Kabuto: Chapter four: A More Human Life
My life from then on was very normal human wise I cut wood i learned how to cook and even learned english better. for two years, and I was aging slower now, but like all things it had its moments where I was almost found out. Some of the town folk were restless and still kept hunting for me. At one point Mac told me that others were spotted around town, so everyday I was hunting them too. I don't speack much of the others but the funny thing is when I was changed many more were changed with me, however they did have their differences. One day when I went out hunting I found a few of them and tried to talk to them but they ran when I spotted them. It was weird trying to follow something that was just like me but then I was surrounded and could do nothing but follow. When they stopped it was almost like a native village. When I stopped I met the cheif and well he knew me and that was the funny thing he only knew my scent and could not figure how but I knew how, he was my father black as night and eyes of coal it was him I was sure. He welcomed me and took me around the camp when it hit him who I was and his eyes got huge and he looked at me with both shock and horror. Kabuto!, He said and then my mother came out of the tent beside us and then she freacked and ran to hug me. It was nice to see my family but I was still an exile and would always be one plus I still had a new life to live with Mac it was hard to turn away from it so I told them to come with me to meet a friend of mine. I smile at first but then realized this might not be good at all. when my father realized it was me he kind of freaked a little. I told him about my life so far and he freaked and started to kick me out again for being with humans and so I left or started to when he told me he was sorry and pulled me back. He told me of the troubles with the humans and I was shocked that they bugged them too. I had a good time getting to know the past events but then I had to go home to Mac so I told them good bye for now and went on. I waved and said I will be back to visit walking away to the house yearning to stay.
I got home to see a huge lizard with wings and so I hid to not be found and I watched. As I watched I saw it turn into Mac and I was in aw I could not do anything but sit there and watch but as I did he told me to come out. I did what he asked and asked what that was about and he took me and lead me to the fire and sat me down to tell me about a new thing to me..... shapeshifters. I learned many things about them that night and many things about humans that I did not know. For one shapeshifters are sometimes killed if found out they can also be brutally tortured till they turn. most common shapeshifters are werewolves or lycans, but there are all kinds of shapeshifters not just one single breed either. We talked and talked about how silver has and effect on them and how in high amounts can even kill one. We talked till I was tired and startted to go off to bed when I got to bed I just layed down and covered up and went to sleep. In the middle of the night I heard howling and I wish I had not went to check what it was either. I looked out to see a white wolf like me but he was not anthro and I went to it curious and that was one of the things I should not have done. I walked to it and my hair stood on end a little, so I stopped and just watched it for a sec and I said my name to see if it would respond and it did. I looked at me but with deep red eyes and I froze feeling my heart get real heavy and it walked to be and just looked into my eyes before it disappeared before my eyes. at that moment I thought I was dreaming but the next thng sure felt realthe next thing that happened was not what I really wanted at all. I was just sitting there and next thing I knew I was attacked by the white wolf and it bit my neck and ran. I was shocked and ran inside to Mac and he looked at it and confirmed my faer I had been bit by a shapeshifter. not one of my best nights, but it burned and I had a sharp pain when I crashed to the floor and passed out.
