The shock of the families.
#6 of Balto's family's love
Sorry for the wait!! I had many things to do lately, so I hadn't many time to write. But I'm finally back!
About the story now.
Steele tell us more about his past three years. Also, Dusty and Kodi barge in and learn about Aleu's decision.
And a new dog appear at the end of the chapter. who is she, and who is she looking for?
That's all for now! Have a great day/night!This chapter will undergo a major edit soon.
We return to Balto's boat, where Jenna was talking with Aleu on the bridge.
"Aleu, I'm not really good with your choice for Steele." Jenna said.
"Mom, first thing it's my choice. I want Steele to be my mate, and no one else can take this decision for me." Aleu replied.
"He is a rapist!"
"He was! He is not anymore like that mom. I know it, I feel it."
"He tried to rape me multiple times, and he lies better than he breath." Jenna said.
"But I love him mom! I know what he was. And I'm not better than him, I raped him."
"You just fell in love with his dick, that's all." Jenna said, growling slightly.
"No, mom. Listen to me, I love him with my heart, and I'm sure he loves me back with the same love as mine. Mom, he is the only male I think I'll trust with my own life. It's not about sex, it's about feelings. Last night, when we fell asleep together, he held me tight against his chest like I was his treasure. I heard his heart beating only for me. He told me our pups will be the best he could ever dream of to have with the girl of his dreams. He loves me, truly, and I trust him."
Jenna sighed, annoyed by her daughter's reply. How could she allow her daughter to make the biggest mistake of her life by letting her marry the biggest rapist and liar of all Alaska.
"I want the best for you Aleu, I want you to be happy and safe and to have a happy and healthy family. But Steele..."
"Steele is the mate I want, mom. I want him to be my lover, to be the father of my pups, to live at my side and to die at my side. Please mom, try to understand my heart. I love him." Aleu said peacefully, nuzzling her mother.
"I'm scared for you Aleu." Jenna said then, hugging her daughter, tears flowing from her eyes.
"I know mom. But you don't have to worry. I'm safe with him, I know it." Aleu said, hugging back with a tear flowing from her right eye.
Inside the boat, Steele and Balto were also talking.
"Jenna doesn't trust me, uh?" Steele asked.
"Definitively not. And you know I often follow her choices." Balto replied.
"I'm not surprised. After all I tried to do to her and to you, I know she's far from ready to trust me. But Balto, I love your daughter with all my heart. I want to marry her and to have a family with her, a family I will love until the end of my life."
"And why her?" Balto asked.
"I'm old Balto. She showed me that truth. I'm old, I'm vulnerable, I have no relative... She raped me, and showed me how wrong I was. And I think the best way to show her how much I'm thankful to her is to love her. She is the first female I saw give her life to a rapist to spare the life of her mother. She love her family, and I want to know what it does to have a family you love and whom loves you back. I want to feel what you felt all this years, Balto." Steele said.
"... Wow. You really changed. You're not anymore the cruel and dark sled dog I knew back in 1925. No, now, you have a heart, and you're regretful. I think I would be able to admire you if you wasn't the same dog who bullied me four years ago."
"I'm not anymore the same dog Balto. And... I must tell you... Aleu isn't the first wolf I love." The black and white malamute said, turning his back to Balto.
"What? What do you say? You... loved another wolf before?" Balto asked, stunned by this statement.
"Yes. It was after you came back with the antitoxin. I was really pissed by your come back, and I swore I would take my revenge over you and over all the wolf of Alaska. I came into the forest, and fate led me to a young gray she-wolf lost in the forest. She had been bullied away by her pack, and so she was on her own, looking for a shelter. I was really enraged, and the first thought I had was to kill her. But then, another thought came inside my mind: rape. My mind set on this goal, I approached her, pinned her on the ground and raped her brutally. But more I fucked her, more I loved every moment of it. I filled her with my seed, then untied her and left her in the middle of the forest. I came back three days after, and I was surprised to be greeted by the she-wolf again. I fucked her again with more rage, and left her panting into the snow. I came back again four days after and she was here, waiting for me. I didn't know why, but I was attracted by her. She was something like a new angel to my eyes, something better than Jenna. I began to see her frequently. But one day, as I looked for her into the forest, I heard her yelp with pain. I ran to her, and I found two male wolves trying to rape her. I killed the two wolves easily, and I came back to her. She greeted me by nuzzling me and licking my muzzle with some strange lust in her movement. Then, I felt it. She was in Heat, and she wanted me to satisfy her. In a normal situation, I would never hesitated to fuck her like if there was no tomorrow, but there, I don't know why, I was doubtful. What if the dogs of Nome found out I had a relation with a wolf? What if they knew I had pups with a she-wolf?"
"You thought about your reputation again. You thought this little adventure with a purebred she-wolf would forever stains your pride, I'm right?" Balto said.
"Yeah. But lust already entered my body. Her scent was something I never smelled before, strong, heavenly pleasurable. And she was willing to bear my pups. I impregnated her. But in the next two month, I never returned to the forest. She came to me one day. She was pregnant, I could tell it from her swollen tummy. She was scared, exhausted and hungry. And she was bearing my pups. I helped her, I offered her a shelter in my old abandoned house and I brought her food. She soon recovered enough to be able to give birth. And she gave birth to two pups. The day of their birth will stay in my memory for the rest of my life. This day, I gained two new lives to love and care for, but I also lost my first love.
"Your... your mate died?" Balto said, shocked by the story.
"Yes. She died after the birth, from exhaustion. I cried for her, a she-wolf. I couldn't take care myself of the two pups, so I brought them to an old friend who took care of them for me. When the pups where older, I told them about their heritage. I told them to be careful with it, and to never tell anything about it."
"It's... a really sad story Steele. I understand you now. You want another chance, you want to have a real mate with a real family to take care of. And I'm glad you choose my daughter for this. I'm sure now she will be safe with you, and happy." Balto said.
"I swear to you Balto, I'll do everything to make your daughter happy. It's what Mayra would want me to do." Steele replied.
"Well, I think we... better go see what the girls are doing now." Balto said, getting up and walking toward the stairs.
Steele followed him and together, they went up the stairs to the bridge.
On the bridge, they saw Jenna and Aleu hugging each other.
"Hem, girls?" Balto said softly.
Jenna and Aleu turned toward him.
"Everything is alright?" He asked.
"Yeah. Things are set now." Aleu said, looking at her mother.
"Yeah." Jenna added, smiling.
Suddenly, they heard some step on the ramp of the boat. Then, Dusty and Kodi reached the bridge.
"Hello there!" Kodi said with a warm smile.
"Hey, hello Kodi, hello Dusty." Jenna and Balto greeted the two young.
However, something no one could even think it might happens happened. Every wolf and dog were surprised by what happened on the boat at this moment.
"Dad!" Dusty shouted while running to Steele and hugging him.
Balto and Jenna looked at each other in fear. Kodi and Aleu exclaimed at the same time:
"Dad?!"
"Who is he?" Kodi asked then.
"Who is she?" Aleu also asked.
"Calm down everybody!" Balto said.
Every one calmed down and looked at each other.
"Steele." Balto said, with a look asking for answer.
"Dusty here is my daughter. It's one of the pups I talked to you Balto."
"... An half-breed. Alright." Balto said. "Dusty?"
"Steele is my father, he is the one who taught me everything I know about sledding." Dusty replied.
"Alright. It makes sense after all, it's why you're a good sled-dog." Balto said.
"Wait, wait a second. Dad, you said half-breed?" Aleu asked.
"Aleu, there--"
"Let me explain Balto." Steele said. "Aleu, you're not the first wolf I fell in love with. Dusty's mother was a she-wolf. But she is dead when she gave birth to Dusty and her brother Ralph."
"Wait a second. You told 'the first wolf I love'. What that mean, you... you fell in love with my sister?" Kodi asked, stunned.
"She is your sister?" Dusty asked in her turn.
"Hell calm down!" Balto shouted. "Steele, we should explain everything clearly."
"Yeah, I think you all need good explanations.
And then, Steele told all his story with Dusty and Ralph's mother, then his adventure with Aleu and how he fell in love with the young she-wolf. After that, Dusty and Kodi told to everyone they were mates and they loved each other. Everyone was shocked by the news but in a happy way. After the talk, Aleu approached Dusty.
"Sooo... I think that makes me... your sister in law and stepmother." Aleu said.
"Yeah. That's awkward." Dusty said. "But I'm really thankful to you. You brought my father back on the right road, and I can see he is happy with you... Thought he could easily be your father." Dusty replied.
"Yeah. But I'm not complaining. He is still strong and handsome, and I know he loves me for who I am, not what I am." Aleu said. "And by the way, congratulation for you and my brother."
"Hihihi, thank you. Your brother is really a gentleman. I hope I'll give him a healthy litter."
"Hehehe. So I hope I'll give to Steele a healthy litter too. And to you some cute half-brother and sister."
Some feet away, Kodi was talking seriously to Steele.
"So, you are the dog who tried to hurt my father and my mother?" Kodi said to Steele.
"Yeah. But I'm really sorry about that, and I promise you I changed." Steele replied.
"So, it's better be the truth, because if you try in any way to hurt my family, nothing will prevent me to kill you." The young male whispered into Steele's ears.
"I already heard that from your father, thanks. I love your sister, and I'll never do anything to hurt her or her family. You'll have to believe me Kodi." Steele said, putting his right front paw on Kodi's left shoulder. "Your sister is now the most important thing in my life. And you, you better take great care of MY daughter. She is really something I care for too."
"I will, don't worry for her." Kodi replied.
Balto and Jenna were looking the four canines in front of them.
"I think everything will be alright. They're old enough now to take fully their responsibility." Balto said to Jenna.
"I'm still scared about something." Jenna said.
"What is it?" He asked.
"The other dogs. I... don't know how they will react when they'll learn about Steele and Aleu."
"I don't think it's a bad thing."
"But the other dogs don't think like us Balto." Jenna said.
"If I have to take their defense, I'll do it. My daughter is happy, and I'll never let anyone take that happiness away from her." Balto replied.
"Aww. It's why I love you so much Balto. You're so protective and lovely." The red female husky said, cuddling against him.
"Yeah, I think I already showed you that side of me yesterday." He said, making her blush.
"Please Balto, not in front of the young." She said, embarrassed.
"What, after all they're all grown up now."
"Uhm, I think we're gonna go back to our master now." Kodi said to Dusty.
"Yeah, good idea. Well, good bye everyone. And it was a pleasure to see you again dad." Dusty said.
"Bye Dusty. And say hi to Ralph for me please." Steele replied.
"Okay!"
Dusty and Kodi came down of the boat and headed for the town.
"Well, that was a hectic day." Jenna said.
"Yeah, I agree." Balto added. "Hmm, I suppose you don't have any house for now Steele, I'm right?"
"Yeah, unfortunately yes." Steele replied, looking on the ground in shame.
"In that case, you two can stay and live on my boat for now. I think I'll go live with Jenna until you find a good shelter." The wolf-dog said.
Jenna smiled widely at this. She always wanted Balto to come live with her and her masters into the warm house, but the wolf-dog had always been modest and preferred to live on his old boat with his goose friend Boris. She was happy that her lover will finally come to live with her. She really wanted to have someone to cuddle to while she sleeps. Moreover, with her future pregnancy, it will be a lot better if the father of her litter is with her.
"Well, I think we're gonna head home now." Balto said. "Stay safe Aleu." He added, kissing Aleu's forehead.
"I will dad, don't worry." The young female wolf-dog replied, nuzzling the chest of her father.
Balto then came in front of Steele.
"Take care of my daughter Steele. She is really precious for us." He said.
"I will Balto. She is precious for me too." Steele replied, a soft smile on his muzzle.
Balto turned toward his mate.
"Let's go home Jenna." The half-bred said then.
"I follow you my love!" Jenna replied with a wide smile on her muzzle.
In the meantime, in Nome, a female husky was wandering into the dark alleyway of the Alaskan town. She was a purebred husky, her tail was arched above her back and her grey fur contrasted with her white underbelly. She was a rather strong female, even if she wasn't a sled-dog. She was about five years old. Under her tail, her private female area was red and swollen, some juice dripping from it on the ground. She was deep in her Heat, and she needed a male.
"But where is that stupid mutt!" She growled.
The female looked inside some empty wooden box. But she found nothing.
"Ggrrr! I'm gonna rip his ears apart! Three years since he court me and try to fuck me, and the day I finally want him to fuck me like the bastard mutt he is, he's not in town! Ooh, I'm gonna make him pay for making me wait."
The angry female kept looking for the dog she was looking for, until the sun came down to the horizon and she had to come back to her house where her master pet her and fed her, like every day of her dog's life.
