Appearance: He's almost completely human except for a long blue tail, webbed hands and feet, and a red gem on his forehead, which glows when he uses his psychic powers. He's got a medium toned build, with light blue eyes and blue hair with black locks. He wears glasses, and also has a horizontal scar on his nose and a blue goatee on his chin. As a dragon his fur is sky blue while his hair and the fur that trails along his spine are a darker blue, but everything else stays the same.

Personality: He's a really quiet guy, who's not very outspoken and doesn't make friends easily due to his shyness, sometimes mistaken for pride. He can be somewhat stubborn or cold at times, but he's actually a really insecure guy that can get easily depressed. Once people know him better he will open a bit more, and eventually become very loving and protective towards those he cares for.

Family: -Mother: Leah, a Vaporeon, she raised him by herself and they have a nice relationship.

-Father: Ryan, an Arcanine, he left him and his mother when he was really young.

-Younger brother: Mike, a Riolu, he really loves him and he's very protective of him.

-Boyfriend: Alex, a big Luxray that's almost like a father-boyfriend to him.

-Best friend: Lynet, a male Gardevoir who helped him control his psychic powers better.

-Pet: Kim, a male chow chow dog.

Backstory: He grew up as a Psyduck with his mother and his brother, after his father left them when he was eight years old; his mother was a Vaporeon and couldn't help him with the painful headaches he had because of his psychic powers. In high school he met Lynet, who helped him a lot in controlling them after he had evolved. There he also met Alex, a nice Luxray who became his boyfriend.

Abilities: Both as a Golduck and a dragon he has a great affinity to water, being able to use water from his own body or from the air, which even includes causing it to rain, but he can't create water from nothing. He can also change the temperature of water, causing it to freeze or warm up, although this power requires more concentration on his side.

Finally he's also gifted with some psychic powers, that allow him to concentrate his mental energy both in an offensive and defensive way, but abusing them can cause him painful headaches as a consequence. He fights unarmed, knowing some martial arts, but strengthens his blows with his powers, making them much more dangerous.
