This War Is Ours : Chapter Two.
#3 of This War Is Ours: Chapter One
She sat there still, unable to move, Almost like she was in shock. The memories started then. The day she ran away flashed through her mind.
"_Xzenya!_ Xzenya_!" Her mother cried as she was in wolf form, away from the not so happy family that she once had. "Xzenya Please! Come home now!" Her voice kept fading away the farther she ran, the faster her muscles worked. She through the thick bush, unaware of where she was or where she was going. She had to keep going, away from home, away from the pain it caused to leave her caring beloved mother, the pain was almost as bad as the pain he had caused her everyday. She ran and ran until she hit another town. The smell was unfamilair, just as much as the look of the houses in which were in front of her. All she could smell was human. no fur's, none. She then shifted to her human form, and started walking around this unknown place, she spotted something that made her stomach growl, which made her then realize how hungry she was. She walked into the diner and started talking to one of the waitress's because she was so cute to this waitress, she bought her whatever she wanted that was on the menu, and for a wolf, meant alot. After she finished eating she realized the other peoplewere watching her, so she started talking to them, one by one, as if she knew them her entire life._
Hours later, the diner had to close, and she decided she better go home. As soon as she got out of the diner, and out of the little town, she changed back to her wolf form. She fallowed the scent of which she came, and fallowed it home.
She came out of her trance, unaware that the man in front of her wasn't there anymore, but was beside her, holding her in his strong massive, arms, the almost all of the soldiers developed after a few years of training. "Are you okay?" The voice asked again, this time a little more agitated with worry then before. "I'm fine" She replied in a soundless whisper, But somehow he had heard her and hugged her a little tighter. How it felt so good, to be hugged. Then she realized, she still didn't remember who he was, putting her gaurd back up and growling. "Get off me" she told him with a snarl, not realizing she was slowly shifting to the half human, half wolf form that makes her sensitive to everything. He stopped hugging her as soon as she said "off". "I'm sorry, i didn't mean to offend you" He replied to her almost painfully. 'who is this creep?' she thought slowly to herself, wondering why he was beginning to sound more and more familiar. She hated the fact that she didn't remember.
She should know him. He's her superior. 'Why can't I remember anything? What happened' she thought, looking at him slowly she realized he was probably the person to ask besides the nurse, who was taking an awfully long time to get her food. "What happened to me?" she almost yelled out, but maintained the tone of her voice almost unconsciously. "Well, You see." he started studdering, she could clearly sense the amount of pain he was in, just thinking about it, but why? "You were in the line of fire, and one of the soldiers you were killing was a decoy to take you off gaurd, but the enemy sniper, got shot the second he shot at you causing his gun to move and fire at the same time, when you fell, you also hit your head, and became unconscious, and apparently you are suffering from memory loss" He said in a serious tone, blocking out all of his feelings. "So, I apologize for any discomfort I have caused you just now, and you'll be better in a few days time, and be ready enough to go back on the feild." hank you sir" she replied. She was shocked that he had even apologized to her about what he had done. "Ma'am, Sorry I took so long getting your food and water
