This is the story of Alan, an average everyday nobody who lives in the quiet city of Petalberg, but one day on his way to work he hears a scream, and that's when everything changes. "Damn, I hate this job.", Alan mumbled under his breath. Having to get up at 6 in the morning at the local Poke'mart sucked. Slowly trudging down the path to his job he stopped in front of route 102. His I scanning the grass, with hopes of seeing any playing pokemon, but none were to be seen."They're probably still sleeping, considering I'm the only dumbass up this early in the morning", he muttered to himself. He sighed looking at the awakening horizon, as bright beams of orange and fushia stretched across the sky. Alan was 22 now, standing at 5'11, with brown curly hair, and alone. He never had a girlfriend and he wasn't looking either, as he just tries to support himself. He moved out from his home in Slateport after his mom died, leaving him all alone without his ass wipe dad, who left before he was born. Now he live alone in Petalburg city, working at a damn Poke'mart. " Quite an accomplishment Alan, your life sucks.", he said out loud to no one in particular.
