Selth's description (canoniest)

Another attempt to host those somewhere useful. This is the cannoniest version of the description, meaning i's used as a base in most stories but gets altered frequently.
I'm not happy with storing it on evernote (it was until now) - I'll limit the access first, and am looking for advices on what to redescribe and expand more. some parts I might have forgotten to revise...
This is a description for Selth Blackwings - I decided to post it here. revisions later may point to files on sofurry instead of FA and I may rewrite a lot of descriptions. not a story per say, just a description.
General idea
Selth is a black dragon converted to a latex being. he can change forms given he melted enough his base (the latex he controls). the currently listed forms have two "modes"

The description (feral)

Selth is a white-tangled-haired black feral dragon. He has a pair of black horns going backward to his neck. His eyes are red, his pupils oval. He has, right under the horns and under the hair, two triangle-shaped ears that most of the time remain hidden under the hairs. The right ear has a gold-looking earing (detailed mode only).
The collar is made of two bands of light purple surrounding a dark purple band bearing glyphs
The front of his neck and stomach are white. He has horns joined by a spine skirting along his neck, back and tail ; starting at his head's back and becoming larger on his back before getting smaller and finally disappearing with his tail's end.
He has two black wings with white talons. He has wingpaws. The underside of his wings are grey-ish or white with the exception of the main bones that remain black.
Selth is 9.8 feet tall, which makes it about 3m tall (not standing up) ; he would be 6ft tall to the shoulder, the rest going to his neck and snout. His tail is no included and is only slightly smaller (about 7ft or 2.13m), ending without any addition, just a plain tail with thin tail tip.
Selth's chest should be around 9ft (around 2.75m), from neck to tailtip the full lengh should be around 19.6ft long (6m).
Selth's member is ridged 2 times around the middle, lengths about 25 inches (63.5 cm), had a barb-covered tip and a knot at its base. It is hidden in a male slit with inner balls.
He may change his size, but everything remains proportional : 2 times as long as he is tall, a little under 2/9 of the size of the chest for the penis.
The wings always have 4 "fingers" (articulations in the wing)
While exploring small areas prefers to change his size to that of a large panther ; when just changing to / from his anthro form he would be approximately that size.
Since his latex conversion, Selth has a pouch where his maleness can expand on the inside - if his slit is blocked, he will get hard inside.
Selth is always shiny and has 2 modes: detailed, with latex scales where he does not change form easily or quickly and a smoother one, where he does - no scale details then / a lot less of them

Selth occasionally uses his anthro form when the need arrises. He still is a white-tangled-haired black dragon in that form with a pair of black horns going backward to his neck. His eyes are red, his pupils oval.
The front of his neck and stomach are white. He has horns joined by a spine skirting along his neck, back and tail ; starting at his head's back and becoming larger on his back before getting smaller and finally disappearing with his tail's end. On his neck and only in anthro form.
He has two black wings with white talons, his wings' underside being grey-ish or white with the exception of the main bones that remain black.
In anthro form, Selth is 7 feet tall, which makes it about 2m tall. His tail is no included and is only slightly smaller (about 4ft or approx 1.2m), ending without any addition.
He sometimes wears clothes in that form: black trousers, a shirt of about any color and a long black coat that goes gown his knees. All those clothes have been edited so that his wings and tail show out.
In this form Selth's size can vary but he usually is taller than a human (he likes to make himself taller than them) and has a 9 inches penis, stored in a crotch with apparent balls.

two layer collar in leather, with the second layer a red band covered with white glyphs and the outer layer black, inner layer purple. has D ring with a loop on front or nothing and if showing a buckle should be a locking buckle. it is supposed to always show and always be of the right size, non-removable from him. a tag attached to his collar can control what forms he can change to - leaving only one that isn't is form will force him to change to it if he tries to morph ; the runes were crafted by his mate for control. Size
There isn't really a maximum size, but Selth tends to be from panther-size (1.5m, 4'11) to 3m tall (9 '10).
- Latex core
Selth has a latex core, usually stored in his treasure room. it can be altered and if his body is destroyed he will regenerate at the core. out of range of the core Selth becomes a latex statue if not a latex golem.
The core has some basic protections and there is a purification ritual to reject any magic that doesn't bear Selth's essence.
The core can be re-added to Selth and reveal his true strengh - otherwise his attacks are as strong as he is close to the core.
The basics of this remote core is a smaller core - receiver if you will - stored inside any latex clone.
If using strong magic, the core itself can be sealed and its magic would only flow to Selth if absorbed and in very small quantities, preventing abilities such as melting entirely.
The core contains Selth's long term memories as well.
Absorbing
Selth can absorb - eat - latex-based objects. he however does it slowly as it requires melting the other latex. Magic coated latex is even slower, as this corrupts him a bit - the magic doesn't go away but merges with his latex on absorption, lasting as long as it should on an object. Non-latex objects such as leather or living objects he can not convert unless he eats them. Glues and resin count usually as the same, resin taking longer (weeks, months) to be absorbed. Glues would take usually a week or two to be absorbed or worked around ; once absorbed his latex is also more dense and if absorbing too much he may be stuck as a statue. If resin is in direct contact he cannot entirely melt without absorbing the resin. that status is temporary but eating too much of it will keep him too stable and unable to move. Selth can not at all absorb metal, but it can be kept inside him (however it is not comfortable and he prefers to avoid that)
Conversion
Selth can eat and convert living beings, implanting his will and allowing them to spawn as minions. he can break a being contacts into multiple spawns but at a great cost (faculties of the minions are very diminished, divided by the number of spawns)
Selth sometimes won't convert a capture to a minion of latex and submit it to a mind wash - this takes longer and uses more traditional methods, usually coupled with a way for the latex being to insert his thoughts to the minion who will gradually seek the greatest reward to their eyes - becoming one with the latex. Involves implanting a receiver on or in the subject, usually in the form of a magic gem tuned to the core and some gear.
Secretions
Selth's drool is a rather watered down lubricant that has an aphrodisiac compound (he does however control the mix with his will). His pre is the same, but has more aphrodisiac and a dragon musk to it.> His cum would be made of white latex and seep into victims to form an egg which, if not removed, will grow and start a conversion on activation. it also smells strongly of dragon musk and at first behaves much like regular cum, hardening into latex if at air contact (can turn into a suit on a victim too, but this makes conversion slower than from the inside and requires more to cover entirely)> Selth generates those daily but needs to eat to generate more or he'll grow smaller, his own body consumed.
- Alternative forms
- Coraline : latex version of the phoenix, anthro male by default. tend to regain the traits of Coraline proper to that form the longer he stays in it.
- Latex sergal : latex version of the sergal - much gaining instincts of a sergal here again, the longest staying in the form the more they stick
Anthro dragon : similar to main but ranges from 2m (usual size) to human size (as small as 1.5m). No real maximum size either.
- Weaknesses
Selth is sensitive to cold, making him unable to move
Selth is sensitive to glues and resin and other stabilizing agents that make him less and less able to move, though after a time proportional to the amount eaten, he can regain control after his latex regenerated - as long as all is not contaminated that is.
Selth can not eat or deal with metal
Magic items absorbed or eaten get transferred onto Selth making their charms affect him - for as long as the magic will last.
Unable to eat if filled with air (until the air is being replaced that is)
Weak to latexmancy if control is greater than his will
specially treated latex - goes from completely unable to eat it to it altering him and affecting his will, thus control of his own body

there isn't really a limit to how tall and big / compact Selth can grow but with larger sizes, less precision
once at the size of a panther (smallest size feral) Selth deflates instead of getting smaller.
need to breathe to be able to move. it is considered he can breathe under water albeit it makes him move more difficultly
specially treated that he consumes would work like a magic item to him - it would corrupt him and alter him indefinitely (until the corruption is treated itself)
