Shattered memories.
#1 of Shattered memories
This is a Project that I have planned for a while. Now I have to get it going more than ever, since I need to have some surgery done and I have no way to pay for it. I hope that it catches some interest; it's going to be a 'choose your own step' kind of story that I will have at least half finished in about two weeks. Please spread the word and donate if you enjoy it and want to read more. Thank you.
Beep beep beep beep beep beep.
There's only one way to turn off the alarm, and you know it. Last night however was a nightmare, not in the sense of wandering around Elm Street during a bad dream but rather in a crazy party kind of way. Five minutes more couldn't hurt, though who really turned off their alarm to sleep just that little? Without lifting up your head, you reach out a hand to smash the button on top of the alarm clock and finally quiet it down. Then you try to drift back to sleep, but you got such a headache that even the steps from your roomate downstairs sound like a loud drumming in your head.
The door suddenly opens with a slam that makes both of your ears fold against your head, and you pretend to be still dreaming after pulling up the sheets over your head. Cozy. However, that's an old trick and doesn't work on the dingo who helps you pay for the rent each month. Putting his mitts on your shoulder, he shakes you a bit to get your attention.
Grumbling doesn't make things better either. In fact, that's a hint that you are awake, but you can't help yourself. The first sunbeam that comes from the window hits both of your reddened eyes and then you turn to look at the male that wants so desperately to get you out of bed for some reason.
He is shirtless, brown fur in the open with an average build. Some of the fur has grown longer under his chin, making him look like he is sporting a beard and he is only around his twenties. His eyes almost match the color of his body, staring you down with a hint of concern.
"The fuck did you do last night?"
Besides people cheering you on to drink more, music and debauchery in general, your mind can't really process all the information needed to remember the whole event. Perhaps it's better that way. Who knows what kind of things you might have done with all those drinks you kept chugging down.
"You got into some real shit, man. I will show you what I mean."
It's still early, you want to try getting some sleep and forget that you even went to a party last night. On the other hand, Tylor sounded really concerned. The last time he was this worried was when he visited you in the hospital after a small car accident.
