Fen moved to the bed. "If it pleases you, I can act as your replacement until you get home, Jesse."

Jesse looked irritated. "Replacement, you say?"

Fen quickly corrected himself, "Well, that's not what I meant. 'Stand-in' is the right word."

"Okay. I guess that's alright, but only until he is ready to leave the bed, understand?"

Ursus asked, "Can we try an experiment? It might give a clue, but I can't be certain until I see if the experiment confirms my suspicions."

"Okay, I guess? Fen, when you growled, where did that sound come from in your body?"

"Master. At first, it centered in my voice, but once we coupled, it shifted to my cavity and voice. Later, when you wanted it to go deeper, it was mostly my cavity. The last part came only from my cavity."

"Surround Master and face him. Fen, you will growl deeply from your cavity, and we will all follow your lead, starting softly and building up to a more intense growl. Master, if at any time you feel that we are hurting you, tell us to stop." They all moved to encircle me. Ursus ordered, "Fen, begin now."

"Yes, Master." Cobra complied, but his growl was tinny.

"It may be because he is a snake. I know they usually only make hissing sounds. Cobra speaks well, but his voice is different from the rest of you. Cobra, can you alter your insides so that your cavity matches one of the others? Fen's would be best."

"Yes, Master, I can change into anything you command. Do you want me to become another werewolf?"

"No, I like you as you are, but your growl must change for Ursus' request to work."

"I understand, Master." Cobra lifted himself higher and spread his arms, inflating his chest. When he was done, he lowered himself again, but his chest was even bigger, sticking out as if he was still flexing. "I'm ready to try again now, Master." Even his voice was much deeper now.

"Fen, start again, please," I said. This time they all began to growl as soon as Fen started, and I felt it as my dick transformed to resemble Fen's, then changed again to take on a much bigger shape like Cetus's. "Can one of you tell me what just happened?"

Ursus answers, "As we said, we ascended again because of your power. This time, we can stay as we are, become spirits, or transform into the dragon we just were."

"A dragon, a real dragon." "Yes, a dragon with near-limitless power. With this power, we can be solid flesh and blood all the time. Imagine the experiences we can share and what we can do for you and Jesse. You don't need to buy a house now; with some land, we could build a mansion with our strength alone. You could sit and watch us move a mountain of dirt with our bare hands and erect a monument to you." Ursus saw that what he was telling me was making me angry.

"Of course, only if you allow it, Master." Ursus' words came out meekly.

I was burning up inside. "It seems you no longer need me. What will happen to my world from your point of view?"

"Oh, Master, this is not a bad omen. It is good news. Our plane is overjoyed that the five of us have ascended to this level. They now feel a stronger connection to the emotions of this world than any other. If you think they will come, rest assured they will not. If they tried, we would hold them back," Ursus says.

"Why would you side with my world and not yours?"

"Master, you misunderstood. We are siding with our world. When we first ascended, we became part of you. Our spirit essence is inside you and Jesse, but this ascension has fused us to you and, in doing so, also fused Jesse. This ascension has added even more of our essence to both of you. We are part of you until you... now you will never die," Ursus states.

"You make it sound like there is no downside to this merger and ascension!" I looked at Ursus as if I wanted to hear it all, not just the good stuff.

"Our plane demands more of these emotions, sensations, feelings, and such. There is no way that can happen with just Jesse and you. The five of us send the feelings to our plane, but the feelings we get when you mated with Fen or Oron in their physical forms do not transfer to the other plane with the same intensity as we feel here." Ursus dropped the other shoe and conveyed the downside, and it was a big one.

"We'll wait till Jesse gets home and talk again." 'Oh boy, what is Jesse going to say about this?' I thought to no one but myself, I think?.

Jesse came home and checked the mail, also checking my downstairs neighbor's mail. "I'm home, Keith! Where are you? I was wondering if you wanted to go to the gym today. Keith?"

'I'm sorry to tell you this, but please come to the cave.'

'Let me put these letters away, and I will be right down.'

Soon Jesse entered the cave naked, as he wanted to be ready for anything, especially fooling around with the guys, but mostly feeling and being felt by me. "What's up?" When he saw the look I gave him, he changed his attitude. "Okay. What happened now?"

"They have ascended again, bringing both positive and negative outcomes. The guys can now remain in their physical bodies without my help. They can also merge to become a giant Spirit Dragon, granting them immense power. However, during their first ascension, part of them merged with us, and in the second ascension, they merged even more."

I waited for Jesse to catch up. "Since they no longer needed me, I asked if their plane would invade Earth. Their answer was no, but if they did, these guys alone could stop them. This brought up another question: why would they side with us and not their plane? When they merged with us, they became part of us." I saw the shock in Jesse's eyes and he finally understood; "To keep their plane happy. We have to send them a lot more energy, because their connection to Earth is stronger than any other. Even if we fucked like rabbits all day, every day, it would not be enough for them. We need to expand our group, not the spirits, but us humans.

"Even if we wanted to, how would we keep it under wraps? Eventually, the government will find out. I mean, it's just you and me. It's not like we are some big organization," Jesse says.

Jesse adds, "I guess you're not interested in starting weight training today, then?"

"Yes, I am. That'll help relieve some of this stress. Let's go. You might not need extra muscles, but I definitely do."

Cetus then asked, "I get to join you, right?"

"I don't know if I can handle you being there right now, Cetus. I mean, you would make me work out more, having two muscle hunks with me. But I need to de-stress, and you in spirit form... it's..."

Cetus approached me and Jesse and said, "I won't cause any issues other than you working out with Jesse. I will just be another friend tagging along." Cetus ensured we were both watching and said, "Watch," as he transformed into a muscular man. He resembled an older bodybuilder, slightly more padded—not fat, but showing his experience. His body was covered in hair/fur in just the right places.

I knew that as he pumped up, veins would show in all the right places, too. "Guess this comes with your ascension?" I asked Cetus. He broke into a large smile and nodded. His teeth looked perfect, not in an ideal way, but fitting for a man his age.

"I will come too if Cetus can go." Fen walked up, now looking like a Viking Adonis—lean, muscular, and at least six-foot-nine.

"If I say yes, act like any other man in the gym."

"Thank you, Master. We will," they both said.

"And no master or sir, just Keith. Got it?"

"Yes, Keith. We got it."

Jesse generated workout gear, including a large bag. Seeing this, Fen and Cetus followed suit, with Fen resembling a basketball player more than a weightlifter. "Change that, Fen. Copy Jesse, but use dark blue for the shorts and a mesh top that will show you off," I said. "Cetus, you must have been surfing the internet for this occasion; you look like a longtime gym-goer."

"Honestly, yes, but that's why I'm capable of doing this," Cetus said. He held me, and some expensive-looking workout clothes grew on me.

Fen grabbed Jesse, and then we were gone.
