Chapter 3: Overwhelming feelings.

It had now gone a week since Spyro and Cynder had gotten the information from Hypter and so far neither of them had felt anything but on the begining on the second week Spyro felt...detached from the world. He decided to go and see Hypter and on his way there he discovered that he looked a little to long on the dragonesses that passed him, and he looked where he wasn´t supposed to. So he picked up his tempo and almost colided with Ember.

"Oh, hi there Spyro, why are you in such a hurry?" Ember asked, surprised that anyone could be in a hurry after the war, since there was nothing left to do beside to water the plants and such things.

"Uh, I´m on my way to see Hypter, he said it was urgent, really sorry but I have to get going." Spyro answered trying to end the conversation quickly. As he passed Ember he couldn´t help but turn his head around to watch Ember´s behind. That frightened him since he didn´t want her at all, so he started to run again. Off course Ember was too curious not too follow.

As he arrived at the infirmary Spyro noticed Hypter wasn´t there so he turned around and ran towards hypter´s private room. He was lucky that the door was open since he would have crashed into it but now he literary crashed into Hypter instead, the good thing was that he was softer than the door.

"Hypter, it has started." Spyro almost yelled as he rushed into the room and crashed into Hypter.

"Wow, Spyro take it easy, there is no need to kill me yet." Hypter said with a laugh when he tried to push Spyro off himself. Spyro didn´t know what Hypter meant when he said "yet" but it was nothing he thought much of right then. "Oh Im really sorry Hypter but I need you to tell me more about what´s gonna happen now and how I can try to avoid it." Spyro said as he crawled of Hypter.

"If we start with closing the door. If you had shown up on my lessons I had in sexual education maybe you would have known atleast something." Hypter answered.

"Oh I didn´t know that there was a lesson in that subject." Spyro said.

"Anyway, I guess that you have started to see the dragonesses in a other pespektive then." Hypter said with a laugh. "Hey it isn´t funny." Spyro said with a complaining voice.

"Oh Im sorry Spyro, well I might have something to make you a little bit resistant but it have side effects and doesn´t last more than a few days." Hypter explained.

"I don´t care" Spyro said, sounding almost helpless.

"Hm...well I cant deny you this, but keep in mind that this is a drog that makes you more open minded, so make sure you don´t talk to anyone that might want you to do something wrong." Hypter explained sounding wery worried.

Hypter picked up a small bag containing black/purple dust. He poured it into a bottle with water and stirred it. He took a syringe and filled it with a small amount of the black/purple liquid.

"Now this is gonna sting a little." Hypter explained to Spyro as he prepared to inject the purple dragon with the liquid.

"Auch!" Spyro said when Hypter injected him with the liquid.

" Now that didn´t hurt so much did it?" Hypter asked. Spyro thought for a second but no, he didn´t feel any pain at all. "You dont like the other dragonesses like Cynder do you?" Hypter asked. Spyro thought for a second and no he didn´t. "And you don´t feel any urges eaither, do you?" Hypter asked. Spyro thought again but no he didn´t.

"What was in that injection you gave me?" Spyro asked.

"Like I told you, it´s a drugg that makes you more...lets call it, open minded." Hypter replied. "And that´s why I will keep you here for the rest of the day, I´ll go and look for Cynder so that you have someone to talk with." Hypter said.

Hypter closed the windows making sure no one would talk with Spyro since it could end really bad. Byt when he opened the door Ember almost fell in since she had her ear pressed against the door.

"Oh ehm...hi Hypter I was just..." she was interrupted when Hypter blew some of the dust on her. "Ember, have you listened on me and Spyro?" Hypter asked, recieving a nodd by Ember. "Forget what you heard us talk about." Hypter said. Recieving another nodd from Ember. "Why dont you go and look for Flame, maybe he have something more interesting to say." Hypter suggested. Ember turned around and walked away. "Wow, that dust is really usefull." Spyro said.

"Indeed, especially when it´s the concentrated dust I use." Hypter replied as he closed the door behind him.

Hypter found Cynder outside in the garden where she was looking for Spyro. "Oh hi Hypter, have you seen Spyro? I have been looking for him all day." Cynder said.

"Oh, yes he is in my room and resting, I came to find you since he might want some company." Hypter replied. "Resting? Have something happened?" Cynder asked, worried that something had happened.

"No, it´s nothing really, but it would be good if you could come anyway becouse I´m planing on letting him stay there the rest of the week, and I´m gonna have a lesson for all other dragons tomorrow, which means you two will have that part of the dragon temple for yourselves." Hypter said.

"Why are you telling me that?" Cynder asked as she didn´t understand why that was important.

"There is a book in my room, it have a red cover with a blue dragon on it, read untill page ten, maybe you find it boring to just sit and wait, since I noticed you have entered the puberty." Hypter said. Cynder now understood what Hypter ment. "Do you think Spyro will be ok with this?" Cynder asked.

"As long as you follow the instructions in the book you will not get pregnant and I don´t think Spyro have any problems with making a bond with you in fact I think he will be pleased since there will no longer be a risk for you two to get taken by anyone else." Hypter answered. "We better get going, I have to pick up some stuff for the lesson in my room so I follow you there." Hypter said.

Meanwhile Ember had found Flame. "Hi Flame." Ember giggled.

"Ehm...hi, I guess." Flame replied not used to the way Ember greeted him since she almost only said hi to Spyro. "What have you been up to today?" Ember asked, making Flame think that it must be part of a trick to make Spyro jealous. "Not much" Flame answered short, hoping that Ember would just go away. "Oh, well Hypter said that I should go and see you since you might have something interesting to tell me." Ember said, wanting to listen to what Flame said becouse that was what Hypter had told her after he had blown the shadow crystal dust on her. Flame blushed and turned his head away, off course the blush wasn´t wisuable since he had red scales. Then he thought that Hypter must have told her about his feelings and he got angry. "Ember, get lost!" Flame said, and to his big surprise she did as he told her. But he was to angry to think about it and he took off to find Hypter.

Flame found Hypter going towards his room with Cynder. "Hypter I have to talk with you, now!" Flame almost yelled. "Off course Flame, what is it?" Hypter replied.

"Can we talk in private?" Flame asked as he noticed Cynder.

"Sure Flame, Cynder could you go and see if Spyro is still in my room?" Hypter said without making it noticable that she was just going to see Spyro becouse she was in love with him. "Sure Hypter" Cynder replied. And with that taken care of Hypter turned to Flame again. "Let´s go to the infirmary, there we can sort out the mistake." Hypter said, recieving a nodd from Flame.

"But why is Spyro in your room Hypter?" Flame asked, as it seemed weird.

"Oh, I sent him there to fetch me some herbs before." Hypter replied, as he was good at making up reasons and plans because of his calculating personality.

On their way to the infirmary they met Volteer. "Hi Hypter, how is the experiment going?" Volteer asked, since he was wery curious of the result. "It´s going well so far." Hypter answered. Flame didn´t care what the other dragons talked about so he just continued to the infirmary, waiting for him to arrive. When Hypter arrived, they both entered the room, which was filled with potions and other stuff. "I want to talk with you about Ember." Flame said, he only recieved silence from Hypter.

"Oh, I know what you mean now, I was testing a new potion that is going to dampen the mating urge you younglings will soon have, but it seems to have a side effect." Hypter explained. Off course Flame didn´t like to be called "youngling" since he was as old as Hypter but he didn´t bother to argue.

"What kind of side effect?" Flame asked.

"Well, it seems to make the one who is injected by it to be more open to suggestions." Hypter said.

"How do you mean?" Flame asked since he didn´t really understand the explanation.

"I simply told her to go and talk with you and of she went...wait a minute, she must still have been under the effect when she talked to you. What did you say to her?" Hypter asked sounding a little worried.

"Just to get lost, thats all." Flame answered.

"Then we must go and find her, the effect should have worned of by now, but she is probably not completly clear in her head since it was a consentrated dose I gave her." Hypter said taking off through his window with Flame following close behind.

Hypter was right, the effect had worn of but she didn´t know where she was and it was turning dark. The only thing she wanted was to come back to the dragon temple, but she was too tired. She thought it would be best if she set up a fire, and it was good she did becouse it was in that way Hypter and Flame found her. Unfourtunately she colapsed after she had lit the fire using her last powers.

"Spyro, have you seen Hypter, Ember or Flame?" Cyril asked Spyro since the three dragons had not returned. "No I have not, but if they are with Hypter you dont need to worry. But how did you know I was here?" Spyro asked since it was only Hypter and Cynder that new he was in Hypter´s private room. "Hypter left me a note." Cyril asnwered. "And I guess you have right, but I´m still worried." Cyril said. "Maybe you can ask Sparx to go out and find them." Spyro suggested.

"Good idea, I think he is in my room, if he is sleeping make sure not to stand to close when you wake him up." Spyro said since he knew how Sparx would react. And with that Cyril bid Spyro a good night and closed the door behind him when he left the room. As soon as the door closed Cynder walked out from the shadows of a corner. "Wow that was close Spyro." She said.

"Yes, almost too close." Spyro said, agreeing with Cynder.

"Sparx...Sparx, wake up...Sparx!"

"Huh, I´m awake, Im awake...oh hi Cyril, what do you want?" Sparx finally answered with a sleepy voice. "I want you to go out and look for Ember, Flame and Hypter." Cyril explained.

"Can´t it wait untill tomorrow, and who is Hypter?" Sparx asked, making Cyril raise an eyebrow.

"Ok, ok Im on my way, sheesh I never get to relax." Sparx complained. "But where is Spyro?" Sparx asked. "He is not coming with you." Cyril said.

"But who will then come with me?" Sparx asked.

"No one, you will be going alone." Cyril replied. Sparx didn´t like the answer.

"Alone? In the middle of the night?! Are you crazy?!" Sparx yelled.

"Now, now Sparx, there is nothing out there, except the three dragons that you are looking for." Cyril said. "Ye, ye I´m going, but you owe me one Mr. Ice machine," Sparx said. Making Cyril sigh loudly.

Sparx flew out and started to look in the forest that surronded the dragon temple, after half an hour he found Hypter and Flame carrying Ember.

"Wow guys, where did you find the flying pig?" Sparx said making both Flame and Hypter look up.

"Oh it´s you Sparx, do you mind to fly up a bit and show us the way to the dragon temple?" Hypter asked. "Yes off course since im only a flying lantern." Sparx answered angry.

"No offense Sparx but since we are bussy carrying Ember you could atleast help us with that." Flame said. "Hmph, I guess I could since you obviusly wouldn´t make it back without my help." Sparx said with a superior tone. "Thanks a lot Sparx." Hypter said with a little bit of irony.

When the three dragons...and Sparx, was back at the dragon temple Hypter and Flame carried Ember to the infirmary where Hypter gave Ember some tea so that her head would clear.

"Ooh my head...what happened?" Ember asked as she came to.

"Oh right, I tested a new medecine on you and it seems it have some side effects." Hypter replied.

"Side effekts?" Ember asked, getting worried.

"Oh it´s nothing big, you just get a little...open minded I guess you could call it." Hypter said.

"Open minded? What do you mean with that?" Ember asked.

"Oh, it´s just that you will be more open to suggestions. I said you should go and bother Flame here. And since you said that I told you to do that, he said, "get lost" and thats what you did. So we had to go out and look for you but it was actually Flame that did most of the work, he insisted in carrying you all way back here. I wanted to wait untill tomorrow." Hypter explained, recieving a slapp on the cheek from Ember. "Oh Flame, that was werry kind of you, can I do something in return?" Ember asked Flame who had been standing silent. And he hesitated on asking her out. "Since he don´t answer I´ll answer for him. Could you go on a date with him?" Hypter asked Ember, making her and Flame blush but it didn´t show on Flame becouse of his red scales. "Off course, if that is what you want Flame." Ember answered. Flame didn´t belieave his ears, Ember really would like to go out with him. "Hypter, are you sure that the effect have worn off?" Flame asked.

"Yes, since she want´s your oppinion I´m confident it has worn off." Hypter replied. "Oh and by the way, I´m making the dinner." Hypter said.

"That would be great Hypter but don´t you have much to do?" Flame asked.

"It´s nothing I can´t do later." Hypter replied with a smile. "It´s late, you two should get some sleep, see you tomorrow evening then. I´ll make something that I hope both of you like." Hypter said as opened the door for the two dragons as he motioned with his paw for them to go out. He followed them since he should go to his room aswell.

When he arrived he knocked quietly if Spyro and Cynder was asleap. When no one opened he let him self in and found that Spyro slept on the floor. But luckily Hypter had a carpet there so that Spyro didn´t have to sleep on the hard stone. When Hypter walked further in he saw that Cynder was sleeping in his bed and so he concluded that they hadn´t mated. "Seems like I´ll be sleeping in the infirmary." "Where are you going at this hour young dragon?" Cyril asked when he met Hypter in one of the many corridors. "I decided that Spyro and Cynder should sleep together for a week starting from now, so I will sleep in the infirmary untill then, but what are you still doing up? An old dragon like you should be asleep at this hour." Hypter said as he waited for a scolding but there never came one, which Hypter thought was weird. "I didn´t see you here tonight Cyril but I want to see you and Volteer in the infirmary in two days." Hypter said.

Cyril quickly brushed of the small yellow scales from his belly and then continued walking to his room after saying good night to Hypter.

The following day Hypter had much to do, he had a class to tend to and a dinner to cook for Ember and Flame´s date and he had to check so that Spyro and Cynder was ok. He started to make a breakfast to Spyro and Cynder. He decided to make porridge and some sandwiches with ham and to that he had apple juice. As he arrived he knocked on the door and then stepped in. Hypter found Spyro and Cynder snuggling together in his bed. "Good morning Spyro, Cynder, I see you two find my bed comfortable." Hypter said with a smile. "Anyway I made some breakfast to you but I have things to tend to so I have to leave you here, see you two later." Hypter said and left the room again.

"Wow he is really fast and an early riser too." Cynder said.

"Soo it seems, mm the breakfast really taste good." Spyro replied as he started to eat the sandwich. "So, what are we gonna do today Cynder?" Spyro asked.

"Well if you dont mind I would like to try some of these things." Cynder answered showing Spyro some pictures in the book Hypter told her about the other day.

"Ok all of you lazy younglings come out from your rooms so that Cyril can count you all!" Terrador´s booming voice ecoed in the dragon temple corridor´s, as he made all dragons practikly run out of their rooms. As Cyril counted them Volteer followed closely behind and informed that there was an urgent class all had to attend to in one of the great halls of the dragon temple. The information wasn´t welcomed but all dragons did what they had been told and went to the great hall where they should gather for the information.

"Hypter, Terrador and I couldn´t find four dragons it´s" Cyril was cut of by Hypter.

"Cynder, Spyro, Flame and Ember, I know they have my permission to not come to this class." Hypter said. "But didn´t you say this was urgent?" Cyril asked.

"I did but they actually had more important things to do so I will go through the information with them tomorrow." Hypter explained, recieving a nodd from Cyril.

Spyro was about to go out when Cynder grabbed his tail. "Spyro, we don´t have to go at that meeting." She said looking at Spyro with pleading eyes. "But Terrador said is was urgent!" Spyro argued.

"What could it be? Malefor is defeated and all the evil is gone. Maybe he wants us to go out and water the plants or something." Cynder replied.

"I guess you have right Cynder." Spyro said snuggling against Cynder as they walked back to the bed.

"Now, could we take a look in that book again?" Cynder asked with a smile.

The feelings are nothing to be ashamed of but you can´t act based on them though. If you have problems with holding back, come and see me and I will give you something that helps. Now I will explain what happens if the emotions gets the better of you and you do what the picture shows on page seven." Hypter said as he motioned with his paw for everyone to look up the page. "Eew, who would do something like that." Someone said.

"Everyone of you, eventually." Hypter replied. "It´s nothing you can do something about, the urges you will get untill you find a mate will only get stronger. You can ask one of the guardians about it if you dont belive me." Hypter said, slightly irritated.

"What Hypter says is true young dragons, but hopefully this information will make it easeyer for you to find someone to mate with, without making the female having an egg." Cyril spoke up, calming the other dragons. "Thanks for that confirmation Cyril." Hypter said. "Now I want two volunteers, one dragon and one dragoness. Come on don´t be shy, I wont force anyone but it would be nice if someone just could come up here so that I can continue...or I can keep you here untill someone volunteer. It´s your choice how long you want to stay here." Hypter said patient. After a minute two dragons walked up next to Hypter. "Now, I will explain quickly so that you two don´t have to stand up here longer than necessary." Hypter explained as the two dragons started to doubt they had volunteered. "If you turn around and lift your tails so that all can see." Hypter ordered in a kind voice. "As you all can see both the male and the female have a small opening here." Hypter said as he pointed at the slit lips of the two dragons. "The diference is that the male have a dick hiding in there." Hypter said, making a tone on the word: hiding. "Now you two can go down again and take a seat." Hypter said making a paw gesture. "And when he is aroused the dick will slowly emerge. If you all look at page eight there is a couple of pictures in all the states, from limp all the way to rock hard as we call it." Cyril thought that Hypter was good at teaching and he was glad he had someone that could make the sex education seriusly since he knew that Volteer wouldn´t done that. "And why do we have to look at dicks?" A dragoness asked.

"It´s becouse you shall know that when you mate, you will have take the knot formed base of the penis into your vagina, and that might hurt." Hypter explained. "Now, when the male is aroused, the penis or "dragongood" as it is called on our race. Will slide out and that is when you are ready to commence the mating." Hypter said. "When you shall mate, the males penis shall enter the females slit, it´s commonly called vagina. If it is the first time the female mates it will be painfull for her becouse her vagina isn´t used to something to be in it. After a couple of minutes female will feel the pleasure the male is feeling. That is when they are making the bond." Hypter was getting dizzy of all the talking but he didn´t let it stop the lesson. "The bond is formed between the mating dragons making the male immune to the scent of other dragonesses and decreasing the scent of the female to normal. But it´s a bound for life so choose your partner carefully and above all with your heart." Hypter was almost done talking and was really tired. "Now I have gone through the most important things in the book but I suggest that you all read the book. You are now free to leave." Hypter ended the lesson with slamming the book together. Making all the dragons jump, even Cyril, it made Hypter laugh. Then he bid Cyril a good night as he walked past the guardian.

Hypter walked towards his room, he walked past his room and continued towards Ember´s room. When he arrived he knocked on the door, he could barely keep from laughing as he heard a loud bang and some quiet mumbling and after about two minutes Ember opened the door. "Oh hi Hypter, what´s up?" Ember asked just opening the door wide enough to stick her head out.

"You two missed the urgent lesson that I let Terrador and Cyril announce." Hypter replied.

"What do you mean with"you two" Hypter?" Ember asked, acting innocent.

"Ember, you and Flame had a date, you both missed the class and Flame isn´t in his room...do you think I´m stupid?" Hypter asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Well he must be somewhere else, because he isn´t in here." Ember said.

"Ember, as I see it you have two choices, number one: we can stand here and let the whole place know about it or you can let me in so we can disguss it without anyone else knowing it." Hypter said, leaving Ember with not much of a choice. She thought for a moment and then opened the door letting Hypter in. As Hypter guessed Flame was inside, lying on the floor sleeping because Ember had to push him down when she should open the door. Completely exhausted from the mating. "As i thought, I will pretend that I didn´t see this but I expect you and Flame to dropp by tomorrow." Hypter said as he turned around and left, much to Ember´s relief. "Oh and by the way, I´ll take care of your sheets aswell, just bring them to me when you are dropping by tomorrow." He said before closing the door behind him leaving Ember and Flame alone.

As Hypter returned to his own room he had to knock before going in since Spyro and Cynder was in there. Hypter opened the door slowly and walked in quiet since no one answered, he found Spyro and Cynder sleeping in his bed. "Finally, that only took them four years...Seems like I have to take the floor tonight." He thought as he lowered himself onto the carpet and drifted away...
