Snapshots - Turn About
#7 of Snapshots
A tiger on the prowl for a night of fun
_Author's note: Another entry in the 'Snapshots' series. If a picture is worth 1000 words, how much of a picture can 1000 words paint? _
Thanks to Guri for proofing.

_ Turn About _
New Year's Eve was no time to be alone.
That scenario, however, was the last thing on Tony's mind. He prowled effortlessly through the crowd of gyrating bodies, swaying and bobbing to the relentless beat in time with those around him. Glitter, feathers, sequins and glowing pastels whirled by, adorning masks that ranged from the minimal to the fantastic. His golden eyes scanned the other dancers, sizing up a candidate or two, before moving on when it became apparent they were taken, or simply not the sort of prey he sought tonight.
Someone jostled him, temporarily throwing off his rhythm, and forcing him to re-adjust the vulpine mask on his muzzle. Tony prowled on, his long, striped tail lashing. This was a night for parties and for lovers, and he didn't believe in too much of a good thing.
The music throbbed, like the heartbeat of some titanic beast. His left hand felt strangely light, without the normal weight of his ring. His head felt the same, thanks to several shots, and a generous gin and tonic. Yes, pre-drinking saved money, but half the fun of going out was buying overpriced drinks, and perhaps leaving a tip for a pretty bartender. Charline would give him hell for the credit charges, but that was tomorrow's problem.
A flash of white and gold. His eye hitched up, his head swivelling back. There.
She was slender, but not overly so. Enough padding in the right places, set off wonderfully by a clinging purple dress. A feline tail like his own swayed behind her, mimicking her sinuous movements. More conservative than some -her neckline showed only a hint of grey-furred chest- yet the seductive sway of her hips invited him like a siren's call.
Best of all, she was alone.
Smiling behind his mask, Tony glided towards the sumptuous vision. Her hands were raised above her head as though in worship, allowing him to sidle in to join her in her exaltation. Jade eyes met his from beneath a blue feathered mask. Facing her, he mirrored her movements, feet, hands and body acting out the will of their musical god. He held her gaze, watching as the mild interest within turned to intent study, touched with a hint of challenge. He knew that look. Charline's eyes used to hold it for him, though that smouldering fire hadn't been in her gaze for some time.
Cheating bitch. 'Business trips' my ass. Does she think I'm stupid?
No. Now was not the time to be thinking of her. What mattered, was that this feline beauty bore the look of one willing to be conquered, so long as he earned that right.
He studied her as they danced, his lips parting in a grin as she stretched and twisted, accentuating her form. Then came his turn to stalk his prey, a gleam in her eyes as she watched him perform a complex pattern of steps, completed with a spin and a flourishing bow. She gave a slight nod, lowering her arms and granting permission. Tony moved in, laying a hand on her hip, the other curling around the small of her back.
"You dance well, handsome," she murmured, her lips almost brushing his ear.
"When I have the right motivation," he replied. He felt her tremble with a laugh, and his tail twitched as her hands slid down his sides, curving to give a suggestive squeeze to his rump. The thrill of the hunt pulsed in his veins. They were in the chase now; the final battle before the ecstasy of consummation.
The pounding music seemed to fade into the background as they took their time exploring one another, hands sliding across fabric and fur, massaging, stroking. A soft moan tickled his ears as his fingers found an erect nipple -no bra protected her, it seemed. His throat vibrated with a lustful growl when her grip closed around the bulge straining his pants. A tantalizing squeeze, and it was gone, replaced by her body sliding sensuously against his, feeding the primal fires burning within him. His heart thudded in his chest, her throaty growl calling to the beast inside him.
This one was his.
"Come with me," she said, sounding short of breath. He didn't resist as she gripped his wrist, tugging him through the crowd of other dancers. Colors and flashes of light swirled by, a sea of masks and stylish outfits, but Tony's eyes remained on the prize in front of him. Something in the way her hips rolled as she walked tugged at his fuzzy mind, but the thought was gone before he could analyze it properly.
They turned left, slipping down a darkened hallway. A door rose before them, the word 'Ladies' emblazoned upon it. His quarry shoved through, towing him along behind her, polished wood changing to tile underfoot. Someone let out an indignant yelp as they barged in, but neither of them paid any mind, a stall door slamming and locking them together in relative privacy.
"You're mine now," she said, her voice accented by a purr as she groped him, fumbling with his belt.
"Funny," he replied, "I was about to say the same." The zipper at the back of her dress was a small barrier, quickly dispatched. Cool air swirled about his legs as his pants pooled around his ankles, quickly joined by his boxers. Her dress followed with equal speed, baring the elegant gray dotted with black of a snow leopard in her prime.
She pressed against him, a hand seizing his bobbing manhood as she tilted her head back, inviting him to claim her pursed lips. He thrust into her firm grip, pleasure filling the fog clouding his senses. One last barrier to remove. He raised his hand, shucking his mask, ready to accept her invitation. Her eyes widened in surprise, a look he caught just before tipping her mask back from her face.
Their lustful motions halted, the two felines staring at each other.
"Tony?!"
"Charline?!"
