?" Kara stuttered. "Yes," Nika spoke wrapping her arm around me. "We have our own private milker."

Emma's eyes grew wide, with a surprised expression. Nika then pulled me towards the door. "Let's head to Whisker Cafe for breakfast," Nika announced. Sandra waved goodbye to Kara and walked up to us. We walked out and headed for the closest elevator.
