A few day have past Ty and the girls, have just arrived back to the US, their we're nobody at the airport waiting for them, so they waited for a bit to buy some still to take back to their dorm rooms.

'Hay do you think we should get anything for the guys?' asked Ty

'Nah, let leave it, beside I just want to get to bed,' said Zoe

'Me to,' said Becky

'Why didn't we get our parent to get us to business or first class,' said Amanda

'Because, their cheap,' said Jasmine

Ty just laughed, 'Well, I am tired myself, because of the guy sat behind me.

'Oh the old man, that kept kicking your chair while he was a sleep,' said Amanda

'Please don't remind me,' said Ty

'We'll a least we can get some sleep when we get back to the dorms, tight,' said Jasmine

'I doubt it,' said Zoe

'How come?' asked Jasmine

'Have you for got, we have boyfriends,' giggles Becky

'Hay guys, how was your winter break?' shouted Jenny as she came running towards them

'Jenny,' said the lot a the same time, and gave her a hug

'It was fine, I was really gutted, that I couldn't come watch your show, I heard it was to die for,' said Jenny

'We'll it was that, good, because Lucas ruined near to the end,' said Jasmine

'Yeah, if he didn't, interfere with Ty last dance, it would had been a hell of a show to remember,' said Zoe

'Who's Lucas?' asked Jenny

'The first guy that Ty fell for, who then suddenly disappeared one day crushing Ty hearts, and who know suddenly reappear out of no where, and want to get back with Ty,' said Becky

'Sound like a desperate lad to me,' said Jason, who pop out of nowhere, giving everyone a scary

'Sorry, I was seeing what was, taking you guys so long, I do have thing to do before tomorrow start,' said Jason

'Well let go, you must be tired for your journey,' said Jason

'This is no laughing matter to you mister, since the whole dorm know that you're a celebrity, your not going to get any rest for the day,' said Jason

'Why, did I know this was going to happen,' said Ty

'Don't worry, Blake will take care of everything, so you will have your rest,' said Jenny

'How did the whole dorm find out anyways?' asked Becky

'The three idiot, couldn't keep their mouths shut, (referring to the three coaches that where their at the concert)' said Jason

'Damn, and when, grandma and grandpa, asked them not to tell anyone,' signed Ty

'They all went to the car and fell asleep in it, it didn't take Jason long to drop the girls off at their dorm, "hay girls your at you stop, now get up and go sleep in your own bed,' said Jason but the girls was still sleeping, Jason got annoyed because be doesn't like to get ignored, "WAKE UP AND SLEEP IN YOUR OWN BED!' scream Jason, waking everyone up, and also giving them a headache. The girls got out with Jenny, leaving Ty and Jason in the car.

'See you tomorrow Ty,' said Zoe as she and the girls waved goodbye for the day

'Yeah see you tomorrow, guys,' said Ty as Jason drove off

'You shouldn't go back to sleep, we will be at the dorms in five minutes,' said Jason

'Oh god, I wonder what's a waits for me when I get there,' signed Ty it didn't take long, but there was a big crowed outside of the second. Ty just out his stuff from Jason car, 'Thanks for the lift Jason, I come see you tomorrow at some point during school,' said Ty

'I look forward to hearing your time at home,' said Jason as he spark up a cigarette and drove off home.

'Great, now the big obstacle, then bed,' said Ty as soon as he step into the dorm area, not even near the second dorm, someone suddenly shouted, 'Hay everyone Ty backs,' at that moment Ty ran for the second dorm, but before he could get there, he was surround by all the guys, asking him question. Blake just shouted out loud, 'Will you guys back off let the guy have some air,' everyone back off because he was a dorm head.

'Now listen up guys, I know that your excited to see Ty, after what some off you saw at the concert in England, but there plenty of time to ask time question later, just let him rest after his long journey, look at the state he is in, you can see his eye's bags,' shouted Blake as he pointed at the eye bags

'Yeah, listen to the second dorm head since he right for once,' said the head of the first dorm (An ox)

'What do you been for once you idiot,' said Blake

'I'm not an idiot, it Edward and remember, second dorm,' said Edward

'Oh, so the famous, three time national dance champion is here,' signed the head of the third dorm (an dolphin)

'All great the theatre freak here,' said Edward, all the guys suddenly back off, well off, because it look like the dorm heads are going to fight as always

'The name Lance, not theatre freak, you muscle brain idiot, right foxy,' said Lance

'I'M NOT AN IDIOT!' shouted Edward

'DON'T CALL ME, FOXY!' shouted Blake

'Erm, I'm sorry, can I go now, I'm really tired,' said Ty as he walked off, Lance just looked shocked as Ty just blew him off again, Blake and Edward laughed even harder, they both feel on the floor laughing and crying because it was so funny

'Please stop, before you get rejected,' laughed Edward

'What are you saying, please continue this is to funny to stop,' laughed Blake

'Why, you, hold your ass their mister, I challenge you to a dance off, unless your to scared to take me on,' said Lance

'OOOOOOO,' said everybody else

'No thanks, I'm rather go to bed,' said Ty, Lance just broke down with shock, because Ty just turn downed this challenge, while everyone busted out laughing. Ty friends was outside the second dorm build waiting for because they couldn't get past the crowd, Ty help Ty out, as they took his thing, Tony put Ty on Cliff back as they headed back to his room, Ty just fell a sleep on Cliff's back.

'Man he must be really tired,' said Cliff

'Sure, look that way,' said Mick

'He must have left England, dead early then,' said Michael

'Must be the only reason, why he snoring so load,' said Thomas

'Yep, but you guys got to agree it was funny how he blew the third dorm head three times in a row,' said Frankie

'Man, that was the best comedy show ever,' said Casey

'Who wouldn't,' said Tony, as he open the door to his and Ty room, Draggy and Casey put Ty stuff down, Tony got a change of clothes for Ty, while Frankie help put Ty down on the bed, Mike and Michael went to get some food for Ty later, and Thomas took Ty shoes off.

'Hay guys I take over from here, I let you know when Ty wake up, ok' said Tony

'Ok, sound like a plan,' said Cliff

'We'll see you guess later, or tomorrow,' said Frankie, but before the guys could leave, Lance came rushing and slam opened the door

'Get our second rate ass onto the dance floor and accept my challenge now, you amateur, said Lance, with everyone in the room shock, as well as everyone in the hall way, to hear those word come out of his mouth, but suddenly, a alarm clock came flying passed Tony, Cliff, Frankie, Thomas, Casey, Draggy Mick and Michael head, smashing into Lance's face which then fell off which gave Lance a scared look, then as the guys turn their head around, Ty was giving off a killer aura.

'SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! I'm TRYING TO SLEEP!!! YOU PATHETIC LOSER!!!" shouted Ty, as he jumped out off bed, all the guys stood against the wall with fear mainly Lance, 'YOU WANT A DANCE OFF GET YOUR ASS THEIR NOW!!!" scream Ty as he dragged Lance outside with a cd player

'Wow a dance off now, with Ty and Lance the theatre freak,' said everyone which they went outside to watch

'My beat on Ty will win,' said Tony

' Agree,' said all the other guys from the first and second dorm since some of them watch the concert and told the other in their dorm

'I going for our dorm head,' said a member form the third dorm

Everyone went outside to watch, Blake and Edward was going to ref the dance off, 'Ok head or tail to see who go first, and let get this over with fast, I think Ty wont last long since he this tired,' said Blake

'He can go, I don't mind,' said Ty as he was really tired as he was slouching around as he sat down

'Fine, theatre freak first,' said Edward, as he hit the play button on the cd play, it was play 'Everybody dance now.'

Lance just shake his body than spins around then again with a jumped, after he landed he started doing crunching with his upper half, of this body than step back, everyone from the their dorm was clapping like crazy, Ty stood slouching his way up, Ty then spins his body around while he was doing it, his left leg went up doing a stand up spilt spin, after he stops spinning around, Ty fell onto the floor using his hand to spin his body, while he did that he lift his hand off the floor so that his legs can get past his arm, after about four spins, Ty throw his body up from the floor, into the air doing a backward summersault and landing in a spilt, and took a step back, Everyone from the third dorm was speechless mainly Lance, while everyone from the first and second dorm clapped and cheered for Ty.

'I...I... I cant do it, I win,' said Lance

'Well, since you say that, that mean you lose,' said Edward

'You don't say, after the first go, I think everyone from the third form knew they lose,' said Blake

'Yeah, I admit it, I lose to a first year student from the second dorm,' said Lance

'Well, *Yawned* I wasn't even trying, that doesn't *Yawned* even count as a warm up' said Ty, as he walked off back to bed, everyone was shocked and speechless after hearing Ty said that, the third dorm feel disgrace for losing to someone, who wasn't even trying, it even worst it wasn't even worth as a warm up session.

Edward patted Lance on the shoulder, may I should get you a copy of his performance from the concert so you'll understand what you up against,' said Edward

'No need we all got a copy, of Ty performance,' said Tony as he and Ty friends held a copy of the DVD in their hand

'What where did you get that from?' asked Blake

'Their not suppose to be out for another week,' said Edward

'Oh, Ty brother got us a copy, plus we got a copy of all the stars autograph,' said Frankie

'Lucky,' said everyone

'Movie time,' shouted Blake, as everyone ran the main hall where there was a projector there, so that all the student can watch it, they all watch the DVD and Ty last performance made all the guys cry, because it was so beautiful, graceful with elegant.

'No wonder I lost, I don't stand a chance against his level,' said Lance

'Not to make thing worst, but when he came on with new direction, he learned their whole dance within a few minutes,' said Casey

'WHAT!!!' said all the guys

'Who do you know this?' asked Edward

'Well a girl name Quinn, had to go to the hospital to give birth, and with her out the whole dance routine, would have been ruined for them, beside that we heard it from Ty mom who was the organiser of the whole show,' said Frankie

'Damn it,' said everyone as everyone left expect for the three dorm heads

'He surely is amazing and unexpected,' said Blake

'Yeah but what is also weird, those guys named Lucas and Brandon,' said Lance

'What do you mean?' asked Edward

'He the new student, who was suppose join our school as a first year at September, but I heard he was away with his band doing recording for their album, but they're starting tomorrow,' said Lance

'What!' said Blake

'But which dorm are they going to be in? That's the main question?' asked Blake

'I heard from the school board, that their both equally talented in music and their study, so it most likely be the second dorm,' said Lance

'So you mean, my dorm, is going to get more visit from you then Lance,' said Blake

'You got that right,' said Lance, as he gave Blake a cheeky thumbs up

'What, no fair, why do the second dorm get all the celebrities?' complained Edward

'What are you complaining about, you get all those who like sport guy, I get all the inbetweeners and Lance get all the creative art guys,' said Blake

'What about that girl Emma, if the boys are, here that mean the band is disband then,' said Edward

'Nope she going to Saint Blossoms School, our sister school remember you idiot,' said Lance

'Well let not think to much about this and let get on with our day,' said Blake as all three of them left and went back to their own dorms

~~~~~The Next morning~~~~~

Ty woke up, as he was getting, he looked for Tony, but he didn't seem to be around, so Ty got himself sorted for school, once he was done getting himself sorted and head to the dinning room for breakfast, all the boys in the dorm was their expect for his friends, 'Strange I wonder where everybody is?' through Ty, so he just sat down and ate by himself, after a while none of this friends still didn't show up, so he went to see James, but he wasn't there as well, 'This is getting to weird,' said Ty, as he left for school, 'This is really strange, how I not seen any of the guys today, I wonder did they, if they went to school early today, well I have to see them in lesson today, thank god we're all in the class,' said Ty

'Oh I wonder if the girls are up yet?' asked Ty as he went to see the girls at their dorm, but unfortunately, they weren't there.

'Where the heck is everyone,' said Ty as he continued to walk to school, as soon as he got to school none of this friends was there, Ty felt lonely, other people talk to Ty about his dance off with Lance, how amazing it was even though he wasn't even trying.

'Ok, class is starting now, everyone take your seat, and we also have a 2 late student who starting this year, as he opened the door to let them in' said the teacher

Brandon from DATS walks in 'Hi, I'm Brandon nice to meet you all,' said Brandon

'Where the other lad who was suppose to be with you?' asked the teacher

'I don't know, Lucas didn't come back from shopping last night, so I guess he off somewhere again,' said Brandon

'What! Lucas is here as well,' Shouted Ty as he shot up from his chair

'Ty do you know him?' asked the teacher

'Far to well,' said Ty as he sat back down, Brandon sat on the table next to Ty

'Hi Ty, I'm sorry about Lucas at the concert, but I hope we can be friends,' said Brandon

'Sure, that will be great,' said Ty as he extended his hand out for a handshake, Brandon just shakes Ty's hand and smiles at him. During the Lunch break, Ty went to see Jason, Brandon followed because he didn't have any friends beside Ty.

'Ty are you ok? Why are you going into the first aid room?' asked Brandon

'Oh, I'm friends with the teacher in here,' said Ty as he opened the door, Jason was leaning on the wall as he was kissing another guy, Ty and Brandon was shock and said 'Sorry to disturbed you,' and close the door, Ty grabbed Brandon paw and ran for it, but before they could get away, Jason opened the door, and dragged them both back into the first aid office

'Oh my god, I'm in trouble of my first day of school, Emma going to kill me,' cried Brandon

'Oh crap, I'm going to get lecture by him about knocking on a door before entering again,' said Ty

'What is the doctor really that scary of a person,' cried Brandon

'Scary and sarcastic about thing,' said Ty, Brandon just cried more, Jason just put them both on a chair, and lecture to them about knocking on a door, before entering

'Yeah I'm going to leave,' said the random guy, as he sneaked out.

'So, who is this?' asked Jason

'Oh this is Brandon, he knew to our school, he was suppose to start in September just like me, but he got delay with going to school because of this band album recording,' said Ty, Jason went in for a close look at Brandon, but he was scaring Brandon, so Brandon then hid behind Ty because he through Jason as really scary

'Their nothing to be scared about Brandon, Jason a really nice guy,' said Ty

'Ty be careful with your friend, he just like us,' said Jason

'What! Brandon are you gay?' asked Ty

'Yes,' said Brandon as if he was scared that they will judge him

'Come stand up, there nothing to be scared about, Jason wont flirt with you, because he isn't into student,' said Ty

'Yeah, student aren't my type,' said Jason as he brought to cup of coffee over

'This school, is getting really popular with teenage stars,' said Jason

'You think so?' asked Brandon

'So what bring you here, Brandon?' asked Jason

'Well I just followed Ty here since he is my only friend here,' said Brandon

'Well there nothing to worry about, Ty always come in here to freeload of me anyways,' said Jason

'That not true, I come here when I have trouble, or when I just want to see you because we're friends' said Ty, Jason suddenly just opened the window and jumped out to hid

'What was that about?' asked Brandon

'Trust me it better, if you don't ask,' said Ty, the door suddenly opened, and Sara was standing there

'Hi Sara, how are you doing?' asked Ty as he gave her a hug

'Oh Brandon this is Sara, Jason older sister, Sara this is Brandon he in a band called 'DATS' and he only starting school today,' said Ty

'Wow that's amazing in a brand, for someone so young, and beside that your also gay, how does your band member treat you? Oh by please call me Sara or big sister from now on, it make me feel younger,' said Sara

'How does she know?' asked Brandon with shock

'It their family, they have a very powerful gaydar, you wont be able to hid you sexuality from them,' said Ty, as Sara smile

'Anyway, hun's have you seen Jason? This is a emergency family meeting,' said Sara

'He just,' said Brandon, as Ty stopped him from finishing of that sentence

'Ty had something to do in the other building, we can take a message for you if you like,' said Ty

'Tell Jason, to come home fast, Jenny been missing since last night when she went out with you guy? Speaking of which do you know anything about it Ty ot any of the other?' asked Sara

'What Jenny missing, this is getting to strange, I was in bed all night after a tiring flight yesterday, but I not seen any of my friends today at all, even James wasn't in his kennel this morning,' said Ty

'Yeah, and Lucas went out last night, and he never came back to the hotel, we were suppose to move in together today,' said Brandon Jason just suddenly pop up from outside, 'That is rather strange indeed,' said Jason

'So there you are,' said Sara

'Oh crap,' said Jason as he made a run for it, Sara jump out of the Window and chased after him

'Do you mind filling me in, I'm kind of lose with this situation,' said Brandon

'Well Jason is scared of Sara, every time when she near Jason knows, and he tries to make an escape before she can capture him to make him do work,' sort of laughed Ty

'Anyway let finish the day and got out for dinner later ok, what class are you in next?' asked Ty

'I have art,' said Brandon

'Cool, I have media study next, I see out after school then,' said Ty as they left the first aid room and went to class

~~~~~After school~~~~~

'Brandon sure is late?' said Ty waiting at the gates, a lot of the guys went running to the back court, Ty heard something bad as some of the guys were running pass 'Hay I heard some of the guys from the art department art fighting that new kid,' Ty then ran into the back court, because he was worried about Brandon, and when he got there, there was Brandon and four vulture guys around him.

'How should we treat his little smart ass?' said the second vulture

'Let beat him up some more,' said the third vulture

'No, let destroy the work he done today,' said the fourth vulture

'I got some better in mind, let rip his clothes off and make him walk home naked,' said the first vulture

'Yeah that a great idea, let make him a laughing stock of the school,' said the fourth vulture

None of the guys that was watching did anything beside watch Brandon getting harassed by the group of vulture

'What have I done to you guys? For you to pick on me?' asked Brandon

'I don't like smart asses who get to skip a year and get to go straight to high school, got it fatty, no let get him boys,' said the first vulture

'Stop right there,' shouted Ty as he ran into the fight

'You call this a fair fight? Four against one, where are your pride as men?' asked Ty

'No-one asked for your opinion you queer bender,' said the third vulture

'If you want to stand up for the fat kid go ahead, we'll take you on as well,' said the second vulture

'Leave the queer for now boy, strip the fat kid,' said the first vulture as they all used their claw feet and headed straight for Brandon Ty grabbed Brandon paw 'Sorry about this Brandon,' said Ty, and threw Brandon into the crowd, Ty just dodge the claw attack, with his dancing, which made the vulture all kick each other in the stomach, Ty then kick their legs making them fall onto the ground.

'I hate bullying, and if you guys ever pick on Brandon again, I won't go easy on you, next time, and as for the rest of you, how can you guys just watch as four older guys, picking on a young student who is only 15, where the hell is your sense of justice?' said Ty as he went to Brandon to helping him up.

'Thank you, Ty thank you for defending me,' said Brandon as he being to cry on Ty

'It alright Brandon, let it out,' said Ty as he hugs Brandon as he cried, all the guys that watched feel ashamed to call themselves men and just left. But all the guys that happen to watch the fight were all art student, so they were mainly the third dorm student and a couple of the second dorm students.

Ty pulled out a packed of tissues and rubbed Brandon's eye, where does it hurt Brandon,' asked Ty

'It just my stomach, and my face,' said Brandon

'Ok, let something cold to put it on, before it swells up,' said Ty

'Ok,' said Brandon as he follows Ty to a vending machine to get a cold drink to put on his face.

'Ouch,' said Brandon as Ty put a cold can onto Brandon face

'Sorry, I try and be more gentle,' said Ty as he tried being more gentle

'Thank you Ty,' said Brandon

'It's ok Brandon, why we're those picking on you anyway?' asked Ty

'It because it skips a year and got into high school, and they didn't like because of that,' said Brandon

'Well, I don't care, you are who are,' said Ty with a smile

'Thank you, you're the first person to saying something nice about that, normally people say he must be really smart, if we paid him do our homework, do you think he will do it since he young of course,' said Brandon

'I see everyone as a equal, well everyone expect the snobby rich people, they're just plain snobby,' said Ty

'Yeah, you're right,' said Brandon

'So let go and get something to eat,' said Ty

'Yeah,' said Brandon

So both Ty and Brandon went to McDonalds to get something to eat and chatted more, getting to know each other better, once they were done eating they went their separate ways.

'I see you tonight Brandon, I help you move in when you get to the dorm tonight,' said Ty

'Cool and thanks, I should be coming around at 7pm,' said Brandon

'Ok, I will wait at the gates for you,' said Ty

'Ok, see you tonight then Ty,' said Brandon as he left to go back to the hotel to get his stuff ready

~~~~~Later that day~~~~~

Ty was at the gate waiting for Brandon, but he was thinking to himself, 'Strange, I not seen anyone since the dance off yesterday, I wonder where everyone went?' wondered Ty. Ty then looked at the clock and it was 7:30pm 'Man Brandon is late,' said Ty

Then suddenly Blake came running out to Ty, with a mail in his paw.

'Ty you have mail, it came this after school,' said Blake as ran to Ty and he was sweating a lot as well

'Thank you Blake, what the rush?' asked Ty

'I been asked to go home by my mother, it another family emergency,' said Blake

'Is it about Jenny disappearance?' asked Ty

'Yeah, how did you know about it?' asked Blake

'Your mother kind of told me to pass the message onto Jason when he was hiding,' said Ty

'Uncle and his hiding, when will he man up and face my mother like a man?' said Blake

'You want to try standing up to your mother,' said Ty

'Whaaaaa! Hell no she like the devil herself, if I cross the line, who know what she'll do to me?' said Blake with fear running through his body

'I thought so, you shouldn't go giving people advice, if you can't do it yourself,' said Ty, as he opened up his mail, which had a letter and a photo with it as well, Ty eyes shot open, and started reading the letter

'Ty, what's wrong?' asked Blake with confused look

'Blake, I know where the where Jenny and the other are, and they have been taken hostage by a gang called red vulture' said Ty

'What, where are they?' asked Blake

'They're in the abandon warehouse at the port,' said Ty

'I got to let my family know, and contact the police' said Brandon

'Wait, the letter say, if I contact the police, they will kill them,' said Ty

'So what do we do?' asked Blake

'We do nothing, they want me to go to them alone,' said Ty

'What but that crazy, you could get killed,' said Blake

'And I have to be there by 9pm,' said Ty

'What but the port is 2 hours away,' said Blake

'What else am I suppose to do, everyone lives is riding on my hand,' said Ty

'Ok I got it, I will ask mother to get you there,' said Blake as he got his phone out and called Sara and telling her the situation, within 5 min hanging up the phone, Sara arrived in the car with a lot of stress

'Ty is it true, that the red vulture has Jenny,' said Sara, Ty just showed the photo of all his friends

'Wait isn't that the new kid we met today?' asked Sara

'Yeah it Brandon, he must have kidnapped at some point after we left each other,' said Ty

'So what are you going to do?' asked Blake

'I'm going to do what they saw, and go to the port alone,' said Ty

'We're coming,' said Sara

'Fine, but you're staying in the car, I don't want to lose anyone.' Said Ty

'Fine, it agreed,' said Sara

They all got into the car, and Sara got to port within an hour, and park the car close but not close enough to let them be found. Ty got out of the car and said to them 'If I don't come back out in 20 minutes call the police, if I fail to save anyone, at least all we can do is that these bastard down,' said Ty

'Got you,' said Blake

'Ty just be careful, don't let anything happen to the other, and make sure you stay safe as well,' said Sara

'Ok, I will do whatever I can to save everyone,' said Ty

Ty just walked to the warehouse where he was suppose to meet the red vulture.

'Red Vulture I'm here alone like the letter said now show yourself,' shouted Ty

Suddenly the lights turned on and the red vulture was sat there, and behind them was a big flag, 'So you're stupid enough to come alone, so do you have the money?' said the leader of the red vulture

'What money, there was nothing about money in the letter,' said Ty as he threw him the letter

'Stop your bullshitting, where the money,' said the boss, one of the gang member read the letter and it didn't say anything about money

'Boss, we didn't tell him to bring money, we told to come alone,' said a gang member

'What, which idiot, wrote that letter,' shouted the boss, and all the gang member pointed at him

'Enough of this crap where are my friends?' shouted Ty

'Watch your mouth, rich boy,' said the boss, as he snap his finger, the flag fell down showing his friends, and his brother was there, tied up against the wall, as well out called.
