Yesterday
Jacob grumbled, his long slumber slowly ending has his eyes slowly opened. The buck yawning as he brought his paws to his eyes, rubbing them as he came back to the world of the non-dreaming. A faint smile graced his muzzle as he thought about his dream, with his girlfriend, Lucy, being in it. It was a romantic one indeed.
They had been on a beach, with a golden sunset and holding each others' paws as they watched the sun slowly fall, the waves softly crash against the shore as he looked to her and smiled. All seemed so peaceful then, so perfect. Maybe one day they could do that? Maybe, just maybe...
Slowly Jacob turned his head, looking over to find himself in an empty bed. Hmm...that was odd, Lucy is usually a longer sleeper than him. She should be there! He looked over to the clock, seeing the time from the other nightstand: 11:38. Damn, he overslept!
Picking his body up, Jacob slowly laid his hooves on his hardwood floor of his bedroom, another yawn escaping him as as he stretched, working out the sleeping kinks as he woke. Soft cracks of his bones filling his ears as he sighed, scratching his chin. "Gotta make some coffee." he muttered, slowly standing in the dark bedroom.
The clopping of his hooves against the floor echoed the empty hallway as he made his way to the kitchen. The soft decor of his and Lucy's home a pleasant sight to his eyes for the past 2 years. The best 2 years of his life Jacob would say. Lucy simply brightened his day in ways that he would never be able to describe. All starting from college, and now that they were both employed, they lived happily together here in their small suburban home.
"Lucy?" Jacob called, wondering where she may be. It was the weekend after all, they usually just stayed at home together on the weekends, cuddle up on the couch and watch TV or something similar. "Must be out somewhere..." he thought, continuing his walk to the kitchen for his hot morning coffee.
Glancing to the pot on the counter, Jacob smiled, seeing the pot still full. Clever girl. After getting his favourite mug and filling it up with his beverage, he sipped as he thought about life. Just a general feeling of peace running through his bones as he reached for another sip. He thought everything has been going well for them both, both of them enjoying their time together, and the work they have been doing.
Quickly finishing his coffee and rinsing his glass, Jacob quickly though about where Lucy had been. It was really unlike her to go out on the weekend. Maybe Stacey phoned her, having a girls night out? Or, maybe she just went shopping for something. Either way he thought, she can't be too much longer.
Taking a seat on their couch, Jacob reached for his latest reading novel he had found in the library, figuring the light reading would pass the time to wait for his girlfriend. Couldn't be too long...
3 hours later
Jacob woke up with a startled gasp, his brow damp with sweat as he quickly looked to the clock. God, had it really been that long? Bringing a paw up to his head he called out: "Lucy?" No reply. Was she still out? She usually didn't do this.
"I'll call her cell." He muttered to himself, getting up, a little shocked when he heard his book rattle against the floor. Chuckling to himself, he moved over to the kitchen, where the closest phone was.
Picking up the wireless phone, he dialled down the number with speed only years of dialling the same number could bring him. Humming softly to himself as he brought the phone to his ear, the dial tone ringing through his mind. The more and more he heard it go by, the faster and faster his heart raced.
What could have happened? Maybe she is just out with the girls, she does that quite often, especially lately. But everyone needs their space right? Everyone needs their friends, just cause she has them and you don't Jacob, doesn't mean you have to freak out like this.
After what seemed like a small eternity listening to the dial tone, it stopped. Someone had picked up! "Lucy?" Jacob said, his free hand playing in his pocket as his ears flicked in nervousness. "Ah...who is...this?" Soft panting filled the receiver as Jacob listened, a soft look on his muzzle as he heard the noises. "Jacob, you know?"
"Oh...yeah..." that sounded pleasurable in a way..."Hey hun..." Jacob's mind was racing in thoughts, trying to deduce why on earth she sounded in such a manner. "You okay?" he asked, his mind still racing for an answer of some sort, a soft slapping filling the ear piece and soft gasps as well. Oh no...
"Oh...umm...of course!" Her voice reaching a higher pitch as she finished that sentence. "Listen, Jake. We need to...ah...talk." His heart sank immediately, his pupils drawing in. He knew it for sure now, tears rolling out before he could even embrace the thought.
"How long Lucy?" he almost whispered, sitting on the couch so he didn't fall to the floor, a soft sniff leaving him as he wiped his eyes. The slapping got louder, as if the guy fucking her got turned on by this! A soft growl ran through his throat, one he couldn't control as he rub his forehead his tears running freely now.
"Oh fuck...right there..." she moaned, seeming to want to anger him on purpose at this point. "Hmm, yeah..." her pleasure continued to roll into his ear, his temper's fuse quickly now burning out.
"How fucking long you whore?! I know it is hard to concentrate with a dick in ya, but fuckin' answer me!" Jacob growled, his claws scratching into the cushion of their couch, not even caring about that no more. Nothing else mattered now.
"Ah, oh, so...good! A few months, not my fault you...ooohh...suck in bed." She cackled into the phone. If Jacob had any temper left, it was most certainly dissolved now. "Why?" he whimpered, his true emotion clouding over the anger for the moment.
"Oh, ah...fuck you Jaaakkkee! Oh YEAH!" she was cumming. Cumming over the phone with whoever this other man was. Breaking up with him. After the years of everything they had done together.
"You come here, tomorrow at 10 am, I give you five minutes to get your stuff and leave, anything left is mine. Fuck you ya fucking whore." he growled angrily through, before quickly chucking the phone against the closest wall, it quickly shattering to pieces against the wall, leaving a mark and plastic all over the floor.
His growl mixed with the whine of sadness filling his mind and the living room beyond his knowledge as he marched over to the bedroom, kicking the door open as he reaches to the drawers of his wife's belongings.
He began taking out shirts, ripping and tearing through anything he found as he howled, his pain being known as ripping through with claws and teeth and strength, seeing the fabric rain down in front of him, his feelings most certainly not sated as he continued. He kept ripping and ripping, not stopping until he felt something most certainly not fabric. A picture by the touch. Slowly he pulled it out, glancing to it.
He saw her, the white rabbit in her favoruite pink bikini on a beach with someone he didn't know: a bull by the looks of it. His chocolate fur looked to consume hers as they kissed on the sandy beach, a gasp leaving him as he dropped the picture from his fingers.
Slowly, he began to strip, his tears racing down to the floor now covered in tears of fabric, getting dampened slightly by his tears as he got up, his knees weak from his outburst as he made it to their bathroom. He turned to their glass-door shower, turning the water on to his suiting temperature as he stripped his boxers off, stepping into the shower quickly.
The water ran across his antlers and his brown fur, his tears still leaving him as he sniffed, feeling the warmth running across his body. It was like the water was giving him the hug he needed at that point in time. He ran his paw over his muzzle as his emotions came out, his sounds of sadness not heard or cared for by anyone anymore.
How he longed...for yesterday.
