Tails from the Fastlane, Ch. 5
((Wow... That took longer than expected. x.x Anyway, here it is, the fifth addition to the progressively more and more fucked up Tails from the Fastlane! Yeeeah... Maybe the next chapter will be better? Oh yeah. More marijuana and gay sex ahead. If it ain't your thing, or you're offended by it to the extent of whining, this ain't your story.))
Tails from the Fastlane, Ch. 5
By Buster Williamson
The aftermath of Brock's death had cast a shadow over Fusetown, the small city that had been made famous by every form of media imaginable over the course of one night. It was a little more than a year after the incident had occurred, the change of seasons from summer to fall nearly completed, as it was late October now.
Preston's reputation exploded throughout the school over time, leaving him with more loyal friends than he could count, though he hadn't forgotten about any of those who'd been there for him since the beginning. He and Adrik were now closer than ever, at the peak of their relationship as it would seem to most. Troy and Michael had only just began to get serious with their dating, and Skyler, as usual, remained the hopeless lone romantic. The five friends were for the most part, inseparable.
Troy groaned and half opened his eyes as he heard the phone next to his mattress ring. He reached out to answer it, but couldn't make the distance while he was spooning with his gecko lover.
"Michael..." The bat gently shook him. "Get that, please."
The gecko yawned and stirred a bit, reaching over and fumbling around a few empty bottles of Smirnoff on the floor before finding the receiver and picking it up. "Mmn... Hello?"
"Dude! Tonight's the night!" Adrik's excited voice blurted out on the other end.
"What the hell are you talking about...?"
"Oh, hey Mike. Kawa Tzu, Dark Tranquility, and Nevermore are playing a concert in Atlantis City tonight at eight o' clock, and Preston got us five tickets! All we need is a ride."
Michael chuckled lightly, tilting his head toward the male holding him from behind. "Hey Troy, you game for seeing Tzu, Dark Tranquility, and Nevermore tonight?"
The bat lifted his head up a bit. "What, are you fuckin' kidding me? Who is that?"
"Adrik. Guy says Preston's got tickets and we're invited if we loan 'em some wheels."
Troy sat up quickly, grabbing the phone as a wide smile curled across his lips. "Coon, get your ass in gear! We're going to Atlantis City tonight!"
Michael laughed, taking the phone back. "We'll be over in a few hours. Later." He hung up and sat up, placing a soft kiss on Troy's muzzle. "No getting high in my new car, either."
The bat smirked and kissed back. "You are absolutely no fun, sir."
A shiny green Lincoln Navigator rolled into Adrik's drive way around five, the horn blaring a few times. It was about a two hour drive to Atlantis City, so Michael figured they'd get a head start.
Adrik, Preston, and Skyler darted out of the front door, each wearing black shirts and jeans. They jumped in the back of the SUV, the raccoon and white fox taking a window seats, leaving the jackal to sit in the middle. Troy looked back at them and grinned. "Shotgun!"
"Hey, it's all good. Here..." Preston reached into his pocket, pulling out a few tickets and handing them to them to the two in the front. "These might help."
Michael nodded, taking the slips of paper and stashing them away in the glove compartment. He put the large vehicle in reverse and carefully backed out, then headed down the road toward the highway. "We got two hours of carpooling fun ahead of us, so I hope ya'll brought some sort of entertainment."
Skyler smiled and retrieved his Nintendo DS from his pocket. "Check."
The raccoon reached over and grabbed Preston's crotch. "Check, indeed..."
Preston smacked the invading hand, laughing as Adrik pulled away quickly with an 'Ow!'
"This is going to be one long ass drive." Michael took a deep breath and pressed the gas, hoping dearly that this would not be a mistake.
An hour crawled by slowly, the speeding SUV now on the freeway and headed towards the big city. The FM radio was tuned to a jazz station, the only sort of music Michael could bear driving to under such intense conditions as those on the freeway.
Adrik sighed and slumped his head against the window, digging through his pockets and retrieving a light green pack of menthol cigarettes. "Is it okay to smoke in here?"
The gecko shrugged. "Tobacco, sure. Just roll down the window and don't flick ashes in the floor."
Preston pulled out a lighter, holding it to the slender stick poking out of Adrik's mouth and igniting the tip. "Remind me to hit you up for one later."
The raccoon nodded, rolling down the window slightly and taking a small puff.
"Goddammit..." Skyler huffed and turned off his handheld game, slipping it back into his pocket. "How much longer until we get there? I don't think I can take another game over."
Troy laughed. "Another hour, I'd imagine."
The white fox leaned his head against the window and stared out at the road blurring by, trying to ignore Preston and Adrik beginning to fondle each other beside him. Their faint giggles and embracing weighed down heavily on his heart, even though he knew they still cared about him. Even Michael and Troy would occasionally hold hands and shoot passionate winks to one another. 'Stop it, Skyler... You're here to enjoy yourself...' he thought to himself, gritting his teeth.
"Exit fifty five! HAH!" The gecko maneuvered the vehicle over a lane and turned into the exit, the radio beginning to play a slow swing tune as Troy reached over and scritched him beneath the chin. "This is a lot easier than I thought..."
The sky had already fallen to darkness by the time they'd reached downtown Atlantis City. The raccoon and jackal had fallen asleep in each other's arms, Troy was on his last cigarette, and Skyler had finally redeemed interest in his game.
Michael put a hand over his muzzle and made a crackling noise. "Csssht... This is your captain speaking. We are now arriving at our destination, so please fasten your seat belts and WAKE UP!"
Adrik jumped, looking around frantically before realizing he was still safe in the backseat. "Jesus, don't do that!"
The two males up front broke out into laughter as Preston batted an eye, yawning and sitting up. "Ahhh... We there yet?"
"Hell yeah." Troy threw his cigarette butt out the window and rolled it back up, pointing to the giant arena packed with cars and groups of people just across the road.
The traffic took a few minutes to clear up, but eventually Michael found an opening and pulled into the vast, crowded parking lot, stopping in a space near the back where it seemed they'd have to walk half a mile to get to the arena. He put the SUV in park, turning off the ignition and grabbing the tickets from the dash. Everyone exited from the vehicle and stretched, the bleeping noise of the door lock sounding to assure them the Navigator was secured.
The group of teenagers proceeded down the long walk to the arena, where they were awe struck at the enormous line waiting for them at the main entrance.
"Oh fuck, it's already 7:30! We're never going to get in there on time!" Adrik exclaimed, his shoulders slumping down in disappointment.
Preston patted him on the shoulder. "Relax, hon. We'll make it, don't worry! You guys still got your tickets?"
Everyone nodded except for Adrik and Skyler, who began patting themselves down furiously.
"Shit!" they yelled out simultaneously. The two looked at each other.
"No! This isn't happening!" Skyler dug through his pockets some more, but found nothing.
"You guys didn't leave them on the kitchen counter, did you?" Preston asked, frowning.
The two went silent, then drooped their heads.
Troy sighed and rubbed his forehead. "Oh God, you're fucking kidding me..."
Skyler shook his head, his large blue eyes growing wide with sadness.
"I've got an idea." Adrik tugged on the white fox's tail, grinning. "This place is huge, there's got to be some back entrances, right?"
"No way, how are we getting past all the security!?" The fox yanked his tail back.
A grin curled across Adrik's lip, his dark eyes narrowing with a deviant glimmer. "I'm a motherfucking raccoon, I'll find a way..." He grabbed Skyler's arm and tugged him, then looked back over to the others. "We'll meet you guys on the inside. If all else fails, spend the night in the car, and we'll find each other in the morning."
Skyler reluctantly gave in and followed, whining as he looked back to the main entrance.
"I don't like the sound of this..." said Michael with a sigh.
"Fuck it, let's go get in line." Troy winked, heading off and followed soon after by the other remaining two friends with tickets.
Adrik and Skyler walked around the arena until they found the band unloading area, where a few moving trucks and three huge tour buses were parked. A couple of security guards, a lanky fox and a short black rat, had positioned themselves just outside of the huge sliding doors of the loading bay. Other than them, the two friends didn't see anyone else in sight...
The raccoon grinned. "Right... So we crawl underneath those two trucks side by side, and wait for them to take a break. When they move, we make a run for it."
"What!? That's insane! What if they get two more guys to take their places!?"
Adrik held a finger to his lips. "Shhh! Dammit, man... They can probably hear us..."
They looked over to see the guards still sitting there, staring at the ground. Adrik and Skyler silently moved into the shadows, crouching down and walking low to avoid the light of a few overhead street lamps. The two hid along the side of the truck and peeked beneath it, seeing that the guards hadn't budged a single bit.
"This is going to take forever," complained Skyler.
Rolling up his pants leg and reaching into his sock, the coon pulled out a slim blunt and sniffed it. "I got just the thing to pass the time." He retrieved his lighter, igniting it and holding the flame steadily to the tip.
The white fox rolled his eyes. "Fine. Just this once, only because tonight is starting to suck so bad..."
Adrik took a long draw, puffed a few more times, and let the strong smoke drift from his lips to his nostrils, taking it deep into his lungs and holding it. He passed it to Skyler after he was sure he wasn't going to cough, though almost wanted to laugh at the terrified expression on the small fox's face.
Skyler hesitantly took the blunt, toking it only for a few seconds before he buried his muzzle into his arm to keep from coughing.
Adrik restrained a cackle and took it back, exhaling the smoke. "Dude, you have a long way to go..."
Meanwhile, on the inside, pyro effects exploded all around a large stage. The lights suddenly flashed bright, all the members of the band standing and ready. Tzu walked out from backstage to join his fellow band mates on the high platform facing thousands of screaming furs. The dragon sitting behind a large double bass electric drum set began the beat for their opening song, 'Soulproof'. Dakar, the large dark panther on the left side of the stage, pounded his thumb against a thick bass string. Behind a set of four keyboards stood a lithe, red vixen, cueing the harmonizing synth. With that, the song suddenly kicked into full swing, as Tzu and Blasphemy began playing away on grinding lead and rhythm guitars.
Troy, Michael, and Preston looked up at the band and began screaming with the sea of fans surrounding them. Wherever their other two friends were now, they didn't know, but it had slipped their minds that they were even gone at this point. The blue raccoon singing on stage was now the center of their attention, along with many others'.
The outside air was getting cold and crisp, and neither Adrik nor Skyler had worn long sleeves. The fox was slumped against the side of the truck, playing his Nintendo DS with the sound off as Adrik watched with a dropped jaw. Suddenly, the speeding car on the small, glowing screen ran off the race course and straight into a wall. Without even thinking, Skyler burst out with loud laughter.
The raccoon grabbed his friend's muzzle at once, holding it shut. "Goddammit, dude! Be quiet, there's--"
It was too late. The two security guards stood looking down at them with their arms crossed. The fennec looked over to the rat, frowning. "I think they're stoned, should we call the cops?"
"Hell 'naw! And us lose our jobs for not payin' any attention?"
The young coon and fox looked up at the guards, their reddened eyes growing wide with fear.
The rat rolled his eyes and picked the two boys up by their collars. "Listen, ya'll get on outta' here, and don't let us catch you comin' back 'round again!"
Adrik yanked away, pulling Skyler along with him as they took off running back to the parking lot from whence they came.
The two stopped as soon as they reached the sidewalk that spread across the front side of the huge, circular building, nearly out of breath.
Skyler gasped. "Oh god... I'm never... EVER doing that again!"
Suddenly, a high pitched raspy voice spoke out from behind them. "Lighten up, it was just a bad first experience."
They turned around to see a tall, pale ferret with an orange Mohawk leaning against the wall. The large male straightened out his leather jacket and walked over to them. "You guys get kicked out or something?"
Adrik shook his head. "We lost our tickets... We just really wanted to see Kawa Tzu..."
The ferret chuckled, patting them both on the back. "Tough break, kid. Name's Kris, and if you want, I could introduce you to them whenever they finish their set."
Skyler sighed and turned back around. "No thanks, sir. I don't feel like getting raped tonight on top of not getting to see my favorite bands perform live..."
Kris scoffed and dug through his pockets for a moment, tossing two VIP passes into their laps and snapping his fingers. "They're going to want to get blitzed once we're all settled in, and I am NOT going through the hell of walking through another ghetto looking for the same shit I can smell on the both of you. Now, if you have more herb and you'd like to share, you're welcome to smoke with the band, regards of the mothafuckin' blue coon himself."
Skyler grabbed the Adrik's arms, looking over to him and staring into his eyes. "Tell me you have more weed!"
The raccoon jumped, then looked up at the ferret, then back at Skyler. "Of course I have more, but... Oh to hell with it, let's go!"
They hopped up and followed Kris back to the bus, smiling and waving to the two security guards on their way in.
"Stupid brats..." the fennec muttered to himself, looking back down at his newspaper.
A little more than an hour later, the members of Nevermore were preparing to go on as Tzu and the band packed their gear back into the moving truck and boarded their bus. A large, burly gorilla wearing a bullet proof vest and ripped jeans sat down in the driver's seat and cranked the bus up, then looked back to everyone in the back. "Ya'll just wanna' leave 'er runnin' for the night?"
The blue raccoon yawned and looked up, nodding his head as he stroked a hand over his neatly spiked purple hair. "Ah, sure Trisight... Make sure that creepy stalker doesn't try to break in again." He glanced over to the dragon passed out in the passenger seat, still holding his drumsticks. "And it's your turn to wake up Marco in the morning. I don't feel like taking anymore concussions from that scaly fuck."
Trisight laughed, walking back out the large door and waving a huge hand. "Consider it taken care of. I'm going to go get some food."
Tzu rolled his eyes and looked around again. Something wasn't right. "Where in the bloodied name of Christ is Kris? Isn't he supposed to bring us back some sticky?"
A cough came from the back of the bus, footsteps padding their way to the front as the small, gray raccoon and white fox stumbled through the separating curtains. "Er, we got that for you, Mr. Tzu."
The lithe vixen seated at the table by the window giggled, waving to them. "Nice to see that ferret came through after all..."
Blasphemy, who was sitting across from her, frowned. "How do we know we can trust them?"
Skyler cleared his voice, shakily raising a paw. "Um... If I may, we've been big fans of yours for a long time, and right now... Holy shit, I can't believe it's really you guys!"
Adrik gave the white fox a small shove and laughed. "Dude, you sound like such a fan boy..." The raccoon reached into his pocket and slid out a hulking bag of grass, the size of the gorilla's fist. He tossed it into the blue raccoon's lap, who now looked dumbfounded.
"'Deh boys be good in my book." Dakar smirked over to Tzu, slapping a handful of thick, tan rolling papers into his palm. "You want to do the honors?"
Tzu shrugged, then looked back over to the two teenagers standing in the middle of the bus. "Turn on the purple lights and let's go to the back."
"Agh!" Preston fell hard on his ass as the crowd in front of him missed his stage dive. He quickly pulled himself to his feet as to not be trampled on, then looked around for any signs of Adrik and Skyler. The jackal huffed a sigh, walking back over to Troy and Michael, who were now laughing at him.
"Seriously, that would have been awesome!" the bat said, leaning against the railing near the center isle.
Preston scratched the back of his head and looked down. "Yeah, I still haven't seen either one of those slippery bastards around here, I think they might have gotten caught..."
The lead guitarist of Nevermore stood on the edge of the head speakers lining the front of the stage, exploding into a solo as the lights around him flashed and changed colors. The furs around them began screaming, throwing up the horns in salute to the rockers.
"Don't worry about them, they're two of the craftiest guys we know! 'Sides, the Navigator has plenty of space for sleeping," the gecko's words assured him.
The dark jackal shrugged, then joined in with everyone else and cheered on the playing band.
Tzu let out a loud cough as he exhaled the smoke in his lungs, handing the thick blunt to Dakar, who was now leaning on his shoulder. The back of the tour bus was like one gigantic u-shaped couch, gleaming with an exterior of red leather cushions. Skyler sat extremely close to Blasphemy, and could almost feel his warm breath on the side of his cheek.
"I'm telling you, Millennium Media is fucking us over. Look at this..." The vixen handed a folded sheet of paper to Tzu.
The blue raccoon looked over the document, then shrugged. "Looks like a handy piece of paper, Traviata. The quarter million dollar advance for our new album is all I need to see. Then again, I'm kinda' baked... Anyone here good with numbers and shit?"
Skyler leaned over and glanced at the sheet. "Here..."
Tzu shrugged and handed him the sheet, grinning to the vixen who was now taking her turn smoking.
"Let's see..." Skyler looked over the sheet for just a few minutes, and then his eyes went wide. "Um... I think what Traviata said was an understatement..."
The silver jackal looked down with a frown. "How so?"
"With the manager's cut, the equipment expenses, studio fees, and the total balance... My God, you guys are minus fourteen thousand dollars in royalty!" Skyler looked over the sheet again, shaking his head. "I don't understand... If I'm reading this correctly, then by the end of the game Millennium Media is expecting well over half a million dollars in profit for themselves, your producer is taking a good hundred grand, and with all your agents and lawyers... That's going to leave you with about four thousand dollars each at the end of this whole thing."
"What!?" Blasphemy snatched the sheet of paper, eyes shooting wide as a snarl erupted from his muzzle. After looking it over for only a few moments, whatever the young fox had said was obvious to him as well. "Holy shit, the kid is right!"
They passed around the paper several times, a look of disbelief smothering each of their faces.
Dakar let out a deep sigh. "We should have known better than to trust that A&R representative... There's no way out of the contract, as much as I hate to say it."
Tzu slapped himself on the forehead. "Total... buzz... kill..."
Adrik spoke up after having stayed silent for a while, narrowing his eyes. "There's always a way... My cousins are big fans, and I think they're connected with the Solsetskaya branch of the Russian mafia. They'd be happy to shake down some American corporate executives."
The blue raccoon stood up, crossing his arms. "If you're being serious, then that might just work... And you, fox kid, what's your name?"
"S-Skyler."
"You are more than welcome to be our new manager." The tall raccoon then turned and began heading to the front, motioning for the others to follow. "Blasphemy and Skyler, stay here and work through this contract bullshit some more. Everyone else, we're going to pay Terry Lyle a visit..." He tossed Adrik a cell phone as they crossed into the front of the bus. "Get your cousins on the phone..."
The white fox looked up to the much larger jackal still sitting at his side and smiled. "You're awesome, Blasphemy..."
"You're just high," he chuckled. "Don't worry, I still am a little... But you've just pulled us out of a hell of a situation that could have eaten our career... And please, call me Cameron."
For whatever reason that compelled him, Skyler leaned over and rested his head on the silver jackal's bare stomach, just below the large tattoo of an ankh on his chest. He looked up, feeling a soft pat on the back of his head. His eyelids were growing heavier, and soon he could no longer help but slip into a deep slumber there on a guy who he'd only dreamt of meeting a few nights ago.
A great deal of time had passed, and Dark Tranquility had just finished their performance. An aroma of sweat and beer filled the air as furs piled out of the arena in droves, the roads around the place practically blocked off by all the traffic now. Michael, Troy, and Preston made their way back to the green SUV, climbing in and folding down the backseats.
"That was awesome, guys... But I really hope Adrik and Skyler show up soon, or at least in the morning." The dark jackal laid near the rear hatch as Troy and Michael began making themselves comfortable.
The gecko smiled, brushing a finger over Troy's cheek. "They'll turn up, I'm just going to feel really bad if they missed out on having fun like we did. I've never been to a real rock concert before..."
Troy kissed him on the snout, wrapping his arms around him and pulling him closer. "I'm glad to have shown you your first." He looked over to Preston for a moment, raising his brows. "And don't worry, I'm sure Adrik has enough weed for the both of them."
Michael cocked his head, rubbing the bat's shoulders. "You don't really think he could have gotten Skyler to take a hit, do you?"
"I don't know, but I'm sure there's going to be some interesting stories in store if he did..."
Preston sighed and curled up, closing his eyes as he tried to focus on nodding off as soon as possible. He'd really wanted his little raccoon lover to be there with him on that night, and with Troy and Michael's cute talk and cuddling, he now knew how Skyler must have felt...
A few hours later, the white fox slowly opened his eyes and looked up to see Blasphemy, nearly making him jump. "I think I'm still stoned..."
The silver jackal yawned and blinked a few times, then looked down and chuckled. "Heh, no... Just really comfortable drooling all over me, apparently."
Skyler blushed a deep, crimson red, wiping up the spit from around his maw and Cameron's stomach. "Aw man, I'm really sorry... I guess I just sort of passed out. I uh, hope that wasn't weird for you or anything."
"Relax, I would have thrown you off if I didn't think you were cute." Cameron patted him on the back of the head.
"Oh, thanks." Then the fox realized what was just said, and nearly jumped. "Wait, whaa!?"
"Come on now, bisexual rockers is nothing new. Just don't tell anyone..."
"I won't! I mean, I am too, but you... you think I'm cute?"
The silver jackal nodded. "Yeah, why else what I have said so?"
Skyler looked off to the side for a moment, then up into the other male's icy blue eyes. "Does that mean I can sit in your lap?"
"Sure, but it doesn't have to stop there... I've been lonely for a while watching Tzu flirt with the fans and get all the attention."
"I know exactly how you feel... sort of." The white fox shyly straddled Cameron's lap, now eye level with him. "I've always wondered about you, dreamed of you, but shooed those thoughts away because they seemed too far fetched... You're really interested in me?"
Skyler suddenly felt a bulge beneath his rear, his ears perking up. The jackal leaned over and licked his nose. "Does that tell you anything?"
The young fur could only nod, reaching beneath him and stroking the tent in the blue camouflage pants. Cameron ran his paw over the fox's, then pulled his zipper down, letting his pulsing pink member slide into the open. Skyler unfastened his pants and shook them off, then pulled his shirt over his head and threw it over his shoulder into the floor. He pressed his bare upper body to the jackal's, murring quietly at the feel of the warmth. The tip of Cameron's member rubbed gently below Skyler's tail, caressing just around the rim of his tight hole. He heard a slight whimper from the fox's lips, which reminded him... Lubricant.
Cameron reached between one of the cushions beneath him, grabbing a small bottle of lube and squirting a handful into his palm. The silver jackal smeared the cool gel over his throbbing cock, making it sleek and shiny. Once slick enough, he returned his tip to the fox's tail hole, gently sliding it upwards into the small male's warm depths.
"Mmm..." The jackal took hold of Skyler's hips and began slowly bucking up into him, letting the fox slide down afterwards each time. Cameron wrapped his fingers around the other male's member, covering it in what was left over of the gel and pawing it off as his own rod continued to penetrate the tight pucker of Skyler's tail hole.
The two moaned together and kept a steady pace for a while, but soon Cameron felt the member in his paws pulse with increasing excitement, knowing his new partner was going to blow soon. The jackal bit down on his lower lip as he began thrusting his cock furiously into Skyler. The fox's anal muscles shifted around the slick, pink length inside him, making the pleasure ripple throughout his shaking, sweaty body.
It came as a surprise when a sudden rush of thick, warm seed flooded Skyler's insides, sending shockwaves throughout him. With a loud gasp, the fox's own member jolted in Cameron's grasp and shot several loads of cum onto the jackal's chest, covering bits of the ankh tattoo. Cameron's load continued pumping into the tight hole until his orgasm gradually calmed to a slow moving stream, both of the males collapsing sideways on each other.
Skyler jumped as he felt the thick cock pulling out of him, but relaxed his weary head on the silver jackal's shoulder and sighed. "W-wow... That... That was nice..."
Cameron smiled. "You know, this is usually the part where I toss you off and send you on your way before I go to sleep."
The fox frowned, tilting his head to the side.
"...But I wouldn't feel right without you on me right now. I think I really like you, Skyler. You know, if you become our manager, maybe... we can do this more often."
Relief washed over the white fox, his heart throbbing from Cameron's words. "That would make me... very, very happy. In ways that you can't possibly understand..."
The jackal chuckled. "Oh, but I think I can. How are your parents going to take it if you do this?"
Skyler shrugged. "I'm old enough to quit school. I guess I'll move out and stay on the road with you guys... Isn't that how it usually goes?"
Cameron nodded. "I'm afraid so... You sure you don't mind going through with it all?"
"This is going to kick ass!" the fox exclaimed, planting a kiss on the larger male's lips.
Michael sat up as a knock came from the back window of his SUV. "Uhhh..."
He blinked a few times and looked outside, seeing Adrik and Skyler standing there with Kawa Tzu and the rest of the band members! The gecko shook Troy and Preston awake, then pointed out and opened the rear hatch. He immediately noticed a large gorilla wrestling the dragon, Marco, to the ground behind them.
Adrik winked. "Hey, I found a way."
Troy could hardly believe his eyes. "Holy shit! What... what's going on!?"
The tall, silver jackal rested a paw on Skyler's shoulder, then kissed the top of his head.
"Guys, this is my new boyfriend, Blasphemy." The fox narrowed his eyes, smirking as he saw the look of disbelief in each of his friends' eyes.
"I'll be moving in with him soon."
A thud came from the ground as Trisight yanked a pair of drumsticks away from the dragon's swinging fists. "Relax! You're awake now!"
"Man, so am I..." Preston glanced over the scene, then rubbed the back of his head in confusion.
((Okay. I think I had too much fun with this one. Tell me how you liked or hated it, as always! Drop a line to me at [email protected] I've been getting all your emails, and loving the comments. Keep them coming, I'm starting to think I suck. :3))
