Adina shivered and sighed, rolling over to stare at the bright green 3:00 am on the face of her clock. His voice came upon her again. This time from her right. Now somewhat scared she glanced quickly around again unable to find him. Sniffing the air she trembled as she caught his smell, just barely detectable in the room.
"How can I miss him this much?" She asked herself.
What a stupid question, he was perfect. She loved everything about him, from the way he laughed, to the stupid way he stumbled whenever he put her arm around her while they walked. Slamming herself back onto her bed in frustration she pulled the pillow over her muzzle.
She wasn't sure how much later it was when she heard her lock click gently. Not wanting to talk to her mother, she stayed motionless, the pillow still over her face, pretending to be asleep.

Ripping the pillow from her face, her muzzle jumped into a giant smile, as she stared up into Kaisa's eyes, his teeth flashing his beautiful smile. Reaching her arms upwards she clasped them around his neck, pulling him into a fierce kiss.

"Adina!" sobbed Kaisa's mother from the other line, "Adina theres been an accident....."
