It was a sunny day at the beach and the surfing competition was over. The winner of the competition was Thea Stilton since she was competing in the surfing competition in the first place. Geronimo Stilton and his family, Thea, Trap and Benjamin have help Geronimo's old friend Salty Steve by saving his aquarium sea park as they had brought his copper shark named Cooper back to his tank a the sea park, saved the surfing competition and when they found it was their shark expert Dale Thresher, a young male mouse who released the shark into the water at the beach so he could search for valueable pearls that were worth millions of dollars and he was the one guilty of the crime, they had Dale Thresher arrested and he was sentenced to life in prison without parole and without bail. Geronimo and his family were going to stay at the beach for one more day since it was a good idea to have fun and relax.

Geronimo was sitting down on a nearby seat as he was watching some people play in the water and very few people were surfing. Geronimo Stilton was a male mouse who appeared to be in his late thirties and he appeared to be six feet tall, he had short brown hair and green eyes. He was wearing a green suit with a green suit jacket, a white suit shirt, a pair of green suit pants and a red tie, his tail was at least two feet long, almost two inches thick and wide, he had brown fur all over his body but he had white fur all over his front torso, chest, belly, feet paws, chin and mouth area. Geronimo was being approached by his friend Steve and his sister Thea.

"Hey Geronimo, got a minute?" asked Steve.

"Sure." said Geronimo as he had a deep yet mature voice that was sometimes sheepish.

"Well, for starters, you are wearing sun block, right?" asked Thea curiously.

Geronimo nodded once as he shown them a bottle of sun block he had next to him. They felt relieved to hear and see he had sun block.

"Geronimo, I'd like to thank you for saving my aquarium park, returning my shark to me, saving the surfing competition, stopping Dale Thresher from ruining the surfing competition and for stopping him from ruining business at my park and for putting him away for good for what he did and for donating them valueable pearls to me and saving my sea park with the generous donation you have given to me." said Steve as he had given Geronimo a hug.

"I'm glad to have helped a friend, I always help a friend in need and a member of the family." said Geronimo proudly. "I'm sorry that you lost a worker because of it."

"That's okay Geronimo. Dale was a bit of a stubborn tailed mouse and he never showed any enthusiasm." said Steve as he was lightly patting Geronimo on the back.

Geronimo felt relieved to have helped his friend and to have put away a criminal for good. Thea saw a little stand somewhere that was nearby and it looked like it was something that people could go to for beach supplies and Thea realized she was out of sun block.

"Geronimo, I'm going to go get more sun block over there, I'm out, so you know where to find me if you need me." said Thea as she pointed where she was going.

"You could use some of mine." said Geronimo as he offered her some of his sun block.

"Thanks but would it be okay if I went over there to see what they got? I want to see what kind of sun block they have and if they don't got what I'm looking for, I'll use some of yours." said Thea trying not to be offensive.

"That's okay, but where is Trap and Benjamin?" said Geronimo curiously.

"The bathroom, Trap had a lot to eat, it smells like the inside of a shark's stomach in there." said Steve blushing.

Geronimo remembered that Trap was eating a lot of fish tacos and that eating a lot of them would make anyone have to go to the bathroom for a while and take care of business. The smell on the other hand was something he didn't want to find out.

"Duly noted, I'll be right here if anyone needs me." said Geronimo.

"Thanks bro." said Thea happily as she gave Geronimo a hug.

Thea and Steve walked off in different directions and waved at Geronimo, he waved back. Geronimo was starting to relax as he was seeing a few people on the beach having some in building a sun castle or two or people playing in the water. His peaceful silence was broken when something hit him over the head, making him briefly dizzy and he snapped back to reality when he saw it was a football that hit him. He got up on his feet and looked at the football and when he turned around to see who threw it, he saw that one male mouse that Thea had a crush on, it was that male australian mouse who was also a surfer in the surfing competition, Skylar.

"Out of the way, puny wimp." scowled Skylar as he elbowed Geronimo out of the way.

Geronimo almost got knocked to the ground but he kept his balance, he knew that Skylar was being really rude as he grabbed the football and this annoyed Geronimo.

"Well that was rude and insensitive of you." said Geronimo annoyed.

"I was aiming for horizon but that egg you call a head got in the way, literally in the way. I'm surprised I didn't crack your egg-shaped head and see the yolk fall out." joked Skylar cruelly. "And what your wearing isn't for sand and surf, you dork."

"Stop calling me names and quit making fun of me, your one to talk, thinking your all that and a bag of chips just because you pop your muscles and show off your surfing moves to impress the girls." said Geronimo as he tried to fight back. "Your not going to have anyone liking you with that attitude, they will think your nothing but a bullying-brute, your a fake."

Skylar suddenly slapped Geronimo across the face for saying that, he slapped him hard and even tripped him with his leg, making Geronimo fall on his butt to the soft sand. Geronimo was not liking this, he was feeling hurt in his spirit.

"Better watch what you say, loser or you'll have the beating of your life." said Skylar threatening him.

"You just hit me." said Geronimo as he tried to hide the fact that his voice started breaking.

People started seeing this from a distance and knew that what they saw Skylar doing was wrong but cruel, insensitive and mean. Skylar quickly noticed that Geronimo's voice was breaking and he hit Geronimo again but this time, he his him over the face with a closed fist and that really did it this time, it was hurting Geronimo to the point where he couldn't help it, he started to break out in tears, his breathing got a bit heavy and deep.

"Is baby going to cry for mommy, maybe I could get him his wittle wattle and his binky." teased Skylar in a baby like voice.

"Hey you jerk, I saw that." came Thea's voice.

Skylar turned and saw that Thea, Trap, Benjamin, Steve and all the other surfers that competed in the surfing competition came running to Geronimo's rescue. Trap, Benjamin, Steve and some of the surfers helped Geronimo up on his feet and were hugging him and rubbing his back, wiping away the tears he shead. Thea was appalled at what she saw Skylar doing and Skylar was nervously smiling and blushing when he saw Thea, he was caught in the act of bullying Thea's brother.

"What do you think your doing to my brother?" said Thea sharply.

"Oh Thea baby, I was just trying to help him up on his feet because he fell over." said Skylar nervously lying.

"Liar, I saw what you were doing to my brother, you jerk. You threw that football at him on purpose, you pushed him, you hit him, you tripped him and you were making fun of him for no reason." said Thea strictly as she pointed out what she saw him doing. "I told you no disrespect to my family, that included my brother. I thought you were a nice guy who was a compassionate mouse to everyone, but I see your just a jerk."

Skylar knew he was busted and everyone saw what he did, seeing how mean he was being to Geronimo and Geronimo himself was being hugged and comforted by his friends and family.

"Skylar, you can forget about me dating you or having a relationship with you. We're done." said Thea looking serious.

"I think you should leave." said Benjamin.

"I agree, we don't allow bullies on the beach." said Steve.

A look of sarcasm was on Skylar's face as he knew that he was the loser of the situation and this is his punishment for bullying Thea's brother.

"Fine, you were not my type anyway and the rest of you are a bunch of wannabes." said Skylar looking pissed off.

Everyone was appalled and Thea sucker-punched Skylar in the face, knocking him to the ground and when he got up, he almost broke down but he looked more angry than breaking down. Skylar knew he had lost and he walked off, everyone felt satisfied that they had helped Geronimo and fended off the bully. Thea turned her attention to Geronimo as Trap, Benjamin, Steve and the other surfers were comforting Geronimo. Geronimo stopped sheading tears while Thea came over to hug her brother in her arms.

"I'm sorry that happened Geronimo, you okay?" said Thea as she was full of compassion.

"I'm doing okay, nothing broken. I'm sorry that Skylar wasn't the man you think he was." said Geronimo as he was feeling better.

"It's okay, you once told me that when it comes to love, you just have to keep looking." said Thea as she kissed Geronimo on his cheek.

Thea, Trap, Benjamin, Steve and the surfers were hugging Geronimo in a group hug as it made him feel so much better. Geronimo and Thea felt good to be by each others sides as Geronimo knew that Thea needed support now that things didn't work for her and Skylar and Thea knew Geronimo needed love and support since he was bullied and abused so they felt better for being their to support each other. Geronimo was feeling better that he rescued from a malicious bully.

"We still got the barbecue grill going and we've got plenty of cooked meat if anyone is still hungry, plenty of cold drinks too." said one of the male surfers. "Come on Geronimo, you and your family can join in."

"That sounds nice." said Geronimo kindly.

Geronimo, Thea, Trap, Benjamin, Steve and the other surfers walked over to where they had at least three grills where they were cooking meat of all kinds, chicken, hotdogs, fish and probably ribs. Geronimo sat down near the others and a female mouse walked over to him and sat next to him, he saw her and remembered seeing her compete in the surfing competition and hanging out with his family.

"Your name is Geronimo Stilton, right?" said the female mouse as she had a sweet and soft voice that sounded like a "Surfer Dude" voice but without the accent, her voice had a sense of happiness to it.

"Yes, I remember seeing you in the competition and hanging out with my family." said Geronimo.

"Glad you were here to see the action, sorry that Skylar totally bruised you but I'm glad we did something about him." said the female surfer mouse. "I'm Sandy by the way."

Sandy pulled Geronimo her arms for a hug, making him blush but he felt loved. Sandy was a young female mouse who had long and straight black hair that goes down to her back, her fur was dark chocolate brown all over but had white fur all over her front torso, chest, belly, feet paws, cheeks, chin and mouth area and sandy brown eyes. She was a least six feet all with a tail that was two feet long, almost two inches thick and wide, her age was hard to tell since Sandy looked so young, she could've been in her twenties or her thirties but it was hard tell from how young she looks. Sandy was wearing a short sleeved surfer's wet suit that was black all over but light purple on the neck, sleeves and sides of her leg between the hip and knee area.

"Your quite the sweet lady, Sandy." said Geronimo sheepishly.

"You look so handsom when your on TV and the way you put away that downer Dale Thresher for what he did, that was like seeing police officers nail a wanted man." said Sandy amazed.

Geronimo felt flattered by how Sandy was admiring him and his heroic deeds and for all the good he has done since he was there. Sandy saw his mouse ears and watched them wiggle, finding it cute that they wiggled that way.

Sandy knew that Thea was telling her to be nice to Geronimo since they had just rescued him from being bullied by Skylar but she knew that Geronimo needed love and lots of it along with comfort. She place her hand paw on his chest where his heart was located, making Geronimo blush a bit more and show a dopey grin.

"I'd never hurt your bro, but if I ever say or do anything that you think is mean to him, than you have my permission to punish me." said Sandy as she was still admiring Geronimo and was letting Thea know that she can punish her if she's ever out of line.

Sandy was now turning her attention back to Geronimo, she giggled with a grin as she was now going back to rubbing his head and mouse ears, gently scratching his head and behind his ears which made Geronimo feel really relaxed and comfortable.

"Sandy, this feels good, it kind of tickles my ears, I like it." said Geronimo giggling.

"So does that mean your ticklish?" said Sandy as she was starting to become playful.

Geronimo's ears wiggled as he heard this and he knew what would happen next, he was about to make a break for it but Sandy was too quick and she started tickling Geronimo's belly, sides of his body and his chest which made him squirm uncontrollably and laugh, he was helpless from her tickling.

"Anyone for some barbecued meat? I got some hotdogs, chicken, fish and more. We even got plenty of soda." said one of the surfers.

"I'm okay but I'd go for something to drink, maybe some lemonade." said Geronimo kindly.

"Sure, it's a good thing we got canned lemonade." said the male surfer.

They passed out some drinks and food to everyone. Geronimo wasn't hungry for barbecue since he knew what that did to his stomach and he already had something to eat a while ago, he opened the can of lemonade and started to drink it, he was practically downing it in no time at all since he was quite thirsty, after that, he placed the empty can in a trash can nearby. Sandy already had something to eat as well and already had some soda. Sandy was giving Geronimo's back a light pat.

"Geronimo, have you ever thought of surfing?" asked Sandy curiously.

"I had once but I was never good at surfing or sports. I don't think it's anything I'd ever want to do." said Geronimo a bit embarrassed to admit it.

"That's okay dude, not everyone is a sports mouse, my folks were never much for sports because they don't like anything rough." said Sandy as she was admitting something about her family. "But they said if I ever wanted to try out for sports than I can do it, as long as I'm careful which of course lead me to surfing."

Geronimo knew that Sandy was telling him something that anyone could go through at least once in their lives and Sandy was starting to give him a flirtatious look with a grin, it was clear that she just couldn't get enough of him or how she felt about him, she was starting to realize she liked something about him but it's possible she knew what it was or that she didn't know.

"With all that surfing, you must be having all sorts of guys wanting to date you. You probably have a boyfriend by now." said Geronimo as a compliment.

"I'm actually single, I've been looking for that special someone but I just can't figure out what I'm looking for in a guy." said Sandy blushing.

"That's okay Sandy, you just have to keep looking and you should try and think of what you want in your special someone, even if the first guy doesn't work out for you, there's plenty of fish in the sea." said Geronimo with some kind advice.

"Oh Geronimo, your a sweet little dude." said Sandy as she felt flattered.

Sandy was so flattered to hear him say that, she pulled Geronimo in her arms closer and pulled him in for a kiss to her lips. She passionately kissed him on the lips and it made Geronimo feel like at first, it was unexpected but than it felt like fireworks went off in his head. Thea was starting to agree with Benjamin as she saw her being so affectionate towards Geronimo and Sandy was noticing that she was making Geronimo feel more than happy, she knew that the kiss made him react the way people do in old cartoons when they're kissed by the one they truely love. Sandy started to think she might have figured out what she wants in her special someone after realizing this.

"Geronimo, was that too much? I got a little overjoyed from how kind you are." said Sandy as she placed a hand paw on his shoulder.

"I'm okay, I just didn't expect someone to smooch me, it's like a surprise to people, you were just expressing how you feel." said Geronimo sheepishly.

The kiss made Geronimo's heart rate beat a bit faster from surprise, he probably liked the kiss but was feeling a bit too surprised by the kiss to admit it or was a bit confused. Sandy knew she had to say something about her knew found feelings because she was feeling something new.

"Geronimo, would it be okay with your sister if we were alone together in private? I want to talk about something that is kind of personal, since your such a nice guy, I figured you might know what I should do about it." asked Sandy looking a bit nervous.

"It's up to Thea." said Geronimo.

"Sure, you two can be alone to chat but remember Sandy, you say or do anything to my brother that makes him feel victimized or cause him any trouble or harm, you will hear about it from me." said Thea with a little warning.

"Thanks Thea." said Sandy.

Sandy and Geronimo got up and walked away from the spot they were at, in no time at all, they headed towards somewhere that Sandy knew was private, secluded and where no one else would be around at. Trap started to see Geronimo headed off in the distance and was curious to know why.

"Hey guys, where's my cous going?" asked Trap curiously.

Thea, Benjamin and Steve knew that Trap was curious and they could either tell him the truth but than they wondered if he would understand about it the right way and knew that they may have to lie and cover for Geronimo.

"Going for coffee." lied Thea quickly.

"Going to the bathroom." lied Benjamin quickly.

"Going to explore." lied Steve quickly.

"Wait a minute." said Trap.

Trap started thinking and saw that Sandy wasn't to be seen and knew that both Geronimo and Sandy were probably going off somewhere together.

"Is Sandy going to show my cous around? You know, like giving him a grand tour of the beach and town?" said Trap curiously.

"Yes." they all said in unison to Trap but Trap didn't know they were lying.

Once Sandy and Geronimo were alone together at a part of the beach that no one and nothing else was to be seen around, they were perfectly alone together with no one to bother them or interrupt them. Geronimo looked at her and nodded, he remembered how he felt when Skylar bullied him so rough and he didn't like it. But he remembered how he felt when his family and friends came to his rescue and taught Skylar a lesson in what will happen when someone bullies poor Geronimo and when his family and friends helped him and saw Skylar got what he deserved, it made Geronimo feel so much better.

"Don't be afraid to tell me, you can tell me what it is." said Geronimo reassuring her.
