A Strange Meeting
This is a story I made for a friend. Just to clarify, this IS in fact a tangent off of a story I read by someone else. I don't remember the exact story, but while reading through this I'm sure you'll know if you've read the other one or not. It was a request from a friend, and I just decided that I should post it here to see what response I get. It's more an adventure story than a yiffy one, but of course there is still some amount of yiff in it. And just as a heads-up it is rather long. Enjoy!
A Strange Meeting
All was quiet in the station today. Not a soul was moving about in the night, and not a sound could be heard besides the soft humming of the engines. The fighter pilots were all awakened by the commander's loud voice over the speakers, "Wake up! We got a hostile situation that needs tending to right away! Report to the briefing room!"
Everyone burst wide-awake out of their rooms trying to put their clothes on while going down the hall. It sounded urgent so there was no time to waste. As Skorp passed by Beagle's room he saw that she was still fast asleep. He walked inside and started to shake her out of her sleep, "Beagle wake up! There's an emergency let's get going!"
"Wha? What! Oh good morning." She awoke finally with loud yawn swimming over to her bio arms and legs to strap them on. Skorp had already left when she finished and she let out a loud sigh. Walking down the hallways, she could already hear the commander's voice over the comm. so she hurried in trying to be unnoticed. When she got there the briefing was already over so she walked over to Skorp to find out what was going on.
"So Skorp what's up? What's this mission all about?"
"Just another group of Drej trying to take out a small colony of mantrin."
"Well we better get going then! Can't let everyone get a head start on us." Beagle responded playfully.
Beagle and Skorp had never piloted together before, but since Shrike was indisposed they had to pair up. Leaving from the station it took only a few minutes to get where they needed to be. They slowly landed onto the small planet and got out ready to fight off whatever came their way.
Heading into a large clearing Beagle heard some sounds of fighting somewhere close, "Shhh! Do you hear that? Let's try to sneak up on 'em." They both nodded to each other and slowly went around a corner where the sounds were coming from. Both their draws dropped through the ground when they saw something they never expected, another human!
This is where I come in. Since the destruction of the planet I was lucky enough to be on a small ship with my father. We were coming in on an approach to the planet when it exploded almost destroying the ship we were in. My father was hurt very badly and I tried to help him but he shoved me into an escape pod launching me away. Before leaving me alone he left me with his sacred katana. It was the only thing I had left to remember him by. I had arrived on this small planet after weeks of drifting through the nothingness of space. Living with these strange creatures that call themselves the mantrin, I learned how to live with them and live a happy life.
Beagle and Skorp were still staring at me until they noticed I was being overrun. They sprung from their positions towards the Drej surprising them. I curled up against the wall trying to stay away from the action when I noticed Beagle. Of all things I was being saved by a dolphin! Not just any dolphin but a very beautiful and sexy dolphin at that. I stared at her in awe at seeing a dolphin that could walk. She looked strange with the armor she had covering most of her body, but she still held me awe struck with her radiance.
They finished killing off the Drej and turned their attention to me on the ground. I was staring at Beagle endlessly and she must have noticed because she started to blush. Skorp broke in rather loudly, "Hey how'd you get here? I haven't seen another human in ages." I told them the story about how I had arrived here and about the sw...the sword! Where was it? I looked around madly trying to find it.
"Damnit I must have dropped it! Where is it?"
"Is this what you're looking for?" Beagle put out her mechanical hands with the katana in them with a big smile on her face. I stared up at her gorgeous face and slowly took it from her. "Th...thanks."
"So what's you name buddy? You do have a name right?" Skorp said to me noticing how intensely I was staring at Beagle. Still staring into her deep eyes I blurted out very quickly, "Zach."
"Zach, would you like to come with us? It looks like you could use some help." Her voice was so beautiful. It was such a big change from the squeals and clicks I remembered from other dolphins. I nodded slowly not taking my eyes off of her and slowly stood up. She gave a quick wink at me that I really wasn't expecting, and I don't think Skorp noticed because he started talking again, "We better get to the rendezvous point Beagle. We haven't much time to waste."
"Alright, come on Zach stay close and try not to run off." I did as she said staying as close to her as I could without it getting uncomfortable. We moved swiftly through the area amazingly only running into two Drej on our way. As we arrived at the rendezvous I saw a huge mass of strange creatures mostly of the mantrin but also some were dolphins as well as something I'd never seen before. They all swarmed around the three of us seeing that Beagle and Skorp had found another human.
"Hey hey! Another human! Where'd you guys find him?"
Beagle responded very proudly, "We found him while he was getting attacked by a rather large group of Drej. He was doing quite well actually. If we train him he could have massive potential."
"Is that so? Well welcome to the group little guy! Hope you enjoy your stay." The group started laughing and were silenced as, what I assumed was the commander, started to talk.
"Good job men! The Drej have been wiped from this planet!" A loud cheer arose from the ranks. "There was only 12 casualties but they will be missed...and as I see we have a new recruit!" Everyone turned their heads towards me including Beagle with a happy smile on her face. She nodded to me and I headed up to the commander rather hesitantly.
"Welcome to the squad son! What's your name?"
I looked over to Beagle again as if for approval and she nodded to me again. "Zach, my name is Zach."
"Well Zach since I see you and Beagle are already getting along, you two are going to become good friends. Beagle!"
"Yes sir!" She ran up beside me.
"You will train Zach and show him everything he needs to know about combat and flying."
"Yes sir, I shall do my best!" She looked over to me and whispered to me, "I hope we can get to know each other better Zach. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself here with me."
A great feeling of happiness swelled over my body staring into her deep blue eyes again. Something about them made me forget everything around us like it was just her and me. I was broken out of my trance as the commander yelled out, "Dismissed!" I followed her back to the ship thinking to myself how lucky I was to meet her.
The whole trip back to the station the three of us were silent except for the buzz and whirs coming from the equipment every once in a while. Skorp landed the ship softly into the docks and the glass roof rose to let us out. I hopped out and followed Beagle along to her room. On the way her and Skorp were talking about something but I couldn't understand what they were saying. As we arrived to Beagle's room Skorp left waving behind him, "I'll talk to you later Beagle!" She waved back and then looked over to me.
"Well here we are. My room, apartment, domicile, whatever you want to call it, make yourself at home." She smiled to me, though she always looked like she had a smile on her face. She strolled over to a locker and hung up her mechanical arms and legs. As she stripped down her armor placing it inside with them she looked incredible. Her long body accented by the reflection of the water. She looked back over to me seeing I had my mouth open and was staring again.
"Think you could give me a little help over here handsome?" She laughed a little as my face turned a bright ruby red. I walked over to her and tried to help as much as I could to get her into the water. She did most of the work herself, but I was enjoying it too much to pass up the opportunity. Her body felt so smooth that I started to rub over her without even thinking. I stopped myself and turned bright red again, "Um...err sorry. I didn't mean..."
"Why'd you stop? I was starting to enjoy your company." She rubbed up against my hand encouragingly so I obliged her and started to rub over her body again. She made a loud chirping noise that startled me at first. I couldn't hold it in any longer and I blurted out,
"You're so beautiful." She turned her head towards me and replied happily. "You're not so bad looking yourself," as she moved in closer and gave me a kiss. I was stunned and couldn't do anything. I wasn't exactly expecting her to warm up to me so quickly. Actually I wasn't even expecting her to let me get this close with her. I savored the moment for as long as I could, fireworks shooting off in the background like a love struck scene from a movie. The only difference is that these fireworks were really there. I finally noticed them, as we pulled away and stared through the skylight in awe.
"Wow they're so pretty. What's the cause for celebration?"
"It's a tradition for this station. Whenever we win a battle they send up fireworks to celebrate another victory." She looked up at the skylight and we watched the fireworks together holding each other close. I looked over to her and smiled, "Beagle?"
"Yes?" She quickly turned her attention to me. "What is it?"
I said hesitantly, "I know I've only known you for a short time...no a REALLY short time, but...I think I love you." Beagle was silent for a moment but then she responded happily, "I think I love you too Zach!"
I was so overjoyed so I gave her a big hug and we kissed again as the fireworks finale shot overhead lighting up the sky. The lights from the explosions reflected off of her skin and it made her look vibrant and even more beautiful than before. I had completely lost myself in the moment and hadn't noticed I had a massive erection. Being around her beauty and femininity made me feel so relaxed and happy, along with many other things.
The night was perfect in every way. I fell asleep in her loving fins with a huge smile on my face and a feeling of finally being with whom I was meant to be with. She noticed I had fallen asleep so she moved us to the shallow water so I wouldn't drown in my sleep. We slept there together peacefully until the suns light broke through the skylight and a loud splashing noise awoke me from my slumber.
I yawned loudly as another wave of water was splashed over my body. I shook off the water and looked around just in time to see Beagle flying through the air doing flips. She landed gracefully in the water and then bolted over to me seeing that I was finally awake.
"Morning Zach! You sure sleep heavily." She chuckled loudly.
"Good morning Beagle. How long have you been awake?"
"Oh I'd say about three hours or so waiting for you." She swam back into the water doing a backwards tail walk making happy squeals and chirps. Landing in the water she flew through the air in what must have been a triple flip. I clapped loudly and whistled.
"That was incredible! I've never seen anything like that before." She winked at me.
"I'm glad you liked it. Will you rub me?" She stared at me with a look of want in her eyes. I obliged her and started to rub over her fins slowly moving down her long rubbery body. She kept saying to me, "Lower," so I continued down until I was rubbing over her powerful flukes. I looked over to her head to see how I was doing and couldn't help but smile to see her mouth open and eyes shut, a sure sign that she was enjoying it. I slowly moved my rubbing pattern back up towards her head, and as she noticed I moved her eyes opened slowly and I gave her a long kiss on her beak. She squealed happily as did I, but we were interrupted by Skorp's voice, "Hey Zach you better go and get some breakfast before it's all gone."
He startled me and I pulled away embarrassed that he had seen us kissing. "Uh but what about Beagle?"
"I always bring her some of her favorite. Don't worry about her she'll be fine." I looked over to Beagle and back at Skorp. I didn't want to leave from where I was but Beagle's voice reassured me,
"Yeah don't worry about me Zach. You go and get yourself some food. You must be quite hungry from yesterday." At that my stomach rumbled loudly. So I stood up out of the water giving her one last kiss before walking out.
As I walked down the hall in the direction I thought the mess hall was I could hear her chirping loudly and splashing about while, what I guessed was Skorp, was feeding her. I never really liked that Skorp character. After talking with some other people while getting some food I learned about how he had already had sex and became close to two other people on the station, not including Beagle. He seemed too cocky to me and I wish I could've done something about it, but I didn't want to get on bad terms with Beagle.
As I finished eating I headed back to Beagles room and saw she was still swimming about in the water happily. I stood in the doorway smiling watching her swim laps around the large pool. She was so graceful. I could never match up to her, and yet she still fell in love with me and I with her. She noticed me finally and called to me,
"Zach! You're back! It's time for you to start your training. Can you help me get my arms and legs on?"
"Of course I'll help you. I'd do anything for you." She blushed slightly and I went over to her locker to take out the parts. They were heavier then I thought and she laughed as I dropped to floor when I tried to carry all of them at once. I quickly righted myself and took each part over to her, also helping her put on her X-armor, or whatever it was called. She didn't look as vibrant with the armor on but I still thought she looked gorgeous.
"Thanks for the help. Shall we? Just follow me and I'll take you to the training area. OH! Don't forget your sword. Since you have it you might as well learn how to use it." I nodded picking up the katana and followed her to the training room. It was completely empty besides us and very dark.
"Just give me a second to load the training program. Let me see...sword making, sword wielding, sword fighting there we go!" The room brightened up and Beagle disappeared. I spun around madly trying to find her.
"Beagle! Beagle where are you?!" I heard her voice but I couldn't see her body anywhere.
"Calm down Zach. This is a hologram-training program. Just follow the instructions and you'll learn how to fight in no time. I'll be here incase you get hurt."
"Hurt? I thought holograms weren't real."
"Well at first they aren't but once you get into the higher levels of training it has to become realistic or it's not as effective." Well that made me feel better. I'm sure it probably takes a while to get into the higher levels of training so I had some time to get used to my new surroundings. I walked around a little and was startled when an image of an old man appeared in front of me. I sliced madly at his image but it just went through him.
"Are you done yet? You're not going to get anywhere like that. Follow me and we will begin your training." I stared blankly at him for a moment then raced after him as he took off. He moved at a very quick pace and I had to run just to keep up with him.
After almost four hours of training with my weapon I started to become very skillful with it. The old man kept complimenting me on breaking all of the course records.
"You are very good for having never been in combat before. Since you are doing so well it's time to get into the real meat and potatoes of what you need to learn. Battles with real enemies and real pain." To my surprise the first that appeared was a mantrin.
"I have to fight one of them? I thought they were allied with us."
"Yes that is true but there are some groups that have gone astray and live off of piracy. Do not be fooled by their looks, for they are very agile. Round one...begin!" The creature flew at me with great speed that I wasn't expecting at first, but I was able to dodge it and slice it down as it passed by me. A small drop of blood fell to the ground and I felt my face where it had come from.
"What the hell? I didn't even see it hit me."
"I told you they are quick. Now for your next match! They will get progressively harder the further you go." It continued on for hours more than I thought it would, with many enemies to fight against. At first it started with just one on one with every race there was, but then they started to come in groups. I was able to fend off all of them, but not without getting beat up pretty bad. By the time I had gone through what seemed like hundreds of enemies I was dead tired and bloody.
"You have done very well Zach! I never would've expected you to get so far on your first day, but now you must face your final challenge. Don't be surprised if you cannot defeat this foe. If you have any problems just yell out for your friend that is assisting you and the program will end." With that the sky darkened and I appeared to be on top of some sort of stony field. The ground stretched for miles in every direction and had no cover whatsoever.
Suddenly I heard a loud roar from behind me and I veered around to see a huge dragon flying towards me. I was stunned, and didn't know what to do. It was so massive and I was so tired that there was no way I could fight it off. Then I thought to myself, 'Beagle...I have to do this for Beagle.' I heard her voice swell around me,
"Zach don't be stupid! You can't fight in your condition! Zach!"
I yelled back to her, "Don't worry about me! I'll be fine!" I managed to dodge around him at first and when it landed near me I ran in head on to try and do some damage. Stupidly I ran right into a trap and as I neared the dragon it took in a huge breath and let out a wall of fire towards me. I stopped dead in my tracks thinking of a way to escape but it was too close for me to run away. The only thing I could do was scream.
"BEEEEEAAAAGLE!!" Everything faded away and again it was just Beagle and I standing in a dark room. I fell backwards into her arms exhausted from the ordeal and she carried me to the infirmary to get treated for my wounds. I looked up to her and she looked down to me still with that familiar smile on her face.
"Don't worry Zach. You'll be fine. You did very well for your first time. I think what you did was very brave...foolish but brave." She leaned down and gave me a quick kiss on the forehead. As she let me down into some sort of rejuvenation chamber I quickly fell asleep inside as it filled up with water or some type of liquid.
When I awoke I was lying in a bed still in the infirmary. Looking around I saw Beagle sitting in a chair next to me fast asleep. A mantrin walked in with a nurse cap on and I stared at her for a moment as she checked my stats on the various machines.
"Well you seem to be doing better. You can leave whenever you want."
"How long has she been there?" I gestured over to Beagle, and she smiled as best she could with her beak.
"Ever since she brought you in she hasn't left your side. She must really be in love. Even Skorp couldn't pull her away." I smiled widely and then started to take off the little pads and such that were attached to my chest, arms, and legs. After getting them off I leaned over Beagle and gave her a kiss on her melon waking her up. She slowly opened her eyes and let out a squeal as she yawned widely.
"Well good morning Zach. I'm glad you're feeling better. You sure look better that's for sure." I didn't respond but I had a huge smile on my face. She stared back at me for a moment before breaking the silence.
"What? Is something wrong?"
"I love you Beagle. I want to stay with you forever." The mantrin nurse sighed loudly and blurted out killing the moment.
"Ahhh young love. How sweet." We both looked at her evilly and she backed away out of the room. Once she was gone I looked back over to Beagle and we lovingly embraced each other.
"Zach? Will you mate with me?" I looked at her happily at finally hearing the words I had been waiting to hear for so long.
"Do you really have to ask? Of course I will!" She stood up abruptly in the chair almost knocking me over squealing happily. She ran out of the room stopping at the door.
"Meet me back at my room. I'll be waiting for you." She winked at me and took off down the hall. I didn't bother to put my clothes on since I didn't need them, so I ran as fast as I could down the hall in my boxers. She must have ran pretty fast because I was running at top speed and still couldn't see her anywhere ahead of me. In my urgent need to find her I got lost and couldn't find her room. I ran around a corner looking around wildly confused, as I still hadn't explored the ship fully. Skorp noticed I was lost and walked over to me.
"A little lost are we?" He looked me over and laughed.
"Hey um where is Beagle's room from here? I'm kind of lost." He gave me directions and as soon as he finished I bolted down the hall. Finally finding it, I ran inside and looked around trying to find Beagle. I heard a soft splashing noise from the pool.
"Beagle? Is that you?" She jumped high out of the water and winked at me in mid-air before going back under. I smiled happily and dove into the cool waters trying to find her. I was startled as I felt something rise up between my legs, and began to drag me around the pool. It was like nothing I had ever experienced. I closed my eyes as we went around and around feeling the wind stream through my hair. She eventually stopped and let me back down into the shallow water.
She nudged up against me begging me to rub over her body again. I did so and she opened her mouth again in extreme delight. This time as I moved further down her body she rolled over exposing her, already pink tinted, belly. It was so radiant in the water and I was completely awe struck at how beautiful it looked. I rubbed over her in slow circles making the moment last as long as I could. Eventually she said something,
"Lower, go...lower." I happily did what she asked and started to slowly move lower still making the circular motion until I came upon her slit. I let out a loud sigh of relief as I emptied myself into the strange looking toilet. As I finished I saw she was still fast asleep and I didn't want to disturb her, so I changed my clothes and headed to the training deck to finish what I had started. I knew I had to be extra careful since there was no one to stop the program if things got out of hand again like before, but I felt I had to get through it so I could fight alongside Beagle in the next battle.
It was dark as before and it took me some time before I was able to find the correct program. Once I found it the area lit up and I found myself once again where I ended, in the endless field of stone. The old man from before appeared and greeted me,
"Welcome back Zach! Are you ready to finish off your training? Remember if you are having any trouble call out to your friend and they will stop it immediately."
"Well this time Beagle isn't here to help me. Is there any other way I can end it without someone on the outside?" He stared at me for a moment like he was searching the database for an answer to my question.
"I am sorry but the only other way to end it is if you finish the program. Would you like to start where you left off or start somewhere else?"
"I would like to start where I left off please." With this he disappeared and I heard the all to familiar roar from behind me. I took a long gulp and pulled out my sword from its sheath. The dragon came at me the same way as the first time, making a flying dive towards me. I dodged it with ease and then began to run towards him for the kill, but then I stopped dead in my tracks.
"Wait a second. I made this mistake last time. I gotta wait for an opening." Just then he took in a deep breath preparing to cover me in flames. I thought to myself, "That's it! It becomes vulnerable when attacking. Now I just need to find a weak spot." The dragon let out a huge burst of flame and I tried desperately to run around it. I narrowly dodged it as it singed off a part of my shirt on my left shoulder. It burned for a moment but I quickly got over it and waited for him to make his move.
The dragon took in another huge breath and I raced towards him managing to reach his face just before he launched his attack at me. I quickly jumped over the flames and onto his back trying to find some sort of vulnerable spot for attack. Since dragon scales are so hard it would be near impossible to penetrate. Trying to throw me off, the dragon took flight and I rolled of its side back onto the ground. Then I saw it, a small scale on his underside was already cracking. It must have been from previous battles or something.
I didn't have much time to think as he started plummeting back down trying to smash me into the hard ground, so I threw my sword high into the air aiming for the spot I saw before. It barely stuck into him but it was stopped by his impenetrable armor. I rolled out of the way but was caught by one of his enormous claws slicing me down the back. Trying hard to stand up I heard him roar loudly in pain and roll over onto his side. His attack had worked to my advantage jamming the sword fully into his body.
I let out a loud whoop in joy as his body slowly disappeared leaving the sword lying on the ground. The old man appeared in front of me again clapping his hands.
"Congratulations Zach! You are now a full-fledged soldier! You have come very far in a short amount of time. The program will end soon, and make sure to report to your appointed trainer to receive your official ranking." He disappeared and all was dark again. I had a huge grin on my face, as now I was able to be with Beagle everywhere she went. Slowly I stumbled out of the holodeck and headed to the infirmary. I Passed by Skorp on my way and he greeted me.
"Hey there Zach how you doing? You're not looking to good." I ignored him and continued on trying to keep myself from succumbing to the pain. Skorp gasped loudly as he saw my back covered in blood and a long trail of blood leading down the hallway. I had already reached the infirmary when he managed to catch up with me, and the mantrin nurse sat me face down on the bed. She put some sort of strange liquid on the wound that made me yell out in pain. It felt like my back was on fire and she had to ask Skorp to hold me down so I could be treated.
"If you don't want to be in such pain then you shouldn't be getting yourself hurt so badly by those damn programs." The pain finally went away and I muttered something under my breath.
"I'm sorry what was that?" The nurse moved closer to me and I repeated it very quietly.
"I may be hurt but I defeated that damned dragon. Now I get to be a part of the crew." She rubbed my head encouragingly.
"Wow! Congratulations! If you defeated him in only two days I'm sure you will be a great asset on the battlefield. As soon as you are healed up make sure to report to your appointed officer, which would be..." She looked over my charts searching for a name, but I already knew whom she was going to mention.
"Beagle. Now you get some rest. Just call me if you need anything." She left me alone in the room, still face down, with Skorp. I sighed happily thinking about Beagle and wondering how she is going to react when I tell her. Then I remembered how I had left her sleeping.
"Hey Skorp? Is Beagle up yet?"
"Yeah she's been up for a while, running around frantically trying to find you. You gave her a scare leaving her alone like that." I started to feel saddened.
"I didn't mean to. I just didn't want to disturb her. She looked so peaceful, and I really wanted to finish up my training so I could fight with you guys." Skorp was silent for a while thinking about what I said. I guess he knew what I felt for her.
"Don't worry about it. When she hears of the good news she'll be overjoyed, but listen to me well boy. I'm not going to give her up without a fight. You can't just waltz right in here and steal my love away form me!" I bolted upright in the bed and a searing pain shot through my body making me wince.
"What the hell are you talking about? I'm not the one that is in 'love' with three other crewmembers. At least I will be forever faithful to her." Something snapped inside of him. He was starting to get really pissed, and so was I.
"You little son-of-a-bitch! If it was up to me I'd have you sent off into space to drift around where you belong!"
"Then I'm glad it's not up to you." He stuttered trying to say something then stormed out of the room stopping at the door.
"We'll settle this later! I'm not going to let you take her away from me!" I just stared at him angrily as he stormed out and down the hall yelling at someone who tried to say something to him. Lying back down on the bed it seemed that I had some competition. I wasn't about to let an ass like that keep me away from my one true love. I just hoped that it wouldn't get out of hand. I lied on the bed face down for what must have been over five hours before the mantrin nurse finally came back in to look me over. She rubbed over my back with her soft wings and it made me twitch and giggle. She laughed as well and said very softly.
"Well it looks like you've healed up nicely. Not even a sign that you were ever hurt. You should be getting back to Beagle. She's been moping around all day waiting for you to get better." This made me smile and I quickly got my clothes on excited to tell her the good news that I would be able to fight with her.
No sooner then one-step out of the infirmary I heard Beagle's voice echo from down the hall.
"Zach! You're all better! I'm so glad to see you're alright." She ran at me fast lifting me from the ground with a big hug almost crying. She finally set me down when I said I had something important to tell her.
"Beagle, I'm sorry I left you this morning but I had to finish the training." She looked at me with a hint of terror in her eyes.
"Is that what happened to you? You really shouldn't go there without me. You could get seriously hurt."
"Yeah I know it was careless, but I wanted to do it so I could be with you. Besides getting injured I passed! Now I can come fight with you!" Her eyes lit up with joy and she let out a happy squeal giving me another hug.
"Oh I'm so happy for you! I knew you would have great potential. Now come follow me. I need to report that you finished the program to the commander so you can be appointed." We walked rather quickly into the commander's office and Beagle gave him the good news.
"Good job Zach, and you couldn't have completed your training in a better time. I just got word from the 21st dolphin division that they are under heavy assault and in dire need of assistance. We are sending everything we have to help them. You will be accompanying Beagle on this mission. Beagle, take good care of him."
"Don't worry sir I'm sure we will be fine together." I looked up at her gleaming face and couldn't help but smile at her beauty. I sighed loudly and she looked over to me. We headed out of the commanders room and into the hanger to get ready for the battle. As we got there some huge soldier handed me a gigantic gun that I could barely hold up. I dropped it onto the ground and showed him my sword.
"I don't need a gun as long as I have this. I'll be fine without one." The strange creature made a grumbling noise and walked away. Beagle laughed and then we headed over to our ship. On the way I crossed sights with Skorp and we gave each other an evil look. I just hoped that I wouldn't have to deal with him during all the action. It would be a disaster. Beagle was already into the ship before me and I struggled to climb up the side. She laughed and put out one of her mecha arms.
"Grab my hand I'll help you up." I looked up to her and smiled widely as I grabbed her hand and she pulled me up placing me into the seat behind her. We took off rather suddenly and I was thrown back against my seat.
As we approached the planet I could see from space that it was mostly water with a small piece of round land, which happened to be where we were heading. I hopped out of the aircraft tripping over the side landing on my face. Everyone around me laughed and I just stood up embarrassed wiping off the dirt. I looked around and from what I could see the water was stagnant and nothing could be seen.
"Beagle what's going on? I don't see anything. Where is everybody?" She was staring out to sea as if waiting for something.
"Just wait for it." I looked in the direction she was looking and saw a dolphin head pop up from the water chirping wildly. Beagle looked relieved, but then I noticed something coming from behind the dolphin.
"Look out behind you!" I screamed out and ran towards the dolphin as fast as I could. Suddenly a huge creature sprung from the depths and came crashing down onto the dolphin. I quickly drew my sword and tossed it as hard as I could, trying to skewer whatever it was. It dropped short of the dolphin's head making a huge wave of water rush towards the shore. I was knocked down, and lost sight of the dolphin.
Everything was silent for a long time until something broke the surface right in front of me holding my sword in its beak. Everyone behind me clapped yelling out, "Good work Zach! You got 'em good!" I slowly took my sword back from the dolphin, and it thanked me for saving its life. Beagle walked over next to me and started to talk with him about what was going on.
"I'm glad to see you again. Where is the rest of the squad?"
"They are pinned down. I was sent to meet with you and help you find us. If you would please hurry and follow me, there isn't a moment to lose." Beagle nodded and signaled to the rest of the crew to dive on in and follow him. She handed me some sort of breathing mask so I could stay under longer.
"Grab onto my fin. It'll be faster that way." I didn't hesitate a moment and grabbed on. She swam quite fast, faster than usual. As we arrived at the spot I dove under and could already see flashing lights and hear sounds of battle coming from every direction. I held tightly onto Beagle's fin so I wouldn't get lost. As we went deeper I could see everything clearly.
I suddenly lost my grip as she took off even faster into the depths, and almost as soon as it happened I was ambushed by three of the giant creatures. They came in quickly from all sides firing off some sort of blaster. I managed to block all of the shots with my katana, and sending one of them dead into the depths with a deflected beam. Almost as soon as I had killed one another took its place.
They finally got close enough to attack, and I was ready for them with a special little technique that I created. I ducked under the first ones blow and blocked the second one with my blade. Quickly moving around its side I jabbed my sword into its abdomen making it yell out in pain. The other two tried to attack me, but I just pulled my sword out of the one I stabbed and threw him at the others. They were all knocked down by the body and sunk to the bottom.
Again more appeared but this time there was five. "Damnit where the hell do they keep coming from. This is getting ridiculous." I tried best I could to block their attacks but there was too many and one of them struck me on the back sending me flying into the blow of another. They threw me around striking me again in a little circle, and I was helpless to fight back until one of them made a mistake.
As I was flying into another one it missed me and gave me enough time to recover. As I passed by its head I sliced it through and through. The others stared at me and I heard a squeal of someone I knew very well.
"Beagle! She sounds like she's in trouble!" I fought my way around the group and headed towards the sounds finding her cornered by four of them. I yelled out sending a large group of bubbles to the surface and swam as fast as I could to get to her. As I reached her I stabbed my sword through one of the unsuspecting enemies killing it instantly.
"Zach look out behind you!" I turned around only to see a huge beam of light heading straight for me. I could do nothing, and it seemed this was the end until I was pushed out of the way by a blow to my chest. I lost my oxygen mask and swam around wildly trying to find it until it was placed back onto my face. I looked to see it was Beagle. She had pushed me out of the way and it seemed that beam had hit the others incinerating them. I gave her a big hug.
"Thank you so much Beagle. That would have killed me for sure if you weren't there." She gave me a little kiss.
"Well you saved me didn't you? So I might as well return the favor." I looked around noticing how silent it was. I couldn't see or hear anything. It looked as if the battle was over.
"Is it over? I can't see any fighting anywhere." She looked at me with a saddened look on her face.
"No it's far from over...the enemy has broken through our first line of defense and has headed into the lower depths. I wish you could come with me but the pressure is too great and you would be crushed." I looked at her, eyes wide with fright.
"I don't want to leave you alone down here Beagle."
"Don't worry about me. Shrike will be with me and many others as well. You should head back to the surface and do what you can up there." I started to cry like a little baby, and gave her a big hug.
"Come back to me Beagle! I can't bear to lose you. Promise me you'll come back! Promise me!"
"I promise you Zach, I will return." She gave me another passionate kiss and took off into the depths. I watched her body gracefully move through the waters until she was out of sight. I slowly started to head back to the surface. As I arrived the only other person I could see was Skorp. This was it...this moment would decide who will get to stay with Beagle.
"I hope you're ready to lose Zach. I told you before, I'm not going to let a little punk son-of-a-bitch like you take her away from me!" He fired off a shot from his weapon and I dodged it, but to my surprise as it passed behind me it turned around and slammed into my back. I screamed out in pain and fell forward onto the ground.
"You bastard. I'm going to get you for that." Skorp laughed loudly as I tried to stand myself back up using my sword as leverage. I ran at him with every bit of speed I had. He smiled and as I got near him he fired off a gigantic blast, but I disappeared and reappeared behind him.
"You missed me. You gotta be faster then that to beat me." I jabbed my sword backwards into his side going straight through his armor. He yelled out in immense pain and turned around with one eye closed clenching the area I had struck. Blood dripped from the end of my sword and I readied it in front of me for another assault.
"You'll never take my love away from me! You know she loves me more than you! That's why you're doing this isn't it? You're just jealous of me."
"Shut up! I don't want to hear your crap!" He surprised me a little firing blast after blast at me. I did the best I could to dodge them, jumping away from each one only to be nearly hit by another while in the air. It continued on for a long time, and I couldn't get any chances to attack him no matter what I did. I was starting to get tired and the end seemed to be closing in on me. I mumbled to myself.
"Beagle, I have to do this for her. I can't lose!" When I yelled out it startled him giving the time I needed to get closer. I landed on the ground after blocking a giant ball of energy and took off running at him with an all or nothing attitude. This moment would be it.
"It ends here! AAAAAAHHHH!!!" Skorp continued his volley of shots managing to hit me many more times than I thought but I continued on and stabbed my sword into his weapon making it backfire exploding in his face. I collapsed onto the ground gripping my arm where it was bleeding badly, but Skorp was in worse condition. I crawled over to him placing the tip of my sword on his neck.
"Say it." I coughed loudly and stared at his bloody face waiting for an answer. When he didn't answer I put more pressure onto his neck making it bleed a little. "Say it damnit! You've lost."
"Fine...you win. I won't get in your way." I sighed and put my sword away collapsing onto the ground next to him.
"I'm sorry I had to do this to you Skorp. I didn't want it to come to this, but you kept pushing." We were both breathing heavily and it almost seemed like we might die if someone didn't come by soon.
"Well how are we supposed to explain this to the crew. We can't let them know we tried to kill each other. They would have our heads." We both laughed to each other, and then a familiar voice was heard from behind us.
"Oh my god! What happened to you two! MEDIC I NEED A MEDIC!" Shrike was standing over us trying desperately to stop the bleeding in any way she could. Other people began to surface from the water and many concerned faces suddenly surrounded us. The medic team finally arrived and poured a huge tub of that strange liquid over our bodies. We both screamed out in pain with that familiar burning sensation covering over my body before passing out.
I was awake before Skorp and I looked over to his bed seeing that he still had some gashes from where I stabbed him. Looking around the room I saw various "get well soon" cards and such surrounding our beds. The door flung open and just the person I wanted to see burst through the door in tears.
"Oh Zach I thought I lost you! You gotta stop doing this to me!" Beagle kneeled beside my bed and gave me a hug with her arms. I hugged her back and whispered softly into her 'ear'.
"I'm so sorry Beagle. We were um...ambushed by a large group of enemies. Luckily Skorp was there to help or I would have died for sure, but of course he's in worse condition than me." She looked over to him then back at me giving me a kiss that shocked me for a moment. I melted away in a sea of happiness under her embrace. Neither of us knew how long he was staring but Skorp broke the moment.
"Would you two please not do that in front of me." We both blushed and turned our heads away from him.
"Um err sorry Skorp I thought you were still out of it." Beagle looked over to him.
"I'm glad you are alright as well Skorp. Oh I almost forgot! The commander requests your presence in his office. He needs a full report on what happened." Great this is just what I needed. Now I'd have to lie my ass off and come up with some elaborate story. I looked over to Skorp and he looked back at me worrisome. Beagle stood back up and winked at me.
"When you get done with the commander be sure to come back to our room ok? I haven't seen you all day and I'd like to have a little quiet time with you." I nodded back to her with a huge grin on my face. Skorp rolled his eyes as she left.
"You're one lucky son-of-a-bitch Zach. You better take good care of her. She deserves only the best." I saw a tear roll down his cheek and I started to feel bad for him. I stood up out of my bed and we walked down to the commander's office.
"Skorp, don't worry about the story. I have the perfect lie, just try not to say anything." He nodded back to me as I opened the door and we walked in. The commander just stared at us waiting for us to say something so I began.
"You see sir, when I arrived back at the top Skorp was already under heavy attack by a massive group of the enemy. I ran to his aid as I saw he was in desperate need of help. It took all we had but we managed to fight them off, but still sustained heavy injuries. I was on the ground already out of the battle and Skorp took it upon himself to finish them off." He stared at me for a moment suspicious of my story.
"And what happened to his blaster? They don't just explode like that for any reason. Something had to have happened to it." Skorp took a long gulp and looked over to me in hope.
"I was just about to get to that sir. When I was down and out, Skorp had already been charging his blaster for a long period of time. The enemy saw this and they fired everything they had at him. Then Skorp launched out a gigantic ball of energy that was bigger then the buster was accustomed to so it exploded in his face after being fired. The blast was powerful enough to wipe out the enemy but it hurt him badly." There was a long silence while the commander was processing what I told him. He sighed deeply and then said more calmly then I expected.
"You boys did very well out there. I'm glad that you were able to survive such an assault, but losing a weapon such as an X-buster is very costly so...Skorp I want you to spend extra time helping out the mechanics and whoever else needs help until you have done enough to pay for the damage. Is that clear?" We both shouted out a loud "Yes sir!" And he let us go. As the door shut behind us I could already see despair in his eyes. He sulked out of the room and down the hallway heading back to his room. I ran after him to see if I could make him feel better.
"Skorp wait! I'm sorry that all this has happened to you. If you ever want my help with any of your chores I would be happy to help you. Since you are allowing me to be with such a beautiful creature, it's the least I can do." He stared at me and smiled slightly.
"I'm going to hold you to your promise Zach. You better not forget. Now get your ass over to Beagle's room. I'm sure she's beginning to get impatient by now." I grinned and gave him a hug. He was taken aback by the gesture but he warmed up. I took off to Beagle's room as fast as I could. It was just like that first night.
I raced down the halls frantically trying to find her room again. I had a pretty good idea of what was waiting for me when I got there, and the thought was starting to give me an erection. I passed by Shrike on my way and she let out a surprised, "Oh!" as I went by. As I neared her room I could already hear the sounds of her swimming around in the water. I reached the door and stared focused on the water waiting to see her. She broke the water just like the first time flying through the air giving me a quick wink, but this time it was even more extraordinary and loving. I closed the door behind me and started to wade into the water stripping down my clothes, throwing them aside.
She swam up to me and placed her body under my arm wanting to be held. "So how did it go with the commander?" I tried to change the subject.
"Why is it always me that ends up getting hurt? I'm so glad that you came back to me Beagle." I rubbed over her melon and she made a happy chirping noise.
"I promised you I would come back, and I kept my promise."
"So how did the battle go? Did we win?" She gestured up towards the skylight, and I looked up just in time to see the fireworks shooting off again like after the first battle. It put a smile on my face to see the beautiful fireworks again, but was taken from my view when she started to rub against my genitals. It surprised the hell out of me, but it felt so good so I just went with the moment. She surfaced after she saw my erection get even harder then it already was.

"Will you marry me Beagle?" She burst into tears and yelled out a happy cry.
"YES! I love you Zach! I want to be with you forever!" I started crying loudly and gave her the strongest hug I could. We hugged and cried tears of joy together for the rest of the night until we finally fell asleep from exhaustion.
The next morning neither of us got up on time and the crew started to get worried something was wrong so they sent Shrike to see what was up. She opened the door to Beagle's room and was never expecting to see what she saw. She looked on with a big smile on her face at Beagle and I lying in the water holding each other close.
"Hey you two it's time to get up! You've been sleeping in for a long time and everyone's worried!" We both sprung awake and I stared at Shrike with a huge grin on my face, and Beagle with her usual smile that she always had on.
"Well now that I see you're awake I'll leave you two love birds alone." She winked at us as she left and I looked over to Beagle and gave her a kiss.
"Should we tell them the good news now or later my love." She made a happy chirping noise.
"The sooner I get my arms and legs on the sooner we can spread the good news." I smiled and sprung out of the water giddy as a schoolboy, and ran over to her locker to grab her things. After she got them on we headed out of her room holding each other close, me resting my head on her shoulder, or what I could reach with my head. The hall was empty and, as I thought, everyone was pilled into the mess hall getting their fill before going out for some training.
We walked into the room still lovingly holding each other, and yelled for everyone's attention. Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at us questioningly. We looked at each other nodded and then yelled out so everyone could hear.
"We would like to announce that we are going to be getting handfasted together! Anyone who wants to come to the ceremony can come!" The hall went dead silent. You could have heard a grain of sand drop to the floor. Then suddenly a loud cheer erupted from everyone in the room. I looked up into her dark blue eyes and then we kissed. I was going to be married or handfasted to the most beautiful creature in the universe.
It only took a few weeks to prepare everything that was needed for the ceremony. I had no idea how it was going to work so everything that happened was a new experience to me except for the ending. In the end, it seemed, of any ceremony it always ended with the newly wed couple to kiss. As we embraced each other a loud cheer of whoops, hollers, and whistles filled the air. Even Skorp was cheering for me, which I really appreciated coming from him.
We headed out of the water that we had been standing in for the whole ceremony, and headed back to Beagle's room. We lovingly hugged each other on the long walk back for what seemed like forever. As we arrived she dove into the water throwing off her arms and legs waiting for me. I stood in the doorway looking down the halls remembering everything that had happened over the past couple of weeks.
Everything, even all the pain and suffering I had felt, seemed to have brought us together. I would never forget that faithful day when we were finally joined together as one. Beagle yelled out to me from the water waiting for me.
"Come on in lover. The halls fine but the waters even better." I dove into the water and thus began a new life with the one I held dearer and felt more love for than any other.
