More than a year ago, back when I decided to be a furry artist, I came up with a great plotline for a furry/sexy story and typed out a near-complete first chapter when I realized I'd rather do it as a comic book.

Fast forward to today, when I find this collecting dust in my files. It reignited my drive to want to start work on the comic book adaption, so I typed in a little sexy bit in there and decided I'd share this with you guys. :3 What do you think so far?

WARNING: Strong language and naughty bits!

It sat in space. Drifting. For weeks now. The whole building. No one knew how it happened. All they knew now was that they were in space. The building used to rest on the ground, across the street from the coffee shop. It stood five stories high. It had a sign posted on the front door: "Perkins Offices."

Workers marveled at the complexity of its facilities. Apart from the security office on the first floor, the bottom three floors had the usual office space, ranging from cubicle dens to filing cabinet rooms. The fourth floor was an expansive employee lunchroom, complete with a small cafeteria, a couple soda and candy machines, topiaries, plant boxes, and twelve or so tables scattered about. The kitchen even had it's own meat freezer for when the call came for some steak sandwiches.

The top floor was the administrative offices. They had better computers, better desks, better chairs, a racquetball court, pool tables, and even arcade machines. Employees had a feeling this floor was the main reason the company was starting to go under.

The night it happened, there were only sixteen workers inside. They were closing up, powering down the system, doing janitorial work or securing the hallways. Two were even using a janitorial closet for "recreational" activities. It was just like any other normal night, but once the second hand reached the twelve and it became 11:00, the clocks stopped.

On the second floor, there was one lone light on in one of the cubicles. Frank rubbed the sleep from his eyes. He looked at his watch. Shit! He'd been asleep for hours now! He should've been home long ago! He could only imagine the hell-fury waiting for him at home. He grabbed his things and hurried to the elevator, pressing the down button. Nothing. He pressed it a couple more times. Nothing. Screw it. He took the stairs. A couple others were behind him, mumbling about the elevators as well. He got to the front doors and opened them... and was sucked into space.

The others screamed in horror. They grabbed onto furniture. They reached out to hold onto walls. Most missed the mark and followed Frank out the door. Others lost their grip.

"Oh, God! What the hell is happening?!" Nancy wailed.

"I don't know!!" Greg answered. They were the only ones left in the foyer. Four of them had already gone out the door.

"Where's the street?!" Nancy cried.

"I don't see it. I don't see anything! It's just black outside!" Greg gritted his teeth as his fingers slowly slipped off the corner of the wall. A couch upended itself from its bolts and was sent hurtling towards the door and got stuck length-wise across it. A lamp was sent out the entry and faded away into nothing. A large potted plant tore past Nancy, brushing her side.

"I... I'm gonna... slip..." Greg winced as he was sent hurtling towards the door and hit the sofa. Miraculously, the couch held his weight. Nancy screamed and flew backwards. Greg reached out his hand and grabbed hers. She was flailing behind, holding on to Greg as hard as she could.

"Don't... let... go!" Greg threw out his other hand.

"I won't!" Nancy grabbed on, her nails digging into his fur. Slowly, Greg pulled her onto the other side of the couch with him and signaled to get off the couch over to the wall. Ding! The elevator doors opened.

"Hey, guys, whatcha doin-" was all Ben could say before the vacuum of space took him towards the couch. "What the HELL??!!" As Ben hit the sofa, Ben's briefcase broke at the handle and faded away into the blackness. The couch seemed disgruntled at all these things hitting it and decided to start breaking in two.

"Quick, Ben, over here!" Greg and Hanna had already gotten themselves, through much effort, to the sides of the door. Greg reached out to Ben.

"I... can't reach!" Ben reached out. "Wait, I can grab the door handle!"

He took the door handle just as the couch bent inwards and broke in half, the pieces flying off into the distance. Ben was flailing, one hand on the handle, the handle slowly bending to his weight.

"Give me your hand!" Greg cried. Ben grabbed it and slowly but surely was led back in. He stood off to the side of the door, his back to the wall.

"We can't do anything until this door gets shut!" Ben exclaimed. "We've gotta do something!"

"Hold on to me!" Greg said. Ben grabbed him as Greg reached out to take the door handle. With all his might, he pulled and wheezed as the door slowly got shut. "You have the keys to lock this, right, Ben?"

"Yeah, but..."

"But what?"

"Mine can only lock it on the outside!"

"Dammit! Give them to me!"

"No, Greg! I'll do it! You won't be able to get back in!"

"I don't care!" Greg yelled. "I can't hold this door much longer! Give me the keys!"

Ben quickly fumbled around in his pockets and gave the keys to Greg. And with that, Greg flung out, still holding the handle. "Ben!! Shut the door!!!" Greg reached around to the front handle as Ben and Nancy slowly muscled the door shut. Greg put the key in, the tumblers turned, and the door was locked. Ben gave Greg a thumbs up, Nancy choked back tears and Greg gave them both a salute... and let go.

"What the fuck happened?" Taylor paced back and forth in the security room. "The whole system... crashed? Impossible!"

Kelsey scratched his head. "What could crash the entire system? A hacker? What would a hacker want with our company? Hack in and steal reams of paper? It's not like we're the biggest company in the world, or hell, this very street." Taylor, still pacing, smacked himself to make sure he was awake.

"All I remember was, I was watching the clock, waiting for eleven-o'clock to roll by so I could get out of here, and the clocks stopped. They stopped." Taylor sat down. "That's when the cameras stopped. When the screens turned off. When I started to fucking panic... Where the hell are you going?"

nbsp; Kelsey had gone over to the door. "I'm going to see what's happening."

"Well, I'll stay... Maybe I can figure out how to turn these things back on."

Kelsey opened the door to the hallway and looked out the windows. And saw blackness. What the hell? Frantically, he searched for the ground, the sky, the moon, but found nothing. Where the hell? He was running things in his mind that he thought would never be a concern. If the sky is gone, if the street is gone, where the hell are we? Can this kind of thing even happen?

He passed by Haughton, who was mopping the hallway floor. "Haughton?"

"Yes?" Haughton's moustache moved with his lips, almost comically.

"What the hell is going on?"

"Beats me. Power outage, maybe? I can't see any streetlights outside." Haughton placed his mop back in the bucket and went towards the window. "By the looks of it, it must be the entire city."

"Look closer, Haughton. There's no moon. It's pitch black. Besides, if it was a power outage, why is our building still lit?"

"You noticed too?"

Reina threw back her long, brown hair and gasped. Slowly, she rode up and down on the member between her thighs, caressing every inch of it with her sex. Her juices were starting to flow down her legs and onto Derrick's waist, who was panting heavily. Derrick held onto Reina's hips and brought her further down upon himself as he sat there on the floor. Derrick leaned up and nibbled on Reina's neck.

Their motions slowly increased in speed and Derrick could feel he was close. He bit his lip and continued to pump his shaft inside the beautiful lapine on top of him. Reina quickened her motions and started to shift her weight back and forth in time with the wolf's pistoning motions. She reached down with her left hand and pawed at her little nub, circling it between her thumb and index finger. She released a soft moan and started to pant. Her face was starting to flush, as was Derrick's. He reached up with his left hand and started to stroke Reina's left breast, squeezing her nipple and circling his hand over her soft fur.

"I- I'm gonna come..." Reina's words nearly drove Derrick over the edge, but he held his cool. He knew he wasn't far off himself, as his pleasure was starting to be more than he could stand. He raised his hips and thrust himself up into her pink lips, which quickly swallowed up his entire length. He took it out and rammed into her once more as Reina's hips locked up.

"Ah... Oh, god..." Reina bit her lip and gyrated shakily as her juices gushed out in a steady stream over Derrick's cock. Derrick howled and thrust upwards one last time before he himself came to a climax, releasing his thick seed inside of her. They sat there for a moment, his member still inside her, their combined fluids drizzling down their legs, and onto the floor.

Reina slowly got to her feet and adjusted her skirt. "Thanks, Derrick. I needed that."

"No prob, babe. Just give me a little more of a heads up next time." Derrick zipped up his pants and stood up. He hit his head on a broom. "Ow! Why must that stupid janitor hang his stuff up like this?"

"I dunno, Derrick. Could it be because we're in the place where he puts away these things?" Reina rolled her eyes and walked over to the door. Derrick grabbed her hips.

"Where do you think you're going?"

"Out this door, silly." Reina threw open the door and jumped out into the hallway. "WE JUST HAD SEX!!!"

"Jesus! What the hell are you doing?!" Derrick put his hand on her face. She swiped it off.

"Relax! There's no one here. Everyone's gone home."

"So you say, but what about the time last month after we came out "Oh, you're so silly, Derry. Paul knows about us and hasn't told anybody, so why should you worry now?" Reina stuck out her tongue.

"That's only because I bribed him $20 to keep his mouth shut."

"Well, it was twenty well spent." They rounded the corner and started down the main hallway. Every few feet there was a potted plant, as if the decorators were making a statement on something. Most likely about how underpaid they were. They decided to break the monotony with some landscape paintings every now and then, but the decor was, at best, drab. On their right, a row of high windows displayed the pitch blackness outside.

"Wow, it must be later than I thought." Derrick scratched his head.

And that's where this version of the story ends. :3 I have the rest of the plot written out elsewhere and hopefully soon I'll start on the comic book adaption!
