"I'm home."
I called out the words in my house, not expecting anyone to answer. My mom and dad were finishing at work, Roku had just left for work, so I was home alone. The first thing I did was go into the kitchen and get myself a snack. I grabbed a box of Cheez-Its and ran up the stairs to my room. Upon walking in, I tripped over one of my tails and landed face down on the floor.
"Ow." I said as I got up. I then proceeded to the computer and let it boot up. After the 3 minutes it took for my computer to start, I logged in and let the next three minutes fly by playing "Tonight Tonight Tonight!" by the Beat Crusaders on my iPod radio. When the computer was finally able to work without being stubborn, I signed onto Skype, a chat program with a growing userbase that's still pretty much in the dark, and the first thing to come up was a chat window from my friend Tai... who on Skype at the moment went by a name forced on him when he lost a bet:

Normally I thought that this would be just another of our usual chats, but the wolf on the other end quickly changed that after 5 minutes of chatting.

I had at this point nearly died from choking on my Cheez-Its. Tori, the girl I loved with all of my being, was coming to visit me, ME, the only two-tailed fox in the whole of my family and friends, in real life or online. I was both excited and nervous at once. What if her parents didn't like me? What if they saw two tails as unnatural? Was she even WITH her parents? All these questions and more rushed in my head as I tore off my school uniform and changed into my standard outfit: a lavender shirt, khakis, sneakers, and blue bracelets. "Tori I can't believe I'm actually meeting-" I started, but when I opened my eyes I was shocked.
Standing right in front of me was probably one of the hottest female foxes I've EVER seen. She was wearing a punk-ish outfit, but still, she was AMAZING! I blushed so bad, you could tell I was from two the next house over.
"Um... I'm sorry," I began, full of awe and nervousness, "The modeling agency is half an hour's drive from here."
"Why?" she said, "I'm not supposed to be there."
My eyes widened and right away, looking at her, I knew who she was.
"Tori?!" I asked in astonishment, "I don't believe it. You're... hot!"
She then slapped me playfully across the face.
"I'm not hot! But thanks for saying so." She said. "Now may I come in?"
I snapped out of it immediately and moved out of the way for her. "Of course." I answered.
She stepped through the threshold and into my house, and right away I felt nervous. I had to ask...
"Tori... your parents didn't come... did they?"
Tori turned to me and her smile was now a scowl. "I told them that I'd lock them out if they didn't leave me alone and saw the town. In fact..." She turned to the door, closed it, and locked it. She then asked if she could see around the house, and I agreed without a problem. I showed her every room in the house: kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, bathroom, laundry room, every room in the house until...
"And this is my room." I said, showing her the blue-walled room with so much on the floor, it was hard to walk. She stood there for a bit gaping at it, but then it seemed that she got used to it and walked in. looking around, she actually seemed surprised about a few things.
"I thought for sure someone like you would have a whole bunch of L'Arc~en~Ciel posters everywhere." She said jokingly. I laughed and walked up to her, putting my paw on her shoulder. "I can," I said, "But Roku, forget it, he'd flip." She smiled at that and we both started walking out of the room, until Tori just plain stopped walking.
"You okay?" I asked her as I turned back. Her response was totally unexpected:
"I could tell from the instant you saw me," she began, then looked at me, smiling suggestively, "You want to yiff me don't you?"
I stood there in shock, there was no way I heard that right. She had figured out that I wanted to yiff her. I smiled nervously and walked over to her, trying to keep from confirming what she had just said.
"Come on Tori," I has started, "I love you, but we both know that-"
