Craving
There once was a young lioness named Lily who wanted to try something new, for she had not a care in the world, and nothing else to do. She ventured out one night into the cold embrace of plight, for something was awry. The Eyes that spy, spied that night and stumbled upon a delicate sight, a lioness in her prime. Concealed they were, in the mist of the night, plotted up a lie. The lioness, as if nothing was amiss, strode on into the dark abyss. The Eyes that lie, presented themselves and proposed a surprise to the feline's yearnings, a treat to ultimately satisfy. The deal was made, the lie unscathed, as the Eyes scrambled away. The lioness, sensing that nothing was wrong, looked upon the gift, most certainly the devil's inanimate spawn. It was a bag of catnip, an addiction and affliction that would cripple even the most resolute of ethics. She tried to resist the most corrupt of desires, steadfast she was until she heard in her mind an anguished cry. "Catnip" and her cravings grew, "Catnip" and her defense crumbled, "Catnip" and her morality faded, "Catnip" and there was nothing she could do, "Catnip" and there she flew. She pounced on the packet and ripped it to shreds, licking up the contents, and expelling any dread. Soon after she realized her mistake, but it was much too late as her hunger blossomed, and her obsession heightened, she knew then and there that there was nothing she could do, so she smiled and said "This is something new."
