The demons saw that the humans continued to grow and once they knew it was useless to try and win they left. Most of the demons put their power together and made a new world and dimension next to the humans. This made it easy for the demons to find a new home for them and their family's to live happily. "I know but I have more important matters to discuss with you. Your sister Caso has sent me a message and told me that she can't come here right now. She said that you need to find the shrine for your mother and speak with her. She can tell you how to enter the world of the Demons so you can go see Caso." Said Leon

"It's a strange magic the demons have but yes you can't talk with your mother for a while at her resting place. The shrine was put up fifteen miles from here in a small clearing close to where she died." Said Leon

"Ok how do I find the place? I'm not as used to the forest as you are." Said Khaz

"I'll tell you how to get to it." Said Leon and he told Khaz the different way's of getting to the shrine

"Well if it takes me a little while to do what I must don't let Sheara think I ran off." Said Khaz

"Why should she care?" said Leon with a knowing eye

"Well then I'll let her know you had something to do and you'll be back in a few days then. When do you plan on leaving?"

"Well be off and I hope you find your way unblocked and safe." Said Leon

The formation looked a lot like one of the old native American Shrines for a fallen worrier. He walked up to it and saw it had a strange writing on it that Khaz could not read.

He got closer to it and said "So this is Asmarila's resting place?"

The shrine seemed to glow and a voice came from the shrine and said "Who has come to disturbed my resting place."

The beam hit Cazta before he could kill Khaz but it didn't stop there. The beam blasted away most of the buildings in its path and left a huge dead spot.

Khaz felt like his body was out of any energy and he almost passed out. At first he looked around and couldn't see the demon anywhere but did see the destruction his blast had left. Khaz just hoped he didn't kill any humans when he released the anger of his blade. He took his sword and made it go away in a flash of light. He knew that no one could live after a blast like that so he didn't need Tento anymore.

Khaz let his head rest on the hard ground wanting rest after the long battle. But a voice said "You have a little too much confidence in yourself Khaz."

Khaz looked up and saw Cazta slowly walking toward him. His body was bloody and beet up looking but he still had a smile on his face. Khaz could only say "How did you live through that?"

"We demons have more power in us than humans or animal. That may have been a powerful move and it did take most of my strength but I'm still alive. It looks like it took more from you than it did from me." Said Cazta getting ready to take off Khaz's head as he walked up to him

Khaz tried to get up but his body didn't want to move. He looked up at the blade the other demon had in his hand and watched as it came down. The smile of Cazta would be the last thing he would see. He would never get to meet his sister and he could never get to say good bye to his mate. He didn't want to die and yet the blade was coming down, ready to take the one thing he needed. It was come to take his life.

Out of nowhere a power filled his mind and body. Khaz's eyes went red and his pupils turned black. Dark stripes of black appeared on his checks and his fur seemed to turn red too. His hair stayed silver but his claws got longer and his body seemed to move without him telling it to do so. His body jumped out of the way of the on coming blade.

Cazta looked amazed at the speed and he tried to attack again but his blade was stopped by Khaz. He grabbed the sword out of the air and ripped it from Cazta's hand. He took and threw it aside then he looked back at Cazta with an evil grin. Cazta looked like at the grinning half demon with fear in his eyes.

"What happened, a minute ago your blood smelled like that of a half demon. Now you smell like you're a full demon, I don't understand."

Khaz could only watch as his body walked slowly up to the Demon and said "Die." He saw his claws fly up and slash the lynx demon into ribbons. Blood sprayed everywhere covering Khaz's hands and face. The parts of Cazta's dead body fell to the ground with a loud squishing noise. Khaz looked around and could smell fear from the humans in the area and he smiled again.

He jumped high into the air and spotted a family cowering next to a building not a hundred yards away. He angled his body toward them and he came down on top of a man killing him in seconds. Khaz then turned and bit down on a Woman's screaming form, breaking her neck with a twist of his head. He chased more running men and woman, killing any that couldn't get away. Blood pooled in the streets as the Demon Inside of Khaz killed the men that had hated his race for so long.

Khaz heard the scream of a little Girl. He turned and saw her hiding in the door way of a shop. She couldn't have been more than eight years old. Khaz grinned at the child fear and he walked up to her. He laughed as he lifted his claws up to kill the child, but as his hand came down it stopped within inches of the child's face.

Khaz's eyes slowly went back to their yellow and his body returned to normal as he fought to take control of his body again. Once the transformation was complete he backed away from the little girl and he looked around. He saw over fifty men, woman, and some children dead all over. Khaz cried out in anger and fear at what he had done. He gave one last glance at the little girl before he ran off into the oncoming night. He could hear sirens approaching the area he had killed the demon and all the humans.

Once he reached the woods and he tried to wash off the blood from his body in a stream. But no matter how hard he tried he couldn't get the smell of human blood off his hand. He finally screamed out in anger and tears ran down his face as he saw all of the faces of the people he killed run through his mind's eye. He didn't want to go back to the pack and have to tell Sheara what he had done.

He sat and thought hard about where he could go to escape the fear and pain. He also knew he had to stay away from humans because he didn't want to kill anymore. He finally thought of his sister Caso. He knew she lived in the Northern Wolf Demon Tribe. He had to go see her if he wanted to escape from his pain. Maybe she knew what had happened and she could help him stop it from happening again.

He got up and looked out over the lake and said "World of mine let me in."

It didn't rhyme like most opening passwords but it didn't have too. A light seemed to split the air in front of him. Khaz knew it was the portal to the Demon's world, the one his mother had told him how to enter. He stepped forward without even looking back. The portal closed behind him and left no sign of him as it disappeared into nothingness...
