Across the Sea

This story is rated "Y" for Yiffy. Reader discretion is advised. Luke, Demona, Trixey, and Kent sat in the clearing as they listened to Luna and Drako argue in the distance. It was early in the morning when both Drako and Luna woke up a few minutes before the others. Drako posed his suggestion to take Demona with them, and Luna nearly screamed her protest; the two then decided to argue in the distance in order to allow the others some peace and quiet with no success. For nearly an hour, the others sat and listened to Luna and Drako's bickering in the distance. Finally, Luna and Drako emerged into the clearing; Drako was exhausted from arguing early in the morning with the stubborn wolfess and Luna's face was red with frustration. The others sat upright as they approached. "We're moving on, and Demona's coming with us," Luna growled. "Luna, are you alright?" Luke asked. "Fine, let's just get moving," Luna replied quickly. Not wanting to irritate the headstrong wolfess further, everyone quickly rose up on their paws and started following behind Luna. Luke subtly made his way over to Drako, not wanting Luna to overhear his question. "So, Demona's staying with us for now?" Luke whispered. Drako simply nodded. "How did you change her mind? Luna's not one to be easily swayed." "I just kept pressing her, is all," Drako murmured, not sure how to describe the argument. Drako then made his way to Demona, whispering to her that she was allowed to follow along with them. As the dark gray wolf moved away from Luke, the black and white furred wolf smelled an odd fragrance waft off of Drako; it was the familiar smell of sweat and cum. Luke wondered how exactly Drako persuaded Luna to allow Demona to join them, and the smell of sex had Luke curious as to the reason for them moving away from the others; could they've left for more than one reason? No, it was a ridiculous thought, Luke told himself; Luna loved him and he knew she would never mate with another male. The wolf shook the thought out of his head and continued moving onward. After a few minutes of walking, the group made their way out of the woods and was greeted by a wondrous site. Not too far away, a massive human town stood by the ocean; large structures reached towards the sky and several mechanical devices screeched down dark colored paths. Near their position was a bay, filled with numerous metallic structures that floated on the water. Demona nodded at a particularly large one. "That's our way across the sea; I've seen this ship leave and return here many times before. I even talked to some of the birds that nested on the ship and they told me that it leads a place close to Drako's Peak." "Why do I get the feeling the humans won't just let us on their "ship" without any difficulties?" Kent asked. "Well, they won't let us on board if we just walk up the ramp all the others are entering," Demona said, gesturing to a small ramp located at the end of the ship, "But if we go in there, where all those crates are going, they won't spot us as easily." "What will we do for food?" Trixey voiced her concern. "I mean, this trip could take some time." Demona smiled and gestured at a red colored crate. "See those red crates? That's where the humans store the food they send to other cities. The crates aren't complicated to open and there's so much inside them that it won't be missed. If food is scarce, however, we will have to sneak into the human's kitchen; let's hope that never happens." "Sounds risky," Luna muttered in an irritable tone. "I never said it would be easy," Demona remarked, adding her own hint of anger in her voice. Luna scoffed at Demona, growling quietly to herself. "Well, let's get on before they finish loading those crates." Demona sped off towards the shipyard, the others following close behind. The canines ducked and weaved through the shipyard, pausing behind a crate here and there in order to insure they weren't spotted. The group finally made their way to the edge of the loading ramp and sat behind a large red crate. As soon as the humans turned their backs to attend to another crate, the four wolves and two foxes dashed up the loading ramp as fast as they could; once inside the ship, the canines moved as deep into the cargo bay as possible, trying to find a place where they believed the humans would never find them. The group settled on a wide open space between the numerous crates to rest, recovering from their nonstop dash through the cargo bay. "We should be...ha...safe here," Demona panted. "Yeah," Drako gasped, "We must be at the other end of the ship." "Well, look at this," a berating voice yelled out, "Six fur balls are stowing away on this sardine tin of a ship." Everyone turned around to see who was calling out to them; in the corner was a black and white horse inside a sizeable steel cage. "Excuse me," Trixey asked, "But who are you?" "My name's Tom the zebra, fuzz butt," the equine sneered, "And you flea bags have got to be the most pathetic creatures I've ever seen." "What is your problem?" Luke barked. "We just got here and you're raving at us like we did something wrong." "I just say what comes to mind, and when I see you mutts all I think of is how worthless you canines are; why don't you just go and jump overboard?" The zebra laughed. "You best stop insulting us," Drako growled, "Because we may have found our lunch." The zebra feigned a panic attack. "Oh no; don't tell me you're just going to walk through these bars and nip at me with those ridiculous snaggleteeth you call fangs. You mutts are as dense as you look." "Let's just ignore the fool," Luna remarked, "There's no need in getting riled up over a creature that is clearly insane." The others nodded and started to move away from the caged zebra. "Yeah, that's right; follow your bitch leader like the lowly, scum sucking mutts you are," The zebra called out. "Hey, it's alright if you have a bitch for a leader; at least you get to fuck her like the slut she is." As soon as the zebra had finished his insult, both Luke and Drako whirled around with savage snarls, eyes blazing with anger. Immediately, the two of them dashed over to the cage and stuck their heads through the bars, trying to get at the zebra; Tom had backed off to the corner, avoiding their snapping jaws, laughing at their attempts to attack him. Suddenly, Drako backed out of the cage and looked around, his eyes resting on a series of different sized crates leading to Tom's cage; the top of the cage was open and could be easily accessed from a nearby crate. Drako ran over to one crate and leapt onto it, and then continued to leap from crate to crate, drawing closer to the zebra's cage; Luke saw Drako and figured out what he was doing, following after him with great speed. Tom continued to laugh hysterically, that is until he saw Drako and Luke at the top of his cage as the dropped down on him. The two wolves landed on the zebra's back and started to tear into the striped hide with their fangs; Tom screamed out in pain as he bucked wildly, trying to throw the wolves off. Blood poured down the zebra's sides as Luke and Drako ripped into the horse's flesh, consumed with an indescribable hatred for the crude animal. Tom's legs buckled as the pain became too much for him to bear, dropping to the floor with a weak moan as the wolves continue to tear into the zebra until, finally, Tom lay motionless on the ground. Drako and Luke backed away from the carcass, panting heavily as they regained their senses; Kent, Trixey, Demona, and Luna simply stood on the other side of the bars, frightened by what they just witnessed. "W-what on Earth, guys," Trixey stammered, hopping on top of a crate and moving the metal latch out of its resting place, unlocking the door for the canines, "That was simply horrific." "He was an ass and had to be silenced," Drako muttered darkly, pushing against the cage door and walking out alongside Luke. "Didn't I tell you to ignore him?" Luna nearly shouted. "True, he was disrespectful, but killing him was not the answer; what if the humans discover this?" "Well what's done is done," Luke answered, "And now we have food that will last for a day or two." "I'm not so sure we're hungry right now," Kent muttered. Spotting an old tarp, both Kent and Trixey pulled it over to the dead zebra's body and draped the sheet over Tom's limp form. "Doggies!" All of the canines jumped, startled by the voice. Each of them turned around to see a small human girl standing a few feet away. The little girl was clothed in a small white dress and had golden hair done in ringlets. Drako and Luke growled at the little girl, but stopped as both Luna and Demona stepped on their tails, halting their noise. "Are you insane?!" Demona whispered harshly. "That's just a child; it's no threat to us!" "It could lead its parents here," Drako murmured. "True, but what happens if you attacked her?" Luna asked. Drako remained silent, as did Luke. "We've already seen enough death for one day, and for goodness sakes, clean the blood off yourselves before you frighten the little thing!" Drako and Luke quickly licked off the blood, afraid of causing any unforeseeable trouble upon the group. Trying their best to appear unthreatening to the child, the group simply sat in their places as the little girl stepped awkwardly over to them. The child made its way slowly over to Drako, who sat still, wondering what was going to happen. With a high pitched squeal, the little girl embraced the wolf tightly. "I gon hug da big puppy," the little girl cooed, rubbing her face into Drako's fur. Drako glanced at the others, unsure of what to do; what was even more curious was the fact Drako could understand some of what the child was saying. "Um..." Drako muttered, "What is it doing?" "I don't know," Trixey replied, "Is she hurting you?" "No, just annoying me, really," Drako answered. "Then just relax. Here," Trixey said, moving over to the child and rubbing against it. In an instant, the girl let go of Drako and wrapped her arms around Trixey, trying to pick her up off the ground. "Anudder puppy!" the child exclaimed, squeezing Trixey tight. "Ah!" Trixey cried out, feeling the child's hold tighten, "Bad idea, very bad idea! Guys, help me!" Kent and the wolves couldn't help but snicker as Trixey tried to get away from her tormentor. "Oh come on, Trix," Luke called out, "Just relax." "Your heart is pure ice, Luke," Trixey barked, squirming out of the child's grasp. "Ugh, for a child she's pretty strong," Trixey coughed, trying to get some air back in her lungs, "I wonder what she's saying." "Don't bother," Demona remarked, "You know we can't understand humans, nor can they understand us; however, even if we could, I believe that human pups make about as much since as the other things humans do." "Actually," Drako started, until he was interrupted by a gun shot. All the canines leapt with terror and turned to face a dozen of humans, all armed with small firearms. One young man ran towards them and quickly scooped up the little girl, bringing her over to a much older human. Drako listened intently to the humans, amazed that he could understand them. "Good God, how did these animals get onboard?!" the older male bellowed. "Are you alright sweetie? Don't ever run off on me again!" The child only sobbed, terrified of her angry father. Two more humans made their way to the tarp and lifted, making gagging noises as they saw the dead zebra. "Bad news, Cap'n," one man said, "I think they killed the zebra we were shipping." "For fuck's sake," the captain roared, pacing around with the child in his arms. After a few steps he came back to his crew, sweat dripping down his forehead. "Alright, we're going to have to compensate for this. You two," the captain ordered to the two near the zebra, "Get that thing out of here; we're going to put these animals in the cage. We can't go empty handed, so we'll give them these animals instead; now, back them into the cage." As the two men heaved the carcass onto a trolley, the other humans started to close around the animals, pointing their guns at them and herding them towards the cage. Everyone tried to find a way past the humans, but it was only a short time until they were all forced into the cage together. The humans locked the cage and returned to their duties; the odd company was now trapped.
Four days passed, and despite the fair treatment the canines were receiving, the group felt more and more hopeless by the second. Drako, however, began to think about escape; if he could understand the humans, maybe they could understand him as well. For the past few days, Drako listened to the humans converse, understanding most of what they said; Drako wanted to tell the others, but feared they would think he was insane. As the human who usually fed the six of them came near, Drako decided to test his theory. "You there," Drako called out to the human, "Come here." Demona looked up at Drako, confused. "Drako, what are you doing?" No sooner had Drako beckoned the human to come to the cage that the human approached him, head cocked in wonder. "Did...you just...speak?" "Yes," Drako answered, making the human jump in surprise. "What the," Luna murmured, slowly putting two and two together, "Are you...talking to the human, and does he actually understand you?" Drako nodded silently, keeping his gaze on the human. "Whoa," the human gasped, "Are you, like, some kind of spirit?" "Why...yes," Drako lied, believing he could use his new title to his advantage. "Now, do me a favor and release us from this cage." The human scratched his head, a conflicted look plastered on his face. "Yeah, well," the human mumbled, "I'd love to wolf spirit...dude, but I have orders. I can't just, like, let you out; you might hurt some, or someone might hurt you." "No need to worry, mortal," Drako replied, trying not to laugh as he referred to the human as a lesser being, "We shall not harm anyone onboard this ship, and we shall hide away until we reach our destination; now, open this cage." "I...I can't," the human muttered. Drako growled and pressed his head through the bars; the wolf's eyes turned blood red as he glared at the human. "Open this damn cage now!" Startled, the human quickly opened the cage and fled, obviously fearful of whatever a "spirit" wolf would do to him. Free, the group dashed out of the cage and split up into the labyrinth of crates, trying to get as far away from the cage as possible; all except for Drako, who stood in his spot until his eyes returned to normal. The wolf glanced around, looking for his friends and wondering what happened. Deciding to worry about it later, Drako ran off into the crates. Demona rounded a corner, panting heavily when she tripped over Trixey. "Ouch," Trixey yelped. "Oh Demona, it's you." "Trixey," Demona gasped, "Thank goodness. Did you see any of the others?" "No, but let's stay together," Trixey answered, "Let's keep going this way." Demona followed alongside Trixey, making their way through the maze at a slower pace. "So," Trixey said aloud, "What do you think of Drako?" Demona, taken aback by the question, remained in a shocked silence until she found her voice. "Uh, well, I think he's very brave, not mention a little handsome. I still can't believe he managed to communicate with that human." "I know; that was incredible," Trixey said with a hint of admiration. "Tell me something," Trixey whispered, "Did you mate with Drako?" Demona's mouth hung open, her red cheeks showing through her white fur. "I, um, well, I might have...a little," Demona mumbled, her voice trailing off. Trixey beamed and nudged Demona with her head. "I knew it; I could tell by the sudden change in his attitude towards you, like how he argued with Luna to keep you with us. Also, the smell of cum wafting off you was a big hint." "Please don't tell anyone," Demona pleaded, "At least not yet." "Don't worry," Trixey winked, "Your secret's safe. But do you have any feelings for him?" "I'm not sure," Demona simply replied. Trixey only nodded and kept her silence, not wanting to make the wolfess any more uncomfortable than she was. Meanwhile, Luna and Drako walked beside one another, searching for the others. Deciding to take a break, Luna and Drako hopped up on one crate and looked out a window; it was late in the evening and all the stars were shining brightly as the ship plowed through the dark waves below. "It's so beautiful," Luna murmured. "Yeah, it really is," Drako added. "So, how are you doing, I mean, with your memories?" Luna asked. Drako looked down upon the black waves crashing against the ship. "No luck so far, just bizarre dreams that make no sense to me; but I feel as though I might understand them if I could remember...anything, really." Luna gazed at Drako with a concerned look. "I truly wish you could remember everything; it would help me understand how you managed to free us." Drako remained silent, not knowing how to respond. Luna sighed heavily. "To tell you the truth, there are times where I wish I could forget about my past." Drako glanced at Luna, "Why would you want that?" Luna closed her eyes. "I just want to forget all the pain I went through; seeing my pack slaughtered, my mother dying before my eyes, Fang killing my father, and living by myself in complete misery sometimes comes back to haunt me." Luna opened her eyes and stared out into the stars. "But I suppose, I have more pleasant memories than bad ones." "Like how you met Luke and the others?" Drako asked. Luna nodded, her face a picture of some internal conflict. "There's something I need to tell you about Luke; he's not like you, me, or Demona." "What do you mean?" Drako asked curiously. "Luke," Luna started, pausing as she tried to tell the truth about her mate, "Wasn't born a wolf." "What?" Drako gasped. "Luke was transformed into a wolf by Razia's magic; my mate was originally...a squirrel," Luna muttered. "A...squirrel?" Drako repeated. "How..." "Luke helped me when I was in a depression, and we just became friends. After our encounter with Fang, we took our relationship to the next level; however, I didn't eat any meat in front of Luke and my instincts took over me one night. After I nearly killed Luke, he ran off, leaving me crushed. I then tried to make Luke and the others forget about me with Razia's magic until Luke returned to me, but he asked to become a wolf in order to live a happy life with me," Luna said quickly. Drako sat in shock, trying to process the concept of Luke being a squirrel. It seemed to fill in the holes in the odd company's past, but it was just so bizarre. Finally, Drako managed to find his voice. "Well, I guess that if Luke makes you happy, then who am I too judge? I think you too are doing just fine as a couple." Luna smiled, "Thank you, Drako; that means a lot to me." "What means a lot to you?" Luna and Drako turned around to find Luke, Kent, Trixey, and Demona standing below them. Luke and the others had just found them as Luna spoke, and Luke did not like what he heard. "Oh nothing," Luna quickly replied, not wanting to drag Luke into their meaningless conversation. Luna and Drako hopped down off the crate and walked by the others. "So, what do we do know?" "We'll just stay here until the ship reaches land, then we'll get off as quickly as possible," Demona answered. "Sounds good to me," Kent remarked with a yawn. "Come on, Kent," Trixey said with a giggle, walking beside Kent and leading him to one side of the area, "Let's go to sleep." "I think I'll be off to sleep as well," Demona added, winking at Drako and walking off behind some crates. Drako followed her while Luke and Luna moved the other side of the area, trying to be as sneaky as possible. Luke lied down on his side, angry at seeing Luna and Drako together. At first, Luke thought he was being paranoid, but after Luna suggesting they help Drako find his memories, allowing Demona to travel with them, and now sharing secrets with Drako Luke couldn't help but feel Luna was more than a little interested in the wolf. It hurt Luke more than anything he had ever felt before; after all they had been through and the sacrifices he made, Luna was betraying his love. "So," Luna said with a smile, "Everyone's doing their own thing, and we finally have our own space; you up for some fun?" "No," Luke said bluntly, laying his head on the ground, I don't feel like mating right now." Luna was taken aback; she had never heard Luke refuse a chance to mate before. "Oh," Luna muttered in shock, glancing downwards in disappointment, "Okay then." Luna lied down beside Luke, giving her mate some distance between them. Luke wanted nothing more than to spend the night with Luna, but he couldn't stop all the thoughts of Luna and Drako together made his fur bristle. Meanwhile, Drako searched through the maze of crates for Demona, wondering where she went. Drako suddenly heard the clicking of claws on the steel floor and jumped to the right; Demona sailed past him and landed on her side. Drako immediately leapt on top of her and pinned her to the ground. "You're out of your element, Demona," Drako said smugly. Demona giggled and licked his nose. "So, now that you've caught me, what are you going to do?" "Sadly, the others are too close for us to mate," Drako whispered, "But that doesn't mean we still can't have any fun." Demona giggled once more. "Fine by me; do whatever you want." "That's what I intended," Drako said with a grin. The dark gray wolf turned around so that each of their heads was between each other's hind legs. Drako made the first move, lowering his head down between Demona's legs and licking over her nether lips, causing the wolf to kick her paws out to the side in pleasure. Not wanting to be the only one having fun, Demona brought her head up to Drako's crotch and thoroughly licked all over his balls and sheathe, giggling as the wolf moaned quietly above her. After four days of being locked in a cage, it didn't take long for Drako's cock to slip free of its sheathe and stand fully erect above Demona's head, nor did it take long for Drako to press his tongue deeper into Demona's pussy. Demona gasped as Drako's tongue delved within her cunt, shivering at the appendages slimy texture rubbing against her hot sensitive walls. Demona took Drako's hardened length into her maw, slurping over the warm rod teasingly. Drako shuddered above Demona, trying his best to suppress his growls of pleasure so the others wouldn't hear them. Demona certainly wasn't making it easy for Drako; the wolfess flicked her tongue over the head of his cock and suckled on the sensitive organ with a hunger she never felt before. Drako managed to suppress his moans, however, by diving his muzzle into Demona's vagina and letting his pleasured groans out inside her tunnel, which worked for the wolfess as the reverberations of Drako's growls sent ripples of pleasure throughout her body. The two wolves slurped, sucked, and licked at each other's crotches, both moaning softly and pressing their hips into each other's faces. Demona's orgasm hit her hard; the wolfess nearly screamed aloud as her pussy clamped and tightened around Drako's tongue and muzzle, but managed to stop herself by sucking as hard as she could on Drako's cock. Drako, taken aback by Demona's intense sucking, came into her mouth violently, his seed splashing into her mouth and pooling at her throat. Demona removed her mouth from Drako's cock and swallowed the thick liquid, coughing afterwards. "You okay?" Drako asked, glancing between his legs. Demona nodded after a few more coughs. "Come on, we should get back before we're missed. We'll mate sometime soon." Demona smiled and rose to her feet, walking alongside Drako back to where the odd company was sleeping.
"Go, go, go!" The six canines ran as fast as they could down the loading ramp, hoping to avoid any humans lest they attempted to lock them up once more. Luckily, the humans were nowhere to be seen and the group had a clear path to the trees. In a few minutes, all six of them were a safe distance from the humans and on their way to Drako's peak. A few days passed as the group traveled southward through snowy field until they started to see mountains and great forests. Night was upon the land and everyone decided to stop and rest. "We're making excellent time," Drako said happily, "It won't be long now." "Right," Demona added, "We'll be at Drako's Peak shortly." "Well the Peak's not going anywhere, so let's get some rest," Luna replied, lying down next to Luke. As the others laid down to sleep, Luna glanced at Luke; the squirrel turned wolf had started to act strangely, particularly around her. As sleep gripped her, Luna wondered if she did something to upset him. Luna was awaken by the sound of maniacal laughter. Luna stood on her paws and glanced around; the wolfess was standing in the middle of a barren wasteland bathed in a strange red light. In the distance stood a massive rocky pillar rising up from the ground; Luna wondered where she was. "I've been waiting for you," a voice echoed from behind. Luna turned around and was greeted by a massive black wolf. "Wait," the black murmured, "You're not Ray. But there's no way I could mistake the two of you unless...Oh, I see." "Who are you," Luna growled, feeling uneasy about the mysterious wolf. "Not important, child; tell me, how well do you trust your mate?" the wolf said with a malicious smile. "My mate," Luna repeated in wonder. "See for yourself," said the wolf, pointing with one paw to the left. Luna turned to the left and saw a vast army of animals, however the animals seemed different, like they were merely shadows. In front of the vast sea of shadowy creatures stood Luke, fur bristled and eyes glaring at the towering pillar of rock in the distance. Luna awoke in a cold sweat, glancing all around her. It was all a dream, but it seemed so real, and why was Luke in her dream? Luna took one more glance at her sleeping mate before laying her head back down to the ground, trying to wipe the image of the nightmare from her mind. Luke, Luna, Trixey, and Kent belong to Sonic Fox. Drako and Demona belong to Drakowolf. The moral of this story: Don't suspect someone you love of any wrongdoings unless you have solid evidence, and don't mouth off to someone that can kick you tail.
