Zack put Maxx in the driver's seat and Trev put me into the back. We climbed on the truck and patted the area between us. "Get up here and sit between us, Zack." "Uh, ok." Zack climbed between us. "Just don't try anything." He giggled but we cuddled into him. "He's like a big fuzzy pillow." "Yeah, so soft." I guess all this time together just caught up to me." He seemed embarassed but I wasn't about to ruin his day. "Aw, it's ok, kitten." I went over to him and kissed him. "Try not to get to involved with eachother, we're almost there." My head popped up and the school was in sight. I rolled away from Trev and sat up. "Why are there no cars?" We parked in front of the door and read a sign taped to the it. _Closed for the remainder of the week: water pipe busted and school flooded. "_Looks like we have the rest of the week to ourselves, the school wont be cleaned up till next Monday, good thing too, I think we forgot our stuff." "Heh, that means I have you all to myself pup." Trev pushed me up to the door and forced his tongue into my mouth. Maxx and Zack just went back to the truck. "M-Mike? Trevor? What are you doing!?" We turned our heads quickly, breaking the sweet kiss. We saw my best friend Scott, a dragon I met in second grade. "Uh, Scott, what are you doing here?" "Why were you and the new guy kissing?" I knew Scott didn't know Trev, so I had to explain everything. "Well, Scott, this isn't very easy for me to say, but, we are... uh, we're gay." Scott looked as if the world was crashing around him. "I dont know what to say..." "Well, you dont have to say anything, Scott." "I think I need some time to myself." Scott flew off before another word could be said. "Mike, im sorry, I didn't know he would show up." "It's fine, Trevor, lets just go." I hung my head and walked to the car. I didn't want to lose Scott, he was my best friend for years. I jumped into the back of Zack's truck and curled up in a ball in the corner. Trev followed and Zack came to comfort me. "Mike, you ok?" "I'm fine." At this point I was barely holding back tears, but I didn't want them to see. "You can talk about it if you want." "I said im fine." A tear fell from my eye and Zack decided he should leave me alone. The ride back was long. Nobody talked, we didn't cuddle.

When we finally got back, I got out and went straight inside. I could hear mumbling behind me, but I just ignored it. I was completely depressed. I wasn't exactly blaming Trevor, but I was a little ticked at him. I wandered aimlessly through the house until I came to a random room and opened the door. It had a huge tv and couch. I sat on the couch and got in the fetal position. I waited and waited. Thoughts about whether I would ever speak to Scott again ran through my head. I started sobbing heavily at the thought of losing my best friend. "Mike, are you ok?" Maxx walked into the room alone and sat beside me. "Im fine." I said trying to hide my tears and mask the shaking in my voice. "I know you're not." "Im fine Maxx." I couldn't look at him. "Come on, Mike, I've only known you for a few days but I still know you aren't ok." "Maxx, go away." "I'm not just gonna get up and leave you here." "Maxx, leave me alone." I was starting to raise my voice but he just wouldn't leave. "Mike, come with me, Trevor doesn't like seeing you sad." "SCREW TREVOR, THIS IS WHY I DIDN'T WANT ANYONE TO KNOW!" I was now yelling at Maxx. I ran out of the room and past Trevor who was waiting just outside the door. "Mike, wait!" I didn't stop for him, I kept running. I was almost at the door when someone caught me by the arm. I looked back to see Zack's gentle eyes. "Mike, where are you going." "Somewhere other than here." I struggled to get my arm free but he was 10 times as strong as I was. "Let go of me!" "Not until you explain why you are running out." I was really mad at him and... I bit him. "Agh!" He let go, but grabbed the back of my shirt with his good paw. He pulled me back and I fell to the floor. "Mike, why are you on the floor?" Maxx and Trevor finally caught up and were now by my side. They looked at Zack and saw his bloody paw. "Mike, did you bite my boyfriend?" "Its fine, Maxx." I felt really bad. I lost my best friend, I bit Maxx's boyfriend and now i'm probably going to lose my boyfriend. "Come on Maxx, we have to get you cleaned up, and Trevor, help Mike up onto the couch." Maxx led Zack into the kitchen. Trevor helped me up by my arm and set me on the couch. He sat beside me and looked at me, but I looked away. "Mike, why did you bite Zack?" I didn't answer him. "Mike, look at me." I couldn't look at him right now, and I could tell his voice was cracking up. "Mike, please answer me!" I still didn't answer him. I wanted to, but my body wouldn't let me. "I'll be right back." He got up crying and left the room. I wanted to run for the door, but Maxx was watching me from the kitchen while he fixed Zack up. Trevor soon returned holding something in his paw. I looked up when he stopped in front of me. "Here!" He opened his paw and he held the golden necklace he had given me. "This shows that I want to be with you no matter what. That we can do anything together, even deal with your friend!" I was shocked. He trusted me, and I should trust him. "I love you Mike, and nothing will change that." He handed me the necklace and started sobbing. "I love you." He gave me a kiss on my head and ran into the kitchen with Maxx and Zack, shutting the door behind him. 'I can't believe Trev would want me to have it after all i've done...' I was sitting on the couch, thinking about what had just occured. I had to do something.

I got up off the couch and went to the kitchen door. I peeked in and Zack had a white cloth around his hand where I bit him and Trev was in the corner crying with Maxx trying to comfort him. I walked in slowly and everyone turned their heads. I held my left arm tightly with my right paw. I walked to Trevor and kneeled down in front of him. "Trevor... Im so sorry." It was enough to get a small smile from him. "I feel really ba-" He kissed me mid sentence. "Aw, so cute." Maxx whispered to Zack. Trev got up with me and looked at Maxx. "If you need us, we will be in my bedroom." "Ok, but try not to have to much fun in there." Trevor put his arm around me and we walked off.
