Ch7 Consious
"Please... Stop!" Jade struggled to scream out to Koyu, in a desperate attempt to snap the sergal out of the trance he had been thrown into. But the sergal couldn't hear him.He was lost, drowning in the deepest depths of his own subconscious, even forgetting his name and who he was. It was an entirely different world for him. Something he's never experienced before. It was if he'd woken up in an entirely different place, or rather, fallen asleep. The sergal stood up, taking in his surroundings. He wasn't at the beach house anymore. The world around him was made up of pure darkness. He stood on a large rock, which seemed stable, but was actually floating on nothing by itself. As the sergal took a few steps forward, steps of the same rock-like material appeared before him. He walked toward the steps, and the second he stepped off the larger rock, it disappeared completely. A few seconds passed, with him barely able to maintain his balance from the whole experience. Just then, seemingly out of nowhere, two long, black tentacles rose from the abyss and shot at the sergal's feet. Quickly his foot-paws were covered in a black soot, and anchored to the rock. Before he had time to react, his arms were quickly covered in the same black goo, and stretched to the point he couldn't move at all."Well, well... You're an interesting one, aren't you?" A very low, almost demonic sounding voice echoed though the sergals mind, seeming to come from every direction. "Not like that fox, I mean. Couldn't even handle a small explosion before he'd passed out." The voice echoed, obviously speaking of the ship the fox was talking about before. A bit of the black goo had began swirling in front of the sergal, slowly transforming itself into some form of a draconic head."No, no. You even managed to overcome part of the transformation, which honestly, is quite impressive, I must say. But that doesn't matter now. You simply don't have control anymore." The head in front of the sergal spoke, melting and re-arranging itself constantly to reflect the darkest thoughts possible, in every fiber of its being. "You are mine now, and I will do with you whatever I see fit.""I.." The sergal started. "No! I don't.. Stop!" He tried to say before the black goo was shot at his muzzle, causing him to be unable to speak. "This isn't right... This wasn't supposed to happen! I need help!" He thought to himself, crying out in thought with every bit of power he thought he had. The head just let out a low chuckle, before speaking again."Oh come now, it wont be that ba-" The head started, before being literally cut in half. A black and white husky had burst through the skull, covered in some sort of royal blue aura. The head shattered, and the black good covering the sergals body withered and fell away, as the husky landed next to him. A loud angry sounding cry of
pain was heard, echoing through the sergals mind, and the space around him, causing him to wince. The husky drew himself in, and spread out quickly, releasing a large pulse of blue light, instantly cutting off the sound, as the sergal stood up."Who... Who are you?" The sergal questioned. The husky looked him right in the eyes, and held a paw next to the sergal's forehead before speaking."Who I am is not important, for I can do nothing more for you than show you who you were." the husky said, almost cryptically. "The question here, is who will you be with what you have?" He spoke, before placing his paw on the sergals forehead.Instantly, Koyu was snapped out of his trance, remembering everything that had occurred during the transformation. In front of him, the fox, Jade, was hanging from the ceiling, struggling to breathe."Jade!" Koyu said, lifting a paw and instantly disintegrating the cuffs around him. He crouched to the fox, and hugged him. "I'm so sorry, I wasn't myself!""I.. Know..." Jade said back, in between gasping for air. "Trust me.. I know."
